High volume low overhead operation. Service staff was friendly and respectful, work was completed on time, great shuttle service with a waiting room that reminided us of a 1960s Greyhound Bus Terminal. Hard tile floor, Metal chairs all bunched together vs 6 apart. Clearly not what a Cadillac Owner is deserving of or used to. Try the Scranton dealership.
My review is for vehicle service. If your like me and needed to find the service bays, enter through the gates and bear left, go straight all the way back, turn right, and the signs for all makes service bays are overhead! Also, pull up to the doors, they auto open, drive in, then turn off the car and go talk to your vehicle manufacturer customer service rep waiting for you. If your a dumby like me, youll probably park and go to the service door and ask what to do lol. Thats it!
The only reason i gave 5 stars is because of kristen moyer. She goes above and beyond to make your visit go smooth. Too bad she is not a tech, my car would probably be fixed by now!!!
I Am usually very pessimistic when it comes to shopping for used cars because you never know if you are getting the right deal or the right car from the dealer. My experience with the sales manager Alyssa from Cadillac, as well as, the sales manager Jimmy from Chrysler Jeep made the purchase of my Escalade the best car buying experience I have ever had! It was uncanny how much Jimmy from Chrysler looked like Bob Barker and it made the experience even better, I felt like I was in The Price is Right! I will defiantly be back for my next car thanks Jimmy and Alyssa!

Overall the quality and professionalism is very good, the wait time to get service is not great but getting your car back washed and polished is a nice touch.
My salesman Raymond Spiccioli was excellent couldnt ask for a nice guy. Id recommend him to anybody.
We took our Cadillac in for some simple service on the brakes. 7 1/2 hours later the car was finished. It should NEVER have taken that amount of time. The woman that waited on us was S-L-O-W doing everything. She said she would call us when the car was done. After hours of waiting I went back to her desk and there was our paperwork, obviously the car was finished and she was no where in sight. If you need your car serviced be prepared to waste a day waiting for the work to get done.

My experience with Larry Moretti, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Jeep line, as we considered several different models. We were impressed with that considering his speciality is Cadillac!! He was kind and courteous to myself and fiance. The other staff we met were also very friendly and helpful, such as our financial representative, Brian. They had us on the road in no time with our brand new 2019 Cherokee once we had chose it. We reccomend motorworld to anyone looking, especially, Larry!
They gave me a shuttle ride back to my house.The shuttle driver was extreamly courteous,I only had to wait five minutes for the shuttle.They fixed the two recalls without any problems.
THIS IS A DEALERSHIP WHO SELLS YOU THE CAR AND FOLLOWS THROUGH WITH A SERVICE DEPARTMENT AS WELL AS A VEHICLE REUNION SHOP SHOULD YOU NEED IT! Well, I had several fender benders which were handle by expert manager and friendly front-desk ladies. Then my service person picked up the car and evaluated for my state inspection. When it is completed the driver picks me up and reunites me with my SRX. My SRX IS IN TUNE BECAUSE THE PEOPLE AT MOTORWORLD KEEP IT THAT WAY WITHOUT THE BURDEN OF HIGH-MAINTENANCE COSTS. I have listened to people evaluate their dealerships and the overcharged pricing on service. This well-oiled Motorworld has always pleased me and my SRX. This my #1 Motorworld and I my advise to you, buy, service and repair at Motorworld.
Do not buy from motor world they will take your money say they will fix any SMALL problems and turn them into a catastrophe
