I usually buy my stuff on line. To avoid wrong part and to see if my store stocks it, Good idea to prevent getting wrong part. Having the correct part # is essential . Always try to have the correct # when ordering online.

I shop here sometimes for odds and ends . I ordered something online and had to return it . As I walked out I realized the amount was different . Zane explained why it did this because of my online order and knew the ins and outs and explained the full amount willl go back on my card . They just adjusts later via online . Zane was helpful and I know returns suck when it come to retail life, even more so when it didn’t come from your store . Rad job guys will be back for my auto parts needs

Advance isnt as good as it used to be and seems to keep cheaping out on things. Theyre going through their death throes and nothing can stop it because the people making these choices need replaced but nobody can get them out.Edit: you failed to understand what I was calling cheap in the first place.

Got the exact same part for $25 less than at OReillys. Its worth checking here first. They also offer coupons if you buy online. Then you can just pick it up at the store. No shipping + coupon = great deal!

Dustin was very helpful in getting the correct parts for my car and was even willing to look a the vehicle to make sure we got the right one. They were willing to take back a return on a product we bought incorrectly too. They have been a great resource .

Bought a battery online with a 25% off wikicode and picked up at the store. They installed it for free since my install was basic. For higher end cars, they might not be able to due to liability so double check.

Best Auto parts store Advance Auto Parts

Picked up a chamois and a few bottles of detailing solutions and wax for my Trans Am and paid under $20 for good stuff like Mothers and Black Magic. I usually shop Oreilys on 38th and Federal because its only a few blocks from home but they are a lot more expensive. The Advance on Speer and Federal is close to home but the parking lot is a complete nightmare being near Starbucks, the bank and North High School. You almost have to be lucky to find a parking spot so I drove up to the store on 38th and Sheridan-ish. Like I said I was pleased with the price for the detailing stuff I got and the cashier helped me out and pointed out the sales. I will come back.

Great location came in with a battery issue. Spoke with Zane, he came out and tested my battery to my shock it was not my battery. I had bad corrosion causing a miss charge, he easily could have sold me a battery but instead he explained everything to me and sold me what I needed to fix my problem. I am now loyal to this store.

Sold me a car battery and told me that they couldn’t replace it after I had turned off my car (which is the only reason I went there). Barely tried to help me jump start it. I had to ask another car to help me jump start my car and changed the battery myself as soon as I got home. Terrible service, bad attitude, one star.

I walked in told him I need an oil gasket set for a 96 honda accord he sold me the part the packaging has no identifying labeling and I say are you sure its the right one he says yes if not keep your receipt. It was wrong my mechanic said to give them the vin number which they never even asked for the first time. They refused to return it saying that it was open well how was I supposed to know it was the wrong one till opening no effort to help.

I got what I needed but an employee was on the phone arguing with what seemed to be a manager about why he was fired... at the register. It wasnt discrete at all and made for an akward check out.

Jessie is always there with a smile to help me out and get the parts I need. The store is always clean and the rest of the staff are always friendly!

Shopped for a good battery and found one here with a decent coupon. Bonus points for installing the battery for me in the parking lot.

The young men working lent me a tool, when the one I had didnt work, to remove and replace my battery. Very happy with the service.

Terrible customer service. No knowledge of automobiles, when working in an AUTO part store.Put youre people through some training or maybe pay them a bit more.

Came here to get some light bulbs, but some how they ran out of 7443s which is a very common size. The person in charge of stock needs to be more on top of it. Ended up having to go somewhere else.

About as good as an auto parts store gets. Very clean, and proper employees ready to help you with any problem you have.
