I had a 2017 Ford Explorer and my girlfriend has a Lexus IS, whenever she got it serviced our service advisor, Joel was always fantastic. I loved the detail work they did on her car so I asked if they would do my Ford and they did and it was seriously the best work. I had such bad experiences with Ford and my first thought was lets go to Lexus. Jan, my sales person greeted us as soon as we walked in. He was not pushy, which is something I have never experienced before. It was refreshing that he allowed us to meander between a couple options without overloading us with why the car is better than others (I think we all know Lexus is a reliable and beautiful brand) nor did he point out every little detail, which helped us fall in love with what felt right. We settled on this metallic blood orange NX300 that was parked out front. We were lucky to have driven many of the models because when my girlfriend gets service they always give her a loaner car which already gave me the chance to feel out the different models. When it came to sitting down and talking numbers, there was no 4 squares. No, put a gazillion dollars down and your payment is some ridiculous amount. He took a blank white piece of paper and literally broke it down right there at his desk. No running between a desk filled with sales managers. Straight forward, kind and to the point. He was also awesome to talk to with a great personality. When it came to financing, Bill was great! He made the whole process easy and painless. Paperwork was organized, fast and again as with everyone there, just really nice.Hands down this was the best experience I have EVER had at a dealership in my 42yrs. They have a customer for life!

My service experience (state inspection) was positive. Service advisor Dave was professional, pleasant and helpful, as was Joel on prior visits for service. My loaner car was immediately available when I arrived to drop off my car. Overall it was a very positive experience

Everything was very professional and courtious. My service advisor, Dave Standardowski, kept me updated on all required services, as well as, providing me with a loaner automobile while my car was being serviced. I was well pleased with the experience.

I wish I could give this dealer zero stars. I purchased 2017 LX570 unseen over the phone. Since it was a certified car, I figured it will be in great condition. But I was completely wrong. First of all, the service is extremely slow. It took them 3 weeks to give me the car after I paid a deposit of $5,000. When my brother went to pick up the car, he noticed stains on headliner, seats, and carpet. Not only that hood is full of chip rocks. Paperwork inside the car even states send for detail. I assume this dealer is so reluctant that they did not bother themselves to get the car in perfect condition before selling it. Sometimes, it took them s more than a day to reply back to me via text. I will not recommend buying a vehicle from these culprits. This is not what I was expecting after paying over $60k for this vehicle.

For me this is a nice dealership. They are going through renovations now. Hopefully the lounge will be better than it was. But if you are to buy a car here it would be easier because almost all of them are in the open and you can browse on your own. Sales people are not very pushy here. But I know exactly what I want before I talk to a salesperson.

This is by far the fastest car buying experience I had. I negotiated on the car my wife wants over the phone. I dealt with Alden and his manager Jim. We agreed on the price and we drove 1.5 hrs. We got there 45 mins before the dealer closes. There were no surprises or any pressure at all, and the price is what we agreed upon. Paperwork’s was ready as well as the car by the time we got there. They even beat our banks APR rate on the loan. We were done before they closed and Alden spared extra time to show my wife how everything works in the car. It was worth driving to this dealership. I highly recommend this place. My wife was so happy with her Lexus.

I was interested in purchasing the new Lexus and was treated very poorly by the staff on my second visit in. The gentleman I dealt with on my first visit had left early for the day and I stood around waiting for a sales person. A sales guy came up to me and said You are just going to have to wait in a really arrogant attitude. We decided to just leave and go to the Wyoming Valley BMW dealer - which I am super glad I did! The BMW dealer had very friendly low pressured staff and a great vehicle. I am so far very pleased with my purchasing experience at Wyoming Valley BMW.

I recently had the very pleasant experience of going to Motor World Lexus. I loved my IS250 but I live on a steep hill and need a 4 wheel drive vehicle. A very nice young man approached me, Alden Whah. I told him I still had a year to go on my current lease and was just looking at the SUVs to get an idea of what they are like to drive. He was so patient with my questions and made me feel so comfortable as he answered them. There it was! The black GX460! I told Alden I would love to take it home today but I still had my current lease. That is when he went in back and came out with a deal I could not refuse. He saved me so much on the price, all the while making me so comfortable with no pressure. I loved the coating demonstration, where he put spray paint on the car and lit it on fire. Such a nice respectful guy. He connected my phone to my vehicle, (very nice feature, I can lock the doors and start it from my phone),set up my blue tooth and walked me through the entire vehicle. Service is decent but definitely not what Ive come to expect from an actual lexus dealership.I miss my service department from back home on the west coast.

The service at this dealer was so slow, the quality of work was below average, and I could not get in touch with the service advisor when I returned to him. On the other hand, the only two things that were convenient were the online reservation and the free shuttle within 10 miles of the dealers location.
