By and large, my experiences at this Walgreens have been very positive. Prescriptions are ready on time. The counter staff in the store are helpful. Pharmacists are very professional and interested when administering routine vaccines, etc. And if I should call with any questions, they are very helpful and informative. There were one or two times when the pharmacist or staff gave me an incorrect pick up time. However, this location is nearly always high quality, responsive and efficient.

Don’t even try to get a quick answer over the phone. They don’t use their phone and never pick up. I found this out after being on hold for more than an hour for a quick question.

I recently visited this Walgreens and had a fantastic experience. I ordered photos online and had them printed at this store. When I went to pick them up, I was greeted by friendly staff and the selection of items in this store is great! I will absolutely be back! Would recommend using this Walgreens if you’re in the area.

Walgreens is one of those places that you take for granted. I will say that over the years the staff has been friendly and always willing to help. The pharmacy is the same and makes pickups quick and easy, always prompting me to enter my rewards info. The pharmacist has been great in the rare time I have had a question and goes over and above to not only find an answer but direct me to a product in the store to help me out. Whats not to like?

Worst pharmacy ever. Sharon does not wear her mask over her nose at the pharmacy. I have told the pharmacist about this twice and no I no longer go indoors to get my prescriptions. This is all I can think to do. One more time I see this and I have to change to a safe pharmacy that cares about COVID-19 and takes it and their patients seriously.

I went to Walgreens for my flu shot and was surprised that, at a pharmacy, nothing was being cleaned. The clipboard wasnt wiped down after another customer used it and before it was handed to me, the pens werent sanitized between each person, and the keypad to pay for for your purchases wasnt cleaned between each person. The pharmacist that gave me my flu shot was very nice and efficient and I didnt have to wait long. I just expect more from medical related places, especially one that has a Medicare clinic in it.

Store is fine- don’t use curbside pickup. I placed an order last night a couple hours before close and they didn’t get it ready (the website said if I got the order in by an hour before close it would be ready that night.) fine. Woke up this morning, they’ve been open for a couple hours and they haven’t even started the order.

Both staff that were working on 3/12 @ 6am (clerk and pharmacist) were wonderfully nice, helpful and friendly... was greeted right away with great kindness and was caring about my situation and wished me the best when i had left. This location with these two workers working there, is a very pleasant experience, and i wouldnt hesitate making the the 40 minute drive to experience this level of service provided at this location again!!!

Pharmacy tech Susan was not wearing a mask, only a shield. Took her shield off and had a coughing fit all over her arms while walking down the behind the counter pharmacy prescription medication isle and then put her shield back on and walked back to me. When I protested, she told me she was going to use hand sanitizer. Well you didn’t cough on your hands lady. Thanks for the potential exposure to ALL of your COMPROMISED patients. Maybe poor training or maybe just doesn’t care about other people. If they have an outbreak you’ll know who to thank. In case you didn’t see, it was Susan. Also, pharmacy manager Kim didn’t think it was a big deal, just kept pointing at the hand sanitizer. Again, her hands were the ONLY thing NOT coughed on, not sure how it would help.

I have had so many disappointments with this store. They are rude. Today the guy working refused to help me find something because he was lazy. He pointed me in the direction but would not take me to find it. I looked and looked. I am not going to the store ever again.

This store never has the items they are expected to have that I need, so I wind up going to Target or elsewhere instead.

The clinic attended to me quickly and both women I visited with on both days were professional and kind!

They put your prescription in limbo and dont care if you are in pain. Fill your prescription elsewhere. The older woman is not nice.

I only come here to visit the Clinic when I cant see my regular doctor. I have been coming here since 2013. I have never had a problem. The staff are super nice and helpful. The longest I waited was like an hour because I came to see them while they were at lunch ... lol ...

The pharmacy here is a joke! I usually use king soopers pharmacy but thought it might be easier to start using walgreens but was wrong. My first experience here was to pick up a prescription that my doctor called in and after 2 days of waiting I never recieved a call or text that it was ready so I just went in and it was ready for pick up but they didnt have my correct insurance so gave her my card and was told I would have to wait while they corrected it which was fine but after 40 minutes of waiting I went back up and everything was fixed and ready but they never called me up. I thought I would give them another chance and came back to fill a prescription and told her I would wait for it, she said it would be 20 minutes. 50 minutes later I went back up to see what was going on and the prescription was ready but was never called up. Then out of the 6 years I have been on the medication my insurance has always paid for the whole cost but was told it would cost $118.00 I asked about this and gave her my insurance card and she told me that they had a different insurance number on my record so she fixed that and finally I got my medication and was not charged. While I was waiting the other people that were waiting also in the chairs right in front of the pharmacy were talking to each other about how long they have been waiting and I told them how long I have been waiting and that got a lady to go up to tell them she was told 15 minute wait and was over half hour now and she was in a hurry and they took her right back to get her shot. This pharmacy is not organized and I will never use them again, and do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Quick and easy, they had what I was looking for.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever used to fill my prescriptions. One pharmacist there is rude and very unhelpful. I won’t be getting my prescription filled at this location any longer.

Avoids responsibility and shifts the blame on outside factors, does not try to serve the customer. Only wants a paycheck. This my expirence with the manager. Everyone else was great.

The staffs literally didn’t care that I was there for a while struggling finding the item I needed. Not to mention overpriced.

Went to the little clinic. Walgreens pharmacists where very friendly and helpful. The doctor was also very knowledgable. I would highly reccomend the little clinic. I came because I couldnt see my doctor due to my work schedule. It was a great second option and much closer to my home!

The doctor at the clinic doesnt care about patiences and I recommend running from this clinic because they dont care if you are sick. I walked in and they had someone not show and she would not see me. I had a woman come in and say she doubled booked and I could take one of her slots and when I came back the doctor said she couldnt see me and had to catch up on time. I asked her how can she skip a scheduled appointment and she said I was abusive and she was going to call the cops. I ended up going to The Little Clinic across the street and had strep!

Worst customer service and rude bed side manners from the med assistant. Had a scheduled appointment at 1130 am with confirmation. Checked in with confirmation and ended up waiting an hour and 45 minutes watching them take in walkin patients. When I asked how much longer it would be. She stated that they were closing the clinic for lunch. Not to mention that this was a rescheduled appointment that the made due to closing the clinic two days prior to the appointment. Save yourself a headache and use Kingsoopers Little Clinic!!!!

Sounds like I am not the first to encounter this problem at this Walgreens, so if you are considering coming here for a HealthClinic service, DONT!I made an appointment for 10am today and when I arrived (admittedly only 7 minutes before my appointment, rather than the suggested 10min) there were no staff visible. I signed in at the Kiosk and filled out my forms and waited. 10am passed and still no sign of am Health Clinic employees.I asked one of the other people waiting and he said he had been there for 40 minutes already and had seen a single Health Clinic employee several minutes before I arrived and she told him that the King Soopers next door also did Vaccinations and such and suggested he go there.That was the last we heard. I eventually left at 10:40am without seeing anyone and there was a back-up of at least 3 other parties in the waiting area.They may be wonderful clinicians (I will never know), but I believe that appointment times should be kept in a reasonable manner and if there is a delay the staff should be gracious enough to show their face long enough to inform their patients.ps. The pharmacy looks lovely and were moving a high volume through fairly quickly, so this Walgreens may not be completely hopeless.

Recently, theres been a complete creep working the cashier. Dealing with this insolent punk is a painful drag. He needs to learn his limits and stop hitting on unwilling female customers.Pharmacists are polite and friendly, but creepy cashiers bring the rating down. Please screen your applicants with caution, Walgreens HR.

The only reason to go here is because they have a drive-thru pharmacy. The photo area has no idea what they are doing and everything is over priced.

They no longer give FLU SHOTS

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD!!! Never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist in my life. NEVER GO HERE!!!

Employees at the register are fast, and the store is kept clean.
