Been to many boost mobile stores in the united states and this was one of the worst services I ever had. The sales girl customer service was below standard . Complaint about the fact that I bought the cheapest phone they had . Asked to let me know when they would have a case and glass for my phone and still havent heard from them. Its like I have to beg people to allow me to purchase items. Would only come back only if I had to

Boost Mobile is the worst phone provider Ive ever had. Never go there. You cant even use the internet when your talking to someone on your phone. Their service is super slow. Their commercials say they are fast. Thats false advertising. Never go to boost Mobile. Go to metro pcs or youll be sorry.

Got a phone thenHad problems took it back. The worker said it was the merger with sprint n t mobile towers. Then i was forced to. Buy a new phone then i had issues with that phone then the insurance would kick in for another two weeks . just horrible experience

This place is a complete disaster STAY AWAY. Used to go to this store before n enjoyed it. Not sure if its new owners. Anyway they stole my credit card info. Do not let them swipe your card. I was taken from this place last yr not sure if its the same people. They swiped my card under the register which was odd when the swiper was right on the counter. Just be cautious. BUYER BEWARE

This place is run by shysters! They claim they have a 30 return policy but they didnt take my working item within the 30 days....they will straight lie to you and dont stand behind their work. Theres another Sprint store on the North side of Ford road, I have not been there but if owned and operated by someone other than the person who owns the one on the South side then cool........but otherwise RUN, theyre crooks!!!
