I shop at Auto Zone for the basics, oil change needs, wiper blades, and such but I dont buy my important mechanical parts here. Their inexpensive parts dont last and they are more expensive than other auto parts stores on the name brand parts. I buy those needs from other places who have decent domestic parts and dont mark up the higher end ones so much. They have their purpose in my book though. I shop around quite a bit when buying car parts if time allows as there is a lot of inconsistencies among the parts stores and its always different between them, often times week to week and sometimes even day to day.

Yeah will I went to Auto Zone see what codes my truck was throwing out.b. The employees at this Auto Zone went above and beyond to help me by handing me the meter and told me to go plug it in than they would give me the report. But then they didnt have a clue what I needed to do or parts.

It was just one kid and a lady on the phone all the time Im guessing helping people over the phone,, i ask for checking my engine light on and the kid told me to do it myself for covid reasons i understand i bring back the machine and it took me like 25 minutes to this kid help me out again, cuz he was de only one on the floor,, he help me and he told me the code error,, i ask for solutions ho clues about what was the problem but the kid seems clueless he dont know anything about cars. Anyways u can always find other place right.

Every one is very polite and helpful go out of their way to help there custermers .

They installed my battery for me in just a few minutes.

Quick visit, helpful employees and well kept store and parking lot. NFC/contactless payments arent working, so more risk by having to physically touch the payment processing machine. Parking lot is not easy to get in or out of if you are trying to make a left turn.

It was the absolute worst. Tia was very nasty and rude. Her Manager was the same. I will never shop there again.

I came here the other day and was never so mistreated. I came to get some help with a part for my car. I did not name the part right and two AutoZone employees were making jokes and made me feel really stupid. I will never come here again.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen!!!I waited over a half hour to try and get a replacement cigarette lighter for my truck that is a UNIVERSAL item.Three emplooyees working and I was the only customer in the store when I walked in.Junior a new employee there was very sarcastic and rude.I will never reurn to this store again.Ive never walked in this store and seen the same employee twice, that speaks volumes!!!

The young man that answered my call said they had the part I was lookjng for in stock. When I arrived to get it I was told I had to pickup elsewhere that I had been given wrong information

These guys are GREAT! they helped me replace my bulbs for my blinkers on the back and front of the vehicle. I really appreciate their help. They took great care of me.

Came to buy some studs cuz new wheels and tires wouldn’t fit... instead of me buying all new studs which I may not have had enough cash for, Paul V aka “Big Paul” recommended a wheel nut and lock kit they had on clearance. So not only did he help me save $$$ he also saved me some work. He and the crew were awesome and I am super impressed by the response and helpfulness in this day and age customer service like this is rare.

Went there for a battery only to be told they can’t install it cause it would take to long ?! I’m sorry I didn’t know a 10 min install was a long time to an employee who gets paid by the hour.....

I bought a new battery here and they installed it for me, but then my car would start and then immediately stop running. One employee (I believe his name was Parker) went above and beyond to help me with my car for almost 2 hours, even when you guys were extremely busy, he kept good communication with me and solved my cars problem so that I could at least get it back up and running. He didnt have to do any of that troubleshooting for me and yet he did. Please pass on my thanks again, and give that guy a raise or something!

Quiet, focused, courteous service as it wasnt busy but is the season to assist others with lights, wiper blades and such, I didnt mind that there was a small wait.Purchased DOT 4 brake fluid for my MTB at a considerably better price. Even DOT 5.1 was a steal for a huge bottle, bike shop 4 oz, both $15Get In The Zone....AutoZone!

Did a first time self install on a new battery. Up front they were very helpful with answering any questions I had and even offered tools for me to replace the battery. After I was finished I asked Dalton to just give it a once over and see of everything looked ok. He was very helpful and we even went on to discuss a couple other things on my mind about the engine itself. Quality employees are hard to come by these days and as a team leader I can say Dalton was very helpful on all levels (as was the young lady who was cashier but I didnt get her name). Thanks for great customer service.

Had another store call and verify parts in stock. Was told they were waiting for me and on hold. Drove 100 miles and they don’t have the parts or anything on hold for me. Management pretty much laughed when I explained the situation.

I had absolutely fantastic customer service here! I was visiting from out of state, half way into my cross-country trip with 4 kids, when my battery died. The staff, especially Corey(Cody? I really wanted to remember so I could be specific) O, went above and beyond for me to ensure I wouldnt have further issues as we continued our drive early the next morning. I absolutely recommend this store.

Reasonably priced auto parts store.They have a really nice tool loan program in case you dont have everything you need.My main complaints are:1) Sometimes checkout is laborious, as they help someone in front of you find an obscure part.2) Sometimes they are playing an offensive (religious) radio station.

Yeah I purchased the part from them back in for Wednesday October of last year and they hell to under warranty and its just going to be an exchange so do most of my parts shopping at AutoZone there theyre good for my business cuz I need my car running

This used to be a great store...for an autozone . Every time I go there around 8:30 theyve shut the lights off early and started locking up. Tonight... 8:45.... Im coming south on Kipling there go the lights. To me, whether you are open or not. No lights = unwelcome = closed.

Zero stars! Terrible customer service! I went there to have a code read and the guy that did it acted like it was a problem and the guy with the really long hair was completely rude to me and sat there questioning what I was told by my mechanic about code reader machines, saying who told you that?!! and pretty much said he was wrong (which hes not) and the whole thing was a problem. There was nobody else there so its not like they were busy so I guess it was all just too much of a problem for both of them! Sorry i bothered you so much but dont worry I wont be going back here again.... thanks!

Depends on who helps you. I had been changing my spark plugs, got one out of the engine and trying to put a new one in and it wouldnt fit. Charged me for the right plugs and gave me the wrong ones. I also had to go back a second time to get anti-seize that I forgot the first time when it is their job to remind people about it when you buy plugs.They do have OBD scanners to help when you check engine light comes on So that I helpful.

Great experience, went in to buy brake pads and everything for a tune-up on my pickup truck and the young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly I got everything that I went in for. A very pleasant visit to AutoZone.

I noticed that you could be in the middle of a transaction at the counter and the employee is required to interrupt that to answer the phone and deal with a customer on the phone this is not the fault of the employees it is a store policy I think it is extremely rude and disrespectful to the customer that actually drives into the store to, At buy parts. You dont do that if youre in the middle of a transaction you ask the person on the phone to hold please this is how most places do this.I will no longer shop at AutoZone because of this however all of the employees at this location are very helpful it is not their fault but due to corporate policies that are stupid I will no longer shop there

Had a vehicle breakdown at park across the street, they allow for customers to borrow scanner as long as I left my drivers license. They were able to pinpoint an egr valve for my brother in laws diesel ford truck. The manager said it is pretty easy, and it was. Saved soo much money on a tow and a mechanic Shop. I love these resources that auto zone provides, and great employees. Thank you so much my brother in law appreciates it as well!!!!

They had the windshield blades I needed and they installed them free of charge!

Our experience was poor. We ordered online two parts as this was the only store around with the second part. Shortly thereafter we receive a confirmation that the order is ready. We arrive and only one part is ready, the other isnt even available at the store. The manager comes around and explains that he knew they didnt have the second piece and had to push the order through knowing it wont arrive until tomorrow and that wed receive confirmation for pick up today. He showed no remorse or acknowledgement that he initiated an unnecessary trip. He offered to call us when the second part arrived.The manager circumvented the process, was unapologetic knowing full well the were issues. Stupid.
