Always my go to place for auto parts. If you need a battery, windshield wipers or Head light bulbs they will install them for you while you are there. Great selection and great prices.

Great customer service. I purchased the wrong fuses for my car and the associate found the correct ones for me and I was able to exchange without a receipt. Associate was able to look on the computer and see that I had purchased fuses from Another Advanced Auto and still allowed me to exchange fuses at Market St. location which saved me a drive just to exchange $5 fuses at the Castle Hayne Rd. store. 👍

Customer Service made the difference. Called this store by mistake as I have one located within a mile of me. Kevin, was more than helpful doubled checked several questions I had about the product and installation. Verified everything and treated my call as if I were in the store, not rushed or distracted. Once we found out I thought I was talking to my local location, he checked their inventory and verified it was in stock. Was very friendly and professional about all aspects of the call. Called local store (Ogden) to as another question before going and was put on hold before I could say hello and was never returned too. So I drove an additional 10 or so miles round trip to do business with Kevin. Install was smooth and satisfactory. Both locations had the part I needed. Customer Service is what made the difference on who got the business. Thanks Kevin!

Google says they close at 8pm on Sunday when in fact they close at 7pm. Nonetheless, at 7:06pm Steve was welcoming and was happy to let me come in and get what I need. I really appreciated it. This is why I come here time and time again- The staff is laid back and friendly. The competitor up the street is good too, I try to patronize both. But letting me in after closing time is review-worthy.

2/13/2020Really appreciate these two sales team members telling us that they close in 2 mins and are GOING TO HAVE TO SHUT THEIR SYSTEM DOWN. Dudes in such a hurry looking up our wipers gets the wrong ones and says sorry were closed we open at 8am tomorrow. We just spent $50 on wipers and rainX. Thanks a whole lot Oscar, hope we make home to Burgaw and dont die cause we cant see since you couldnt take a extra few mins to make sure you were we had the right wipers. And by the way i would have waited to make sure they were the right ones before you shut your system down seeing as how you would of known they were definitely wrong if YOU had offered to install them going by your stores policy! I give you a C- Do Better

I have always had luck at this particular location. Everything that I need they seem to always have readily available for me. There are always friendly and courteous and knowledgeable with any questions I may have.

My battery died on May 2010 Jeep Liberty so I took it to the nearest auto parts store being O’Reillys. The men that were working there we’re completely rude and told me they could not install the battery for me, but I could buy one from them and have my mechanic install it for meSo I drove to Advance Auto Parts where the staff was extremely friendly. A young man by the name of Luke not only installed my battery for free (like they should do) but he also did not try to bamboozle me into buying a more expensive battery.Thank you Advance Auto Parts! You truly have great people working for you!

Typical AZ. They have good selections, etc. The only reason I give this one a lower rating is Ive been to other locations where the staff is a lot more friendly. Pretty cold, but we dont go there to socialize I guess. LOL

Store is OK - but was understaffed the two times I went in. Also had an employee hurriedly recommend a gasket for me without fully listening to me - I bought it on faith and then realized it was the wrong piece and had to return it. If youre faithful to advanced auto, I would recommend the one out Castle Hayne road if you are in a hurry.

Got email that my parts were ready right after they opened at 7:30am. Gonna pick up after work today. Also got a great discount buying online

The people behind the counter are usually helpful, in general. Todays person was also, but the store stock count was off and it was a little annoying only being able to buy one of two windshield wipers(of the same brand/type). He came out and installed it for me and double checked the display and in the back.

Quick, fast, and helpful. In and out with a new battery installed by the employee in under 20 minutes and for 170$.

I walked up to the door at 8:02 pm when the store is supposed to close at 9:00 pm. I know that it closed at 9:00 pm because I looked it up as I walked back to my car, after I tried to enter the store only to have an employee urgently shut the door behind a lady exiting, as I was reaching out for it, so that I could not open it. He then waved me off back to my car, while staring at me and shaking his head from behind the door. WHAT THE HELL. If the store closed early that night, just simply step out and explain to me that the store was closing early.. DONT SHUT THE DOOR IN MY FACE AND SHOO ME AWAY WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. the employee was a middle aged guy with a white mustache. Whoever you are, you are a rude liability to your company. With so much competition in the auto parts market, you would think that the bare minimum an employee could do would be to speak politely to a customer and not shut a door in their face, OR let them in to build more revenue for your store. Damn. I just needed a damn headlight.
