This location is ONLY good for online pickup if you dont want to pay shipping charges of online order. The staff is welcoming w/hello! Thats it. Beyond that, they just stand around talking to each other unless stocking or cashier. They are not at all helpful w/exchanges or returns. If you have your hands/arms full they just stand there & look at you rather than help w/a door or anything...something!! Its not ok that B&BW has such very few p/u locations!! The staff at this store also never says thanks for coming in even. Ugh....just.....no! I gladly shop other locations for nice, kind, helpful, interactive staff!! There are plenty other locations FAR better than this one!!

Haley (Im sure Im spelling that wrong) was very helpful in that she was very informative about the products she is selling. I do not go in there often so I am very clueless about current inventory and she was so kind and well... helpful. There were no customers that needed assistance when I was there so she PHYSICALLY showed me which scents would be in my best interest after my description of personal preferences. I am very grateful for such a pleasant experience and definitely will be back to this location!

I visited this store over this past weekend, end of July 2021 and was very shocked regarding the service level. The store would only allow 18 people in the space and not one sales person was outside explaining this. People would start to enter and be told by a less than friendly woman sales rep that they could not enter now. There was no communication and it was very confusing for people not aware of this store regulation. The sales woman would stand inside and stare at people from the glass window and when people started to come out literally customers would walk in as allowed. No other stores in the mall were doing this and I had come from Victorias Secrets which was crowded and they had no such requirements. The sales reps were literally paranoid I guess of getting COVID and had no interactions with guests what so ever and stood far off to the sides of the store. They did not help customers, answer questions or were even at all friendly. If they are that paranoid they should not be working in the store then. I was going to buy a bunch of lotions but after I saw their poor attitudes decided not to.

Love going here when they have their candles on sale. Buying 2 and getting 2 for free, along with a 20% discount is a deal! Great time to stock up and put away some for gifts too!

I don’t usually leave reviews but this store really left me anxious and upset. The greeter ladies are very uneducated about the policies of bath and body works and didn’t even try to help me figure out how many candles I could buy on ONE transaction. I went in the store on Friday May 21st, 2021( I wanted to buy candles for the sale they where having) and did not like the attitudes of any of the employees in the store that day! I understand if I couldn’t buy all 60 candles I wanted in one transaction, but it is bothering that they couldn’t even tell me the candle limit per transaction, per person, per day. Then when I got irritated they “tried” to figure out the candle limit number for me, after I’m already storming out the store. Moral of story, this store employees were lazy with trying to answer my questions and need to learn the basic policies of each sale so they can help customers out better! (The store however did have excellent stock of all products!)

I recently visited this location and was pleased to see they still had a lot to choose from during the Semi Annual sale.. many fragrances that I didn’t even see at some of the other locations..They also had a lot of employees on staff which during a big sale is kinda important.I’m really enjoying what i purchased and look forward to my next visit ...

Rudest store experience of my life. Won’t honor store candle exchange policy and makes up their own policy. Wouldn’t exchange a full candle because it has been lit... even though it wouldn’t stay lit. When I told them I was going to call corporate to inquire about the policy they tried to take the shopping bag I was handed on the way in! Way to put the rude cherry on top. Honestly I will happily spend my money elsewhere, and corporate sent me a gift card due to the horrendous customer service. Terrible management that literally talks smack about customers within earshot! I’ll drive further to be treated like a human being next time.Update: Took the same candles to the store on 120th. Kind associated returned no questions asked (per policy) and then I spent nearly $100. Guess it pays to BE NICE.

The store is pretty and smells good and there are always nice displays and new perfumes.

It was busy! Which was good to see local businesses thriving in the midst of the current situation. Great assortment of oils and lotions. My wife was happy, which was the important component of the shopping experience.

I love Bath and Body but I am disappointed in the customer service at this location. I showed up 12 minutes prior to close for a quick purchase of candles and they said their doors were closed due to capacity and that I would need to come back tomorrow. I got in my car and watched two people be let into the store to shop. This was frustrating. All candles were sold out online otherwise this would have been my first choice given the pandemic situation. Hope to have better experiences in the future.

Today the store had buy 3 get 3 free. Very short waiting time. Always a great experience when i go there.

It say pick up orders but I cannot order to this store its a bummer I am trying to order for my aunt and I do not live in the state 😔 !

So disappointed in the service. Went in with my sister on candle day and they wouldn’t take a coupon from her, which I used at a different location earlier in the day (wasn’t the same physical coupon - just the same deal). They refused to take it. Seriously. It’s candle day for a reason. I can get a candle for $10 at any time of the year. This is what makes candle day special. When the cashier called a manager over she did not come. The manager wouldn’t even make eye contact with us and just didn’t come the two registers down. We eventually gave up and just walked out. Absolutely disappointed and frustrated.

Update your sign hours!!! Also keep in mind they will not let you in half an hour before the store closes because “they have to get everyone through the line.” The associates are usually so nice but I will drive the extra time to avoid this location.

Long waiting times with the current COVID restrictions

This establishment is always very clean && very organized. The staff is very attentive && very friendly, have never had a problem getting help when I come to this location. I would definitely recommend this location to all you B&BW lovers out there 😀😀 but they also run out of their most popular products so Id recommend calling ahead to make sure they have what youre looking for

Wack store manager wouldn’t follow corporate policy of even exchange on candles. I have my receipt for never burned candles that are year round scents. But because they didn’t have then currently I wasn’t allowed to exchange. She said they would only credit me $ and I would have to pay the difference on new candles. BBW has a 100% guarantee and after calling the 1-800 number I was also told they are incorrect. I am not taking advantage of the store I simply wanted to exchange different scents. Candles that exchanged go back in the shelf or put away for semi-annual sale. Don’t know why they would treat a customer like this. Won’t go this location again because they were rude and I felt awkward.

The lady named Joyce is super sweet and very helpful. We stopped and talked for a few minutes and you can tell she works hard and makes sure everyone has a good experience while in the store. I definitely recommend this bath and body works. Thank you Joyce.

Pretty straightforward shop. Staff is awesome here, very attentive, helpful and friendly.Bath & Body Works specializes in a multitude of shower gels and lotions with different fragrances for both men and women. I like this place because the shower gel isnt the cheap stuff that takes a lot of the bottle to lather up.I like the lotions because theyre thick, last long and like the gel, doesnt take a majority of the bottle to replace some of the moisture that lotion is supposed to help with.Where we live its dry and regular cheap lotion doesnt last long. With the Buy 2 get one free, you can get a couple different ones and get a sweeter deal. If you have a Victoria Secret card, you can use it to make your purchases here as well.

It should say buy 3 of the exact same item, get 3 free. Not mix and match! Yes you can mix scents but it needs to be exact item.

I really do love this store especially around halloween, sometimes they have really good deals, but it seems like every time I come in here the prices get a little higher, the bottles of lotion and body wash just a couple years ago used to be around $8 dollars which is still a lot for something like that now theyre $12.50!? None of this stuff is even organic and has the most artificial scents ever. And they dont have tuber rose anymore:( but I still love coming here.

So I was only person in there and was going to buy a lot. I had a coupon and they said they wouldnt take it because it wasnt from my email !! Seriously I have been shopping at Bath and Body forever! First I want to say Im disappointed in the service at this location. I had a coupon and the wifi and internet did not work at all anywhere near this store and the lady was rude about it. I personally didnt care for how she handled it at all. Other places Ive seen have always been helpful or at least nice and this time was not like that. The customer before me had a issue with the employee too and she actually left without buying anything.
