The person I spoke with was knowledgeable about the struts I needed. But when I told him I wanted to have the alignment done at tires plus since I have a lifetime alignment there he insisted they wouldnt do it for free since I had struts installed. Basically he told me I didnt know what I was talking about. So I ordered the struts online and had my mechanic install them...then went to tires plus for alignment. Nuff said.

I was there last week and the woman, Arielle, was terrific. I called first and talked to her and she let me know they were busy and to come later or the day after. I went there later and she took me right away and they were finished right when they said. It was nice dealing with someone nice who knews what they are doing.

Waited around for a bit with no one at the front desk. Then a kind woman came out to help me. I had my battery replaced...she did a fine job and it was done within the time allotted...1 hour. Thanks so much!

I love this place and will never go anywhere again. The last time I came in they were too busy to get me in. Not only did they call another place to see if I could get my car fixed that day but they did a test to see what the issue was and looked under the hood for free while I watched. They saw that it was just a tube that got unhooked and plugged it back together and totally fixed my car. FOR FREE and sent me on my way. I can’t explain how thankful I am as I was about to go visit my kids in another state with zero money to my name. I am so grateful and happy that these people really care. Thank you.

Manager Arielle K is an honest and professional person. She is very knowledgeable and a good listener. After having a bad experience at another Sears Auto Center, she assured me that she would provide me with excellent service which she did. She recommended that I get a set of 4 Die Hard tires. I am pleased with the service and glad I made this purchase. As far as I am concerned, I will continue to go to the Willow Grove Auto Center and I highly recommend others to go there as well.

I paid for a 1 year alignment package and in the process of doing the alignment I was told the technician couldn’t finish because he needed a lower arm eccentric bolt kit. I assume they couldn’t get one on a Sunday. So I had this piece installed and returned the following week. The rep tells me the 2 year package is now voided because I had the piece they didn’t install put on and I’d have to pay for another alignment. Seriously now does that sound reputable? Never again!

I was on my way to Willow Grove and caught a flat. I called the Bensalem store since the Willow Grove one was closed which ended up redirected me to Willow Grove. Jeff picked up on the phone and I explained my situation being that I was out of town visiting and didn’t have any help. Luckily they had the tire I needed. He was nice enough to hold it for me and stay (after hours) until I got there. Not only did he fixed my tire but I told the friendly manager Ariel I needed my air filter changed and Jeff was able to do that as well. They were so helpful, friendly, and such lifesavers. The experience was a true testament of great customer service. Definitely would go back again if I ever have issues out here!

They employees here are amazing and upfront about their prices. I have never had an issue coming here for 5+ years. I would recommend it to anyone who needs work done on their car. They are quick, do a great job and the mall is right there.

I was pleased that the staff quickly correctedwhat occurred on yesterday (11/14) when I had a 12 noon appt. for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived for my appointment, after waiting for someone to appear, I began calling out until someone did appear. The young man was unapologetic and asked what I needed. To the larger point, after I left the appointment it was clear to me that I did not get the tire rotation that I paid for and I shared the evidence with staff this morning. I can tell you that I am concerned as a customer that service paid for being deliberately omitted is fraudulent and wrong. I would hope that ownership would want rectify that.

For anybody who needs car needs see the Store Manager Arielle! She is brutally honest and puts her passion into helping her customers. Brought my car in for an inspection and passed but suggested tires due to them getting low. Replaced them the next day after the State Inspection. They had brochures on the services and saw the one for Fuel System Cleaning so I asked about it and she explained more in detail about it. So I gave it a shot! Helped me out even taking $20 off with a coupon!!! After all set and done after this service was preformed my car felt newer and didnt hesitate to accelerate like it was prior to bringing in! Arielle was great to work with. During Christmas, she recommended and sold 4 very good tires for my Odyssey and told me the value of the road hazard protection. I usually dont buy it but did this time. I am glad I did. Today I had a flat and Sears fixed it in no time flat. There was no charge and I was on my way. Great service.

Arielle and Jeff were so helpful with me today. Besides replacing my car battery they saw my coolant was low and my rear wiper needed replacement. Arielle noticed my tire was low and put air in it. I was so surprised how quick it all was done. I will be returning in the future.

I drive a lot for work, so I rack up miles quickly. Whenever my car needs service I use this Sears Auto Center @ Willow Grove. Arielle, in particular, has been nothing short of awesome in matters of customer service. It’s an easy decision to keep coming back here.

So I went in to get my oil changed a couple of weeks ago then took my car on a long trip out of state. Well I am on my way home and my check engine light comes on so I pull off to check it out. I shut the car off and looked around couldnt see anything so I check the oil and it is about a quart and a half over filled. Unfortunately there is no place open to drain some out so i have to drive it another 200 miles back home. I go into Sears and tell them what happened and they try to tell me it is good to have extra oil in your engine (WRONG). I told them my car had been accidentally overfilled before and the same thing happened, in fact I did it myself so I know what happens. Normally I would change the oil myself but its not very easy to do that where I live. Not to mention the bizarre looks you get being a female. Anyhow, while they were draining some of the oil out (its still overfilled by the way, but not as bad) they asked me to come back and take a look at something. They proceed to show me the hose pulled off of my air intake on the head of the engine. They ask if anyone has replace the head gasket, implying it was done by someone else. Thing is I had checked the oil immediately before heading over there just to make sure of the oil level after the car had sat overnight and the hose wasnt off. They took the hose off, tried to say they had to take the whole thing apart to put it back on and then were gonna charge me to fix what they broke. I said NO, I fixed it easily when I got home and discovered they actually cracked the hose when they pulled it loose and neglected to loosen one of the other clamps. I could actually see where they had just pulled the clamp off the hose even, it was clean. Keep in mind I just drove 600 miles on the Turnpike, theres no way that would have been clean if it was already off. Not to mention my gas mileage would have totally sucked on my trip and it didnt. This is the kind of crap women have to deal with when going to get car work done. Sears will NEVER get my business again in any aspect! I wont even buy curtain, sheets or eyeglasses from them ever again because I refuse to support a brand that will allow this kind of BS to go on!

Superb service, super clean store, I come for a wheel alignment and the mechanic diagnosed my vehicle which were hazards and had no clue of what was going on. Put his heart and soul into fixing my vehicle and Im very grateful. Also the staff was excellent! Thanks fellas!

The stores assistant manager Micheal Rodriguez was amazing! He was polite and very kind and understanding. I had my 6 year old with after a long day and even though it was close to closing Micheal and his team did what they could and got us in and out quickly. I highly recommend the Sears Auto Center!!

I buy my tires and batteries here and have my oil changes done here. The female manager has really cleaned the place up and is running a good shop. It is the cleanest and most organized it has ever been.

Sears Auto willow grove is my go to place for all of my car needs! Arielle is very friendly and ensures that all of my services are completed. Recently, my car was due for inspection. A simple inspection turned into a long list of problems that needed to be fixed. Sears fixed all of the problems in a timely manner at a fair price.

Billy saved me this afternoon. I came to drop my car off at Avis only to find that my actual car had a flat 🤦🏽‍♀️ Billy tried to see if he could put air in it but was unsuccessful because there was a whole in the tire. He then checked to see if he could order my tire only to find that the tire could not get here until 3 days later so instead he put my spear on and said I can just bring the car back. Theres only one question I have in regards to lifetime rotation and balancing policy offered by sears. I purchased 4 tires back in December 2017 and had them rotatedalanced 3 times. One tire got ruined due to road hazard so I had to get a new one. Why do I have to pay for lifetime balancing again? Install cost - yes, understandable, but balancing? I can understand if I was replacing tires after 70k miles, but when Im replacing almost new tire, Id assume lifetime balancing should cover it... maybe not for the life of this new tire but for 70k miles from the original purchase back in December 2017.Again, I can understand paying for the tire installation, since this is notlifetime you get for free every 6 months. I can also understand having to pay for road hazard warranty, since the warranty company would have to pay for the new tire out of their pocket (I didnt have that warranty, so doesnt apply to me), but paying for something you are getting for free every 6 months... I think is questionable...There are a few other things I dont understand or agree with, things that simply dont make sense, but I guess policy is the policy and theres nothing I can do.And again, this is not against the guys who work at this center, they are great and Im happy they are there.

I came here in the summer to put on my Michelin Primacy MXM4 245/45/20 on my 2013 Taurus SHO. I ordered them on Amazon and had them shipped to this store. They were Awsome and really nice, was really fast too. Just had to replace the stock tires on my wifes GMC Terraine 17in Tires I had 4 Cooper Eveloution tires sent here from Amazon and couldnt be happier again. I have had some bad tire experiences ( I go through tires every 1 1/2 year) and some good ones, Sears Auto in Willow Grove was one of the good ones twice in a row. Thanks

The manager was tough but fair and also stacked and gave me a pretty good deal on the ton of auto repairs I had been putting off due to lack of funds. They had some sales going on that helped with that. They even gave me a full workup on the most important issues with my car that will help when I get around to fixing the rest.

LAST RESORT!Tire emergency, they want to charge 50% more than tire rack for tires that they have to order, so I suggested that I should order them and have Sears install them for me - Not only would they charge me $15 for mounting per tire, but an additional $20 per tire for BALANCING, valve stems, disposal and environmental tax. The tax is $1, valve stems are $1.99 and disposal is $2.00That implies that they charge $30 for mount/balance, compared to $15 if you buy them there -AND HE CALLED THAT PRICE MATCHING!Even Firestone is only $14 per tire total.Very rude, tried to sell me tires with speed rating LOWER THAN MY CAR REQUIRES, and told me that if I expect a different price then I should take my business elsewhere.So I will!

This place is horrible. I get an 6 month alignment and get it done once. Get new tires 3 months in and they keep saying just because I got new tires I dont need an alignment. They are sorry. So I called today to make an appointment because warranty is coming to an end and they say they cant do it for a week or so. Really then the warranty would be invalid. Long story short dont waste your money here. There is alot of other places that treat you alot better. F.y.i. when I went to make an appointment online said that they had multiple options I could pick from. You get what u pay for NEVER AGAIN

I am very unhappy with there service and wont recommend this place. I took my 2012 Toyota Prius 2 for wheel alignment 2 months back with groupon coupon. The guy said service is completed for 2 wheels and told me they cant do as manufacturer dont have specs for other 2 rear wheels and charged me for Wheel alignment. I took to the dealer and they said i need to replace my rear lower controller arm and have to do wheel alignment. The dealer said they cant do wheel alignment as rear lower control arm is bended. The sears ripped me off for wheel alignment for no service and didnt even call me when they cant do. You need to be honest and lied about the specs.

Came here to get my battery changed - it was a little bit more expensive than walmart, but i was able to get it done the next day, whereas the closest walmart said over a week for a simple battery change. Professional customer service was friendly, and the service was good and quick. recommended.

I had a problem with my rental car; the right rear passenger door would not open from the inside. Bad news on a 100 degree, 99% humidity day when a passenger was unable to get out that side, and traffic was whipping by on the other, so they were trapped and sweltering. Although the Avis side of Sears Auto was closed for the 4th of July, JB, who works for Sears, offered to take a look. Turns out that the previous renter had set the child lock on that door. Never having needed this feature in any car, I was clueless about it. He adjusted it, and all was well! JB stands for Just Brilliant to me! Thanks, Sears, and thanks, JB! 😊

I just want to thank manger Arielle and her coworker JB for their kindness and help this afternoon. My wifes Xterra broke down in the Willow Grove Mall parking lot a bit ago. I figured the battery was the culprit so I drove my truck to the mall from my house to help. Of course my wife was surrounded by other cars so a jump was impossible with my truck . I went to Sears to see if they had a hotshot box. I was offered to use it and JB kindly went along. The Xterra got the jump and all was great. Amazing folks there in Wilow Grove Sears Auto. Website ok found better deal at pep boys for tires but service was horrible and i waited over 3 hours so maybe Sears was the place to go for a few more Dollars.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. a month or 2 ago I went and got an oil change and I barely drive my car I just went to get my car inspected and they said my car is due for an oil change so basically they charged me and didnt do the service but maybe add oil. I have had multiple problems with my car since ive taken it here too! Also have heard from many other people they dont do a good job do not take your car here
