Affordable prices, friendly staff that speak good English and Vietnamese. Ive been to all the nail supplies in Westminster/Garden Grove and this by far has the best prices, no need to worry about haggling .1/16/19 Update:They carry the new DC dipping powder and have the most in stock compared to the other beauty supplies. Prices are most affordable in Westminster/Garden Grove!!!
