I’m really starting to believe that Napa trains their employees to be rude.

I had an issue with being given the wrong part. After a quick call The manager was very helpful in resolving the situation. I will definitely choose Napa over other auto parts store

I needed a fuse and the gas station didnt have any when the heck did that happen?!? Thank goodness Napa was open that early

I called a couple of times today, spoke to Steve, and did not receive good customer service at all. I usually buy things I don’t buy from the Stevenson Toyota like oil, specific coolant, batteries, etc. I will no longer take my business to Napa. It’s not just the phone call customer service, I was also treated poorly when I bought my last battery for my Land Cruiser. If this store had ever offered me good service, it would be my go to place but I will take my business elsewhere.

Napa was great, the guys behind the counter were knowledgeable and helpful and even more surprisingly they had the part we were looking for in stock and $20 cheaper than Advanced and literally half the price of Oreillys and both of those places would have had to order the part and we would have had to wait 1-3 days to pick it up. Fast, easy and convenient. This location is located right off i-70 and Kipling. Easy to access. We went in for carb cleaner. The item was easy to find without help. Employee quickly came to check on us to make sure we found what we needed. Pleased with the store as a whole.

Bought a headlight.. Employee looked it up. I purchased. Asked about assistance . he got smart and said he didnt have time.. I went home to discover wrong light. When i returned in a hour he acted like it was something i told him.. Then said i get my refund in 3- 5 days.. Didnt take that long to take it.. Unprofessional.. Guess one lost customer dont matter to big chain stores

I went into Napa in Wheat Ridge today to get some information about brakes for my car. Don Davis was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I left Napa with my brake pads & happier than when I went in.

I didnt come in with an exact list of what I needed and had a couple of questions about the correct part for a repair. The guy at the counter was very dismissive and didnt even try to help. Id heard good things about NAPA, but also that they do mostly deal with pros, not the average guy wrenching on the weekends. I get the feeling they are good at what they do, just a little quick with the blow off.

I have depended on NAPA for quality parts for a lot of years. Their service quality is very store dependant. This visit they said it will be here at 10:30, I show up at 10:45 and they tell me it wont be here till 11:45. Call another store, sure we got 3 of em. Drive there and the same part number hub looks different. No red seal and smooth finish vs forged look. All 3 at the 2nd store were the same so I returned the one with the seal and took 2 of the same. Now Im concerned that these should have seals as they are subject to harsh conditions. (4x4)

After horrible experience at the location on 64th and Sheridan I called this location to see if my order could be expedited. I spoke with Catherine and she was amazing!!!!! She took down the info needed for my trailer hitch and said she would make some calls and call me tomorrow to see what she can do about getting my part here faster that Wednesday. Now thats great customer service!!!!

The man that helped me was rude and didnt even offer to help me with my exchange of batterys. Good thing I knew what I was doing. Service sucked!!

Waited over 20 minutes in line to speak to one of only two employees in the whole store.The young guy at the adjacent register actually moved so slow while looking up info on a computer that the other elderly guy who had gone off to hunt for parts returned, rang up the guy in front of me, and ended up helping me instead.That was pretty surprising considering how familiar the young guy seemed with the computer inventory system.In the end I bought the seat belt stopper buttons off Amazon because NAPA doesnt carry them. Im also surprised that for all their inventory, covering everything from brake parts to Bluetooth speakers, they dont carry those simple plastic buttons.I was disappointed in the quality of service on my visit here. Next time Ill be going to their competitor instead, or just ordering off of Amazon again.

They had my water pump. They had my thermostat and gasket. I love Napa! Thats why they are my favorite parts store to shop. I will go there until I dont work on cars anymore. It might be awhile, so they are stuck with me.

Napa used to be the place to buy high quality auto parts compared to the usual suspects. Several recent purchases have resulted in having to replace failed Napa purchased parts that are identical to the chinesium sold at the other auto parts stores. I go to Napa so I can do the job once, I will pay extra for the better part. If Napa looses that differentiating edge, then there is no future for them.

Bought a battery for our jeep over the phone today. Not only was the representative helpful they are even sending it over so we dont have to find a way to get there. Thats good service.

They never have what I need, theyve closed half an hour early more than a few times leaving me sitting out front looking in wantingly. Ive had the most success with advance auto and I will not be coming back as long as their staff stays the same.

Theyre understaffed so depending on when you go in, you could be waiting. Especially, if the people in front of you are buying $67 worth of parts with quarters. Staff was nice though, and had what I needed!

Napa is my go to store- usually Broomfield is where I go but today the i70 and kipling location was closest. The rep helped me find AND install my blinker. Thank you napa and thank you to the young man who helped me with my grandmas minivan!!

Horrible customer service. I called over the phone to see if they have any special promotions on car oil. The guy that pick up the phone said that there are probably some and didnt really bothered trying to look to see what the promotions are.Later that day I came in to check the warranty on one of the legend car battery I previously purchased from Napa. I didnt have the receipt since it a couple of years ago. I think the same guy I talked to on the phone said he cant do any warranty on it without a receipt. So thats fine with me. I ask if the guy can recycle the battery for me as I dont want to just throw it in the trash. Trying to be environmentally responsible. The guy hesitated at my request like like they dont recycle battery there. I know they do otherwise what do they do with old batter customers bring in (for cord charge refund)? And it is not like I bring in a Walmart brand battery either. It one of Napa store brand and the battery even said it was manufactured by Napa.Wont be returning here!

These place is never opened, people dont work here. Stood outside the store for half hour after opening time and no one showed up for work my 6 year old can manage this store way better then the morons that dont show up for work plus the guy at the counter is a dumb ass

They have a pretty good selection of parts at this location and its getting much better after their recent remodel. One thing I wish they would add sooner than later is a waste oil recycling bin...Overall a good local auto parts store to go to.

NAPA is a great place go without spending too much on the exact part you need for your car. I have always been treated very well here by all employees and they try their hardest to help figure out exactly what you need and how to replace it.

The counter person was not happy to sell me repair pipe parts for my exhaust instead of a complete pipe system. Not very friendly to out of state travelers with a car problem.

Aweful!!! My car battery was smoking up and my car stopped running. I went in and asked for help and I got We cant do anything for you. Go. I had asked if they had a battery I could purchase to put in my jeep and they said no and Go away. I had to call Auto Zone that was a mile away to get a little advice on what to do. I am never coming back here again!
