Samantha was my stylist and she is wonderful! The highlights looked beautiful and I was melting in the chair during the hair wash and neck and scalp massage. Thanks for making me look so beautiful Sam!

I went in a couple weeks ago to get an elegant low updo, and what I came out with was a messy birds nest looking bun and a huge waste of my time. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she just started curling my hair. I can’t see the back of my head otherwise I would’ve told her to stop. When she finished the high curly updo, I told her it’s not what I wanted and she told me it looks nice. It’s NOT what I wanted. She had to take everything down and attempt it again. With the help of another girl, they did a low messy looking frizzy bun. I’m surprised I even paid for the service. As soon as I got home I took everything down, removed all the Bobby pins, tried to brush out all the hairspray, and just curled my hair. This was for my sister’s wedding, so it was an extremely important day. A HUGE waste of 3 hours I could’ve spent taking care of the wedding.

I LOVE my stylist Kristin. She listens to me, we joke around but better than that Im not chasing her allover town. Her cuts and styles 100% everytime

This review is for the SALON, not the store.I arrived her for a haircut and Brandi was the person to do so. I showed her the cut I wanted and while looking and my hair begin telling me that it desperately needed to be colored because my previous pink highlights has bled into other strands of hair making it look sloppy. I told I just wanted the cut but she kept commenting on my hair which made me self conscious so I agreed to color it and asked for a nice golden color. She said that wouldnt work and selected a dark brown instead and said I can come back every few weeks to lighten it. I didnt catch it at first but now I realize she scammed me to try and put guaranteed money in her pocket by dying my hair dark and slowly lightening it. Anyway, I allowed her to color and cut it and then left with my new color washing out almost as fast! Within 2 weeks my brown color had significantly faded and looked more muted and messy than before. Ive box dyed my hair before and never had the issue I had with the dye she used.I definitely wont be returning here and would advise others to avoid it as well. I get that they need to make money but continously remarking about someones hair to pressure them into spending more and then doing exactly opposite of what was asked isnt the right way to go about it.
