Ive only been to this location 3 times but every time i was greeted with a smile and super helpful employees. Today i had the pleasure of meeting Chelsea and she was so sweet and really took the time to go over foundations with me. She even hooked me up with a free sample to try before i commit to a $45 foundation. I will definitely keep coming back to this location! Thank you Chelsea! (I hope i spelled your name right)
Crystal is soooo incredible. She has immaculate customer service and always has a smile on her face when I shop at this location. She went out of her way to help me find everything I needed. Glad she works there!!!
Waiting in line for over 15 minutes because theres only one register open is ridiculous. Theres only one other person in the store and I spend a lot of money here, not to wait forever!
Wow, the customer service is above and beyond any expectation!! Jasmine explained everything, was extremely knowledgeable, offered suggestions and tips, plus- she was hilarious and friendly! Ive mostly stuck to drugstore cosmetics as Im a bit a cheapskate (I admit it!) but with my best friends wedding coming up, I knew I had to step up my face game. The other gal working with her was just as helpful and friendly. 10/10 experience, Ill definitely be coming back every time I need makeup!

Standalone (shopping mall) Sephora stores are fabulous but overwhelming because there are just so many choices and usually lots of customers. Shopping at Sephora inside JCPenney is much less intense, especially if youd like staff assistance to find and sample the right product. Though the selection is somewhat limited due to the smaller store space, its also much easier to navigate. I joined the Sephora Beauty Insider program because Im hooked on a handful of great products. I browse and sample at Sephora inside JCPenney when I want to try something new once or twice a year, then buy the full-size products online. The staff at this particular location have always been very nice to me. Thank you Santiana for helping me to update my old customer info and claim my birthday gift, which is a great Beauty Insider perk!
I made a purchase for $65.00, the product burned my eyes, I tested 3 or 4 different timesBy itself etc., to make sure not other products causing problem. I was not in any hurry to return as I thought that was still a 90 day return policy and I left town for extended vacation.. I checked receipt for purchase date and return policy so, nothing on receipt. So, come to find out 90 days had changed to 60 days and 60 days than changed to 30 days about a month ago.NO NOTICEOF CHANGES ANYWHERE. And could not get merchandise exchange/ crediteither. Not good customer service to not inform customers of changes.$65.00 is a lot of money to just throw away and I would have returned in specified timeIf I had known of policy change.
This was the second Sephora Ive ever been in and Im pretty sure Ill be a customer for life!
Brittany (with the creamy skin and dark hair) was AWESOME!!! I came in for a Makeup Forever event and she was such a pleasure to work with. She tried multiple foundations on me, and helped me find skincare to help with my redness. She made me multiple samples of the skincare products, without me even having to ask! I also forgot my wallet, and was banking on them looking up my JCP card. She was super patient in looking it up, and didnt make me feel awkward at all. She was genuinely kind, and helpful and made my day! :-) Thanks Brittany for being such a GEM!

Samantha and McKenna were some of the most pleasant retail employees I’ve ever encountered. They helped find the perfect eyeshadows for me. I had to return a palette because I’m allergic to talc. I was able to exchange it for a palette that did not contain talc. McKenna googled some brands that do not use talc in their products and I really appreciated that she did that for me. All in all, wonderful experience here and I will definitely be coming back!

All the girls there are incredible! Jami is always very attentive and excited to show me new products and new ways to use old ones. She has very innovated ways to use products and is very creative. Victoria is why I shop at sephora she is incredibly knowledgeable and is incredibly sweet. Anytime I feel down in the dumps she lifts me up and helps me realize my inner beauty. Kaylie is incredibly down to earth and chill I can always relate to her and I never feel rushed when she helps me. Lindy is literally the funniest person Ive met she always puts a smile on my face. Her witty banter reaches me on a personal level!
Horrible customer service. Make sure you keep your receipt otherwise theyll treat you like a criminal if you try to return or exchange something. The woman at the register acted like it was coming out of her own pocket. I used to spend 200- 300 there at least every month. I wont be shopping there any more based on this last experience. Oh and another thing is the people who work should at least know how to do their own makeup. The rude witch at the register looked like she just graduated from clown 🤡 college.
Dont bother with this Sephora. They dont answer the phone, they dont have birthday gifts, and they cant look up any of the colors you buy. Not good.
I have had a rough visits at a Sephora before, and let me tell you-this location has 100% changed my mind about being hesitant to return. I love Sephora-but sometimes the employees can be intimidating because if their product knowledge..and instead of using it for good some will judge. This location however was absolutely fantastic! Crystal and Isis spent time with me and answered all of my questions! I wasn’t left feeling like I didn’t know what we had just spoken about and they didn’t try to sell me products that I wasn’t interested in. They were attentive to what I was saying and showed me products I may not have known otherwise would be a good match for me. Crystal and Isis were so fantastic. I will be returning to this location for all of my Sephora purchases from now on. Also-i loved that when I talked about Ulta, they didn’t try to tell me not to go there or bash me for shopping there, or bash the brand. They were respectful of the fact I shop there too which in my eyes is very classy. Thank you Crystal and Isis! You ladies made my shopping experience so much better.
Friendly staff who are very helpful. I am terrible at picking my shade for some reason and didnt even have to ask for help. Assistant came over, asked me if I needed help finding my shade, took one look at me and said, Oh honey, Ill help you no worries! Its my job! Squatted down and started swatching shades on different areas of my face! She was absolutely lovely ^_^ Even better, once at checkout, they noticed they missed my birthday (almost 5 months ago!) so gave me my birthday gift! I read a comment that they dont do that here but they do! Maybe they ran out of stock when the other reviewer came in? My ONLY complaint is because they are a smaller location, they dont carry a lot of things that other Sephoras do so just make sure you check availability if youre going for something specific! I made that mistake once lol but hey who doesnt enjoy a trip to Sephora anyway? ^_^

The worst part about this Sophies is that its inside a JC Pennys. Also the checkout line system they run is rather slow and cramped due to the fact that its inside a JC Pennys. All that said its 50x better shopping experience than Ulta.
Extremely disappointed! I went herew because its closer and I am not one to pull the race card but, literally every white person that walked in after me was greeted and assisted!!! I decided to put all that I intended to buy and go to the Sephora in flat irons mall where they dont discriminate! I will not be back and will make the drive to flat irons!!!
