We recently purchased a certified pre-owned Honda Accord Sport. Our salesman was Daniel Gilbert. We called ahead and let Dan know what we wanted to look at. He had the cars ready to test drive when we arrived. Dan stayed with us through the entire process and was very helpful and made sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. Even after the keys were in our hands, Dan came back out to the car with us to make sure we understood everything on the console and how to use the touch screen. He also paired my phone for me. We had an excellent car buying experience thanks to Dan!

Do not recommend getting any service done here. Never called me when my part came in. I called 2 times leaving a message for my service advisor. Never returned any phone calls. Had to call back a third time and finally spoke with her. Only to have her tell me my part came in that day. Pretty much a coincidence. Then called back numerous times, once again never spoke with her. Left numerous messages, with no returned calls again. Went to get service done and she lied to my face saying she returned my phone calls but couldnt leave a message. Funny thing is I have no missed calls from her and my messages were not full. On top of that they messed up the time of my appointment .In response to your reply below. Id like to let you know, that if you did any investigation into my situation you would realize it is Ms. Adams and not Mr. Adams.

Was taking Pop to radiation at local hospital + ran over pothole. By the time we got to hospital tire was low. After my Pops appointment, drove to MotorWorld. They set up us for tire replacement. Being they were very busy, the customer service representative suggested the courtesy shuttle to a restaurant or the casino. Pops eyes lit up and off to the Casio we went. Pop + I had a WONDERFUL DAY together. Providing there is a silver lining in everything! Thank God the MotorWorld representative suggested using the shuttle. He made my Pops day!

I’m from New York and was visiting family in Pennsylvania. Before I left New York I tried to have my oil changed and tires rotation at paragon Honda on northern Blvd. I Was told they couldn’t give me an appointment until July 23,2020 . Mind you on line I was able to book an appointment for July 2,2020 at 11:30 am. I received a call from the service station at paragon Honda saying that appointment was no longer available and they could give me July 23. And this is where I purchased my car. So came to Pennsylvania to visit and decided to try to make an appointment at motor world Honda In Wilkes Barre. To my surprise the lady who I spoke to gave me an appointment for the same day. And what a great place this turned out to be. The employees who helped were extremely nice, pleasant and extremely helpful. And also know their stuff. I needed an oil change and I thought my tires needed to be rotated. I was told my tires didn’t need to be rotated and all I needed was an oil change. What a great place to have your car serviced they are honest, friendly and did a great job. Thank you all and I think I’ll be waiting to visit Pennsylvania to have my service done.

I have been to Motoroworld Honda ever since first buying my Honda Civic Coupe back in 2015. I have gone down there for every service period for oil changes, tire rotations, etc., and for every visit I have had an extremely pleasant interaction with all the staff there.At the end of a service, they explain what was done, what may be needed in the future and explain all the charges as well as any discounts they could give me, too. Its all laid out and you can ask any questions about the process you may have.There is a great waiting room where they have coffee, tea, cookies, apples there for you to take as well as wall chargers for your phone or if you have other electronics to play with while you are waiting. Its very comfortable and you can get stuff done so your day is certainly not wasted.I will continue going to MotorWorld because it seems like one of the last institutions that I have been to where they actually care what they are giving you as a product and want you to come back. I dont get that feeling in many big business type of businesses, but its nice to be treated in such a way by something like MotorWorld and the people there.
