When I first called Land Rover Willow Grove the representative was very courteous and listened very intently to my concerns. When I arrived at the shop for my appointment everybody was very friendly and courteous and they got me taken care of right away checking in.The issue with this visit was that it took 3 1/2 hours from check in to complete the service which only consisted of topping off of transmission fluid. I fully understand that they didn’t take my car and diagnose it right away but it took at least an hour and a half from the time I was given the results of the diagnostics to the time the car was ready for me to take home. My service rep was very courteous through the whole process but although he kept telling me it would only be a few minutes more it took almost an hour

I have had three cars serviced by Willow Grove. Over the past year service has been poor and not thorough. Communication has been lacking and they do not listen. They treat their customers as burdens. After my last visit I told them that they did not resolve the problem; they then proceeded to question if I understood how my car works. I would not recommend them any longer.

I did not purchase my vehicle from here but probably should have. I brought my truck here for service and had an amazing experience from scheduling to arrival to completion of service. They run the service department like a well oiled machine and thought my assessment and quote fir repairs was thorough and fair. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Great experience! A few minutes after we arrived and were looking at cars in the lot, John Varghese came out to meet us and it was an easy process. He didn’t haggle or make us feel rushed or pressured. He was a great salesperson. Courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We will gladly seek him out to help us with car buying in the future.

Well this was my last drop with this dealership even though they are closest one to me! Except they have high prices compared to other Land Rover dealers or when they can keep your car for 3 days instead of promised 3 hours without calling you or returning your  calls, they destroyed the interior of my very rare Range Rover Westminster which only 500 has been made. I brought the car last year for the airbag recall procedure, after I picked up the car I noticed some kind of loose plastic noise from the glove compartment area but didnt realize how big the problem is util last evening I decided to fix this noise ( I am mechanic myself with 18 years experience ) when I removed right side air vent I discovered that they technician broke every possible bracket while has been replacing passenger side airbag! I understand that it is a human factor and it is possible to break something while you are doing this type of work, but this is something that simply is not acceptable ( see the pictures )! Before you go to this dealer please take a look on the pictures of what they did with my car and then make a decision if you want someone like that person working on your high end Land Rover car. I would say dealerships like this are a shame of the make.

Bill Marshall was my salesperson. Met me in the parking lot when I arrived and was ready to get to work. He had most everything taken care off when I arrived. I was given a very good price for my trade in. Kimberly in the finance dept was button up and found excellent financing for me. When it was time to go Bill set up my bluetooth and thoroughly explained all the features of the car. Amazing experience

Everyone was so nice and made me and my family feel comfortable! They offered coffee, water, snacks, etc while you wait. My sales person John was so nice he sure I knew everything about my car, and showed me how to use all the features in the car. The financial manager Kim explained all my paperwork to me and made sure I picked out the right packages for my car. She was so nice and patient. I will definitely recommend this place to get your new car.

Dissatisfied: I come to Willow Grove Land Rover because my check engine light is on on my Range Rover. I thought that they will be honest with me. But instead they tell me everything that my car needs except why is my check engine light is on.I already know why it was on because I diagnosed myself and it was POO8 code which don’t have anything to do with what they mentioned that my car needs why the light was on. It is not the fuel pump and sensor. It’s a oil leak from the camshaft seals or the reluctant ring can throw the timing Chain off. That’s why my check engine light is on. Willow Grove Land Rover went all around the reason why my check engine light is on. I was not interested in all that they was talking about . Please be straight up with your paying customers and stop trying to milk the cow…!!!

Just purchased a beautiful full size 2014 Range Rover from Land Rover Willow Grove and had a great experience. I traveled from NC to PA to pick up this car, and they made the entire process easy. When I arrived from the airport the car was ready to go, as was the paperwork and the whole transaction took less than an hour before I was back on the road. I had a very good experience with the dealership. Jon was great he took his time and was very patient with me regardless of how late in hour it was getting. He was able to help me with a color close to what I wanted, and when it was closing time Jon and Kim did not hurry up and rush me out the door. Jon made sure I had everything taken cared of including how use the app and everything and it was super cold and late. Kim was also great very kind and pleasant and they follow up with you afterwards to make sure things are going great with the car and see if you need other assistance... Very good service. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I would suggest is that the dealer spruce up on their inventory but I was told their cars was selling like hotcakes. So that kind of made sense. All in all very good experience... thanks guys

The dealership couldn’t identify the transmission problem. Upon picking up my car, I experienced the same problem within 100 yards of their exit. I noticed it was harder to hear as someone had the climate fan on high, as opposed to my normal automatic setting. Additionally, the radio was on to a station I don’t listen to, which I suspect was also on while the vehicle was test driven. My service advisor was fine and I believe he did his job well. But the service techs failed miserably.

I took my car to get the driver side door fixed and i didnt really notice it when i picked it up but i got home, and my passenger side door has big scratch on it. they tried to cover it up by buffing it but you can tell and so this is terrible because its a new car... hopefully they can fix it.

I have been to several Land Rover dealers in this area. Willow Grove is the absolute best! My sales person, Belinda Carter is the coolest, most patient, honest, knowledgeable and just overall nice.
