Helped my with checking to see if my current battery was any good. They went out of their way to check everything before having me spend money on something. Turned out that my battery was very bad and I did need a new one. Very helpful and informative.

The customer service was great.! I needed a diagnostic done and the young man behind the desk was quick to respond. After the diagnostic was completed he advised me on what to do next. He was very helpful and patient. I look for that type of service. Some auto zones mainly in Philly ...the lines can be long and your waiting for awhile until you are served. I think that is reflection of poor management in some of these places where a customers time is not taking into consideration at all. Hope the ones in Philly can do a better like the ones in the county. I feel positive that change can occur. I would return to this one if Im in the area. Keep up the good work!

Must say there has been an improvement since it first opened. The fellow who waited on me was very helpful. Nothing like the former fowl mouthed man that managed the place when it opened.

Nice folks behind the desk, they even laughed when they had to ask the old 2 wheel drive or 4 wheel drive? Question. Some of you will understand that.

It’s nice to have an AutoZone in the area now and this one has some great customer service which is nice. Especially compared to the Pepboys next door. All of the associates have been nice and helpful but Tiffany has gone above and beyond to help the last few times I’ve gone in. She’s one of the reasons I go back to that one specifically. I know it’s new but they keep it very clean and organized and it’s really bright so it never looks dingy. So far they have had any of the parts or tools I’ve needed to work on my BMW and as with all locations they can get parts transferred to them quickly. Like I said, it’s nice to have a good one in the area.

Tiffany was extremely helpful in making sure my replacement headlight bulbs fit my vehicle and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. It was a significantly better experience than what I am used to at Pep Boys. The store is on the smaller side but is clean and well lit and organized efficiently. A nice alternative to having to go to Pep boys or order online.

Last night we had car trouble, everything else was closed and we did not want to leave car with open windows 30 min away from home. We got to autozone, and a young guy could not be more helpful, calm, patient and very professional. He looked for the right battery for us, looked into possible discounts, explained and educated us and when we came back with the old battery to return, came out and helped us to make sure we are off safely even it was a couple minutes before the store closes. These days is rare such a professional and compassion employee! Way to go and thank you!

Tiffany was so helpful she replaced my windshield wipers for me it took 5 minutes. She recommended air pumps and windshield wiper fluid for me because I was buying those too. Great service overall and super quick!

I have to question why Autozone makes the simplest things difficult. Getting an oil filter should be easy. But without a reference chart in the filter isle, a trip to the counter is needed. Then the counter person looks up the filter, and retrieved it. I return home. And in the middle of my DIY oil change, discovered that he gave me the WRONG FILTER. Never using Autozone again. Beware.

As with most major retail sites you either get great service or meh service. Just the way the cookie crumbles I guess.

Helpful and Polite and surprisingly Honest for Auto Workers.😆 My AC has a Leak. I was about to buy a Stop leak Can. I told the Employee what I was dealing with and he said Well Ill sell it to you. But its not going to do you any good.

Slow service... Multiple workers around but only one actually payed attention to customers.

AutoZone is simply the best... especially Tiffany who was the most helpful.

The service here is some of the best coustomer service I have ever received. Chelissa and Elvis really went out of their way to honor a warranty, when the system couldnt find it, and got mycar battery taken care of.

Seems these places only sell basic supplies anymore.. Anything you need thats slightly outside of the box forces you to purchase everything online... So basically if you dont need oil or a bulb buy it online.

Love this place new and has alot more than pepboys up the street. They are still good for some stuff for sure.

Tried to sell me the wrong battery just because its the same size. Made rude comments and refused to apologize. Asked for manager and he claimed he is the manager. Picture proof.

Knowledgeable helpful staff

Employees are hard working and very knowledgeable. Members of the crew that stuck out was Doug and Greg. Im assuming Doug is managment by the different color shirt (??) If not, then he should be. He stopped and helped me right away, and I noticed him doing a great job while helping what appeared to be new hires who are grasping the store functions and rules. Greg also stood out with his knowledge. I watched him help out many employees and his knowledge is great.I made a few trips before making this review so I decided the store was great but the only fault is store managment. There should be more of a focus on helping employees then hiding in the back letting them do all the work during rushes. Despite that, with some change in work ethics from them, the store will thrive. Overall great, hardworking crew. Cant wait to watch the store grow.

Buckets had some holes in it whe tried to purchase a few items. Went to pepboys and man the price difference is HUGE... I always loved autozone but not that they are right next to each other I could see literally hand and hand price difference and pepboys is about 25 percent cheaper with same products. Staff were kind and parking is easy. Overall an okay place
