Maurice was extremely helpful and friendly when I walked in with questions about leasing a brand new bmw. Fast forward a couple months and my 2022 came in with everything I asked for. Maurice answered all my questions along the way and kept me updated during the building/shipping process. Their tech guy Cody was also friendly and knowledgeable when explaining all the features of the car. Paperwork was a breeze with Billy as well. I will deal with all of them again in the future.

Whether it is routine maintenance or a more complex fix, they have delivered with confidence and quality. Scheduling is convenient and the customer service is always good. The service is typically quick and I never wait too long. If the service does require more time, the ability to get a loaner is a big plus. Alicia Lewis is usually my service advisor and she is always informative and helpful, as is the rest of the team there. I will continue to use this branch for servicing.

Made an appointment to view a car onsite. The sales rep called me to confirm the appointment & I expressed that I was a 1.5 hour away. Drove all the way there & Spent fuel & tolls,to be informed that they sold the vehicle that morning but the purchaser had the same name as me so they didn’t catch the error....Even though I gave my last name, email & phone number. Would not recommend business.

Picked up my 330E from Ben and Cody on Friday. To start, there was zero sales pressure from Ben through the entire process. I have been with BMW Wyoming Valley for 6 years now and with the low profile rims and Wilkes-Barre’s streets I’ve seen the service team quite a bit. Alicia has always been incredibly helpful and frankly a huge reason it’s hard to leave this dealership.

I had an appointment that I made over the phone to bring my BMW in for service here. I needed them to scan and reset the airbag light on the car as my mechanic had done work on the car and could not reset it himself. I explained this to them over the phone when I made the appointment prior to driving an hour to the dealership to drop my car off for the appointment. Nothing was said on the phone about any potential issues with what I asked for them to do. I dropped it off on my appointment day, explained what was wrong and left. About 20 minutes later they called me stating that they were refusing to hook the car up and clear the fault from the vehicle. Dennis the manager at the service shop said it was a liability on their part if they did this and did not complete the work themselves. Im calling BS on that, clearly if there WAS a problem with the airbag then the code would not clear, so I cannot see where they are liable for simply clearing the code to see if the problem had been fixed. They simply refused to do this because they had not been paid the $1,600 quoted to replace the passenger side seat sensor. So I had to drive back, pick up my vehicle then drive the hour back home with absolutely no results, what a waste of time! Keep in mind, I drove all the way back with the airbag light on (meaning the airbags would not deploy if I was in an accident) that clearly seems like they would be more liable in the case that I was involved in an accident on the way home. They couldve cleared the code and if the vehicle was fixed (as it shouldve been) then the airbags wouldve deployed in an accident, if it was not fixed then of course the airbag light wouldve come back on. This is simply a money grab, I will never return to this dealership and will gladly bring my business elsewhere for both repairs and when Im considering buying my next new car.
