Google and their door says they open at 11 stood outside waiting for them to unlock the doors well after business hours and no one ever came and it was urgent what a joke
The guy working was not friendly whatsoever. Rude, snippy responses during the conversation while answering the few questions I had. Customer service skills were almost non existent, made me feel unwelcome. I will not be back. The store is clean & the other girl that was working was nice.
Closed for lunch at 1500, I understand the need for a break, but you lost a sale.
They dont honor there Love it or Return it policy. I bought a LAVANDER(aka PURPLE) hair dye that turned my hair BLUE. I explained to them that I mixed the vol. 10 developer with dye as the instructions told me to do(and as Ive done 100x before) and it turned it blue. They wouldnt give me a refund even tho the dye was the WRONG COLOR.
Funny how they have signs all over the door that says closes at 8 but when you show up at 7:26 the lights are off & the door is locked? Great job at wasting people’s time

Employees were extremely rude reminding people that they were closing and then reminding that they close in two minutes and forcing them to finish their shopping and being completely rude about it. I’ve worked in customer service. Shouldn’t matter that you close in two minutes, you still treat the people in the store with the same respect as someone who came in well before closing. Asked for help and was basically blown off by one employee and ignored by the other. Literally acted like I wasn’t there. I’d say just go somewhere else.
They seriously need to work on their customer service! That girl with a short hair blonde she needs to work on her attitude she works as a customer service!My wife was just asking for assistance for hair color and told her what she needed she also mentioned oh I would love to have your hair color and she answered with an attitude this will take months. She then ask her if what she should use to lighten her roots the she just went to the shelves and pointed something and walk away.My wife approached her really nice since she understands how hard it is to work in a service industry since she’s been for over 6 years. So she just decided to not get anything and went back to the car really upset.It’s really not hard to be nice to someone you seems like you’re rushing to punched out and get out but you can still treated her nicely. She was really looking forward to go to this store since it’s really close to our house. I don’t think We will go back here. We will just stick to the one downtown. I think she needs to be retrain. I was gonna go inside to get her name but My wife told me to just let it go.

I went looking for help and was treated like I was stupid. To say the least I will NEVER be back! Maybe the gentleman behind the counter should get of the phone and not make fun of people who need your help.
The store: fine. Sure, there were lots of boxes everywhere so who knows if the out of stock colors I needed and asked about were in them but Id wager yes. Customer service was irrelevant. I chose my hair color and wanted to make sure it would work but the woman showed so little interest I asked her if she knows nothing about hair color. She said she does know what to do with it yet she walked away right after to wait on an imaginary customer. After a quick real customer came and left I was unable to interest her or the other employees in my other products questions.Total time: darn close to an hour. Purchase: 2 tubes each of 2 brands permanent hair color and developer. Didnt purchase: hair smoother/straightener set, nail dip set. Why? No clue if they work the way I think they do.Result: Ill keep going to the Boulder store with the expectation of friendliness and helpfulness or the Superior one thats almost as good.
Extremely rude and judgmental. Came in asking genuine advice and the two people working looked annoyed when I walked in. The girl rolled her eyes when asking for help. The man seemed my issue was comical and I may have been bothering him. Even though this store is closest to me. I’ll never go back to a store like that. I actually almost bought some conditioner. Not from people like that. You guys need to hire people who actually care about your reputation. Such an embarrassment.
Super super rude employees they seemed like they were upset they had to be there arms crossed. Asked a question was completely ignored me. my husband asked a question it was answered. When checking out they seemed annoyed they had to check us out my husband asked what was in the surprise bags the girls looked at each other and said a surprise I said ya but is it like random hair dye or is it products cause I wouldnt want dye i wouldnt want to use. she literally rolled her eyes at me and did not answer my question. I bought $20.93 in hair dye and gave her $50.93 and they were upset cause they didnt know if they could give me $30 back cause they might have to open another till. I tried making small talk and the girls both just shook their head at me. Dont go to this one drive 5 minutes and go to the one in the orchard the girls there dont suck.
The manager at this store, Cezar, is very incompetent and yet oddly aggressive. The store shelves had very little product. He didnt know the products in his store. He seemed quite dirty and smelled bad. I will not be returning to this store.
I went in the store to purchase some products and was greeted with most harshes tone from some guy behind the counter. Customer service is everything to me and is often portrayed in how you speak to someone especially someone of a different ethnicity.
Cesar, is great! He always greets me when i enter the establishment, asks me if i need help, which makes me feel welcomed and usually I do need help finding things and he is very knowledgeable about everything they sell in the store, so I leave with all my questions answered ;) Thank you Cesar
The staff I dealt with was not helpful, not friendly and was constantly on the phone. I would not recommend coming to this location for any kind of cosmetic advice.
Terrible first impression ... First thing I saw when I walked through the door is an employee casually sitting on the counter (where customers pay) - on her phone with her back toward me!! I can always rely on the ladies at Sallys in Broomfield, Colorado. Today I visited after getting a poor result on some hair color I got free with a coupon I purchased at Walmart. I purchased a new hair color product on the advice of one of the Sales persons. It turned out just the way I wanted. I called and thanked them. I have always received good customer service and help at this store. I appreciate their expertise very much!!
Yesterday, I went in to buy a few small things including a brush and comb for my daughters hair. We learned as we approached the counter that their computer was down and were told no purchases and then an employee that came from an aisle yelled, yes raised her voice in anger, at my 6 year old daughter for running a comb through her hair telling her she cannot do that and now the comb has to be thrown away! Wait, what?! I said excuse me, we are buying that and I was told, no you arent because their system is down. She said she told us that when we walked in, but what she actually told us was that they could not process returns right now. Purchases and returns are different. Well, maybe they should close in the future if that is the case! I asked a much nicer employee if we could leave our 3 items aside and come back shortly when their system was back up, and she said yes. When I came back 30 mins later, I was greeted with kindness from that nicer employee . No one needs to be treated that way. There was a now hiring sign on the door....good luck working with that one!
The aisles are a bit narrow, but its a nice place.
I have only been in this store twice now and both times Domenique B was working and SO HELPFUL! At a different location I spent 50$ on products that didnt really work for what i was trying to do with dyeing my dreadlocks, stripping them first. But when I went here Domenique was More than helpful. She knew exactly what i would need and even had extra helpful tips all while still saving me money! Im so glad ive learned this location as i need not to go to any other sallys as this ones near my home!!! Thanks Girl you super rock!
I feel like even though I come here all of the time, sometimes they dont let me return things even though I have gotten them recently. Even though this is my favorite Sallys not the friendliest.
