We have been very happy with this Lenscrafters.Dr. Potts and team were extremely helpful and very patient with my 14 yr old getting his first set of contacts.The Lenscrafters team was also very helpful with me getting my first pair of progressives, and getting them to fit and feel correct.
Great doctors office visit fast and easy but the glasses side needs some help
First time here today to checked out some frames! The service was very professional, convenience and quick!
This office will not approve my prescription for contacts unless theyre bought through them!!! They will be seeing me this week and I will be filing for a refund if they do not release my prescription. I am furious and out of contacts because of this horrible office!!!! I hope they see this review too.
