I have been into the salon many, many, times because of the excellent service and professionalism by my stylist, Vickie MacDonald. I get so many compliments after I have my hair done. Also, I like the cleanliness of the salon.

Lisa Jo is amazing! She fixed a bad/incomplete cut from another salon and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and really did everything to fix the cut. She was fun and professional. My go to woman!

Anila B was so amazing! I showed her the 2 reference photos I had and she was super quick and gave me exactly what I wanted even though I had a different hair type than the references. She was also really enthusiastic and just as excited as I was for the style I was going for. Love love love my hair!

I love Peggy she is an amazing hair stylist she cut my hair just like I asked her to and gave me a wonderful shampoo rub and even styled my hair so when I left I could just go handle business, thank you Peggy you are amazing and will be booking with you again😉

I asked for a balayage with a blond color and they told me my hair was too dark and it wouldn’t come out nicely so I told them if they could do a darker color I even showed a picture of what I wanted & It was a dark brown almost close to my natural hair color & when In the process of doing my hair she kept asking for other people’s approvals almost as if she didn’t know what she was doing in the middle of it when I was at the rinsing hair station when she put the color in she attended another guy cut his hair on the chair I was sitting in with my purse & stuff being in front on the mirror kept having conversations with him when the product stayed in my hair so more longer then it was supposed too my head was itching really bad & in the end it just ended up looking a very bad orange reddish color after, it’s super damaged and note this another lady looked at my hair & said “ no I don’t think it’ll look that orange “ and In that moment I know it was bad & super fried Im so upset of how my hair looks I literally cried my eyes out when I left the store I still payed the 200$ because i wanted to be respectful & not make a scene at the salon when customers are there but I seriously want a refund because this just looks horribly done i miss my old hair & will not be coming back here for anytype of hair coloring or services in that case I’m so upset of how this looks and how damaged it is now please do better I’m so sad that I won’t be able to have my hair back 😕

I am incredibly satisfied with my experience. My hairdresser Anila was very sweet and gave me the best haircut Ive ever had. I really cant believe that they also have the cheapest prices Ive seen. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

I went in to get layers and no length taken off, i came out with the worst haircut i’ve ever had. The lady was nice but it seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. I think she knew she messed up because she turned me away from the mirror to finish the rest of my hair. When she turned me back around i was shocked at how bad it was. This is the second time this has happened at this salon by the same person.

This location has changed hands several times over the years, but a few of the stylists have stayed the same. My favorite stylist at this location is Sam! She always does a great job with my hair, whether I am getting the same old color or looking to be a bit more adventurous, she always leaves me looking great! Sam also worked really hard on my color correction when I thought I could color my own hair and accidentally turned it jet black! Definitely go ask for Sam if you’re looking for a professional to leave you feeling fab!

20.95 for adult cut…was not even asked if I wanted shampoo which comes with the service, stylist tried to tell me she didn’t think I needed a haircut…which i thought was my choice made me feel very un welcome now I’m unhappy with the cut and it’s uneven because she didn’t take the time to shampoo product out before cutting…and she didn’t even clean or disinfect her station prior to cutting my hair

Had this wonderful amazing woman cut my hair at 1130am today! She was from somewhere by India. Anyway she was so wonderful and Im so happy I got to meet her! My haircut is the best! Thank you so much and I look forward to my next visit!

Please, dont take the tone of this review wrong. Practically, my experience here wasnt very bad.I went in to get a little trim and blend. Simple enough, could be quick, and I like to tip well. I was sat down and there was some initial confusion on what I was requesting. Since Im a little scruffy, I asked that my hair be trimmed on the lower edges and that it be faded up from there. Rather than asking clarifying questions, the stylists proceed to vigorously use a 0 on more than what they were asked. I politely requested that the cut be stopped, and then provided mild clarification on what I wanted. Apparently fade is the wrong term, its called blending. I could tell the stylist was somewhat frustrated. Corrections were made, but they were quick, unbalanced, and without the time I believe they deserved. Also the rest of my blend was unskilled and poor. I was provided a very dirty mirror to check my cut, which I considered barely passable.I paid $18 for 10 minutes of rushed work and ended up with a sub-par cut. Im not a jerk so I still tipped $7. And, I dont necessarily blame the stylist. Im sure theres a kind-of mentality here that is likely forcing through this type of service.For $25 bucks Ill just go to a barber....

They are still closed, but I am waiting specifically for my hair and color from them. And to hear their pleasant banter.

This place is a great place for men to get a haircut! Every time that I come down to this fantastic sam to get a haircut I always have a great experience. Im terrible with names and I forgot the stylist name but she was awesome! Super nice and knew how to cut my hair the way I wanted it. Also the free shampoo and neck shave is amazing!

Just got my haircut today. They do such a nice job of making my hair look great and they are so nice too. I will definitely be back again.

Paul really knew what he was doing to my sisters hair, and she ended up loving it. And even though I was just sitting and watching, he was able to connect with adults and kids; me and my mom being only a couple of them. He was funny and he made my trip there a lot more entertaining and joyful. I only met him this once, but he is one of my favorites already!

Everything was great until the end. Friendly greeting, polite and no wait, lght conversation. It was when I was paying the barbers mood changed. I tipped well and said enjoy the rest of your shift. They replied yep.Get home to see the haircut is a little messed up. I could have lived with the messed up haircut but the end of the transaction is why I avoid chains like these. They are all the same. When it comes to quality haircut.

Anila is a very sweet gal from Nepal. As a stylist, she goes the extra mile each time we go there. My family will keep coming back.

I walked and requested a trial run on an updo to see if I would like it for my sons wedding. Social did such a wonderful job that I came back to have her do it again on his wedding day. She really listened to what I wanted and made changes along the way. It turned out beautifully--she is very talented!

My daughter took my grandson for a haircut there, he came out with a haircut that looked look it was done with a weed wacker. Truly, it was terrible. We immediately went to another salon, Cool Cuts to have it fixed. The woman there did very well with what she had to work with, to fix it. My daughter tried to save money, but ended up having to pay way more. Dont go there, save yourself the trouble. You get what you pay for.

Update.... its 4:45and their doors are closed? It says on the door open til 5pm! If youre not gonna stay open until 5pm then change the times youre open til! I use to live this place! I love Julie and Social, but since this I think I wont be driving all the way from Aurora to get my hair cut there anymore! That horrible busy and I saw on here they did it to another person too! HorribleJulie did a fantastic job fixing my hair from another salon that messed it up! As long as Julie is working here I will go to her and only her! She also got me hook on Powder Play from bigsexyhair. It works awesome for short hair like mine, I even got my friend hooked to the stuff! 😆 Julie is worth every penny I paid that day, she does a great flat Mohawk for women!! 👍👍

We’ve been coming to this salon for a few years now. The stylists are friendly and do Dry good job. They listen and have always given me a good cut. If there is a problem and I need something fixed in a day or two I can go back and they’ll fix it for free. This place is our go to for cuts and color.

Went in for a color correction. Am now crying, my family literally laughed at me when I got home. Cuts are cool but save up for a color correction and go somewhere else

Better service and style than those high priced salons. I was one of those people that spent over$200 for a cut and highlights. When I couldnt get in with my stylist for 2 months because she was booked, I went to Fantastic Sams out of desperation for a cut. I was amazed! I liked it better than my regular stylists. And I paid less than 1/2 of what I normally did. I have been going every since. Goodbye high prices, hello beauty.

Love this place! Ive been coming here for a few years now and I leave happy every time. I usually see Mechelle but have seen a couple other stylists. They are all great and you cant beat the price.

This is the only place I take myself and family to. All the people there know us and are so friendly. Sam is wonderful and Ive started requesting her. I havent had 1 bad haircut yet (knock on wood) and thats hard to do with 2 adults and 5 kids! I would recommend this place to anybody!

Had a wonderful experience with getting my hair cut today by Vivki. She is awesome as before doing anything she asked me what I wanted done & then after I explained it she asked questions to clarify and really understand how I wanted it to look. My hair style came out perfectly. I couldnt be happier. The cost was reasonable. I didnt have an appointment and only waited about 15 minutes. After this experience I am so pleased that I finally found a hair salon I will return to for years to come.Great job Vivki, thank you!

Very hit and miss. One haircut was good and the next was a disaster.

Have been in twice this week. One to get ready for Hamilton and once today. During the trip for Hamilton, Xochitl and I talked about color and she convinced me to take the plunge Id been thinking about for year! Best services Ive had! Sara at this location did the hair for my wedding. Got everything I wanted at a price point I can afford.

I think the guys name is Paul I dont exactly remember, but this is the 2nd time Ive been here, this time I got a man who doesnt understand that if you have long hair you have to also condition it after shampooing and not just use spray leave in containers. Then to top it all off my hair cut is uneven I thought about going back to have it fixed by someone else, but Im not sure now after reading a review stating they had to pay again for it to be fixed.

Showed up 90 minutes before close. There was a single stylist and no other customers. She said she couldn’t take me for 30 minutes, she was busy reading from what I could tell. I had called prior to coming in and was told just to come in as there was no wait.

Best place ever!!! My girls hair looks amazing. The ladies that work here are very professional. Xochitl cut my littles girls hair and put her own personal Glitter in my daughters hair. She made her day!! Mechelle did a perfect A line for my other daughter!

When Xoitl dyed my hair bright green with neon green tips it looked amazing and it lasted a very long time, and I was very pleased. It was the best dye Ive ever tried.

My husband will only go to fantastic sams because of the prompt and professional walk-in service as well as the shampoo/hot towel.

I don’t know how hard it is to do an edge up, but it seems pretty simple considering it only takes a few minutes and it’s five dollars. All I wanted was a clean up, ears, neck mainly. Anywhere I have gone they have asked me how I want my sideburns done, here I was not asked. The guy said he was having a hard time understanding what I wanted, and I literally had to tell him if you follow the way my hair is already cut I just need it cleaned up. He messed up my sideburns, rounded off my edge up, and it is extremely frustrating when you already have a little hair to begin with. He messed up something so simple, I’ve never had this issue, even with a student. I can’t remember his name but he has glasses and straight across bangs. Worst experience ever, I left extremely upset. I didn’t even let him finish and ended up going somewhere else right after to get my hair finished because I knew he would mess up near my forehead.

Last fall I went to this store to get a cut and color. Color turned out ok. The cut.....O.M.G....BAD. I went back to get it fixed and guess what ...Julie charged me for the cut....and then it still wasnt right and went back to have cut #2 fixed and charged me for that cut #3. You would think, to make a customer happy, one would not charge for the bad (fixes). I will never never set foot in that Fantastic Sams again. Oh and it takes me an added 20 min a day to style my hair to make it look somewhat better. Its going to take 2 -3 years to grow out this mess!!!!! Ugh!!!!!

The male hairstylist was rough and rude. Also be aware that they charge $5 for a blow dry that is not even styled and they don’t inform you of that either. When I called to complain the asst mgr said she was sorry I was unhappy and then disconnected me. Would have liked her to pass on my phone number to someone there who might care. This is the first time in my life I did not tip the stylist.

I HAVE CONTACTED CORPRATE LETS SEE WAT THEY HAVE TO SAY !!!!!

Bad haircut from preoccupied barber. Had to remind him of free extras. Still only got one of four.

Cut my hair uneven, after having asked her to cut one side again twice because it was so uneven I just gave up and decided I would fix it when I got home. Her idea of blow drying my hair was also her drying it for about a minute and I left with uneven wet hair. Will never go back here.

Came in for a trim. Amila was the stylist, asked for a half an inch off the length and she took 4 inches, cut is uneven (one side is longer). Left in tears. Will not be back to this location.
