I purchased a 2006 Hummer H3, Just a bad feeling from the salesperson. The General Manager helped,, little better. The guy that delivered the Hummer had no clue how to do the paperwork, still dont know if the paperwork is right. The detailer that washes and cleans the cars. Should have noticed the big leak from the sunroof. And it should have been fixed by the service department. Anyway I feel like I got soaked,, oh okay bad pun. But really. I didnt have a good experience. I could only hope they will call me and fix the sunroof leak. But buyer beware as is gets you in the end most of the time. It is to bad for the dealership as well, I usually buy a car every couple of years. Wish they would make it right.So there is an update to this post. After the forces that be read this post. I received a message from... it said the owner. To call this other person and discuss what should happen. I got in contact with a lady named Jennifer. She handled my dilemma with care and compassion. And my Hummer does not leak anymore. THANK YOU. And thank you Medved for your help. Now I can say that I will buy from this dealership again.

First time buying a car and Dominic was amazing! I never felt super pressured or anything. The process was fast and easy.Right before we were about to leave with the car, they informed us that the car was due for an oil change so I would have to wait to get it till the next day. It was a bit disappointing but I am more thankful that they did a thorough check on everything and caught that before I left with it. Overall, it was a very good first time experience!

Different Staff. They all are amazing. They keep you updated on the status of repairs on your vehicle by text messages. Old staff wouldnt even answer a call.You get your estimates via Text message & your choice on what you approve & cost.I also love the specials on brakes, & oil changes.

0 stars. First of all they said they had only one car out of that whole parking lot that I could have. Never experienced that before. I was told this one vehicle I could have just came in and it would need to be serviced before I could take it home.. my engine went bad in my explorer and was desperate for a vehicle. The driver side mirror is broken and the tires are bald. IT hey said they would order a mirror and call me for a apot when it came in. I said that I needed tires and they said they would give me two and I would have to pay for the other two.Really finally the sakes manager said yes took vehicle to them for tires waited two hours and there was greese all over the tires and it is pulling to the right so they obviously did not align the tires. I payed for my own alignment. They call me and says my mirror is in great make a apt and get there for them to tell me my mirror is not there. Now they tell me they cannot order a mirror for my car. Every one there was so nice to me until I took the car off of the parking lot. Horrible service after. I will never buy a vehicle from Medved ever again. Now I am driving around with a broken driver side mirror.Hopefully I dont get in a accident.

We all know how far shopping can be… With that being said, this was not that! This is our second time buying a car from here, and if the first one wasn’t great enough the second time was excellent. Brayden helped us our truck for our mountain home, he was super honest, patient and knowledgeable. Best part.. he was a down to earth super chill guy, which made our experience super comfortable and no pressure. Then we were whisked off to financing to say hello to Hunter for the second time, we got a great financing rate and he made everything so simple and smooth. For anyone car shopping I highly recommend these guys. They’ve got amazing staff, great cars and great service!

Service department does not answer phone calls.I have been a GM customer for over 50 years.I have also been a business owner for 50 years.If I treated my customers like this dealership I would not lasted one year. We purchased our car through Trevor Alexander, who was great to work with and made the process painless for us. Although it was a used Nissan, Trevor was knowledgeable about the vehicle and walked us through features and history with a CarFax.After we took delivery, I stopped by our Nissan dealer to have the car checked out, they found the battery needed to be replaced which they did. In a follow up call from Trevor, I told him about the battery. He went to bat for us and Medved is going to reimburse us for the full amount. We’re very satisfied and impressed.

Scheduled my car for an oil change on-line after not receiving any phone calls backgrounder several messages that I had left, only to arrive and find out that I was not on their list. This was after the on-line site manager called and emailed me to confirm the appointment that I had made. At first, service advisor made me feel like I was an inconvenience on his afternoon, but later apologized. Not a very good first impression when you take a top of the line Camaro in for its first service.

What a great experience!!! Never has been a car buying experience been so great, no pressure from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable and went out of there way to bring a car from a sister dealership to make sure I was getting what I was interested in.

Very poor service!I found a couple of cars on their website and I headed there to check them. After almost an hour waiting for a sales representative to grab the keys, I was told that one of the two cars still needs some repairs and wasnt ready for selling, and that the other one was not there!!!Seriously!!! Why dont you take them off your website if they were not there?!!!!

My sales person (Joe Schwarzkopf) was great. He did everything he could do to expedite my purchase of the 2008 Honda CRV. Unfortunately I became very frustrated because of the extremely long time it took to get to the finance office. I was paying cash for my purchase & thought this wouldn’t take much time. I was told this happens every Saturday evening. Being in my own business for over forty years dealing with the general public this shouldn’t ever happen. If this is a fact I believe management should have noticed this problem and taken what ever action necessary. Your finance person was very professional and had all the paperwork completed and ready to sign. I wasn’t in his office for more then fifteen minutes and was finally on my way. I hope this field information is helpful.

I purchased a 2021 Equinox back in April. Once they checked my credit and decided to go through with the deal they sent me back to finance. Hunter took me to his office and started going over everything and started explaining what sounded like a bunch of warranties. I made it very clear to Hunter that I only wanted the lifetime warranty that medved offers nothing additional. He stated, “oh no these are all part of the loan.” Sounded a little too good to be true. He then went over the payments, however my payments jumped an additional $100. I asked why the payments jumped and Hunter stated, “this is the loan your in.” I had already been there 7 hours so I just continued to go through with this deal. I was pretty frustrated so called a few days after the purchase and spoke with a manager. The manager told me I had additional warranties added onto my loan and that’s why my monthly payments shot up 100 dollars. I asked the manager what we need to do to fix this and his response was, “let me look into this and I’ll call back.” I never heard back.. I called a week later and was told I needed to speak with Paul the finance director. They transferred me over to Paul’s extension and it was a voicemail that had not been set up. They transferred me to someone else in the finance department and he said he would take a message for Paul and have him call me ASAP. Paul called me back and told me he would email a cancellation form. A couple days passed and I never received this for so I had to call Paul back and push to get this form. I finally received the for 2 days after speaking to Paul. I printed the form and filled it out as soon as I received it. I sent it back to his email and asked when this would show on my loan. Never heard back. It is now May 28th and the form was never sent to the bank anything. Medved has dropped the ball multiple times and it all started with hunter in the finance department. He literally lied to me stating optional warranties were part of my loan. Don’t go to Medved because you will be lied too and scammed so these people could get money in their own pockets.

I spent over 4 hours there waiting for my car to get the work done. I called and scheduled an oil change and the person did mention that there was a recall on I think it was the airbag so my husband thought he was just mentioning it to him so did not think much about it. I called the mourning of my appointment to confirm that I was scheduled for an oil change at 9:30 and the person said yes and I said I would be there. I get there they checked me in and he did say ok here for an oil change and recall. I told him I was not aware of that he said it should take a couple hours and we will see bout getting it done as soon as possible since you will be waiting so I thought a couple hours two hours I guess I could wait I did not make other arrangements so I waited patiently but after 3 1/2 hrs I went to check the status and the guy tells well they are still working on it I asked how much longer and he said well they should be back from lunch soon I was like what they are at lunch and I am sitting here doing nothing watching the time go by thinking of all the things I should be doing and they are at lunch. Not looking at me or even acting like hes checking on the status stating they do have to take a lunch. I guess the thought of them at lunch while I am sitting there being patient but getting really irritated and tired must have shown on my face as another gentleman jumped in and said Ill tell you what let me go check on it and I will come find you and give you a status I was so upset by now and close to four hours of my day gone. I go back out to the front trying not to lose it thanks to this other person. I wish I would have gotten his name. So not much longer he came out to find me and told me it was done. I was so glad to get out of there I wish I would have gotten names but I didnt. If they would have been more clear on letting us know that this could take a couple of the when making the appointment I could have made arrangements to leave the car there. This is not the first time I have had to wait a unreasonable amount of time for our cars to be worked on. My husband and I have both waited for HOURS for an oil change. But we say each time that next time Im sure it will be better. We purchased two vehicles from them in a year and now thinking about trading in our SUV but we are just done with the service then this will probably all be for nothing because the last two times I complained the response was oh sorry. Which you know were just words coming out not even acting a little concerned at all. Now I spent more time writing review and it probably wont even be looked at.

After driving 6+ hours to pick up the vehicle we had already negotiated on, we waited 5.5 hours at Medved to drive away without a new vehicle (price changed, broken windshield, missing key fob, no owners manual). The sales manager was extremely unprofessional and lost the company a sale. I would not recommend them and to be honest, we laugh with other dealerships about how terribly we were treated at Medved.

Sold my old car to them with ease. It was time to get a new car and get rid of the old ones. I had used Kelly blue book to get a value and had dealerships call with offers to buy after having it inspected.I got to MedVed and met AL and he was friendly and mentioned the car just needed to be quickly walked around a driven. The whole thing took about 30 minutes and I was walking out with a check.I called Al back about another car a week later a did the same thing with another vehicle. Both cars were in used shape and we were nervous about bringing them anywhere but our offers were very close to the KBB expected amount.To expedite getting your check for your old car bring your title and ask for Al.
