Originally went to Discount for balancing on all 4 tires due to slight vibration reaching high speeds. Needless to say, I had to go back. The shaking and vibration was even worse than before and to the point I felt my car was going to have a blowout on the highway. Upon going back, the same technician advised that I needed to get all 4 tires (mind you, front right tire they put on was brand new and the back two tires about 8 months or less old) and that I needed to replace all 4 wheels quoting me over $500 without even evaluating my car. Needless to say, I walked out to get a second opinion. I proceeded to replace my front driver tire for even wear and had my wheels balanced at The Tire Shop on 43rd and Federal. They informed me 3 of my 4 tires were on backwards which is why my car was out of balance and shaking uncontrollably. My car now runs smooth at all speeds.The pros: staff were super professional and attentive. The technician explained I had a dent in my rear tire which may cause shaking in my steering wheel and said come back if the problem isnt resolved. FALSEThe cons: very poor service and lack of knowledgeI will not be going back!

Great shop. I was a bit worried at first as I did not intend to order tires to this shop due to distance but, pleasantly surprised with the mistake I made. The techs noticeably took pride in what they were doing and sales staff were great. Really appreciated the hard work and even though I brought in a beat up old truck, they treated it like it just came off the showroom floor.

Had a tire blow out on the road last night and brought it in today to have it looked at. Thankfully, my road hazard covered almost the entire expense, plus I was able to get a new spare for just a little more. Worked with extremely professional employees, including David and Nevada, who made me feel like I was getting the best deal and the best work.

Incredible service Nevada is a rockstar he knows everything in the industry gave me the best suggestions the right tires for a Tesla he also gave me a referral for a hitch. Plus they fixed my rattle and truly honor the warranty what a great place. They even honored my reservation from another store. Great job!! To add, he was patient when they were slammed, respectful and courteous with all customers!! Such excellent service, I will go out of my way to go to this store

I chose this location because of their great reviews. If I could give a 4.5 I would but I rounded up. I will explain why:I was assisted mainly by Nevada at this location and he was very cordial and professional. I got Falken AT3s for my truck and realized later that day after the install that a malfunctioning valve meant Id have to return to get it repaired. They were quick and Nevada was very apologetic. I dont feel its something that happens frequently. I didnt like having to return. But the service that morning was quick.They also honored my military ID as a forgot to apply it with my online purchase. Despite having to return for them to fix the problem Ill return for future tire care and tire purchases.

Disappointing! Unfortunately, this locations Customer Service ended once I paid for my new tires. Joey and Brian were helpful, but the young man that gave me the paperwork, lug lock keys, and car key let me know the car was done and parked in an adjoining parking lot, which entailed navigating a gauntlet of vehicles. My 6 yr. old daughter was terrified! My car was parked next to the business sign blocking all view of any on coming vehicles. Also, had to put the lug keys back with the spare tire. Must have been too difficult for them. To top it off, my new Continentals had a bunch of white stuff smeared on them and looked ridiculous! Joey was kind enough to inform me the white stuff on my tires was tire lube and all tires that leave their shop look as bad, though he did mention he had concern the lube could damage the tire finish. He did tell me they arent a detail shop so they dont have anything to clean it. No soap and water, I guess.As a life long customer of Discount tire, this was certainly the worst experience Ive had.

Terrific service at this Discount Tire location. Nevada was extremely helpful in getting my 4runner set up with new wheels and AT tires. There were some weird fitment issues (not Discount Tires fault), but Nevada helped work through them to get my vehicle set up for overlanding. Truly exceptional experience for me!

Nevada and Joey really took care of me today. I came in earlier in the week with a screw found in my tire. Unfortunately Michelin had discontinued my tires and were no longer available for replacement under the Discount policy. They worked with Michelin and really cut me a deal. It’s not really Discounts or my fault that this happened, when I purchased the tires just last year. Thank you guys for being so understanding and really working to make me a happy customer! Discount really has some quality employees at this location!

I had such a lovely experience at this location! I had a suspicion that one of my tires (which I had bought from Discount Tire in 2019) had a slow leak so I stopped by to have them take a look. The staff were attentive, kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. They were able to fix my leak quickly and I was in and out in 30 min.

These guys are the best! Were able to patch my tire and trade out the spare for free. Will definitely buy my set of tires from them!

Great service and even better customer service. James specifically has been extremely helpful with winter tires and wheel knowledge but where James went above and beyond was when I called about a wheel lock key because I had to drive across the country for a family health emergency during Covid in a state where Discount Tire doesnt have a location and he immediately said he would mail a key to me. I then received a call back within 2 minutes from James checking to see if I had lug nuts for my spare with me since he knew I would be driving back across the country. Hes throwing in lug nuts that fit my spare so I dont have to worry now when I make this cross country drive. This extra thoughtfulness goes a long way and shows he cares about the customer. My wife and I truly appreciate this above and beyond customer service and will be recommending Discount Tire and James to our friends.

Usually I go to a different location but I only came here for free air because it was on my route. The guy who helped me was nice and even though I told him I only needed air in my front tires, he said he would check all of them. If I needed work done Id definitely think of coming here.

I was trying to support local businesses due to pandemic so I had this local shop (not going to put them on blast so they are going to remain nameless) rotate the tires on my SUV. Even though this local shop was way more expensive than anywhere else, I wanted to purposely support them and build a relationship with them since I’m new to the area but it was a huge mistake. They end up messing something up because my car started shaking at highway speed which never happened before. After going back and forth with this local business, I decided to just chalk up my loses and stop by this Discount Tire location. I believe the gentleman that helped me was Matt. He led his crew and they all were so helpful and professional. They worked as a team and got me fixed up in no time. Every single staff was so pleasant and overly nice. I watched them treat every customer like they all enjoyed their job and enjoyed working as a team. I was so impressed with this location I had to write them a review. These guys are excellent. Customer service is probably the most apparent of attributes! Drove up without an appointment to get a consult. Wanted to verify that I was looking at the right size and brand tire for my 1976 Lincoln Continental. Although wanted to replace with white walls (that came factory on this car), I chose a GoodYear AT because I live and drive in winter conditions. Just felt that I would forego style for safety - not that you cant have both. Cokers are a bit pricey and right now during the C word (no, not that c word - the contagious one), Im low on funds. Believe me, really wish I could have gone with Coker.But, I digress. Upon driving up, within 2 minutes, a specialist came to my vehicle, assessed and verified that I made a fitting choice.Team had me drive the car up to the lifts and within 40 minutes, done!Staff super friendly, polite, helpful and made the experience pleasant. Most people dread the entire ordeal, but Discount Tires made it effortless.I do recommend doing research before buying tires - I saved a great deal of time, felt in control in terms of budget, and DT honored their policy of price matching.Win, win.

Caught a bolt in my tire the other night on the way to an important event. I pulled in unscheduled, and the crew had me in and out in 15 minutes as they were closing, got the screw removed, tire sealed, rebalanced and installed. Cant say enough about how helpful and friendly they were.

My boyfriend and I had such a pleasant experience here. Nevada was so friendly and helpful. He came out to our car and talked to us about our current tires, helped us find comparable ones and then showed us a deal. As a transplant from the South, I was wary of purchasing winter tires vs all-season, and he expertly answered all our questions with thorough pros and cons. We were also in and out within an hour. I was impressed by the level of customer service that was extended by everyone at this location! My tire had picked up a nail, and Efren completely took care of me. Even though they offer plugging tires as a free service, I was treated as if I were buying the most expensive tires that they sell.

I brought my Truck here, that had a very small (frustrating) leak somewhere on the tire. They removed the tire and soaked it in bubbles. They said they werent able to pin point the leak on the tire. However, they replaced the air sensor and that was likely the culprit because the tire has not loss any air since my visit. They also rotated and topped off each tire. This was at no cost! Very great, above and beyond customer service! Highly recommend this location! Will be replacing tires here when the time comes!

Extremely impressed... The gentleman told me that my tires should be good for another year... I thanked him for his honesty because my tires cost $1,500 that I dont have period. I went to another place in the guy tried to talk me into buying new tires.. Im very grateful for his help..Not many people are honest anymore.. Great staff and convenient location. I’ve purchased 3 sets of tires from them. However, I’m looking elsewhere next time as they are too busy to fix a flat tire on a set I bought 2 weeks ago. Scheduled me out several days later while expecting me to be without my car in between. I’ll find a place that can be more responsive next time. I don’t blame the employees, just need a company that’s more flexible for their customers.

They sell and install tires. Pretty straightforward. Easy in and easy out. Theyve taken care of me a couple times this year already.

I didnt think I was the type of person who would write a review for a tire store, but here I am. They did such a good job! They didnt have the tires that I paid for online, so they gave me better tires at no extra cost. And all of the employees were extremely courteous, efficient, and professional. I was not looking forward to getting my tires changed, but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience today. Also, as a Covid precaution, I was allowed to stay in my car while they replaced my tires. I found that I preferred this to waiting inside and hope that they still offer this option after Covid is a thing of the past.

Scheduled an appointment and showed up. There was a massive line. Not sure what the point of scheduling an appointment is if you have to wait around.

Awesome crew! Came at 8am after a flat the night before - they took the tire and repaired it in less than 2 hours at no cost and sent me a text to notify me. The crew recognized me when I came back, even though they hadn’t directly helped me at drop off. Juan was extremely friendly and helpful. They quickly changed out the tire and I was on my way. Super friendly and helpful. I’ll be back!

Stopped to have my air checked. Parked in proper area to wait. Three employees were right next to my car. They looked at me and continued talking and one continued to work on a tire. I didnt receive service until their were three other cars waiting and blocking the exit. Poor customer service.

Half hour or so after my appointment time at 1:00 before they got the car in the bay. Another half hour or so to fix the leak in the tire. But I didnt have to pay :-) and the people are courteous and act professional.

This location knows what they are doing and they are taking COVID19 precautions seriously. I recently visited another location and had a subpar experience but my visit to the Wheat Ridge location restored my faith. The entire team was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.They have a curbside check-in process, where you call once you arrive. They also have the customer drive your own car over towards the bay, so the interior of your car remains untouched. The estimated time frame they gave me was spot on and super reasonable.I will certainly visit this location for my future tire and automotive needs.

3.5 stars. Customer service was decent but I made an appointment as I usually do at this location and still waited about 30 minutes for them to get to me, so be prepared for that. I have bought new sets of tires from DT about every 1.5 years and have had two tires produce air bubbles in them about a year into having them and was told just buying new sets were my only option, not really DTs fault, maybe the manufacturer maybe improper storage or handling I couldnt say. Im just warning people of possible scenarios based on my experiences here. Today they patched a tire for free so thats great but even with an appointment expect to wait an hour an a half. This was during business hours on a weekday also so this is a busy place.

I brought my Audi Q3 in as the rear left tire was leaking air. The service advisor didn’t even bring my car into the bay to review if it had a nail and could be repairable. Instead he told me that the tire seal to the wheel had broke due to Audi’s roll over technology and me driving to the mountains. Where he then pressured me into buying new tires. I decided to get a second opinion from my actual Audi service center and found that there was a nail in the tire. I understand we are all struggling during this pandemic and need money but this is overall poor service.

James is the new GM, I have seen many here over the years, but this outfit is run the same. Its not flawless, nor perfect in its management transitions, but the company provides consistency with its changes. Consistency in its product knowledge, availability warranties and guaranties

These guys are awesome, friendly, and they care. I was there 10/22/20. I had my dogs and it was cold and Brian let me stay in the car while Dustin worked on my tire. if you have tired trouble I strongly suggest you try to make your way to this discount tire but most of the discount tires are great.

I came in today to get me tires rebalanced after a competitor of Discount Tire failed to be able to balance my tires after multiple attempts. Keep in mind that I did not purchase my tires from Discount, let alone this location. Juan and Joey are true professionals and took care of me right from the beginning. Not only did they successfully get rid of a terrible vibration, but they patch a nail hole they found, and did it all for free. I have to say this standard of customer service is lost most places these days. I’m impressed, and will gladly purchase my next set of tires from these folks.

The 45th and Wadsworth location has great customer service. Even though they normally have a bit of a wait time, they ensure that they provide the best service possible.

Bought my tires from them and had them installed many months ago. Found a tear in the wall just above the bead today. I went in to see if there was some kind of warranty and the man there took one look then ordered the same tire free of charge. Had a flat tire during a cross-country road trip. The staff at Discount Tire welcomed us right away and within the hour we were back on the road with a fixed tire, for free! Highly recommended.

I came in 20 minutes before they closed with a nail in my tire. They were completely booked and couldnt get me in and went to go schedule an appointment when the person ahead of me decided not to get new tires and rather than send me on my way and closing on time he had them fix my tire and I was on my way in 20 minutes. The best part was that the man told me what i didnt need, and didnt sell it to me. another discount tire location did it differently and also couldnt seem to find time to install the tires id bought. this place a. pointed out that for the kind of driving i do, i dont really need the other more expensive kind; b. described the conditions for which each tire was designed; and c. sold me the ones i chose and installed them then and there. And credited me for the remaining usability of the old tires. this employee was helpful, ethical, and honest. you cant beat that.

That being said, cashier Sean was not particularly pleasant and because of his poor service/attitude I ended up having to come in 3 separate times instead of just 2. Please note: They do not offer alignments, even though you need one after getting new tires.

This location is very busy which has made the experience less good for me the last couple times Ive gone. Ive had some good experiences here and overall it seems like a good organization which led to three stars. There are however long waits here, and it feels generally disorganized. The curbside service they suggested was not successful for me today I called the posted number, was asked to put my hazards on, then sat in my car for 20 minutes before moving on to big-O down the street. It didnt appear they had a way to know my place in line they seemed to be servicing whoever hollered at them first, regardless of when they got there or called. This time not great.

Would be great if they answered their phone or allowed you to schedule an appointment more than a week out. Waited on hold for more than 30 min listening to the same automated message telling me to go online. I tried that, which is why Im calling you....

They are the best! Always very helpful and they go above and beyond. We visited today for a low tire sensor and it turns out they had to replace the tire because of a bad patch they did before and they just went ahead and gave it to us for free! Cristian and Diego helped us oyt and both deserve some recognition for how good they are with customers.

Ive always followed Juan from store to store over the years. His customer service has always been impeccable and tire suggestions have been great for budget or performance. Although the store is slammed with customers today I know they always do their best to get me back on the road quickly. I will be back soon for another set of tires for all my other vehicles.
