I have been using this mechanic for 16 years and Ive never had a problem with them. I cant say that about any other mechanic Ive used. They have been fair and honest with me about my cars.

I was quoted on my air intake at 500$. The next day it was raised it to 700$. The day I picked the car up 950$. The same day I got the car back my check engine came back on. I ran the codes at Autozone and my banks were coming up lean. I took the car back and they said they would take it apart and check for any mistakes. They said it was good to go. I just took it to another shop and they ran a smoke test. The brand new part that I paid 3x the price for at willow grove auto is leaking everywhere and I have to get it replaced AGAIN. This new shop I’m going to is giving me a 2 year warranty on the part willow grove auto replaced 6 months ago that wasn’t put in right and most likely was cracked when it got put in.

Great service and prices. I had a flat tire. They plugged and reinstalled my tire,put my spare back all in about 15 minutes. Very happy.

After my check engine light came on again Bernie recommended replacing the vacuum canister that had a hole in it. He found a rusted out vent valve too along with a rotted out steel brake line. They picked up my van which is an added convenience for me being I’m in a wheelchair. Was very pleased with the work done in a timely manner and with the utmost professionalism. Would highly recommend them for all of your auto repair service needs.

I have been coming here since 2018 for annual inspections and if I have any concerns or work needed to be done on my vehicle. My Auntie recommended them to me when I first moved here, she has been here for 12 years. They are thorough, informative, and reasonable. They have a great rapport with the community (you can tell with every long time customer that walks in) and have been in business for 30 years probably because their customer service is great. Making an appointment ahead of time is recommended, but Ive come in randomly during the middle of the day and didnt have a crazy long wait for things like an inspection. Also, you can come early in the morning and not have a crazy long wait. Lastly, a small perk about their location is that you can easily walk to Old Navy or Barnes & Noble nearby to fill the time while they work.

The service here is so good. I never have a problem bringing my car in for same day service and getting it back quickly. Plus the explain everything wrong in a simple and easy to understand manner. Prices are great too. So glad I found these guys.

When I went to get into my car today I realized I had a screw in my tire and it was totally flat, I honestly did not know what to do. My brother suggested I call Willow Grove Automatic and see if they could come out to help, and well they did! Within 15 minutes heyt came out, put air in my tire, and drove it to the shop to fix it. I am so happy with their service and how they handled everything with all that is going on. I am forever grateful that they could help me and were able to patch it saving me a lot of money. I will be using them for any issues I have in the future.

I need to get an inspection ASAP because I waited last minute and couldn’t get out of the house because I have two toddlers and the COVID19 going around. Well they came to me the next day picked up my car and my inspection was finished in no time! Found out I needed new tires as well and they did those the same day as well! Great place, would highly recommend!

Hands down the best service station in the area. Really great service. They are very honest. Ive had a lot of bad experiences at other mechanics, and I will never go to another. The peace of mind that Im not going to get ripped off every year for Inspections is so nice.

I stopped in at lunchtime to have my car looked at and when I told Rick I was not from the area, he and his team looked at my car immediately. It ended up being a simple problem and fix, but I was very grateful to be in and out quickly. If I end up in the area and need service again, I would definitely come back.

On 11/9/2016 we took our 2010 Subaru Outback to Willow Grove Automotive, since my sister-in-law has her car serviced by them. Our Outback needed a new thermostat installed, since the car was overheating & the temperature light was red. They charged $248.23, which was a real surprise. I called AT Subaru, which is a dealership and they stated the cost would total $198. I did call Willow Grove Automotive back questioning the repair price, and Tom said this was the book cost they charged.All being said, the service was performed, albeit without cleaning up the antifreeze around the underside body tray. The replacement part was probably not a Subaru part, but instead a third-party part. Thinking they most likely did not mix distilled water with the antifreeze coolant, but instead tap water.Considering they are not a dealership, their price for this repair was significantly higher than a dealership. Disappointed with Willow Grove Automotive. If you want to pay more, Willow Grove Automotive is the place to service your vehicle.
