3zero3 helped me to take an essentially stock m4 to stage 2 with a handful of engine/exhaust mods, full exhaust, and suspension work. They completed it promptly and most importantly were extremely thorough. Ive had some time with the car on track now most importantly their work has been solid. Highly recommended.
I was recommended to 3zero3 by a friend who had a great experience, I loved the way his car performed so I came into this process trusting 3zero3. I will now recommend these guys to anyone who asks, my experience couldnt have been better. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. I am thrilled with the results.2018 Audi S5. With 3zero3 I added AWE exhaust, peddle box, new intake system, and a power module. as well as custom rims.
These people will welcome you in with open arms, then rip you off when youre at your weakest w/ your German auto. Scott Simpson is a proven liar and Gary Wesselink (business owner) is a convicted felon for fraud and embezzlement in his last home state. Stay away if youre a true Euro owner with a wallet you care about. ** Warning! ** (See photos below of these guilty fraudsters). They have gone through over 15 new employees in the last 2 years. Fact check me...save your money and time (really, ask me). Message me for details, Ill be happy to share them with you. (read below too, for the non-paid ads). Hey, hes such a good farmer!
Everyone here is so great and it really gives me peace of mind knowing that I have a reputable shop to go to when my car decides to go rouge. I love my 135i like its my child and everyone at 3zero3 treats it like its their own. It is always stored inside at night, its still clean when it is returned to me. They are all enthusiasts and are extremely humble and caring. They are personable and informative. I highly recommend them.
We’ve been taking our cars (Audi’s) to 3zero3 for over a decade. Their service, professionalism and technical knowledge is unmatched. Though their prices might be a tad higher, you’re paying for detail oriented, highly trained technicians. They are excellent diagnosticians who will prioritize what needs immediate attention vs what can wait. It’s rare to find an auto shop with such honesty, integrity and great communication skills. Strongly recommend!
My experience was amazing. Nile showed so much knowledge, honesty, integrity, diligence, care, and also the joy of doing work that he loves. My Audi S6 2018 was turned into a beast, probably more than RS Specs. Stage 2, Complete exhaust and downpipes, intake, computers for both engine and gearbox. The team at 3Zero3 really know what they are doing. And in addition to all this, I was blown away by the fact that Nile cared about my budget, he would not just push to increase the bill, but to provide the best bang for the buck within the range of options that are available today for these German beasts. It was ABSOLUTELY a pleasure to do business with this guys. On Time, On the money, On the game... I love excellence, and that was my perception. I would strongly recommend 3Zero3.
By far the best performance shop in the Denver metro areas. Developed a great bond with the entire crew. Theyve made miracles happen on my Bentley continental. The only shop other than a dealer I can trust.
I have used 3zero3 for many years now. They always take care of me in a timely manner. Sometimes even sooner than expected. I wouldnt take my Porsche anywhere else for work. Chad is the best
I have been bringing my Audi here for service for 3 years and have been extremely pleased with the level of knowledge and the care they take with my car. Their team understands how particular I am about my S4 and takes care of it as if it were their own. I am treated like family and can trust their advice and Improvements/repairs. When preparing for a couple track days last year, I asked for their specific recommendations to get the car ready and was very confident with the advice and the service that was performed. I’ve been very happy. Special thanks to Scott for my most recent minor repair.
I am not a reviewer but I fell compelled to write this review. I have taken my car here for many years. I have always been very pleased with the product they provide (both customer service and mechanical service.) Recently, I brought my 2003 A4 to them again. It had the check engine light on and was rough starting. I told Horace when I dropped the car off that I was not interested in spending a bunch of money as the car was worth maybe $3000 (maybe!!!) They ran diagnostics and Horace ultimately called me with a quote for $8300 to make the car run. I told him I would not spend that amount of money on the car. He then said let me work on the number. When he contacted me again, the quote was $3500 ($8300 - minus the timing belt.) I then said that was still too much money and he again said let me work on the number. He came back with a number of around $2300 ($8300 - timing belt - catalytic converter.) I told him that I didnt want to spend that money and would likely donate the car. They replaced a fuse and charged the battery (the car wouldnt start when they went to move it.) When I came to pick up the car, I started asking some questions and was informed that nobody knew anything about my situation because both Horace and the service manager were no longer employed with 3zero3. I took the car home and decided that the whole interaction felt slimy.I then took the care to Prestige Imports where they ran diagnostics, determined that the battery was bad, replaced the battery and then re-ran diagnostics. All the codes cleared with a new battery. They said the catalytic converter was fine, the timing belt did not need replacement and found nothing additional wrong with the vehicle. It is now working well with no check engine light illuminated. I then called 3zero3 and left a message for Scott, which was not returned, and called back and spoke with Nile? with whom I had never had any contact. I asked that 3zero3 refund my approx $400. After going round and round with Nile, he stated that they had done the work and would not refund my money. I replied that they had failed to diagnose a bad battery and instead had tried to up charge me for a multitude of other unnecessary services. Nile replied that I had not even given them a chance and that he would not allow me to bend them over. I then hung up the phone.
These guys are great! Scott helped me out in a pinch and I highly recommend 3zero3 for their knowledge of awesome cars and impeccable customer service. Second to none. Thanks again!
Fantastic experience at 3zero3. I dealt with Michael, he was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I had a new exhaust put on my BMW 3 series. I could not be happier with the service and product. The facility is clean, comfortable and nice. I highly recommend 3zero3 to anyone looking to have work or service done to their German car. I cannot say enough nice things about this shop.
These guys know what there doing... Quality work at an affordable price, what more can you ask for?? I am a proud customer of 3zero3 and will continue to be... I recommend them for anyone who is foreign car owner. Awesome customer service. Great job 3zero3...
Thank you to the whole 3zero3 Motorsports team for the outstanding and top notch service. My family has had multiple cars (I think maybe 6 different cars) serviced or repair by 3zero3 over the last four years. Their knowledge and detailed method keeps me as a loyal customer. Always looking forward to the next time I am in the shop. This is a shop you can trust. Keep up the great work!
These guys are truly the best--professional, personable, kind. I have an aging AUDI and they truly care about it and keep it in great condition--and instead of the astronomical prices of a dealership, they help me keep the costs down when things go wrong. A polar opposite experience from the dealerships formulaic pricing and sterile atmosphere. Theyre also great with kids and just great human beings in general.
3Zero3 is the best place to take any euro car hands down! I have had my car here three times now and every time I have been extremely pleased. The team is very talented and can take on any challenge from tuning to suspension excellent work. I worked with Daniel this last time and he catered to every need, when faced with a issue or problem handled in the most professional fashion. Their relationship with other companies allows them to have an extraordinary warranty program on parts. I highly suggest them to anybody looking for any work to be done on their cars.
It is true that the hardest reviews to write are the one’s where you have no critiques. The best way to describe the difficulty of writing this would probably be best exemplified if you imagined writing a review of your family. There may be problems, there may be difficulties, there may be frustrations, but nobody is perfect. And generally, the closer you get to people the more imperfections you find. And generally, the more imperfections you find, the more incredible you find those people when they push their limits and overcome. I’ve been with 3ZERO3 since my first real car, my 2008 Audi A3 that I bought completely on my own. Everybody remembers the first car they got on their own, everybody remembers the pride they had when they first got it: how much care they had for it and all of the possibilities it came with; but, not everybody gets a business that not only understands that pride and care, but matches it. Everything from inspections to upgrades, from suspension repair to unexplainable electrical problems, I’ve been made a part of the family of 3ZERO3. And while things have not always and will never be easy when it comes to maintaining a complicated machine that is driven thousands of miles a year, I can say with certainty that I will probably never trust another company to keep be going as much as this one. 3ZERO3 deserves your business, but better yet, and if you give them the chance, I am confident they will earn it time and time again.
The guys here at 3zero3 were amazing! I met Horace while shopping for wheels for a Tesla Model S I had purchased, and he guided me and was attentive to every detail. What I loved most was that they never gave me any sales pressure to buy anything, but made the entire process very relaxed and easy, Horace even gave me his own opinions on likes and what would go best with my current vehicle and paint job. Bottom line, I am a customer for life!!
Found 3Zero3 through YouTube when looking for an exhaust for my RS4. Called up the shop late one night and left a message - got a call first thing the next day from Blake. Had a nice conversation and he looked into a few different brands, recommended ones I didnt even see and got pricing for all of them, all while keeping me updated every step of the way. Once we decided on the right one, he got it ordered through the manufacturer and shipped to my door all the way in CT. Great place, 10/10 would do business with again!
I am more than pleased with 3ZERO3. I live in Parker and let me tell you that it is worth the trip up to Wheat Ridge. A lot of B8 S4 owners have been having this Push clutch to Start Vehicle issue even when the clutch pedal is completely to the floor. 3zero3 came to not only to myself, but another local S4 owners rescue. Instead of getting scammed at the dealership and saying its because of a worn clutch (which has been proved incorrect) and having to spend $4k+ on a new one only to have the same problem appear weeks later, 3zero3 was able to get to the root of the problem. Im not gonna get into the logistics of it, but they were not only very professional at approaching and diagnosting my clutch systems problem, but were motivated at helping me resolve this even when I was about to give up. They restored the confidence that I had back into the car and most importantly they are enthusiasts. Oh, I cant forget to say how awesome of a guy Scott is. Hes not only down to earth, but he is empathetic and understands how frustrating it is to deal with an aging car. (Make sure to ask for him if you are bringing your car in!) 3Zero3s shop environment is aesthetically pleasing and it was a nice drive up there. I will be taking my S4 there from now on.
Very disappointed with this place...I first inquired through 3zero3 website on 4/11, on 4/18 finally got a call from Scott. We had a great conversation and he was very knowledgeable about my car (Audi RS4) which was nice because most of the place I have gone before didn’t really know anything about it. We ended the call with someone from 3zero3 would be in contact with me within a week to go over the work I wanted done. By 5/11 I still had not heard back from anyone and sent a email and tried calling multiple times, only to get voicemail and never got to speak to a person. On 6/28 I still had that heard anything and decided to drive the 70 miles to the shop. When I arrived and walked in there was nobody in the lobby to greet me and is was about 5 minutes before I even saw someone to speak too. David came out of this office and said that he would be right back. David and when went into this office and talked about the conversation I had with Scott but couldn’t find any information on me or any notes from the conversation. David admitted to knowing nothing about Audi’s and that he was a BMW guy. He said he would send the notes to the parts department and that they would know everything required the my build. He did look up a past build that I was looking to do and that gave me a ballpark but I asked for something in writing, he said he would have it to me by end of day 6/29. Here it is 7/9 and still haven’t got anything no phone call or email. I have tried calling both Scott and David and can’t get them on the phone. I would of thought if I’m looking to drop 20K-30K on a build that someone would be pounding down my door. But I guess that just pocket change at 3zero3 and I am not worthy of their time...they got the ZERO right on my review.
My Audi S7 was tuned from day one by 3ZERO3 Motorsports. Im the second owner and its been running flawlessly. Recently added an AWE Track Exhaust purchased from Nik..he was patient in answering all my questions and this exhaust DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! Highly recommended!
Super friendly staff and always willing to help you out. I brought my car in for some service work and they were upfront about what they could and couldnt do and how I should go about correcting things on my car to make sure the work they did was 100% correct instead of just proceeding and having things not be the way I wanted or should be. The prices are competitive with the dealerships Ive check but overall the experience is way better than taking your car to a dealer. Highly recommend.
They were cordial and flexible, the diagnosis was done and they provided me rental car for the day. Great service. Unfortunately once the check engine light was fixed, they acknowledged that there was another reason for it to have turned on again that (they didnt catch during diagnosis) and they were going to send a quote for it and never did. I suppose it was an accidental considering they did seem to know what they were doing and were very friendly. Just though id give a fair review
Great shop!!! I presented an intermittent electrical problem with my ‘82 Porsche 911, it was a VERY difficult problem to diagnose but Cain ant the Tech hung in there and fixed the problem!! I had a complete service done and new tires installed, I found 3Zero3 to be $ competitive and very competent!!Truly a 5 Star shop!!Dave AllisPorsche Owner
I cant say enough great things about this place! The customer service is the best I have ever experienced and, as a woman, it is so refreshing to be treated with respect and as an equal. Frequent and thorough communication is always a constant and all staff with whom I have come in contact have been friendly and helpful. Thanks Scott and 3ZERO3 crew!!
Ive had my 2003 Audi A4 serviced and tuned here for over a decade. As a result, my car has never left me on the side of the road! A few years ago I moved out of town, which made the commute to the shop more difficult. This past year, I had a couple small repairs I trusted a local mechanic with and lets just say, I learned an important lesson: 3zero3 is worth the drive and effort in every way! They are professional, warranty their services (and have done warranty work for me in the past with no hesitation), provide loaner cars if needed, offer exceptional service, and simply put: know what they are doing with the cars they service--perhaps whats most important! Dont make the mistake I did; if you need a repair on the car you enjoy, bring it here!
Overall it was a very easy and enjoyable experience installing my new exhaust. I scheduled my appointment and then dropped off the car. It was that easy. The employees are really honest when talking about their products-- letting you know what works best for you and whats the best value.Ive had the exhaust in for about a week now and it sounds fantastic! Thank you 3zero3!
I ordered a set of wheels from them through Amazon. The wheels I originally ordered were out of stock, so Blake worked with me to make sure my second choice would fit properly. He even got in touch with the wheel manufacturer and sent me a template to make sure before we placed the order. Nice change from the companies who dont bother thinking about what you really need, if you can even get them to answer an email.
Wow! I am so impressed with 3Zero3 Motorsports!I have been bringing my Audi A8L here for the last four years. This place is very professional, friendly, reasonable and most importantly UBER HONEST!About two years ago (yes, this review is way overdue), my air suspension system went out. Took it to an Audi dealer and they wanted over $2500.00 to fix it. At the time of the dealer giving the estimate, they also broke the front headlight washer system and denied breaking it. Then, a friend of mine recommended 3Zero3. I spoke to Scott the owner that same day and brought the car in. Their estimate was significantly less than the dealers - with better parts and a 3 year/36K mile warranty!!I got it done immediately. Here I am -- about two years later writing the review of that repair job they did.... The workmanship was absolutely bullet-proof and the air suspension system works excellent now -- with absolutely no issue! If you are an A8L owner, you know that mechanics that know how to work on these vehicles are extremely rare. Even the dealerships only have 1 or 2 mechanics in their staff, certified to work on these cars! Not when it comes to 3Zero3 however.I will always trust 3Zero3 to do the work right the first time on my Audi A8L!Scott, Justin and team, you guys are awesome!
3ZERO3 is such a fantastic shop!! They went above and beyond my expectations!! They truly CARE about their customers, and will take the time to answer any questions you have. Being a female that is very meticulous about her car, I get VERY nervous on who I let work on it. I cannot tell you how much I trust 3ZERO3. They answered at least 100 questions I had, made my car run better than new, and I am a customer for life!! My car needed repairs and I did not have time to worry about the details. 3ZERO3 handled EVERYTHING!! Max Gerson was AMAZING!! I also appreciate Liz!! She was so sweet!! Jason...their tech is bar none one amazing TECH that made my car run A THOUSAND times better!! I love you 3ZERO3!! Thank you for catering to females who need your help-and being so honest/trustworthy!!!
The people at 3zero3 always take care of you and treat you like family. Being a single woman I always worry if a repair shop is taking advantage of my lack of knowledge with cars but that is something I do not worry about with 3zero3. One of the owners, Scott, always takes the time to explain what is wrong with my car, what should be fixed right away, and will break down the whole process with me so I understand what is actually going on and why its important. I have and will always recommend this place for any type of repairs with high performance vehicles.
I purchased a 2003 Porsche 911 Turbo from out of state and found out the previous owner had this car serviced by 3ZERO3. Called them and they were very helpful providing all of the service records on the car. They were so helpful I had them service the car and do some some improvements prior to shipping the car back to me. Extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was pleased with their work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.Chris
BEST MECHANIC EXPERIENCE EVER!!Being a young female- often when I have car issues and try to discuss it with a mechanic; they talk to me like a dumb female thats crazy and doesnt know what she is talking about.... This was NOT THE CASE. Staff was extremely well trained in costumer service (and mechanical car stuff),Upon entering you are greeted with a smile and offer for a variety of beverage options, while you wait on comfy couches. The mechanic that I spoke with on the phone was running behind due to a previous customer-> but it wasnt long until a co-worker stepped up to the plate to assist me.They asked many questions- carefully listening to EVERYTHING I had to say without shrugging me off, or making me feel inadequate. After diagnosis they set up a maintenance plan in order of priority (unlike most mechanic experiences where they want me to fix everything at once and throw down $1k on the spot)They were quick, efficient, kind. Even WASHED AND VACUUMED the car for pickup, & as a bonus, fixed my dashboard clock thats been off since I bought my car.AMAZING. I found my mechanic for LIFE. no more rude experiences.Would recommend to everyone I know!
Fantastic team of at 3ZERO3 Motorsports! They were able to get our shop Audi S4 in quick and do some major performance upgrades to the supercharger, tune and transmission! Best place to take your import for custom performance modifications!
Had a really good experience at 3zero3 motorsports! really nice people and the shop is amazing! I will definitely come back. Ive already recommended a couple of people. Thank again!
These guys are great! They are incredibly knowledgeable, are fantastic to their customers and do a wonderful job performing anything from simple routine maintenance all the way up to building high performance track day monsters. Very happy with they work they have done for me and would recommend to anyone.
Would not recommend at all to anyone. Unknowledgeable staff that will charge you while they attempt to learn how to do anything on your car. $500+ just for them to try and diagnose something (that they have misdiagnosed twice already) then charge you absurd labor while they work slowly and still manage to not fix an issue, while breaking something else that they then need to diagnose again, while recommending they fix something that doesnt need fixed. First time I took my vehicle here to get shocks and exhaust it was fine, but every time I have come in the last 3 years it has been a terrible experience and only seems like they are in it to steal your money. Their prices also seem to change based on whatever they feel like making that day; there is zero consistency (maybe thats what the zero in the name means?). If you have a higher end Audi or Porsche, take your money elsewhere otherwise you run the risk of getting ripped off here while they create issues that they say only they can fix. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the last 3 years of their work.
Best shop in town! They really take care of the cars but dont forget about the customers along the way. Scott has assembled quite a team at 3zero3. Give them a try!
Approximately nine months ago, 3ZERO3 Motorsports significantly damaged my car in an auto accident which occurred while my car was in their possession (one their employees was driving my car) and has refused to restore it to its original condition and compensate me for lost value. When the 3ZERO3 employee crashed my car, I was informed that the car was already at the body shop and that the damage was being assessed. I requested that pictures be sent to me immediately of the damage. The pictures sent to me showed a small amount of damage to the left rear wheel well and rim/tire. However, the damages extended to the left rear door as well and 3ZERO3 did not disclose that additional damage to me.I was informed that there was an insurance claim filed by the garage against their insurance policy. In fact, one was filed against my insurance policy and not theirs. I have requested that 3ZERO3 provide me with the claim number and the insurance representative, but they, after 9 months, have still not supplied me with that information.3ZERO3 did not repair my car properly and multiple new damages to trim and door alignment were caused during their repairs. I requested that 3ZERO3 Motorsports remedy these issues, and, to date, no such remedy has been made.Further, I took my car in for another unrelated issue (heating issue) and my right front rim was replaced for damage after I specifically instructed 3ZERO3 not to do so in writing. I informed Scott (owner) at 3ZERO3 Motorsports that I would not be paying anything for this repair until the outstanding repair issues and loss of value compensation was remedied in full. Upon inspection of the unrelated repair issue, I discovered the car had not been reassembled correctly (Missing screws, clips, etc.).I contacted 3ZERO3 Motorsports and I was told by Scott that I was responsible for scheduling my own body repair and speaking with the insurance adjuster about the lost value claim. Again, I requested the pertinent insurance claim information to be sent to me, and still, this information has still not been provided to me.Given my experiences as a customer of 3ZERO3, their damaging of my car while in their possession, and the way I have been treated by them since, I can only give an extremely poor review of 3ZERO3 Motorsports.
Do not go here. I take my car to a mechanic because I don’t have space and dont want to do the work, not because I don’t know how to.It pains me to write this - this used to be a reputable company. All prior maintenance for my s4 was completed on schedule by Audi dealerships in Boulder and San Diego.I recently took my 07 S4 with ~105k miles in for an inspection, the estimate that came back was well over $5000. The diagnosis for the initial issue costs $185. A secondary ‘maintenance inspection’ cost another $165. In total, I owed them $366 just to look at my car and they ended up missing a critical issue. Heres a summary of what they found:$2216 was to repair ½ of the legitimate issue (they wanted to replace 1 control arm, then do an additional diagnosis to see if ‘something else might be an issue’).$222 to change my oil$886 to replace my front brakes and rotors (3mm remaining)$231 to clean my motor and diagnose an ‘engine oil leak’$366 to replace my spark plugs$583 to replace my ‘rotted’ drive belt$108 to replace the air filterWhen I went to pick up the car, it wasn’t washed – all for $366.Here is a summary of the BS from 303motorsports:Left and right valve covers were replaced at 80k miles – since then I have seen little to no oil consumption - a little is common for these motors.Brakes were not 3mm, they were replaced 2 years / 30k miles ago.The drive belt was replaced 2 years ago and it looks great.Spark plugs and air filter were replaced at 100kAfter getting my car back from 303 I decided to check their work. There is no way the filter was inspected, nothing had been touched. Inspecting the upper control arms - both were shot. If you are blind, you may have missed the other arm - why would change 1 and not the other - well, its a good way to double that labor cost. If you replace these - its 5-10 minutes to do both the front-upper and front-rear control arms. Even better - they wanted $429 for one control arm. You can purchase an OEM kit to replace both sides (upper, lower, tie rods, stabilizer bar links) for the same price. If you want a stage 3, adjustable arm - maybe its $400, but why would you do that when the other 7 on the front end of the car are stock?I took my business to the Import Mechanics - they confirmed my front brakes were not in need of repair (5 mm) - which I also verified. They also found an issue that the “Audi experts” missed – a steering rack bolt was loose. In total, I paid $950 for the inspection, diagnosis, steering rack fix and replacing both control arms.
Im new to German cars (Porsche) and to racing. Ive got a 2002 Boxster S, and they not only take great care of my car, they take great care of me, too. As a newbie, I have LOTS of questions, and they answer them all. They also take the time to understand what Im doing with the car (not just street driving). For anything from regular maintenance to a huge overhaul, they will take care of you. Highly recommended!
Excellent, honest, and extremely knowledgable team - I wouldnt trust my Audi with anyone else! The owner Scott Simpson is truly and expert, and he does everything to ensure a great experience. Id recommend 3zero3 to anyone.
Long story short, I was quoted $2200 ($1400 in parts + $800 in labor) for a curbed suspension.1.) Wheel bearing housing2.) Wheel bearing assembly3.) Wheel hub4.) Control arm bushing5.) Strut bearing6.) Strut mount7.) Strut mount bushing nut8.) Tie rod assembly9.) Ball joint10.) Finally in a separate (and last line item) front strut. Parts $330 and labor $535 for that job aloneI took the car home, dropped the strut in 20 minutes and noticed that the shock is obviously bent accounting for my negative camber. All of the other aforementioned parts look fine. Contacted the supplier of my coilovers, and theyre shipping me two struts for $200. If you want to spend thousands for questionable diagnostics and $175/hour for labor, then I highly suggest visiting 3Zero3.
My experience is actually 2.5 years old, but wanted to comment about the excellent work 3Zero3 did on my Audi S5. They installed a supercharger, did a carbon cleaning and installed adjustable upper control arms. Excellent work. Excellent value. The only folks I trust with my car.
Nik and the crew are awesome! This was the first time I had ever dealt with 3zero3 Motorsports, and I will definitely work with them again. Cant wait for my new wheels to come in!
3zero3 is the only shop I trust to do any repairs, or tuning on my b5 s4. Took my car there to get my timing belt service done and Scott was very knowledgeable. 3zero3 did a full inspection of my car and Scott called me right away to let me know what problems needed to be addressed in the near future. I also used the online store to order adjustable control arms and had no problems ordering adjustable control arms. Every time I go into 3zero3, Blake always makes it a point to come talk to me and make sure my car is running right. If I ever have any questions or problems I contact Blake and he helps me out with the questions I have or any problems. I would highly recommend 3zero3 to any one who owns an Audi, BMW, Porsche or VW. These guys do excellent work and nothing is overlooked. They pay attention to detail and make sure the job is done right. I wouldnt take my car to any other shop. All the employees at 3zero3 are very friendly, greet you with a smile and make you feel welcomed and wanted there. 3zero3 is simply the best shop and have earned my business for life.
I had the pleasure of working with 3Zero3 on my Cayenne Turbo S. Ryan assisted me in the right selection for an exhaust modification that gave me the sound I was looking for without having to replace the entire system. They were extremely professional and delivered on time and for the price we agreed to. They exemplify what clients with higher end cars should expect in terms of customer service - will definitely use them for any future needs.
I have brought my 911 into 3ZERO3 on two separate occasions. Both times I have had nothing but the best customer service I have ever received from any automotive dealer or shop. I would HIGHLY recommend 3ZERO3 for anything from routine maintenance to modding up your ride. Their facility is also amazing, its worth taking the tour when you go, it would be hard to find a better place to bring your car.
Scott and his Team at 3ZERO3 do an Outstanding job of diagnosing the problem and repairing with genuine Audi parts. The overall experience is much better than any Audi dealer and you will get your vehicle repaired by the best Audi techs in the state. They really make you feel at home.
They are finding all the gremlins in my old VW van, getting it to be as reliable as can be. They take the time to explain what they are doing and will answer all your questions. The service techs are really experienced and do a great job.
Very poor customer service......Paid $175 for nothing in return. They were unable to correct the problem they could not get the part to make a simple repair. Service writer said he would continue to look for the part and get back with me. He never did. Called twice to follow up and never was given a call back!I dont recommend them for anything.....especially working on high end performance cars!
I live in a smaller town and wanted to use an experienced shop to install stage 3+ performance modifications into my VW. I chose 3zero3 based on their being an authorized Revo Dealer with experience working on my specific platform. They proved to be very knowledgeable, answered all my questions no matter how trivial, and worked closely with the suppliers of equipment I had purchased elsewhere to assure that all was done appropriately.I left confident with the install and very pleased with my decision to put forth the effort to get to them.
Scott was great throughout my experience at 3zero3 and they have a top notch facility as well. I brought my S4 B8 here for the 55,000 mile service (plus extras) and they went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend 3zero3 and I am looking forward to bringing the wifes Tiguan in for the next service interval.
I recently took my Audi to a track day at High Plains Raceway. Its usually a fun and exhilarating experience, and this most recent time was no exception up until disaster struck. I had some mechanical issues with the car that left me stranded on the side of the track, and I had to be towed off course under yellow flag conditions. The folks at 3zero3 happened to be there with their rig working on their race cars when they saw my car being towed through the paddock. They approached me and asked what happened, and before I could finish telling my story a group of them had swarmed around my car, had it up in the air, and were going to work. Long story short, they got it running again so I could at least drive it home. Here is the kicker, I am not even a customer at there shop, simply due to geography as I live too far away to have convenient access to them. That did not stop them from helping a fellow audi/racing enthusiast in need. These guys are out there doing what they do best, because they love doing it... and that is what sets them above and beyond the rest of the crowd in the local shop scene. Thanks again guys!
If you love your euro car, you’ll love this shop! Top notch customer service, service, repairs and tuning.
I highly recommend going in and talking to Scott, he is super friendly, knowledgable, and will more than likely solve any issue you might have. He has helped me on numerous occasions with walk-in diagnosis and in doing so saved me loads of money.-Cheers mate!
High end shop. Not for your average car -- overpriced for regular maintenance but the place you want to go when you need a technical job done right .
The pricing isnt even realistic - its through the roof! Called about having downpipes installed on my 335i and I was quoted $600 (for a job that would take any half decent mechanic 2 hours). I ended up having the downpipes installed for $250. I also called to inquire about walnut shell blasting for the same 2007 335i and they quoted me $1200-1500. For comparison, the BMW dealership quoted me $750 and multiple other independent shops quoted around $550-800.Dont even waste your time contacting them for pricing. Maybe they do quality work, but so do 100 other local shops for 50% of the price. Im all for paying a premium for high quality work, but 3zero3 charges higher prices than the local BMW dealerships. I think Ill stick with DIYs and the dealer.
My experience at 3ZERO3 was great! I have owned my 2006 Audi A4 Quattro for a couple of weeks now and wanted to bring it in to have it looked at by these guys and gals before I started digging into mods. Not only did they find a faulty sensor, but a chewed up wire as well was tripping my oil sensor light on the dash to illuminate. They made the repairs and also added extra protection to the wiring in that area to prevent it from happening again. The customer waiting area is pretty nice! The couches are comfy, there is a TV, chilled bottled water and a Keurig. I also enjoyed sitting near the shop area. There are large windows with a bar style counter and stools along the wall. You can pass time drooling through the windows into the shop. You can see some of the current projects being worked on and even occasionally catch a glimpse to see where the tech is with your car (I would highly suggest not staring at them like its TV the entire time).I cant wait to go back and get some performance work done!
We have taken our Audi(s) to 3zero3 for years and they have always taken excellent care of our vehicles. Highly recommended!
If you know how to do anything on a vehicle, skip this place. They want $189.95 to “diagnose” any individual thing you’d like them to look at. To look at a caliper, $190.00, no work just look. Key fob, $190 to look at, small rattle, $190 to look at. They lost a few thousand dollars in business because they want to charge hundreds of dollars to look at a car. Unless you’re a complete moron and don’t know what a wrench looks like, do it at home or even Audi Denver, at least they use lube
I have taken my Porsche 911 Carrera 4 to 3ZERO3 several times now. When I take any of my previous vehicles to their shop (standard Porsche, BMW, or Land Rover dealership/mechanic/shop), I feel like I pick up my car and nothing has changed. It feels like I just spent money to leave my car for a few days. When I pick up my car from 3ZERO3, it is the opposite. When I make my first turn and hit the gas, I can feel it smoothly accelerate, brake harder, and even handle better. The car is always as clean as possible inside and out. But the best part about picking up the car, is the ability to go inside and hang out with the boys. The shop is designed perfectly! It is designed for any person, car lover or not, to be able to come walk around, check out cars, and enjoy the company of the employees. You can tell that the employees are not only knowledgeable but they also enjoy their job, it is a truly pleasurable environment. Furthermore on the employees, I never have felt like I was being taken advantage of. When they say something needs to be fixed or something needs to be looked at, it is the truth; I never feel like they are pulling a fast one. I can go on about 3ZERO3, their work, their employees, their shop, and their environment, but the only way to truly experience it, is doing it first hand. I highly suggest any person, no matter how serious or minor work they need done, that 3SERO3 is the answer!!!
Thank you guys for helping me out in a pinch! Special shout out to Scott for being kind and quick as I was on my way to the mountains when I noticed I needed help with a little coolant and some advice.
One of my favorite shops in Colorado. The attention to detail at this shop is second to none.
Completely destroyed my freinds car, they said somebody broke into it and vandalised it but they didnt even call him to tell him. What kind of service is that. He had it in the shop for 3 YEARS!! and they just quit working on it. On top of all that they expect him to pay 1200$. Are you kidding. If you care anything about your car DO NOT GO HERE THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.!!
I have previously used this shop a few time with my 04 S4 and they were obviously my first choice when purchasing my new S4. For most car enthusiasts the main issue to overcome is who do I trust with my car? With the level of service and care personally provided by 3Zero3 and their advisers, youll never have that feeling again. I have owned VWs and Audis for over 20 years and I love that this shop shares that same dedication to the brands and the customers.I would have no problem personally recommending this shop to anyone that owns a VW, Audi, Porsche, or BMW. Hopefully youll be just as impressed with their quality, attentiveness, and ethics in providing customers with a memorable experience, resulting in a relationship, not just another mechanic!!
Amazing communication and customer service. As with all the other reviews for high end cars, I also received an admirable experience, with daily communication, no hidden charges, and fast resolution to my issue. Additionally, where most other shops will replace parts just because 3 zero 3 took the time to investigate if the parts quoted for the repair were actually damaged. Incredible, especially considering it was for a Jetta. To be treated with the same respect and attention on my Jetta as owners of the various high end cars have been is quite phenomenal, and shows that their commitment is to the customer, not the customers wallet. 3 zero 3 will continue to be my factory maintenance and aftermarket shop of choice.
Had to deal with them distance to fix my 21 year olds car. I asked on FB who is honest and someone refer them to me. Excellent choice. Just got a text from her that said I dont think Ive ever enjoyed a mechanic as much as them Thanks guys !!
So about a year and a half ago, my boyfriend got his car tuned, Stage 2 revo, and we noticed nothing whatsoever different from stock. We thought maybe we just expected too much, didnt take the time to look much more into it, and went along our way. Today, we took the 2012 Volkswagen Golf R, to switch tunes, since we were so unhappy with the revo tune. The guy there flashes the ecu, takes a look at what is going on there, and tells us there was NEVER A TUNE ON THE CAR. Never. So, let me get this straight, 3ZERO3 performance, you guys kept my boyfriends car over night, charged him $1,000 for the tune, and it was never actually installed? I would really appreciate a valid explanation.
Turned around my A4 very quickly for the difficulty of the work (Time belt, serp belt, water pump, etc.) Drop it off Monday morning and picked up Tuesday night. Quickly work - found other issues and corrected them for free. Ran any additional costs upfront. Max called frequently to update
If I had to choose one word to describe 3ZERO3 Motorsports, it would be, MAGNIFICENT! They provide work that goes above and beyond unlike any other shop. Every single employee is always extremely welcoming and greets you with a smile. The technicians at 3ZERO3 are Factory trained and Independently motivated as their slogan states, and with out a doubt it is true. They can do anything from a big turbo race car to something as little as an oil change. Everything they do is always done right and just to be safe it is backed by their own 3 year/ 36,000 mile warranty parts and labor. You cant beat that!I have been taking my car to 3ZERO3 for almost 3 years and I will continue to use them forever. I own a 2001 Stage 3 B5 S4 which they built. Recently my clutch failed, so I had them do a proactive transmission rebuild and replace the clutch. A couple weeks later the car was ready, and after the fantastic hand wash and detail I drove the car home. Later that week I noticed something did not feel right with the transmission. So I had the car towed back to 3ZERO3. After diagnosing the car, they found one of the parts in the transmission had failed. So they replaced it and got me back on the road a couple days later. The best part? It was free of charge including the tow, all because of their warranty. Their number one priority is to make the customers happy. Im always happy to use 3ZERO3 Motorsports.Thank you guys so much! 3ZERO3 for LIFE.
Over the past 7 years Ive worked with 3Zero3 numerous times for performance upgrades and maintenance and repair on a 2007 GTI. Without fail, the service and insight has been unmatched in Denver and previous experiences Ive had with tuning shops in So Cal and Dallas, TX. These guys know their stuff and take the time to consider your budget, driving experience and desires and schedule. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of VW, Audi, BMW, Porsche and have the experience to correct issues or provide guidance on performance upgrades.Ill continue to both work with and recommend 3Zero3 to my friends and colleagues for their German car needs.
If you love your VW/Audi/Porsche/BMW, I dont know why you would take your vehicle anywhere else for service or tuning. 3zero3 has the absolute best customer service, everyone there is really friendly and knowledgeable, and theyre very reasonable in terms of price as well, especially for such a high quality shop. Even though its almost an hour drive here, I still bring my GTI here for everything I dont do myself
The best place to take your European car on the front range. Professional, honest and enthusiastic.
Awesome customer service and the best mechanics/shop in town! Wouldnt take my A4 Avant anywhere else!
Too bad there isn’t a zero star like in their name.... horrible. Brought my TT there to have stage 1...my TT had 14000 miles on it with a certified warranty. They assured me this will not affect my warranty as they have a great working relationship with all Audi dealers in metro area...Within 30 miles of me picking up my TT the engine was shot.... of course they say they had nothing to do with it and lied again about the initial lie they told me about my warranty.... 8300$ later they want nothing to do with me....don’t recommend... they will lie and jack ur ride up then take ur payment and forget u....check BBB complaints. I’m not the first!
I recently had a repair and a few upgrades done at 3Zero3 and could not be happier. Max was very responsive, informative, and honest when it came to the best options for my Audi. Its great having a shop I can trust and so I highly recommend them.
A fool and his money are soon pardoned. $200 for an oil change? $200 / hr for diag and they dont even do what you ask! Nice waiting room tho!
I got done with work at 8am and noticed that my trunk wouldnt latch. Jace and the guys at 3zero3 were great about getting my car in and fixed same day, since I had a flight in the morning. Max, Jace, Liz, Blake and the rest always treat me like a king. Keep up the good work.
Scott and his Team at 3ZERO3 have been taking care of my Audis for the past 10 years. Recently brought my 2013 S4 in for a wheel and spring package and once again, they knocked it out of the park. Scott let me know about a newer poly bushing kit that would go along with the springs, and it made a noticeable difference. To date: REVO tune and supercharger underpully, crank overpully, AWE Tuning exhaust, Avant Garde wheels with Sport Springs and bushings. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it Looks, Feels, and Sounds! I get compliments all the time and its all due to Scott and Team! Do your Audi, Porsche, WV, BMW, Mini a favor and stop by their shop to see whats up and what they can do for you!
Scott and the staff are A+, they take care of you and your Car, fantastic shop. Thanks!
Have used 3ZEOR3 for years. Great folks that I trust to take great care of my 06 A6 with better service at a lower price point than the Audi dealers can provide.
This is the only place I take my Audi. Amazing communication and they work with extended warranty companies!
I used 3zero3 go purchase a custom made intake manifold. The vendor they used was Apikol. After I receieved it, the top of the plenum was scratched up badly. I contacted 3zero3 in which they contacted Apikol. UPS was blamed for switching boxes. (which they did not) they requested pictures of the boxes and i complied. After waiting a day i was contacted the next day telling me neither of the companies are taking responsibility for the damage. UPS would not help me for insurance because there was no damage to the box. I am stuck with an expensive item that would not meet anyones standards. Very horrible experience. Ironically both of these companies are close to one another and know each other personally. Go elsewhere, very shady things go on here.EDIT: You should be ashamed of yourself, at no point did you offer any way to rectify the situation as you stated or offer me a refund. If you did i would like to see the email. The last i heard of it was 3zero3s hands were tied. By coming on here saying it was anything other than that is just pure dishonesty plain and simple. DO NOT mislead these people on here. I sent you a cost estimate to have the manifold either powder coated or polished which was not responded to.EDIT: 1 year later, still hasnt reached out to me.
Highly professional staff. No surprises. Maintenace performed as promised. Would definitely recommend!
These guys are awesome. They know what its all about. Ive never been to their shop, even though the manager knew I was far and chances are I likely wouldnt make it in to their shop, he answered all of my questions and he took his time and made it extremely thorough. If Im ever in denver, im def. going to their shop
If you have a Volkswagen or an Audi and you want it fixed right bring it here. The most knowledgeable technicians around.
From my first online contact with Max, and finally getting the walk thru with Emery, I was completely blown away by this shop! These guys are truly passionate about what they do and they really go the full mile when it comes to customer service. A definite no brainer for Denver area Porsche owners.
Im very happy with 3zero3 and my service advisor Daniel. Working with Daniel and owner Scott, they do what it take to make you a happy customer. My son purchased a B7 A4 and on very short notice was able to perform a detailed PPI and identified the issues with the car. They worked with him to prioritize the what needs to be done list and the keep an eye on this list.We also have two C5 4.2 allroads. 3zero3 knows our cars, especially the air suspension, and they keep our wonderful machines running smoothly.3zero3 is not the cheapest shop in town, but their experience, warranty, quality of the shop, and outstanding technicians, make going there the right decision.3zero3 knows Audis and they are my go to place for anything more complex than an oil change. 3zero3 is 76 miles from my house and they are absolutely worth the drive.
To begin, let me be honest in saying I read practically every review prior to deciding to contact 3Zero3, and although the reviews were amazing, my main concern was still the financial cost as I was told 3zero3 is more costly than most shops and I had read the same in some of the reviews. As a single parent, this freaked me out!!!All that said, in my desperation to get my car fixed I emailed them via their convenient website form and let them know my car troubles and concerns. Around 10am, the next morning, I decided to follow-up with a phone call and was greeted by the friendliest voice ever, Colleen, who after I simply said my name, let me know that they had received my email and a man by the name of Daniel planned on calling me shortly. She then went to check to see if he was available in that moment. As he was not she guaranteed a call shortly. Less than 15 minuted later I received and missed a call from Daniel and immediately called back. As he was again busy a man by the name of Scott picked up the phone. He kindly introduced himself and noted the concerns in my email. He then was so super friendly and personable that I immediately trusted shipping my car to their shop as he gave me a detailed overview of the work they do and the reason for pricing. He immediately made me feel like part of the family.I had my car towed to the shop and soon received a call in regard to its arrival from Scott. He let me know the plan with hopes of letting me know the problem prior to the end of the day. As the end of the day grew near I had not heard from him. If you have ever been without your car, this is when panic sets in...lol... but soon received a voicemail at around 7:30pm letting me know the main problem with my car, with the hope to speak with me the next morning prior to 10am. I called 3zero3 back around 9:30am and was again greeted by the friendliest voice ever! Scott soon got on the phone and basically explained each detail of my cars problems as if he were talking about one of my children, in such a delicate and caring manner. Long story short, the cost of my cars repairs was minuscule in comparison to the level of customer service, care, and friendship/relationship development that was encompassed into the experience. I have a 2000 VW Passat, so you can imagine how many times I have had to take it into a shop through the years. This is honestly the first time that I felt confident that my car was in the best hands possible! Being without your car is like losing a huge part of you in that moment, it is nice to know your car and you are in good hands. Overall, I would totally recommend 3zero3 for any car care service that you may be in need of.
Great shop for all your german automobile needs. Took my old 2007 A4 here years ago before moving, and will contine to take our S4 and Touareg here for all current and future needs. The techs, sales team and parts deparment are always super responsive and helpful. While they do awesome work supporting, maintaining and repairing your car, their customwr service is whay truly sets them apart. Ive referred various friends here over the years and have yet to hear or personally encounter a negative experience.
Havent even used your shop to this date ... But, judging by the reviews. I will be visiting soon! Then we cansee if you receive the 5th 🌟 star.Honestly hope so..
Best service around for German vehicles, affordable by comparison, all manufacturer trained techs. Go here!
Absolutly the best experience Ive ever had at an independent shop. Scott and Geoff were amazing. Besides the fact that the shop itself is super clean, nice and well sorted, they took the time to not just get to know my BMW but spent time to get to know me and what I was looking for. Scott took time to sit down and talk to me, no rush and explained what options there were and what they did there at the shop. I had a post purchase inspection done on my older 330 xi and was told in a very timely manner what was found, what needed delt with, what could wait and associated costs. Geoff keept in contact with me through the process to let me know what was going on and keep me up to date. Even after I picked the car up, I got a phone call the next day to check on me, the car, if I was statisfied and if not what could they do better. Awesome! In a modern world where customer service and compassion for the customer seems to have disapeared, these guys (And gals) shine through. They have locked in my business for as long as I have any German cars. Thank you all.
Used to be good. My husband and I used to take our audi and vw there for all service. Not anymore. In recent months they have misquoted a job by half, added a service I didnt approve another time, failed to fix an oil leak after 3 attempts, cant seem to get our phone numbers straight any more, and now as we were driving out of town, the body pan came loose and is destroyed - 3zero3 are the only ones to manipulate that. We are done.***** Update, owner has done his best to make things right. Oil leak had been fixed and body pan replaced. Staying with then for now, hopeful that communication will continue to be good.
Ive owned several Audis over the years, most recently a stage 3 Allroad and count on 3Zero3 for all of my maintenance needs. Ive found their level of service and expertise to be unmatched by anyone else in Colorado. Ive never been so well informed as to every step of the process and kept in the loop like I have with Scott and the good folks at 3Zero3. Id gladly recommend them to my friends, family and anyone whose willing to listen. If you demand service, clear communication, and performance youve found your shop.
Some of the worst customer service i have ever dealt with, every time i call to order parts i either get hung up on or treated like I’m not good enough to order parts from these guys. Every person I’ve spoken with on the phone is rude and condescending. This place needs some serious help in the customer service department.
Took my vehicle in for a timing belt service and didnt look over the vehicle very closely when picking up the vehicle. Got it home to Wyoming which is almost 500 miles away and realized the bumper was aligned all wrong, there were parts missing off the belly pan, and pieces in the wheel wells were not even installed back on the vehicle. The paint on the bumper is now chipping off because of how the hood closes. Sent 3 Zero 3 pictures of all the missing parts and heard nothing. Only when we froze the credit card transaction did they finally call us back. Absolutely horrible service all around. Would never recommend taking a vehicle there. Would rather take my chances with the stealerships around town.
