Terrific job with no pressure and extremely transparent. Anastasia was a great salesperson! Very knowledgeable, very professional, and very patient. The TLDR is: No pressure, no games, and excellent price.unabridged novel: I was considering downsizing my SUV but not sure. I lean toward sporty so I wanted something unique and powerful, but my wife leans toward luxury so she had to like it too.I had been looking at German suvs, and just couldnt find something we both liked (at a price we could afford). I came to Maserati only wanting to learn more about it. When I told my local dealer I was only wanting to sit in the car to see if I liked it, they dismissed me and got very cold.An internet search showed Faulkner Maserati had multiple units of the model I was interested in, so I called late on a Saturday. Well, I was lucky that Anastasia picked up the phone, and the professional first class treatment started there. When I told her I just want to learn more and sit in a car, she welcomed me in. She had all 3 cars I was interested in ready to look at. When she was explaining the features and differences, I was really intrigued. Anastasia let my me and my wife test drive the car and we were in love.The dealership was closing, and knowing I was only a tire kicker, Anastasia was patient and attentive. I had changed my mind during the process, and decided I was a buyer based on the great treatment and wonderful test drive.Looking for cooled seats, the tester did not have that. Anastasia suggested a car with the cooled seats that was 7K cheaper! Being after closing time, I bought the cooled seat car.Anastasia came through with a great deal on this first try. I was happy with the car price and the trade in offer. No haggling necessary!Driving the cooled seat car Sunday, I regretted giving up the birds eye back up camera and other features from the more expensive tester I drove.Monday I called Anastasia, and she said no problem, we want you to be happy. No questions, no resistance. I came in Monday night and got the better car for the best price. Again no haggling, no games. The papers were done and ready when I got there, I was able to sign and go home in 15 minutes with the car I was truly in love with.Anastasia and Faulkner Maserati are a rare pleasure. This is a dealership who does everything right. I didnt know a dealership could be this good. I cant wait to buy from them again!

From a service standpoint, cant ask for anything more. Kept me informed all along the process and actually performed a service that apparently wasnt covered by warranty and offered a policy discount to fix the issue. Only disappointing aspect of the entire process was the loaner car. Have had 3 Audis in my house along with other higher end brands. All of them offer loaner cars from the dealership. I drove a Jeep while my auto was in for service this time. Would have never happened at Audi or MB.

I had an excellent experience recently purchasing a car through Faulkner Maserati Willow Grove. After finding a car we liked I dealt strictly virtually with my rep (Devin) where we came to a reasonable agreement pretty quickly which was a huge relief compared to a lot of dealerships I had contacted. There were no additional fees on top of what they advertised and it was extremely straight forward.When I came to pick up the car everything was exactly as described and honestly it was a little better than it looked in the pictures. Would definitely recommend dealing with them if you find something that you’re interested in.

I have failed to give credit where credit is due. It is so easy to give negative comments as I have especially today when I had another bad experience with another dealership. But almost a year ago I purchased my first Alfa Romeo with my wife and I have to say it has been one of the best cars that I have ever owned. But the most important part of this review is the honesty and clear direction of the salesmen involved in my purchase as they did not force optional equipment and helped in facilitating the purchase I needed at the time. I wish I was close to this dealership so I could buy the Alfa Romeo I was trying to get today. If anyone wants to be treated honestly and given a good price for s car that they are trying to purchase this is the place to go. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for treating me and my wife with respect.

Nice store but couldn’t fix the problem with Alfa Romeo Stelvio. Check engine light kept coming on and car had 20k miles. Car was in the shop 5 times in 5 months. Last visit they said I would need to spend $1500-$2000 to possibly fix it. Why would I spend money to possibly fix it? I do think the dealer could have done a better job pushing Alfa corporate to do the right thing and fix a car under warranty. Never buying another Alfa Romeo again.

Faulkner took over my lease from another dealership that I bought my car from. Even though they didnt make anything off the sale, they treated me with white glove service. As it turned out, I was interested in buying out my 2018 at the end of the lease - about 5 months from now. Just bought a gorgeous 2018 Stelvio TI from these fine folks. It was a great experience. Chris Ewing the salesman greeted me with a warm smile and everyone made me feel at home.They were very knowledgeable on the car with tribal knowledge of people that actually have them. We recently purchased a 2017 Maserati Ghibli from this dealer for my husband and we are extremely pleased. The Sales Manager- Tyler was extremely helpful. Even though we werent purchasing one of the newer Maseratis, he still made us feel like he valued our business. He was extremely personable and certainly not the overbearing Sales Guy I was afraid he would be. We were upset with the shape that the rims were in when the car was delivered and he rectified that for us quickly and without argument.This dealer has an awesome selection of cars and I wouldnt hesitate recommending them. Went to Faulkner Maserati on June 7th for a PA Inspection/Emission and an Oil Change on our 2015 Ghibli S Q4. Steve Mihalik is always very accommodating, professional & courteous and treats customers like family! Steve had a loaner 2020 Levante ready for me for the day and called me when my vehicle was ready to go. He took the time to discuss the report that Maserati generates as part of their service. He explained everything in detailed and recommended a few minor items that would need to be addressed later this year. When returned, our vehicle was spotless on the inside and out. Triple the cost or more vs. competitive Alfa Romeo dealers for service. I live 1 mile away and lead a local Alfa club, but we will drive 1-2 hours away to get service for 1/3 the price. There is nothing special about oil and belts. Alfa Romeos dont use some strange oil, nor do the processes to change oil or perform other maintenance equal that of a supercar.

The day before we arrived to confirm our appointment- we called to make sure that the 5 vehicles that we saw on the website were still available. We called within 3 hours of closing. As we had to drive 2 hours to get there, and wanted to get the best experience, so we were prepared.However, when we arrived at 9:20, the doors were still locked, although they open at 9am. Then a casually dressed woman introduced herself as Tracy, who turned out to be our sales rep, immediately asked us what colors we wanted,but we already told her exactly the 5 cars. She didnt listen, and still interrogated us for 10 minutes asking silly questions like what EXACT color you want instead? She was already pushy when we told her several times that we dont know and we will see..When the wife started to speak that she wanted to just see the 5 cars, Tracy looked offended that there was a second decision maker and said who should I be talking to, YOU or HIM? Tracy mustve been thrown off she had to work with 2 people.Then we finally go outside.Tracy only brings out 2 keys out of 5, and shows us 2 used vehicles, that when our friend inspected it, we discovered that both cars were involved in an accident as the hood was not lining up with bumper and slight color difference. Then we asked politely about a white vehicle that was on our list,but she dodged the question.Then she tells us that the white car was sold the night before.We were completely disappointed in her bait and switch, when she knew we drove down from far to see the vehicle. She couldve atleast informed us about that in the beginning of her color choosing interrogation. She even wrote down White on her paper, but tells us 30 min later they dont have the White?Also when we asked her to describe the features of the interior, she looked at us blankly and couldnt explain the features of an Alfa Romeo.She was extremely not trustworthy, unprofessional, and didnt dress appropriately or formal enough to work in a high end dealership. It was unfortunately a very disappointing experience and she wasted our time with her pushy and unprepared tactics.

Faulkner Maserati Alfa Romeo in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, is a top notch dealership. You are treated with warmth and respect upon entering. My purchase, a 2017 Tahoe, is not a common stock item for this dealership, yet every question I had about the vehicle was answered either on the spot or after a consult from one of their Chevrolet dealerships.Although my purchase was flawless, I experienced a problem with the brakes within three days of my purchase. Since the brakes had already been through a safety check and were within the proper specs, they were safe. The problem was subtle and only showed itself while I descended steep terrain when away on vacation. I had stopping power, but braking was rough and sluggish - a bit unnerving. I contacted Faulkner. They brought me in the following week to recheck the brakes. The brakes were found to have a slight warp, but were still safely within specs. Because I, the customer, was concerned about the performance of the brakes, they replaced the rotors and brake pads at no charge. I knew there would be steep hills in my future, and I just didn’t feel safe the way the brakes were.If you purchase from Faulkner Maserati Alfa Romeo, or any Faulkner dealer, rest assured, you will have the best experience possible. Working with Tyler, Mark, Pat, and Steve in service was a real pleasure. Better than five out of five stars.

Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience trying to purchase a car here. We were told the car would remain for sale unless we put a deposit and filled out the financing application, we did these things, and yet still the dealership and sales woman remained extremely pushy and basically threatening to sell the car to someone else if we didn’t answer an email or phone call within an hour. Instead of asking when would be good for us to come pick up the car, I was told “well I need the car gone by ____” calling up to 3 times a day while I was at work. Our minds were already made on this car and sale, and these outdated pushy sales tactics and not even trying to meet our needs as the customer forced us to choose to abandon the deal. We looked for the same exact car at another dealership because of this.

I had a miss fire on my Stelvio Quadrifolgio. When I arrived at the dealership, I was promptly greeted by the service manager. We went over the issues and said he has a very experienced tech to work on the car. The car was left overnight to see how it behaved with a cold start. The service manager called me to tell me that they confirmed from the codes that multiple cylinders had recorded miss fires. Unfortunately, the issues could not be replicated. The conclusion was a recommendation for me to buy a higher quality of gas. This was based on a simple test for ethanol which showed it contained 8 percent. The dealer said the max is 10 percent. My manual states 15 percent. In any case, I use Sunoco Ultra which is the highest octane gas available. To find gas with no ethanol is extremely difficult unless I go to an airport and pay an extremely high price. Although I am satisfied with how the dealership dealt with this issue, I am left uncertain about the reliability of my Stelvio. Dispite the tech checking plugs and swapping coil packs, he was unable to get to the bottom of this issue.In conclusion, the service manager handled my issues in a very professional manner.

I had a good experience purchasing my new Maserati from Faulkner. My salesman, Tyler Harris, was responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable as I contacted him while evaluating my options. Tyler, Mark Lenny and Maserati put a fair deal together that allowed me out of my prior lease commitment and into a brand-new Maserati Quattroporte S Q4 GranLusso. All were friendly and a pleasure to work with. Tyler and Mark were well prepared. The paperwork to purchase the car was prepared ahead of time (at my request) to be respectful of my time. I was done with the actual purchase of the car in 15-20 minutes. In addition, they helped me get a car that I wanted during issues related to the Maserati shutdown caused by the coronavirus pandemic. I had had my prior Quattroporte serviced at Faulkner Maserati and the service manager, Steve Mihalik, could not have been more polite, helpful, and professional. Bottom line: I would recommend Faulkner Alfa Romeo Willow Grove to anyone in the market for a Maserati.

He could not have been more helpful, acting in a professional but very friendly personality. This is the first time I have brought my Guilia in for servicing at Faulkners and was very impressed with the efficiency. I brought the car in on a Tuesday afternoon to get my loaner for work to be done on Wednesday. Later in the afternoon I received a call that the work had been done already and if I wanted I could pick the car up that day. Never had that happen at any dealership before.

It was very new experience in car buying.Mot sure that is the preferred way, however that was the way to buy the car during new rules that were brought to us by Covid-19.Although different, it was overall an excellent experience and I think it was mainly due to professionalism of a new Falkner Maserati and Alfa Romeo personnel whonmadenthis new experience seamless.From the first contact through constant and detailed email exchanges, including after hours and weekends all the way through concluding the deal.Great experience overall and special thanks to Pat Haggerty and Tyler!

Had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned 2018 Giulia from Faulkner Alfa Romeo in Willow Grove. After a failed purchase from Carvana, Pat and Tyler gave me a MUCH better deal on a two-year-old Giulia with only 3.5K miles on it. The car is beautiful, practically brand new, and it has restored in me the joy of driving I used to get from my E46 and E90 3-series. I especially appreciated Tyler sending a thorough, personalized walk-around video of car when it arrived on the lot—it sealed the deal for me. While there was a minor issue delivering the car—it needed to return to the dealership after driving it for a few days so that the emissions sensor could reset in order to pass PA inspection—Tyler still delivered the car on-time, as promised, and then arranged to have the it picked-up from my house the following week and returned the same day. Communication was good and the transaction was smooth. I spent maybe 15 minutes total in the dealership during the entire purchasing experience, the importance of which I emphasized to Tyler considering the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic. They were considerate of that request and abided by social distancing protocols. In the end, the savings I realized by purchasing such a low-mileage, two-year-old Giulia as well as the professionalism and decency of Pat, Tyler, and Steve in the service department—a very pleasant person to talk to on the phone—has left me with zero buyers’ remorse and a high level of confidence in the dealership. I look forward to returning the car to the dealership for service during the many years I hope to keep this car.
