Also is the best! This dealership is top drawer. Theres no snootiness, no pretentiousness, just solid, thorough, friendly service. Now, there are less expensive options out there, but there isnt a better dealership.
Theyre good salesmen but they should never assume that the customer can easily be fooled into their buying options. They want you to blindly sign your life away. As if you didnt go in there prepared looking for something specific. Definitely shop around and know what you want before you step foot in here or youll be leaving with a new car
I had the best experience at Prelease and Preown dept.The best courteous staff/ Sales team ever.I love my Sonata and Our Salesman Joe Spinelli was top notch and his sales finance manager. Buyer beware 👎 Whatever you do, dont let them sell you a prepaid maintenance program. I purchased a maintenance plan and used about 40 percent, then traded the vehicle in. I was unable to get a refund for the unused portion, and wasnt allowed to use the remaining credit towards service at Motorworld. They were unwilling to make any attempt at customer satisfaction. Steer clear 👹
I came in to get an inspection. They quoted me $4000 to get it to pass inspection. Yes, not a typo. I went some place else, it cost $600. It wasnt that parts were expensive or not, the issues their tech said needed to be replaced we not a problem.The fact that I needed an inspection and they charged me by almost a factor of 10 is disgusting. Outside of a warranty theyre obligated to fix I would never return here.I can only imagine the number of pekple they had manages to successfully scam into buying a car or repairing their own.Be warned and get at least a second opinion.

But they staff was super nice, very knowledgeable, the vehicle is amazing, and it has an outstanding warranty. They didnt have exactly what I was looking for but were able to locate on another one of their lots and had it brought in for me.. they even put it in the showroom and borrowed the giant bow from Lexus! My passenger side mirror was hit by a rock which jumped out of a construction truck in front of me which resulted in a big hole in the casing. I went to the service department in met Chester. An extremely pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable service manager who ordered the part for me. I called the service department, scheduled an appointment, and within three days my car was in the service area and a new mirror replaced the damaged one. They also offered me a free 10 point inspection and a free car wash and interior vacuuming, all part of their every day service. Escorted to the waiting area by a pleasant associate, I waited about 2 1/2 hours in there which had free Wi-Fi, free coffee and snacks, and vending machines. Here, Chester kept me updated on the progress of my car. Jeff, the mechanic, did an excellent job of replacing the damaged mirror and in no time I was on my way. The checkout was also connected to the waiting area so I didn’t have to go somewhere else to pay the bill. So then Chester met me again, reviewed my work, and the results of the free inspection, paid my bill and escorted me to my car of which I was very pleased. I would recommend Motoworld to anyone.

Zero stars if I could. I bought a used car from MotorWorld Pre-Owned back in the beginning of March. First of all, they ended up selling me a car that wasnt cleared from the service department, so work had to be done to it after the papers were signed. When I finally brought it home, I noticed it had a very rough idle. I called my salesman within 5 minutes after getting it home, and he assured me it would get fixed. Well, I spent the last two months back and forth with the service department trying to get it fixed. They couldnt figure out what was wrong with it, replaced a few things that did nothing, and eventually sent me to an actual Ford dealership. It ended up needing an entirely new transmission. I have no clue how it passed whatever inspection MotorWorld does in order to sell the car - but that car should not have been sold to me. It is now two months after I bought this car, and it is just now in good working condition. I also reached out multiple times to the general manager about the issues and got no response. Once they get your money, they dont care about you. This has been extremely frustrating, and I urge you, if you are in the market for a new car, go elsewhere.
Ryan Judge was great to work with. We did all of the negotiating before ever stepping foot at the dealership. Once at the dealership the deal was the same and there was little upselling.The dealership is absolutely humongous and has many brands and styles of vehicles to choose from, if you are between two brands of car they probably have them both which is very helpful to be able to see them side by side!
They need to do a better back ground check on the service mechanic.
I had my Honda in for a service recall, excellent service and staff!! They made this so easy and they have a courtesy shuttle to take you home, work or shopping so you dont have to wait there and they take you back for your car, 5 stars all the way!!!!!

He made the buying experience an ease and I was very satisfied with my vehicle as well as the service. 10/10 would reccomend.He actually reached out to me about the vehicle, one I was previously looking for sold so I told him my budget and what I was looking for, and when the 2017 came in he called me. Not a great experience really. The car we ended up with was pristine, yet the customer service was the opposite. Booked an appointment for 6, ended up being rushed through the process near the end due to it being their closing time even though we booked the appointment and gave a forewarning about it being close to their closing time. Their online tools are useless for estimates and they dont hold weight in person. They have lower prices advertised online than in person, only so they have more wiggle room in person to move the numbers down to get you a good deal. Unessasary negotiation when they should give you their lowest price available from the get-go, and the person handling the numbers was visibly upset at multiple points in our interaction because we felt the price was too high, and low on our trade in. Wouldnt recommend, there are other dealers who will definitely treat you better!

Maxine Baran at MotorWorld Acura Service was wonderful. Our 2019 RDX in for a recall on the fuel pump and software update. They completed the work in less than 1 1/2 hrs and then washed and vacuumed the car when done.
Great service but techs need to wash their hands afore touching the visors---- bring clean up wipes sigh!

Every time we walk into motor world, never has an employee come out to acknowledge the customers waiting.We came in for an oil change today, and it’s the same thing. 3 employees waiting in one office just chatting, and we had to go into the office and then someone realized that we had some concerns/questions.Also: half the staff wears the mask under their noses as they walk around.
First time visiting Motorworld after buying other new vehicles from 3 other dealerships in 25 years, Salesperson very nice, a little pushy as she was pretty sure we were going to drive away with our new car. (okay I can deal with that) Now comes why both sides are there for (to save money and to make money). Now comes a low ball trade in, manager gets involved and offers us an insulting (possible) increase not once but twice. Okay thank you for your time and we left. One hour later received a phone call saying that our appraiser made a mistake in the trim level that our car had. Folks, that is what a VIN is for and offered us what I would have been happy with. I realize people make mistakes, if thats what it really was. But your mistakes turned into a no deal with Motorworld as we purchased elsewhere.
Really disappointed in Motor World. I had faith they were going to bring me the best offer at first as I had asked to please not waste me time. It was only when I was ready to walk, they came back with something better. At that point I was done. Note to all of you, when someone asks you for the best deal in the beginning. Give it to them. I am a busy mom and dont have time for nonsense.
Purchased a new 2020 Lexus. the sales experience was very positive, our salesman Joe was both pleasant and knowledgeable .My problem with Motorworld is their business manager and the closing on the vehicle .I asked if they could beat the interest rate on the loan I had arranged and they did., however, the bank they work with gets a 1.2 star rating on consumer complaints.com.This bank opened a line of credit more than twice the value of the car and was charging daily interest on the line of credit. when I called the dealership to discuss the problem I was told the business manager would call me. Im still waiting! They could not even give me the courtesy to call me back. They sold the car and had the money!!!No information on the loan was provided except term and monthly payment. I had no way to contact the lender and was not offered an opportunity to make a first payment to avoid additional interest charges.I was told no payment due for approx. 6 weeks. It wasnt till I received the info from the bank that I discovered what they had done.At best this was deceptive and I believe they committed fraud.There was never a car loan, instead there was an installment loan an a line of credit.I will never do business with Motorworld again, and I will be driving to Allentown for my next Lexus.
As a 55 year old woman I can say with confidence that I was proud to have purchased a car again from Eartly Motorworld. The first time was in 2014 when I bought a 2012 Toyota Yaris. On Thursday 12/27 I traded in my Yaris for a 2017 Chevy Spark. As you can see everything is listed clearly on the window sticker & if you have any questions or concerns the salesman would be more than happy to take the time to go over everything with you. If you dont understand something they have no problem explaining it using examples that are clear and concise so you have the proper information. My salesman was Jay D. & he was fantastic, everybody there from the salesman to the loan department works with you to get you the best deal possible as far as financing & everything is explained to you before you sign anything. And Eartly Motorworld has 13 or 14 different car companies Under One Roof & they are also known as the mile one company where they have access to thousands of vehicles & can almost find every vehicle you ever wanted. Most people are afraid of car dealers & salesman because theyre afraid theyre going to be talked into something they cannot afford or they dont trust them - Eartly Motorworld is a place you can trust & the sales people are very trustworthy. If you have any problems, concerns, or questions anyone from the salesman up to the head of operations are more than happy to take the time & meet with you to discuss anything that you have related to a car buying experience. When trading my truck in motorworld lied to me and told me that I was not owed a refund for my unused warranty. They lied and said I was over my mileage on my warranty when I was under my warranty miles and my warranty months. They will scam you just so they can keep money in their pockets. I left multiple voicemails for Shelley in customer relations with my phone number and I did not receive a single call back. Do not buy a vehicle from this company because they use illegal practices to make more money.
My partner and I went on Saturday August 3rd. Highly disappointed with Motorworld. My partner and I took a look at a Hyundai Kona Iron Man Edition and we got an offer for a gift card for test driving a new Hyundai. We were never a fan of Hyundai until we saw this one on the lot. Loved everything about it. While we were looking, a salesman came out and asked us what he could help us with. We then said browsing and we wouldn’t do anything until we got a payoff amount on Monday. He then got pushy and said he could call right that moment so we could get it. We said no. We wanted to take it for a test drive. He wanted us to buy it without even driving it or seeing the inside. We then took it for a 60 second ride and then parked it right back where it was. He tried making us work some numbers out when we told him we were only test driving. He said ok, and checked with his manager about the Hyundai offer. The manager came out and spoke with us and he wasn’t too polite. He asked us if we were coming back and we said possibly because we also looked at something else. He wouldn’t give us the paper for the Hyundai offer we brought in with us. He said we would get an email for it. We won’t be going back only because of how we were pushed and constantly forced to work out the numbers. Motorworld is only in it for your money and they will hound and push you until you crack a signature. If we decide to get a Hyundai in the future, we would go elsewhere. I don’t recommend Motorworld to anyone.
I was extremely pressured to buy a car when I went to just LOOK at cars by myself. The sales person kept asking me to call my mom or boyfriend to ask for money to put down on the car or for the insurance. I told him multiple times that I could not do it and I wouldnt be able to make the monthly payments, but all he wanted was a sale. This was weeks ago and they keep calling me from different numbers trying to get me to answer. I went back recently to give them another chance, but couldnt find anything on the lot in my price range. They then started calling me again claiming my mother had called them when she didnt. I would NOT recommend this place. I however would recommend Lancaster County Motors. Its a hike, but I am so happy with my purchase!

As a sales person myself in another industry he was incredibly knowledgeable, understood my needs and was exceptional in customer service, education and the sales process. No stress or pushy sales approach which was incredibly relieving. Knowing the vehicle inside and out was a plus and shows his loyalty to the brand. I drove all the way from the Virginia/Washington DC area to specifically do business with George truly based on a first impression sales approach that we experienced a few weeks prior to the car purchase for the 2019 RDX. I can tell you who I will be looking for in the next 3-4 years when I want to upgrade!

Really disappointed. Came in for a 169.99 lease promotion, was offered a 280.00 lease on a vehicle we didnt necessarily want, and was told the original offer was unavailable. Almost seemed like they were annoyed that we were there.
I brought my car to the service department for recall service. While it was parked outside the service building, it was hit and damaged. When the service manager called me, he said it was another customer who hit my car. He told me the same thing in person later that day when I went to look at the damage. The next day I received a call from Motorworld’s insurance company. They told me an employee was driving the vehicle that hit my car. (Which I suspected was the case.)After the incident I was also told I would be kept up to date on the progress of the service and repairs on my car, and I would receive all paperwork regarding the work to the vehicle. Not only did I have to call them to find out when my car was finished, but when I picked it up, I didn’t receive any papers that covered the bodywork done. The woman that was there told me the service manager was gone for the day, and if I had questions I needed to call him. Since I had few questions and I hadn’t received any paperwork on the bodywork, I left a message with the service manager to call me back. None of my calls were returned. I had to go through the dealership’s insurance company to get the paperwork I needed for the $3200 in damage to the car.I expected a lot more in terms of customer service and professionalism from a dealership that claims to be of such a high caliber. I would have been fine if they were honest and followed through with what they said. Especially considering THEY damaged my car. I will not be returning there for service or to purchase a vehicle.
My family bought 2 cars at this dealership and and take some of our cars here for maintenance. They are fantastic! Very reasonable and upfront with the prices, everything is explained and the staff are very lively. Kimberly is an incredible saleswoman, I personally recommend asking for her if youre planning on buying a car.

Pretty sad that a dealership as big as MotorWorld (Dodge) wouldnt offer a loaner car for a vehicle that is getting recall work completed. I then questioned the service rep and she said no only with warranty work. Thats pretty sad, it isnt our fault that this vehicle has been recalled by the company you represent. Lets see if they fix the recall as this recall sounds like it could have caused serious problems mechanically with the car . Will update...

I have bad credit, and I went to four different dealerships: Performance Kia, Ken Polluck Nissan, Hornbeck Honda, and Carmax. All these turned me down and said I needed a cosigner. I went into Motor World and Jesse and Drew sat down with me, and i explained my credit situation and how I was trying to get out of a horrid car loan. Word to the wise, do not ever use Consumer Portfolio Services as a loan agent. They are horrible. Anyway Jesse and Drew took their time and found a car that would hold enough value to swallow my negative equity. It took almost one week but Drew succeeded. I got an alright loan but again, bad credit history, so it is what it is, the biggest thing is they were able to write a loan for $6k less than sticker price in order to absorb the negative equity, and also threw in a 150,000 mile warranty on top of the standard 12,000 mile warranty. Awesome service and dedication to helping me when others simply refused to, after jacking my credit more with hard inquiries. Again, thank you so so much and yall, Jesse and Drew, dont realize how much of a blessing you have been to me.
Motorworld is a great place to look at and test drive cars, but when it comes down to the bottom line with shady haggling middlemen salespeople going back and forth with the mananger is so confusing. You can easily get a much better no nonsense deal with no hassles towards Philadelphia. Do your homework folks, most decent places will give the same incentives, and lowest price to everyone just once, even over the phone!!!
Ive always been skeptical of dealerships for many reasons but I was in dire need of a fuel efficient and reliable vehicle within a decent price range. The Honda Accord hybrid they had listed was attractively priced and appears to be in overall great shape. I just purchased it a few days ago but I am highly satisfied with the whole process.Peter(dealer) assisted me through the process and had a non shark like approach. Very profesional and honest. Kevin whom walked us through the last stretch(signing paperwork) was warm, humorous and easy going. Made the process that much smoother. I was there no more than a few hours and I was rolling out with a 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid with low miles. Id have to wait a few months to see if the car is the real deal but I felt real comfortable and confident in my purchase thanks to the staff at MotorWorld Pre owned.
The dealership is amazing! I love the inventory and staff. I came to buy a Toyota 86 and left happy and excited. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive to my questions. I would highly recommend them as well since their prices and tactics are not scummy in the slightest.
Already stated this but was asked again so Ill say again a little differentWas in customer waiting room for about 3 hours for a oil change and a recall to check crossmember and undercoating, they call 1st time did not hear anyone so I hung up got a call back figured it was a telemarketer just didnt bother it after 3 hours I asked about my car and they said they were sorry but they called (why call when they knew I was in the waiting room) very disappointed with a big company like this then just make excuses bad business.They are Rude except for 2 employees, dont really care about my name showing I will never go back. Several customers told me they hated it there alsoNow Ill be told different B.S. about running late or the covid19 virus and if they say about me talking to someone then HE should have found out if there was anything that they could do to make it right that would have been nice but no!!!
I purchased a new 2019 RX 350 F Sport from Jan at Motorworld Lexus. The car buying experience was A+ from the first telephone conversation to leaving the dealership heading back to New York. Due to COVID19 the entire process had to be no contact. It was still the best car buying experience for me to date, & I’ve purchased multiple high end cars. Bought a great truck at a good price. No crazy hidden fees, either. Apparently the used car salespeople are paid fixed fees, which makes them much more transparent.
Bought a 15 jeep wrangler for 30,000 dollars not even owning it for 4 months the slave cylinder went causing the clutch to go 2500 dollars i called 100 times trying to reach someone because its unfair I just buy a car and a major repair especially something so expensive after fighting with the warrenty company they said no to paying it and told me it came down to the pre own service fault that they should of caught it before they put it on the lot try to talk to someone in the service department got the go around and no one returning my calls I highly dont recommend buying something pre own if you dont bring your own mechanic to look over it
I brought my Mercedes Benz 2015 to get fixed . Was hit in rear, Mike and Kevin and guys helped me so much as I was a one of a kind customer! But it’s my car and wanted it like it was . Have to save they did go out of there way . The ladies at the desk are wonderful! The car looks great 👍. Wonna say they do go out of there way, excellent customer service and wonderful body work !

Since getting serviced at this location its been open arms with hospitality. This facilitys Technicians and staff are experienced and will make sure that you are taken care of from once you enter the property (which is a site to see in its self) to the time you are all done with your purchase and or service. I would highly recommend making a call or trip down. You cant beat this service.
So heres the background. My husband purchased an SUV from Motorworld Honda at the same time as I purchased my truck from Motorworld Preowned so my review is on the extreme difference between the two. Not only did I miss out on a 5 star level of hospitality but Preowned was more about making the sale than the customer having an experience. Heres what Motorworld Honda and salesman Tom P. did for my husband:1. Filled the tank. Ultimate respect for making sure someone whos spending a lot of money can have a courtesy fill up.2. Sat with us and went through all the features of the vehicle and made sure that all wifi and phone connections were made to the car before we left.3. Was offered the ability to do a free quote search to see if there was an insurance rate better than what he currently has. They have their own search service. Who doesnt want to save more money?4. Car was fully cleaned and detailed before we arrived to pick it up since it was ordered in.5. Tom made sure the numbers worked FOR us. It was more about our comfort than the sale.Motorworld Preowned on the otherhand:With a relatively new 19 truck I thought there would be a few perks1. Didnt show me the carfax or notify me that there was an accident reported on the truck until after I signed the paperwork.2. Unfortunately the salesman kind of disappeared and the finance guy was asking us questions for the paperwork.3. Didnt go over the features with the truck or make sure that everything was in working order and connected before I left4. Had to wait a weekend for service to be done because they werent aware of a recall until the day of purchase5. Left with a practically empty tank. I mean... if Im spending 40k+ maybe a courtesy fill-up is acceptable.6. Got the truck home finally after the recall service was done and discovered coffee had been spilled in the truck console and wasnt cleaned out7. I dont have the info for my bank lender if I want to make an early payment. Is this normal practice? Interest building for 6 weeks isnt in my best interest.Dont get me wrong; the salesman and manager were friendly and professional enough, but there wasnt anything for me to write home about. It’s an excellent place having 72 Acres of Land filled with Cars of all choices and good people to assist.We had the opportunity to purchase the 2020 Toyota Sequoia through Robert Slovik and the entire purchase with the Trade in of my Highlander took only 3 hours. They had my car for 2 weeks and did not do what needed done. They work with the insurance company to deny your claim. Go anywhere but here.
They sure know how to take advantage of people that are not experienced car buyers. Please take someone that has experience buying cars. If not you will be overcharged and killed with high interest rate.
Went to MW on a Thursday night, and was looking at different SUV options. Mandy from MW Pre Owned was so helpful, and showed me different vehicle options. Ended up going with a Jeep Cherokee. She answered all the questions we had, and made the process smooth sailing. We were approved Friday afternoon and picked up the keys! I’m so pleased with my experience, and will definitely be using MW for all my vehicle purchases in the future!

I got my Lexus serviced yesterday and wanted to thank Marisa Kovaly that works in the Lexus service center. She is amazing! . She is the reason i continue to take my car there for service. She is very professional but she is also really fun to talk to. She is a prime example of how someone in the customer service industry should act. Thanks again.

Looking at Dodge Ram limited 1500. Working through online. They give me a price through email that is ok. I go to showroom they give me a price 7000 higher. I show them the email and they say it was a mistake. While lady manager talks to me like it’s my problem that they made the mistake.

Incredibly unscrupulous dealership, they sold me a vehicle with 800$ in electrical issues and said it wasn’t covered under warranty. Buyers beware, they’re not honest.
I had another fantastic experience with Rich Engelman at MotorWorld Honda Wilkes-Barre. The lease on my first Honda Civic was just about up, so I went in to trade it in and get a new one. Rich worked with me to get me the exact car I wanted for a payment I could afford. My experience leasing the first Honda was just as great! I could not be happier!

I had to go into Honda for a recall, and I met Melissa there who was very knowledgeable, with a strong positive attitude. In the past when I took my Honda in for service of some type I went to the Acura side due to not caring for the Honda representatives. Now that I have met Melissa I feel I can do business with Honda again.
Worst experience I ever had I bought a car on Thursday was towed back to the dealership Saturday nobody wanted to help once I came thru the door and they realize I wasn’t a new victim service try to sell me a story about only have one tech nah not me I paid to ride not sit and wait can you say refund please
Terrible dealership. Never again would I even consider buying a vehicle from this place again. We purchased a car from them under the believe the vehicle was never in an accident (per the carfax report). After buying the car and getting a chance to wash it and look it over we found so much wrong with the paint. Apparently the car has been repainted (horribly) in certain areas. We got an estimate to have the car fixed and it is over $2,000. We called the dealership to see what if anything they would do and all they offered was to give us a new quote to have the car repainted. We have 3 quotes from 3 different places (all being over $2,000).

Will never buy car here again...Bought a vehicle a few years ago and have never stopped having to pour money into it. One of the issues, i had shortly after buying the car and i took to the service department and it was one of the worst ecperiences ive ever had in my life. Waited forever despite an appointment being made, misdiagnosed the problem, refused to return my phone calls, wrote letter to corporate and only response came about a year later from the new service manager that was not personalized (can tell was sent to other people). All it said was how sorry they were for poor experiences in the past and asking for another chance.
I called and made an appointment over a month ago. I explained to the customer service representative what the issue was. I explained a nut was loose, and my transmission has been leaking fluid. Also, when making the appointment with Acura motor world I explained the same thing. No one said anything about a diagnosis fee, if it did end up being just the fluid. No one said anything about what was covered if it was internal or external. Now she is telling me it is $89 fee plus tax and if it is just fluid that’s $120. I will never come back here for any kind of service! I drove an hour for them to tell me this. I shouldOf be made aware on the phone. Acura was closed I had to deal with Honda and this older lady with blonde hair is absolutely rude and nasty. They do not Care what any situation is! I would like my call pulled because this is absolutely nonsense!-Christina Ramos
As a young female financing a car for the first time, I was definitely worried about having the wool pulled over my eyes during the process. I had test driven cars at other popular auto groups in this area, and hadn’t had great experiences at any of them. MotorWorld just happened to have a car that checked all of my boxes, and I went in for a test drive despite having heard some negative comments about Motorworld from friends. They couldn’t have been more wrong— I had an absolutely great experience from the second I walked in. Jeffery helped me and he was so incredibly kind to my brother and I, and remained helpful and honest through the entire process. Within just a few days I went back to buy the car and the service was relatively quick and I felt properly taken care of. Patrice’s professionalism and awesome personality kept me at ease during the signing process. I really can’t say enough about what a great team they have there, and it’s because of them that I now have a great, safe, used car sitting in my driveway tonight! I would wholeheartedly recommend Motorworld to my friends and family.

I am always pleased with the service I receive from BJ and the crew working on my car. My car is now 14 years old and I will fix anything that needs to be fixed or replaced as I know that if I take care of my car it will take care of me! Always a great experience with Motorworld!
