This place is great T-mobile!! Customer service is always great and the employees are very polite. Ask for Matt, he helped me out when I was here last and he was PHENOMENAL! He was very patient and did an amazing job explaining everything to me and took his time to ensure I understood everything and I was up to date with the best service and devices. Ill always come back here especially because of Matt. Hes the best! As for the rest of the store it was very clean and organized and the other employees were also really great.

Andrea was absolutely amazing. Beyond knowledgeable and extremely respectful. She was quick and didn’t try to push any sort of sale into the new phone process. Visited my local t-mobile store on Wayne Road. Received excellent customer service from Kevin, My T-mobile expert. Got my phone apps working and made sure I could access everything I needed for my work life in this phone. In short Kevin went above and beyond! I will be back future cell and technology. Highly recommend this t-mobile location.

Kevin was great! Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and helped with my transition from sprint to Tmobile. He made the switch easy and painless.

My phone was completely broken/ non functioning and I was so worried I would have to break the bank for a new phone. Kayla helped me and got me a great deal and a cheaper phone bill! She was so sweet and attentive I wish I could give her 6 stars!

Kayla was amazing she solved all the issues I had. Made my process a lot easier. Andrea was extremely rude and did not want to help at all. Rushed my experience and cause me lots of trouble getting a new phone. Which should never be that hard.

I was there on Sunday to take advantage of the of the mothers day sale. Worst experience ever. Sales rep (female dont remember her name) was terrible. Every question we asked was I dont know how to do that or I dont know about galaxy. Took forever to get our data transferred and she seemed not to really care. To top it off she was cussing up a storm the whole time we were there. I am not happy with the phone or the service we received. I will never go back to that store again!!!

My 92 y/o Dad has just gotten a new iPhone. I recommended T-Mobile for his service since that is who I have and the customer service is always the best.I called Denice at the Westland store since I am his only family member left and I am in Florida.Denice set him up with a plan and went above and beyond helping him set the phone up, adding two apps, increasing the font, explaining and writing everything down for him if he needs it in the future.Denice also put on the screen protector and case.All while being super patient and sweet.Thank you again Denice and T-Mobile. You made a confusing bad day a pleasant one. 💞

Family was ready to upgrade our phones. Had never been to this location before and the store we previously went to had closed. Deniece was great, very knowledgable and made sure all four of us were happy with our choices before we left. Not a good experience at my last visit to this store trying to order a iPhone XR. I was assisted by Rafi. He went back and forward with I need to check my mail for the receipt and I wont get any mail. He didnt even explain to me why 20$+ as added to the transaction. This one is close to my house but Ill probably go next time to another store to get better service.

I needed to make some changes to my account and the customer service rep was very helpful. He made the changes and also answered all my questions. I feel I should add that I had an awful time trying to use the T Mobile website which prompted my visit to the store. The store was great, the website and app were awful.

In 15 years of being a T Mobile customer this was the worst experience I have ever had in a store. Hours are posted open until 9pm on line so when I arrived at the store at 8:05 they were closed and had my warranty replacement phone. Would not even acknowledge me at the door. Then after having to return the following day they did not have very much knowledge about transferring my data from old phone to new. I figured it out while they just worked on selling upgrades to other customers. Then the next day I had to call, left a message asking them to call me before resetting my old phone to factory condition because they failed to transfer all my data properly and I needed certain information for my job. They never called me back and my data now has to be reloaded into various apps taking hours of time. Horrible customer service and typical salesman attitude since I wasnt buying anything they didnt care.
