Found a car online dpoke with a representative named Omar all I can tell you about this young man is hes gonna be very successful and whatever he does because hes honest we drove 2 hours to pick up our car he went above and beyond. Everybody there was so friendly and welcoming us knowing that we lost our car hurricane Ida. The car was as expected he did what I asked by putting a bow on the car that was the icing on the cake when we pulled in the parking lot and my wife turned around and said that cars very pretty look they even have a bow on it, I played stupid and said where and she pointed to it and I said that your new car I cannot begin to thank you for the amazing service and support from your organization and Omar.

We had a great experience with Our salesman Omar. He was very knowledgeable and It was obvious within a few minutes, that We had gotten a salesman that knows his job very well. We had looked at Ford 150s elsewhere. However we felt more comfortable with Omar. We ordered the truck and it came in early. Omar went out of his way to try and get the bed cover that day. I highly recommend Coccia Ford they were all polite and knowledgeable.

By far the best sales service we have encountered. Omar. N. was stellar; from waiting for us outside, having our test drive vehicle on site and ready as promised, and making that human connection. We had visited another Ford dealership and left due to the lack of personal attention and rushing us to talk numbers and buy. We ended up purchasing the vehicle from Coccia the day we came, largely in part to Omar.

Go see Franko!! He is an absolute expert when it comes to cars. I had no clue what to expect, but Franko was able to explain everything in detail, and make the whole process easy to understand. Also, he has great connections for financing, and he was able to make some calls, shop around rates, and get me financing terms that I personally didnt think Id get. Highly recommend talking to him before you make a decision.

They make service appointments and make you wait 30 minutes before they take your car in the shop. 2. And half hours plus for an inspection. My advice is stay away use fast oil change facilities and independent garages for repairs and inspections. They should offer shuttle service like Motor World.

We brought our ford explore for a recall. My wife set everything up with Juan. Everything went smooth. Dropped it off Sunday afternoon. Paperwork was easily accessible. We received a call from service. It was finished, we can get it. One of our biggest complaints with dealerships is the long waiting and explanations.At least I can say not at this dealership.The only reason for 4 stars is I hope this keeps up and we finally found a dealership we can trust. Will update....... ok changed my mind will give it 5 stars. But will still update.

I have never left a negative review, but the experience that my wife and I had at Coccia Ford on Saturday May 15th needs to be shared. We had arranged earlier in the week to test drive a vehicle that was traded in on Tuesday of the same week. My salesperson was very helpful and had the vehicle waiting on us for a test drive upon arrival. The automobile didn’t have a price yet. I asked for the price prior to test driving. He stated a price that seemed low. I immediately asked if it was a 2wd instead of 4wd and he likely could tell I was shocked at the low price. We test drove the vehicle while he had the sales team print out our estimates with cash down and trade in. We liked the vehicle and arrived back to be presented the paper estimates. He and I discussed that the price seemed too low. He said it was low, but it was their error and they would honor it. They were a company of their word. We went to office and he entered all our personal information into his system. We wrote our down payment check and patiently waited as he fueled up our new “used” automobile. We were so excited and thought it was so honorable of the company to stick to their word.After waiting 45 minutes - 1 hour in comes the managers. They were very short and rude and actually tried to make us feel bad for expecting to get such a deal. It was obvious they just wanted us to leave. He quoted me a new high end number( 1k above the new asking price).His peer then said we should just leave to save them the embarrassment of dealing with this oversight and they “didn’t have a car there for us”. He said that we should have known they could not sell it at the price they gave us. Are you kidding me! We had already acknowledged that the price was low. My wife told him again that we had already agreed that the number was low and were told no worries they would honor it. She clearly stated that we didn’t ask for this price. The one manager said that the salesperson was wrong, that they didn’t have to honor the deal, and we should carry our business elsewhere where better deals were being offered.Instead of lying to us and trying to make us feel bad for their own mistake, how about actually coming in politely and offering reasonable solutions. We were basically kicked out of the dealership. We drove 45 minutes to get there and wasted most of our Saturday morning. The shocker was to get home to find that the erroneous price we were offered was on their own website! It was not there earlier in the day. Hope no one was treated the way we were when they inquired. Again, we didn’t even know the price when we drove up. Worst customer experience we have ever had. We were treated like we were the ones wrong, made to feel guilty and treated as if we didn’t belong there. We would have likely still bought the car, after all we drove there expecting to pay more.The crazy thing was that the one manager agreed that the other manager was rude and out of line. He said he was from the other side of the business and that is why he stepped in. Maybe it was a strategic good cop bad cop approach but looked very disjointed and dysfunctional on the surface. Not exactly great teamwork or effort in delivering a great customer experience. Perhaps they went back into the office and had a good laugh at our expense.For clarity, the salesperson was not at fault. He wasn’t allowed to come back and see us once the management team was involved. Never again Coccia Ford, we took your advice and carried our business down the road.

Horrible service dept. I took my Escape to Coccia Wilkes-Barre for diagnostics on an occasional hiccup under load, ( I had this issue for six-months or so.) they came up with engine trouble and offered a $2200 repair which I refused. They handed me $ 400 bill that I paid. Upon leaving the service center, my car was running horrible and had to be towed after a mile - timing was shot.I had the services they recommended performed with OE parts at my local repair shop (Ford Specialist. All recommended repairs were completed at a cost of $1600. The car ran exact as it had before I took it into Coccia - same hiccup under load.I was now out $2000 plus rental car for two-weeks. I then the Escape to Barber Ford in Hazelton, they diagnosed it with transmission issues. I took it to the transmission shop and the issue was repaired.I asked Coccia for my $400 back for bad diagnostics - gave them the Barber Ford diagnostics and they refused. I though I was being fair asking for the money bad for the bad diagnostics and not the $1800 in repairs I was out,.Since this experience, I purchased a used F-150 from Barber Ford and a new Transit 350. Before both purchases, I gave Coccia a chance to make good on the $400 bill - they refused.I will be buying two more Fords this year, I now go out of the area to other Ford Dealers to buy my cars; I suggest you do the same, this dealership will not stand behind their work.Brian McCannAegis Digital Systems, LLC

I traveled 2-1/2 hours from Syracuse, to this dealer to look at a used vehicle that had come available. Once they knew I was coming, they held the vehicle for me, even after getting other offers before I arrived. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, without being pushy. The finance dept set me up with a really good deal too. I have to say it was the best car-buying experience I have ever had, and this is the 10th car I have ever bought. Even though I was buying a used car in a lower price range, they made me feel like I was purchasing a high-end Lincoln! The entire staff made me feel like family. Highly recommend this dealership. TL;DR version: Coccia Ford did not honor their promises or used car warranty. Its a shame because the sales team was great and the transaction was great until this point, completely ruined over a $450 part that was broken prior to purchase and signing papers.On 11/14/2020, I went to look at a used 2015 F150. I was interested in the vehicle and looking to make a sale. 11/14 Truck SYNC media bin door would not stay open no matter what. Salesman took note and said hed have service look at it 11/16 Truck was delivered home, paperwork was signed. Appointment was scheduled for media door. First drive after receiving, very noticeable vibration from the rear. 11/16-11/20 50 miles on wide variety of roads and the vibration was still there. I had a warranty through Coccia for 1 month or 1000 miles. 11/24, appointment at 8 am. Sat until 12:30pm - door was bad, had to order it. CLAIMED rebalanced a tire and vibration was gone. Got halfway home (15 miles), vibration was not gone. Returned immediately, 1:00. 1:30 called in told that it was AT tires and 3 separate technicians verified that replacing tires would help 1:30, leaving with nothing fixed. 11/28 Bought new wheels and tires at their advice. 11/29 Went to put new wheels and tires on, noticed how many different sets of weights were on the wheels (hammer ons, stick ons, and multiple large groupings of the stick ons). Wheels were rusted fast to the hub and had swollen lug nuts. While this is purely speculation, I dont believe Coccia even removed a single wheel when I brought the truck for vibration. 12/1 New wheels and smooth road tires confirmed the issue remained. Called local dealer for a second opinion 12/3 Appointment - service tech immediately knew something was wrong and discovered the parking brake actuators failed and were partially engaged and was causing the vibration. Covered under my FordProtect Warranty, $100 + tax deductible. Called Joe Coccia to discuss the reimbursement for warranty and the media door replacement. Agreed to the reimbursement and said they would get the door swapped out with another trucks but had to locate it, because they did not want to order the $600 part new. I did not push for reimbursement of the tires their service department told me to get. Parts arrived and that issue was fixed on 12/8 by local Ford dealership (not Coccia). 12/8 confirmed vibration was gone 12/10 called service again, they said the part was not sourced and it was something Id have to speak with Joe about since he was not willing to order the part new due to cost. 12/14 called Joe again, left voicemail. Got a text at the end of the day from Joe for a picture of the media door that was broken. I sent picture and also proposed reimbursing me $450 for the part I found and Id order it myself and take care of it out of my pocket. This would have saved him $150 off the cost plus the labor of service department. I received no response. 12/18 I asked for an update. Still looking. I sent this text, Its been over a month since I pointed it out as an issue before even buying the truck. 11/14. I signed the paperwork 11/16 and brought it in 11/24 for service, where I sat the majority of my day to have nothing done to my truck, which had two failed parking brake actuators with a vibration that was noted immediately by the service technician at a different Ford dealer. Although Ive called weekly for updates, Ive been very patient and flexible up to this point. I received no response but text was read.Filed this with the BBB on 12/20. I did receive a check for $100 for the warranty reimbursement but received no response through the BBB and did not receive any additional correspondence or reimbursement for the broken media door so I am leaving my honest review.

My sister and I could NOT be happier with the experience from start to finish. As a current Flex owner, she has been wanting another one for quite some time and after a less than favorable experience at a local dealer on Long Island (whom shall remain nameless), we ventured out of the tri-state area and found several available at Coccia. Frank Vieira lead the charge and held the car for us, even so much as to pull the car around to the front of the showroom and put a HOLD ticket on it before we even got there, ready to go. He was beyond professional and courteous; made us feel like friends rather than strangers. KUDOS to YOU Frank!From there, the entire process was seamless. They worked with her on her 2013 trade-in Flex and put her into a 2019 Flex without any hiccups. Dave Dixon got us through the extensive, but not surprising, paperwork including the extended warranty options WITHOUT any pressure to purchase, even though she did in the end as an extra insurance policy.All in all, it pays to venture out of your comfort zone to find what youre looking for and you might just have a better experience with out-of-state dealers than locals. Thank you again Frank for going far and beyond the unexpected and for making my sister happy, and to David for making the paper trail go quickly, smoothly and without incident.There is no doubt in my mind that I would gladly, and without hesitation, get my next Ford or Lincoln (new or pre-owned) from Coccia!!!!

I made a call to service with the hope that they could help me figure out my door pin. When I called I spoke with a gentleman in service who stated I needed to be transferred to parts. After being on hold for just shy of five minutes I got through to parts. I was then told it had nothing to do with the parts department and would need to schedule a time to come into service to have them hook up the truck and find out what the default code is. When I asked to be transferred back to service I was made to feel as though it was a major inconvenience and was again put on an extended hold. However this time I was on hold then hung up on. Hopefully sales is doing well because they just lost a service customer. Don’t waste your time. It would be worth the time to drive a little further out.

The people make a difference. My sales guy John K was great. Ill be honest I am a difficult person to deal with when buying a truck. I am picky about what I want and I am forceful when it comes to what I want to pay. John was beyond friendly and professional. So were the rest of the staff I dealt with. They all made me feel like they didnt just want to sell me this vehicle but they wanted me to be happy with whatever I got. I wont lie the last family vehicle we bought was a Honda and hadnt considered Ford for anything but trucks or Lincoln for anything. John and the rest of the staff at Coccia changed my mind. I have owned my Fusion for almost 3years and love the car. I am however very disappointed with the trade-in value. The value at 2years dropped $14,000 and at 2 and 1/2 years dropped $18,000. I have purchased 5 new Fords since 2005 but will buy no more. The Coccia Dealership is terrific to deal with but Ford Motor Co. flooded the market which dropped the value of the Fusion. In closing, I love the car and the dealership but lost entirely too much money.

My wife and I stopped in to review a specific used car last week and had a great start with the sales team. However, the first car we looked at on the lot wouldnt start and needed a jump start, so not off to the best start. Regardless, we did test drive it and it seemed nice but we decided to look at a few additional models and felt comfortable with our sales person. Each of the used cars we looked at had some minor issues (e.g. moisture in headlights, taillights, scraps in bumper, paint damage, seat damage etc.) which is expected with used vehicles but we thought the prices were a bit high. Further they offered less for my trade than what I found with Kelley Blue Book prices so we looked to negotiate a little. Our sales person seemed to care about our thoughts and opinions and treated us with respect but he needed management to negotiate.Our initial request was responded by the manager that he wouldnt waste the time to bother Mr. Coccia on the golf course with my request. As you can imagine my wife and were offended by this comment and left shortly after. I did receive an email a few days later with a reasonable offer from our sales person, that Im not sure why couldnt be done in the office, but I digress. I responded that we were very close to making a deal and asked to consider taking off only a few more hundred dollars in order to balance out the minor damages and what I felt was a low trade offer. In return Coccia would recognize and appreciate our concerns and ultimately hopefully develop a long term relationship. Only a minimal effort was returned and alas our hopes of building a long term relationship ended.About 10 years earlier I had a similar experience with Coccia yet was willing to try again. Unfortunately, I still didnt feel we were truly valued as customers and for only a few hundred dollars disappointed that we were unable to start a mutual relationship. I certainly understand that Coccia is a business but believe that people should also matter just a little more.

Frank Vierra was my sales agent and he made purchasing a car easy and convenient. He took the time to explain everything to me. NO pressure was the best part. I had the unfortunate experience of being in a serious car accident recently. My Lincoln MKS was a total loss. On top of healing, I was researching used Lincolns like the one I had (for only five months) to purchase a car just like mine and to receive a fair settlement amount from my insurance. I found a car online at Coccia Ford, called the dealership, and spoke with Frank Vierra. His offer to hold the car for me until I could get to Wilkes Barre (I live 5 hours away) was very much appreciated. He was very understanding, informative and kind on the phone and through following text correspondence. When we didnt make the trip to Coccia Ford because a used car became available in our area, Frank was again very understanding and kind. I wish we could have done business with him.

I purchased a 2012 Lincoln MKS with 42,000 miles and in mint condition from this dealership. They handled the majority of the deal right over the phone. All we had to do was hook up our insurance and sign the papers at the dealership and we were done. Brad Dwyer was my sales representative and he wasnt pushy, but professional and yes, funny. He took his time walking me through the entire vehicle. He pointed out and explained every button, navigation and even took the time to sync up my phone. He also took care of a minor issue with the tire air indicator, made sure the oil was changed and filled the tank with gas. It is a GORGEOUS car and I am so happy with it!

I purchased my Ford Focus about 2 months ago from John Kuna, who was absolutely excellent. However, the car has already had to be serviced 3 times. I live about 30 minutes from Coccia but only 5 minutes away from Gibbons Ford so I contacted Gibbons when I heard a rattling noise underneath my car. Gibbons checked my car and informed me that the rattling noise was because half of my exhaust shield was missing and that it should not have been sold to me like that. It was not warranty work so Gibbons instructed me to contact Coccia and tell them it needs to be replaced. I contacted the service department at Coccia and told them how I had the car at Gibbons and that they told me my exhaust shield needs to be replaced. The man I spoke to made me an appointment, and lead me to believe it was going to be replaced. I drove 30 minutes down there to drop off my car for my appointment. I also informed them of shuddering my car was doing when I accelerated. The man from the service department called me when the car was done and said that they were unable to fix the heat shield because they needed to order the part, and that I would have to make ANOTHER appointment for next week. I told him on the initial phone call (when I made the appointment) that it needed to be replaced, he should have told me then that the part needed to be ordered and ordered it before I drove 30 minutes down there for no reason. Also, when I picked the car up, he informed me that the shuddering was fixed. I asked him what was wrong with it to begin with and he replied with “I don’t know but it’s fixed.” That sounded extremely fishy to me, so I asked for paperwork. He denied me any paperwork and told me that he would give it to me next week when I came back down for the heat shield to be replaced. He handed me my car keys and when I asked him where my car was parked he replied with “outside.” Sending me and my father on a scavenger hunt through the parking lot to find my car, in the pouring rain. I contacted the manager of the service department to address these issues, including the man sending me on a hunt to find my car, she was extremely nice and couldn’t apologize more. She sent me the paperwork that I asked the man for in the service department and I learned that the shuddering was because I needed a new clutch. She told me when I brought the car back down for the heat shield to be replaced, that her and her co-worker would put something together and “take care of me” to make up for me having to make several trips back in forth to Coccia. I brought the car down to be fixed yesterday and picked it up today, nothing was done to make up for the inconveniences. Once again, when I asked the woman where my car was parked, her reply was “if it’s not in between these two buildings, it should be behind the Lincoln sign.” Sending me on yet another scavenger hunt to find my car in the freezing cold. It took me and my father five minutes to find the car. When I had my car serviced at Gibbons, they pulled the car up for me, even offered me a bottle of water. I am extremely disappointed and wish more could have been done as the manager promised. Since nothing was done to make up for these major inconveniences, I am just now left hoping that this review will save the next person from making the mistake of buying their car from Coccia.
