Greg went above and beyond to help me get a vehicle. He worked with me on getting a mileage discrepancy off of my trade in and stayed in contact with me constantly for about a month or so. We did everything over the phone so when I made the drive to Wichita all I had to do was test drive my vehicle and sign paperwork. I will recommend him to everyone and will definitely go back in the future when I decide to get another vehicle.

I have previously purchased Acura vehicles In several different states. My most recent buying experience was the best I have ever had. While the entire staff was good, the representative with whom we worked, Brandon Gross, was exceptional. After contact via the computer, Brandon responded and introduced himself. He had the vehicle we wanted and since we were about a two hour drive from the dealership, took the time to make a video. He sent it to me to introduce himself and visualize some of the features of the vehicle. As a result, we set an appointment for a dealership visit.Our experience at the dealership was very pleasant. This was not the stereo typical sales person experience. The approach was lower key, no pressure, listening to our desires and answering questions. When we chose to move forward with purchasing a vehicle, Brandon explained exactly how they would evaluate our vehicle and determine the price and provide an offer. He explained they would not give a lower offer and move up from that point, but their first offer would be their best offer. They would provide the logic and data to explain their decision. I was looking for an RDX and after submitting an inquiry online, Greg Jones contacted me immediately. He provided some of the best customer service Ive experienced from start to finish. I live in Kansas City and Greg was very helpful in outlining how the process would work, pricing, deals, and financing. They had just sold the car in the color I was looking for but Greg offered to have their dealership locate one for me and have it delivered at no cost. While shopping for an Acura RDX we discovered that the model and color we wanted was available only in Wichita. Since we live in Oklahoma I was not sure if I wanted to buy a car in a different state. I called Acura of Wichita and talked to Greg Jones who made this deal absolutely easy and pleasant for us. He described all of the details and explained rebates and current offers, made sure we understand everything from start to finish. Bought vehicle from Wes Tyler worse service .he is nice when his trying to sell you a car but after if you have any Issues with vehicle he is rude and gets all the other employees to do his work .the only good thing about that place is Claudia there Service manager she goes Beyond to help her customers she’s the only person there that had treated me with respect and their core values. I had the worse experience their purchasing my car Threw Wes I thought I was going to a luxury dealership professionalism is not there when they sell you a vehicle better Make sure you inspect well my vehicle was leaking The headliner and the plastic the holds the headliner is broken and the fin on top off car broken car mats broken When I contact them explaining the issues of the vehicle Wes Had other employees there like Dustin try to help me they just patched it up didn’t fix the problem but after speaking with their service manager Claudia she’s making it all better I will say she’s the only person there that will hear you and make the situation better very professional very nice she is the only person there that I want to deal with. And don’t ask Wes to speak with the manager because he lies and says he is the manager when he’s only the GM The Manager is Randy lamlee hope we can resolve Issues soon I know that with there service manager Claudia helping me we will she’s the best.

I worked with Brygen Wilson remotely on purchasing a new MDX. We were out of town buyers, trying to locate the hard to find vehicle. He was fabulous, always quick to respond and provide information. He also offered to provide a video recording of a view of the MDX they had on their lot so we could see it before we made the 2.5 hour drive. He followed through with what he offered. Although we ended up purchasing a car in our home town, I wanted to provide our experience. It was so nice to have a sales rep follow through, with a positive voice and smile.
My experience with Acura of Wichita made me feel as if I was in the drivers seat with no one being a back seat driver. By this I mean the feeling that I wasnt being persuaded to make a certain choice was not there. The salesman did a thorough job of explaining all to me. There was no sign of pushiness. The Car buying experience was the most hassle free I’ve had. Greg Jones helped me out with the whole process and made everything simple he went above and beyond when it came time to test drive the vehicle. My wife and I went late on a Friday at 5 and they close at 6 Greg stayed back until 7:30 to make sure we where taken care of and never pressured us into anything he just advised us on certain but left the final decision to us. We had been shopping for an MDX for quite some time but once we saw the new 2022 I knew it was what I wanted. My wife and I recently visited your store we own a 2006 red RSX we had just bought the vehicle it still had thirty day tag. we were driving through when we started hearing a noise towards the front. We pulled into your service drive and the guy Dustin that helped us was so rude he laughed as we were explaining to him what was happening we found it odd that he was laughing. Dustin said he wasn’t going to help us because it was to late in the day. we pulled in around 2:45pm. We were scared to drive so my wife asked if she could speak to the manager and Dustin said he was the manager . There was no one else around except a lady cleaning a car he then proceeded to tell us that we needed to go to Honda that they could get us in. we asked where? he said there were two location east and west. we asked which one could get us in sooner and he said the west. We had no other choice but to try to get there before they closed. We got on greenwhich and headed towards the highway when our tire fell off the car. I feel that if he would have just listen to our concern instead of laughing and looking at his watch to check the time to see when his day was going to be over this could have been avoided. we weren’t asking for a hand out we would have gladly stayed the night at a hotel to have our car looked at in the morning but instead he told us to go to another dealership seemed like he didn’t want to help us because we looked poor and we were Asian.
I looked for this platform with the right mileage and spec for the better part of 3 years, by the grace of god they had the best example possible for a very good price. I appreciate the service Branden rendered to me. I drove multiple cars at different dealers, Branden treated me with respect which didnt so much happen at other places.

We randomly stopped in to check out the inventory here when beginning the car buying process, and ended up working with Greg Jones while finding a 2019 Equinox redline in our search. Over the course of 5 days and many hours, Greg helped us purchase this vehicle yesterday. From the get go, Greg never pressured us at all, was professional, and always tried to find the right vehicle for us. Greg made this vehicle purchase, which buying a vehicle usually is not, very easy and comfortable when working with him. Greg always found a way to make it work for us even through a couple tricky spots not involving him, and I felt like he was always serving us as opposed to pushing a car off on us to get a sale. He provided us with information timely, took calls in the evening, and put in work for us ahead of appointments. I am not a fan of car buying or car lots, but I was pretty happy with how Greg operated and treated us which made it a short and smooth process. Long story short: Greg was about doing the right thing for us, the customer. I would work with Greg again for sure, Acura is lucky to have someone that is transparent, customer oriented, and easy to work with. We have only had our car for one day, but so far the car and Greg was a good deal for us as a family.

I worked with Greg Jones, and he completely changed the car buying experience for me. Typically car buying can be stressful, and time consuming. He is very personable, patient, and really nice! He was flexible, and made it easy to communicate, despite my demanding work schedule. He made me feel like I was the only person he was working with. I live in the Minneapolis area, but decided to work with Walser of Witchita, because of Greg. I ended up signing my paperwork at Walser Mazda in White Bear Lake, and they were equally as fabulous. Walser dealerships as a whole, are amazing to work with. If you’re looking for an Acura, don’t hesitate to call Greg!
Service up until contract signing was impeccable - responsive, coordinated multiple test-drives of different vehicles (on Walser lots), and was fantastic from that regard. Coverage in terms of financing alternatives, and what my true options were was severely lacking... I was attempting to close after banking hours one night (and relied on Walser to return a competitive rate, note I bought another vehicle 2-months prior from here and loan was within a few basis points of comparable banks). Rate quoted was +4.50% points MORE than true alternatives, and I was told this is the best youre going to get anywhere (which was in fact not true). I ended up walking away from the signing, and coming back in the next day to close on the vehicle with alternative financing (at true market rate of 3.00%). My end result was fine as I get the vehicle I was after, however, want others to come prepared if youre going to finance and know your alternatives PRIOR to going in (and not be a rate taker at their discretion).

Earl Woods was great to work with! We never felt pressured, pushed or rushed with making our purchase. He did make us feel very welcomed and like part of the family. We absolutely love our 2015 MDX and will definitely purchase again from Acura of Wichita.
Enjoyed working with Greg to get us all of the little details we wanted in a vehicle. We went in knowing a little bit about what we wanted. Greg took the extra time to show us all of the options in our price range, and we ended up finding a vehicle that fit all of our needs.
