Caleb did an outstanding job from the initial welcome and quick review of potential service needs to the final update and details of recommended maintenance at the completion of the work. While I did not have the extra services done that day due to my schedule, Ill definitely be back when ready to get the added maintenance completed. I usually work with Brady and Caleb in the service department and I highly recommend them. Im a young woman and never feel like Im getting worked over when it comes to my car and they surprisingly do A LOT for free. I used to work at a dealership in town a long time ago and because of that I would take my car to a Quick Lube for things because I knew how scummy they could be... until starting at Don Hattan and I get WAY better quality and overall service here. Give them a try! You wont regret it!

If you are wanting amazing service from the time you start looking, to when you purchase, and the best service department… Then this is the place to go. We were pleasantly surprised how easy they made the purchase of our vehicle. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond. That didn’t stop after we purchased our vehicle. We just had our first oil change done there and I will tell you, we will never go anywhere else. The Service Department and it’s employees are top notch! They were friendly, fast, and they make sure you are taken care of. Caleb German was our service guy and he was awesome. Don Hattan Chevrolet Park City is fantastic!

But Ive been waiting for over 6 months for you to fix my transmission noise..... its obvious my warranty is not very good....every time I ask about fixing my transmission noise...you say your waiting on GM to tell you what to do.... after 6 months of not repairing it I have lost Faith in Don Hattan Chevrolet..... unfortunately......

Bought a truck, was in shop for 3 weeks after I bought it. 6 months later had 4000 more miles on it brake line broke, and check engine light came on. They recommended me to fix stuff that they should have done to begin with. It is still not fixed correctly so I am forced to take it to my own mechanic that I have used for years. He will actually fix it correctly

I went in for a regular car oil & filter change as soon as Don Hattan opened in hopes to get my car done a little quicker, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I have been waiting for 3 hours, & my car has yet to be seen. I understand maybe being busier in the mornings can affect that, but I think everything should be held to a standard & be done in a timely fashion. Upon seeing my bill I also found out that they decided to up their prices on oil changes as well which was unexpected

I purchased my 2014 Chevy Cruze from Don Hattan, and also(thankfully) purchased an Ethos Warranty.Almost immediately after purchase, the turbo went out and was replaced by Don Hattan. This repair went smoothly, aside from a skid plate that was left loose under the car.A couple months later, the car began showing signs of a faulty PCV. Don Hattan fixed the PCV in one day, but as I was pulling out of the parking lot, I realized my battery light was on, and my AC didnt work. I discovered my serpentine belt was not on the balancer pulley.I returned to Don Hattan and was told the belt would be addressed. After an hour of waiting, I was told that the front crankshaft seal was leaking, and it would need to be replaced the next day. A couple days later, I was notified that the front cover was now fractured and would need to be replaced.Several days later, I picked my car up again. Upon starting the car up to go to work the next day, the engine missed and ran rough, as if one cylinder was not firing. I drove the car for a week or so before returning it to Don Hattan.Upon diagnosis, Don Hattan informed me that one of my spark plugs gap was out of spec. I approved replacement of the spark plugs, but I was not confident this would fix the problem, and I was not pleased with being charged out of pocket(almost $200 for 4 spark plugs and labor), since this problem was NOT present before Don Hattan worked on the car. I paid and took the car home after spark plug replacement.Within a couple days, the rough idle at startup occurred again, and the car even died while idling. I returned the car to Don Hattan, and told them to keep it as long as necessary to get it fixed. A week later I was told the problem could not be duplicated, and it was ready for me to pick it up. Since I was out of town, my wife picked the car up. She drove the car about 10 miles to an event she was attending that evening. Upon leaving the event she noticed that the car was running very rough. She has no mechanical or automotive experience, but could tell something was wrong. She returned the car to Don Hattan the next day.After another week of supposed testing, Don Hattan informed me that they could not duplicate the problem. I picked the car up from Don Hattan, and the car ran rough upon startup. At this point, I had already made a deal to trade the Cruze in with another dealership.Upon trading in the car the next day, the Salesman(Jake Fine at Money Automotive in Salina, KS) had the car die on him and smoke excessively when driving it to the dealership. This was an embarrassing and frustrating experience to say the least, not to mention the large financial loss incurred from trading in a car that obviously had problems.Although intermittent, the issue with the car was extremely apparent to everyone who drove it outside of Don Hattan Service.It is painfully obvious that diagnosis of the problem with this car was avoided, or the people responsible for diagnosis are highly incompetent.Considering the 8 weeks that the car spent at Don Hattan, out of the 8 months that I owned it, and the massive loss in equity incurred upon my trade-in, all confidence in Don Hattan Chevrolet Chevrolet and in Chevy cars has been lost.

I had an appointment to get my oil changed. It took over two hours. The lady that got there after me with no appointment was done before I was done. The service guy came to me with a $1300 list of things that needed to be done to my vehicle urgently. I just bought this vehicle at this dealership, these items that needed to be done should have been done in the big inspection that they raved on about. Only to find out such inspection doesnt seem to actually happen. Who knows if my vehicle actually got an oil change or if the dash information center was just reset. That is about all the faith I have in this place. After calling when I got home and taking to someone in charge, I made another 30 min one way trip and they replaced the cabin filter free of charge. I will be taking my business some where else and will be recommending the same to any family or friends who are looking for a new vehicle.

I had a short in the low beam checked out by your tech and scheduled an appointment to have the short repaired. After leaving your building, I was thinking that IF the front bumper had to be removed, then the amber light that was out could now be replaced as well, poor design to begin with. I called back to the rep and he confirmed that the bumper would be taken off to repair the low beam short. I then asked him to ADD replacing the two amber lights, one being burned out, while doing the repair. He said not a problem. Appointment set for 8:40 am +/- I dropped the pickup off around 7:30ish.I get a call around 1:20PM and was informed that they were starting on the bulb replacement but it would take longer since I CHANGED the ticket and I ADDED repairing the short in the low beam. I asked the rep to look at the previous tickets on my pickup and he then found my appointment to look for the short and my appointment to repair the short. YOUR company changed the ticket from repairing the short in the low beam to replace the bulbs. Then I found out that the tech had not even started working on my pickup, so I was lied to AND was being blamed for ONLY setting an appointment to replace the amber bulbs AND THEN changing it to ADDING the repairing of the short in the low beam. Not a very good experience at all. I told your rep that if it was too complicated to add changing out two amber bulbs, then just take them off the ticket but the low beam had to be repaired.

Great experience buying our Wrangler! Comfortable environment, great communication, and low pressure. We saw the Jeep online and reached out. Someone took the middle lock nut out of the kit that was in my car. The dealership I purchased the car from said it was there when purchased. Your service man said it was not. BUYER BEWARE! This dealership sold my son a used truck. Two weeks later it was dead on the side of the road. When the dealer was asked to fix the issues so the truck was drivable, they refused to cover the cost of repairs. Only covered $300 of a $1500 repair. Then got the truck back and less then 12 hours later the fuel light came on again. They are not wanting to work with us to get this problem resolved. My advice is to go to another car dealer…this is not worth the risk.

I found that there were issues with my truck (that I purchased from them) that were noted on their inspection that were not resolved prior to me purchasing the truck. When I took the vehicle in for an oil change and an inspection of some issues I found, they inturn suggested some of the same items that were on their initial inspection be taken care of immediately at my expense this time. Please note that I have had my car for exactly 1 year and have only put 5k miles on my truck since buying it. Due to the pandemic, I now work from home and travel very little. It is baffling all they found wrong with my truck and now only having 112k miles on it. Makes me wonder how good of an inspection they really do on trade ins.They had my vehicle for 2 and a half weeks. During this time, we figured out that upon purchasing my vehicles extended warranty, we were not given all of the information about the differences between the warranties i was presented with. Very misleading and disturbing considering we had 3 vehicles purchased within a 2 week period thinking we were getting the best deal available with nothing hidden.I had contacted them about a notable tire tread issue (based on both of their inspections) that I have yet to hear back on. They did a tire rotation leaving 2 of the 4 tires that are almost considered bald (tread at a 4 and was a 10 a year ago...with 5k miles driven) on my truck. The other 2 tires are now at an 8 in a years time.My truck is still having on going power steering issues that have clearly not been resolved even by the notes made by the service technician.It now idles a lot higher than it did before at almost 1000RPM, is jumpy when sitting at a stop light, and struggles to get up to speed if it i try to accelerate before having come to a complete stop (like onto a highway). Feels like its not downshifting as I have the peddle to the floor trying to accelerate.Never bought a vehicle from a reputable dealership before and cant say Im impressed.The Service Manager says he has reached out to the GM but I have yet to hear back from anyone..over a week since picking up my car.

Christian and Alex were extremely helpful and patient with us as we made our decisions and purchased the Traverse. Repeat customer, have bought multiple vehicles with Don Hattan and they always recognize me and call me by name. That’s how customer focused they are.Christian Haigh, put my name on a list for the car I wanted about a year ago, time came and went and I totally forgot about it. Then I got a message asking if I still had my previous vehicle and the next day I got another message asking me if I was still interested in the same vehicle which of course I was.Jacob Gunsch worked with us to make sure everything went smooth and that everything was to our liking. Poor guy was probably tired of hearing from me but was very professional. I recently purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue. I drove to Derby to meet Stewart Hoover at the suggestion of Christian Haigh with the Wichita/Park City location. After a few days of deliberation and research, i knew i had to have it. This is not the first car from Don Hattan for myself or our family. Our son recently bought a minivan for his growing family. Between Stewart Hoover, and Raymond Williams in finance, the whole process could not have been easier. Shop them first, or shop them last, just be sure to look there, as they take good care of their customers and make you feel like family.

So this past weekend, we had a game plan...knew more or less what we liked...or so we thought. The wife and I cross-referenced other dealers and found the perfect vehicle located at Don Hattan Chevrolet. Though Used, it was in immaculate condition, great price, and reasonable miles. So....the wife and I agreed, we’d take the gamble, set an appointment, and travel over 2 hours to get to the dealership for what we wanted. Unfortunately for us we’d discover at the viewing of the vehicle, for specific reasons, would not meet our family needs. Cody and Steward stepped up as our Sales team and took care of us. Great team! I hope and wish all future dealers I work with are like them, if not I’ll be coming back in the future should I need an upgrade. Further I will be recommending my family, friends, and coworkers to see them should they be looking for a vehicle. Steward was attentive without being overbearing or hovering (which was the best and removed anxiety / pressure to make sound decisions). He was knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot and only showed us options we had in mind for my family’s needs and price range. I cannot stress enough that this was an excellent experience, especially when my original plans went out the window. Great team, great service, and overall would do again without regret. I recently purchased a 2018 Chevy Equinox from Don Hattan in Derby, KS. Mike Alemanni was my sales person. He did a wonderful job answering questions and was very accommodating during the transaction. He followed up with me to see how I was liking the vehicle. He reached out to me a second time and was able to provide a second key fob for my Equinox. This is my first ever Google review. I just want to say that Don Hattan Chevrolet is THE BEST!!!Two years ago we bought a 2012 Ford Focus Electric from them. It was a great car however the battery that powered the engine was always a bit of a problem. We bought an extended warranty at the time that covered everything, well at the end of 2020 the car started acting very strange. We scheduled a service and it was determined that the cars electric battery needed to be replaced. The warranty company was on the hook for a very, very expensive battery, worth more than the car itself! That same day we were offered an alternative....wait for it..... Don Hattan was willing to give us a FULL CREDIT for what we payed for the car over two years ago towards another vehicle!!! It was just unbelievable!!! We are now very happily driving a beautiful Ford Escape!! I just couldn’t be happier!!! Everyone at don Hattan were friendly professional and curtious, Jacob, Christian, Mike and Jake were just a pleasure to work with! When I am ready to burn our next car, it will be with Don Hattan.
