Love autozone. Went to publix next door to pick up a couple of items came out and car wouldnt start. I walked over to autozone and explained my situation. They lent me a 10mm wrench. Went and got battery which was covered under warranty and bought corrosion spray which cleaned up everything very well.

After I explained very clearly the work I had done in my own car, the attendant still talked at me like a five year old. Oversimplifying and rePeating himself over and over again🙄I left and went across the street to advanced auto where I was treated very well and not less than for being a woman. Autozone has list my business Permanently! And I do all my own repairs!

Auto zone sold my 70 year mother in law wrong mirrors for her car she went to return them and they would not give her money back but they took the mirrors. That is not good business and the manager was very rude hung up on me.

I went in to have my battery checked. I was notified that it must likely isnt my battery sure to how new my car was which I agreed with. I was told they were more than happy to check it for me anyway. They discovered my battery was bad and gave me my options on purchasing a new one there. I selected a new one and it was quickly installed. Great staff. Great experience. Thank you!

I went to AutoZone (Ogden, NC) with an electrical issue in our 2014 Cruze. The staff was incredible in helping me out with a very corroded battery issue. Chris and Jason both worked on removing the corrosion and getting the terminal cable released. It took a while ... Kudos to all of the help. After replacing the battery, they also tested the alternator for me.

They know what they are doing.very respect full, they really help you out alot. Rob Potter is great. They make sure your always in the know of your car or truck 😉.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. The manager DAVID inform me today that he did not know how to remove and install a battery for a 2004 PT Cruiser. He said his computer said it might take up to 1 hr and 45 minutes. I took my car to ADVANCE AUTO and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I have been in customer service my entire work career. I am 71 years old and this was very very poor customer service. I think he did all he could not to help me. SHame, Shame.

Robbie was very friendly and took care of my need for a new battery. Ran into trouble when the alarm went off, and I dont have the fob to disarm it( its a 2002 Toyat Corolla & cant replace the fob, its too old). He asked others for help in disarming it, luckily a district manager was there and found how to disarm it. They were so kind, and efficient in helping me out. Thank you so much, they deserve a pat on the back!

These guys (and woman) are awesome! Took my car up to them because the battery I bought from another Autozone less than 4 months ago had to be jumped this morning for the second time in a week. They tested the battery and alternator and both checked out fine. They could have just told me this and sent me in my way, but this guy continued to look at and check other things and he found the problem AND fixed it right there for me. That would have cost me a pretty penny Im sure had I taken it to the mechanic. Thank you Autozone for going above and beyond for just another customer!

For the most part AutoZone is a good place to buy Auto Parts but they need to either hire people that know what theyre doing or train them better to know what theyre doing because sometimes theyre not too smart

The Ogden location is awesome! I have been to a few others and wasnt helped very much, people were short with me(I know NOTHING about cars). But at this one Rob was amazing, knowledgeable, had no problem answering any of my questions at all. I always have extremely anxious going to these places because of past experiences. But Rob instantly helped me feel relaxed and quickly answered any question I had without judgement. THANK YOU ROB!!!!

They tested my battery and said, I guess it is bad. So I bought another one and said, I guess this credit card works

They helped make sure I found the correct part and even compared it, physically, to the one I was replacing. They made sure I had no questions. They have helped me many times before with simple things and didnt make me feel foolish.

Fantastic Service! Had an issue with a purchased battery and they replaced it with no issues.

Had a terrible experience here. The workers acted like it was their first time changing a battery and had to call for help multiple times. After the battery was replaced, the car barely started, the check engine light came on, and it was not registering the gas pedal. The Store Manager came out and starting working under the hood while smoking a cigarette. After taking a half hour to fix it, they didnt even apologize and now Im on the way to the mechanic to see what else is screwed up. Avoid this store!
