I went to this Cricket Wireless store after visiting another one closer to my house. The salesmen were very knowledgeable at this location (2410 S. Wayne Rd., Westland, Michigan), they answered all of my questions and concerns. They helped me make an informed decision, and I was confident in the purchase I had made. The hotspot they had in stock was the last one available, so I guess that it was my lucky day. I would highly recommend using this Cricket Wireless store, Im sure that you would not be disappointed.

I went in to purchase 2 iPhone SE’s for my children today. The manager Chris was the person to help me and not only did I leave with two phones I left feeling like I got the best bang for my buck. The process was so smooth, he greeted me, asked me what I was looking for and didn’t try to sale me anything I didn’t come in for which is a plus for me. He was so great at what he does he asked me who the phone were for and the cases he picked out were perfect the right color I needed and he didn’t have to ask me. He engaged in conversation with me while he worked and it was really good conversation, he is very intelligent. Thank you for all that you have done to help me with surprising my children with their new phones.

I came in to see about switching from my current service provider, I just looking into how everything worked and Chris was extremely helpful! He walked me through the entire process without being pushy or over bearing and made my transition as smooth as possible. I bought a phone in this location and the guy working there charged me 39.99 for a screen protector that I didn’t request so he tricked me, minutes later came back to returned it though the box was still closed he refused to take it back saying all sales are final ! His name is Christopher. Outright dishonesty and rubbery!, I asked to speak to his supervisor he wouldn’t call saying he is the manager .

Made the switch from metro about a year and a half ago and have no complaints. The manager Chris has been super helpful everytime I have any questions about anything or need help. I’ve gotten multiple accessories through him and this store and they’re always great quality and long lasting. If you’re looking for friendly & caring service and quality products, I suggest this store!

Went in the store today to exchange a phone. They associate said the owner didnt allow returns or refunds although I was in guidelines and had everything in its original package within 6 days. The associate wouldnt even help transfer old phone over. Ive be a customer for 3 years and always get my lease from here.

Seeking to change carriers, I went to Cricket and met Chris. He was very professional, kind and funny. He answered my questions and let me know he was there to help. I did change carriers and am looking forward to a long relationship with Cricket thanks to Chris.

Was having issues with my service and SIM activation, I was starting to get frustrated and decided to go into the store. Chris was the one who helped me out and he was very friendly and personable, he was able to get the issue resolved quickly and helped explain the problems I was having. Will come back!

Visited this location today, July 9 at approx 5:30PM with my daughter, because I got a new iPhone I needed set up and was having SIM card issues. I have been a Cricket customer for several years and always had instore representatives help me without any issues. When we walked in, there were 3 customers in front of us and one employee. We waited 10 mins before we were even acknowledged. The young man with glasses working (sorry do not have name) was the RUDEST most unprofessional person I have ever met in my 50+ years. When we explained our concern, he looked at my daughter and dismissively said the following, all you have to do is change the SIM card and handed us the tool to remove the sim card. I was there for help since I was having SIM card issues, he could not be bothered to help and made it clear he would not help us. ANOTHER CUSTOMER in the store actually helped my daughter with my phone. What a shame. When my daughter asked for the Guest Cricket Wifi, he would also not provide that information. I will not be continuing as a Cricket customer. Please provide better training to your customer service staff. The experience was a total disgrace.

Was in the market to buy 4 new phones. Had a pocket full of cash (1500.00) plus my credit card in case I needed that in addition. So my buddy and I walked up to this Cricket wireless location and the moment we walked in the door you could hear the guy (dont know his name but in case anyone else does, its the guy with the long dreadlocks if that helps to match a name with that description.) telling someone he was on the phone with you might have to hold on a minute, somebody is here to bother me After that and still standing behind the counter he with an irritated look on his face and agitation in his voice proceeds to ask us what do you guys need? Already turned off by the situation and uncomfortable with how this guy was making us feel I wasnt about to say anything and just leave. However my friend who was also feeling the same as me decided to ask him a few yes or no questions about weather or not a few phones we originally we had in mind had certain features or not .(fyi my friend already knew the answers, and they were all yes) however this rude intimidating employee actually answered no to all the questions. My friend then started to ask a few open ended questions before being cut off with the guy telling him I Dont know man youd have to look it up or research it. Then continues to say look, your the one who came in here, what exactly do you want? Completely appalled at how we were being treated when all we wanted to do was get some info on a few phones (4 to be exact) to figure out which 4 would be the best for us and to find the plan that would make the most sense.....we just told the guy to forget we even bothered and apologized for interrupting his phone call. As we were walking out with our 1500.00 and credit card unspent, we said we would take our business to Metro by T Mobile. Which thankfully was a great experience and money well spent.

Whatever you do, never come to cricket. Weve been apart of cricket for about four years before we left a few months ago and it was probably the best choice weve made when it came to phone providers. You may believe they are cheap until you check out other competitors in the area, they lock your phone once you leave them and they have overall the worse customer service.

Staff there is very helpful. Saved me hundreds over the course of the years. I went to the metro across the street and the lazy dude didnt even get up to help me. As a consumer, I shouldnt have to ask constantly about phones. when I walked into the cricket the manager immediately greeted me and assisted me with specs on current devices that fits my needs. Thanks cricket for great treatment and service. I highly recommend this location.

Went in to switch from AT&T and probably got the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. These guys go out of their way to make sure you have a bad time at their store. So after I left that terrible excuse for a phone store, I went to a more professional and welcoming store across the street at Metro PCS. These guys are amazing and give you anything and everything you need and make sure you walk out with a smile on your face!

Got a line switch... Sales person answered all my questions and recommended the best phone for the uses my son needs from his phone... Will return to this location for future transactions.

Zero star: Very poor customer service and behavior. They do not return things you bought, even it is written on receipt that you can return within 7 days. Shame ... Then I called cricket customer service to complaint and they hold my phone for long time and cut my phone. where can I do my complaint now?

The employee that is usually in here is super friendly and nice! Hes a good sales man but not good enough to make me switch from verizon ;). I would reccomend this location though because the employee is a really relatable fella.

The cricket dealers are always there if you want to buy a new line but at the moment when you need to cancel it then they tell you to call Cricket. Then need to wait online to get service. Coorporate America - the customer is not the king. Its outsourcing to the customer, the customer is doing the foot work.

Five star service switched my girl friends galaxy s7 over from metro. We did BYOD, & I brung my own iPhone 7. At first dident go through first two times, he tried an additional time and it went through. I truly appreciated that. I recommend you come here if you buy your phones unlocked and need to switch or just need a phone in general. A++++++
