Im just really sorry that Kevin is not working anymore there, I dont know what happened to him, but I miss him, because he had such an amazing customer service skill, and he was sooo nice, kind, and exceptional worker! But all the rest is fine!

I had lost my contact on my left eye in the morning and called around to find an optometrist that was able to do my emergency examination. I visited Dr. Trang’s office and she took me in even though they were closing in 15 minutes. I was so grateful! She is personable, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. Great service and her staff is friendly and professional.

Made an appointment the same day I called in. I talked to Kevin and he was super sweet and awesome to me on the phone. Arrived and they took my temperature + hand sanitize my hands before allowing me in. Everyone was very friendly and nice to me when I entered. Kevin helped me picked out my frames which is awesome because I always need a second opinion on what frames look good on me. Really enjoyed it!

Well, well, well we came back again at this establishment for our annual eye check up. As usual, the greetings, smiles that make us feel right at home. Dr Trang was also very knowledgeable in what she had trained for and answered all questions that I have . She wanted to make sure the advices, recommendations what and how to maintain and care for our visions must be prioritized .Staffs were also very friendly helpful and professional. Loved to stop by and saw the friendly people once a year.

I came in on a walk-in and Andrew was able to assist me in knowing how long it could take. I waited about an hour (without appointment) but people always came by to check on me. Ms. Nguyen was very helpful! She explained what kind of eyesight I currently had and answered the questions about what I could do to prevent blurry vision.When I was done with the physician, Kevin was the one who explained the amount I would have needed for my glasses and helped a lot for what would look good for my frames! Everyone was very courteous and so nice when getting my glasses. Highly recommend! :)

Dr. Nguyen is extremely incredible! She made my experience very comfortable and efficient. Andrew and Kevin were super nice as soon as I walked in as well! Thank you to Kevin who helped me choose a new frame, and explained logistics on my glasses as well! I’ve hopped between optometrists for a long time, but I have a feeling this one is a definite win :)

I’ve only been here one other time years ago, but this visit was really great! They took me in almost instantly & the doctor was thorough and super knowledgeable. Andy was helpful at front desk and Kevin was super duper helpful with picking my frames. They were both really patient and I really appreciate it! Thanks for the help.

Kevin, Andrew, and Dr. Nguyen assured me that I’m at the right spot. Dr. Nguyen made it really easy and Kevin picked out the right frame for me as well. I would recommend anyone to come to this place as they made it very comfortable and relieving. Office is very clean and has a lot of different brand names from low tier to high tier! Coming back when I’m due for another check up.

I usually don’t do reviews.From the start when I called this particular optometry Andrew welcomed me to come in knowing exactly what I was going thruough over the phone. Then I walked in and Kevin then greeted me and provided me information on how to take this eye problem on. After all the great welcoming service came Dr. Nguyen had the exact answers needed for my eye problem astigmatism.

Dr. Trang, Andrew, and Kevin are some of the nicest people I ever met. I worked with Kevin during most of my visit and he gives some of the best welcoming treatment O ever received. For me being a teen, he really made me feel comfortable with his cultural references and gave me something to relate to. He was also really patient with me when I made mistakes on the testing machines. I really would recommend going to this optometry office for its nice treatment to patoenta.

I’ve been going to THE EYE DOCTOR OPTOMETRY for a few years now. The staff is very friendly and bilingual. They did eye exams that my previous optometrist didn’t bother to do. Parking is a little crazy, but it’s worth the trouble to go to an optometry that will help you see clearly 👍 🤓

Came here by a recommendation from a friend...and I have to say it’s one of the best optometrists I’ve been to! The facility is professional and very clean. Staff is super friendly and PATIENT while helping my indecisive butt choose glasses frames. Optometrists Houng and Nguyen were great in facilitating my exams and answering all of my questions. Then of course, I clumsily stepped on glasses and had to come back which they were able to repair it good as new and ended up purchasing another pair just cuz of their amazing huge selection of styles! Love it!

Ive been a patient of The Eye Doctor since 2014 and Dr. Trang and her staff have always gone above and beyond with each visit. Dr. Trang carefully goes over the procedure and answers all of my questions which makes me feel comfortable and more relaxed because I know Im in good hands. I have moved further away from this doctor (about an hour to to get to her office, bUT Im so happy with her office that I would drive twice as much) her crew of Andrew and Kevin are extremelyknowledgeable and patient. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they were very helpful with all my questions . The doctor was very nice and willingly answered all my questions. I would recommend this optometrist to anyone (even if u have to travel a little bit further). If you want an excellent, nice and qualified eye doctor, this is your place. Dr. Trang’s office was a great experience. Her staff was welcoming and informative from the moment you walk in the door. They have a large selection of glasses to choose from and they even ordered low bridge “Asian fit” sunglasses for myself. Dr. Trang took the time to explain every step of the exam and made sure I understood before moving forward. I’ve been visiting optometrist offices for 29 years. My vision is terrible so I expect a lot from my optometrist. I am very pleased with Dr Trang and would have no hesitations in recommending anyone to visit this office.
