Metro PCS is lucky to have this store in its arsenal....They are so patient with us and really do not try to sell you the most expensive options. Ray the sales guy is so patient and understanding....I didnt know what to expect when walking into a Metro store, but was so comfortable to leave Verizon and become a Metro customer. I even went back a few days later as I was having issues with my phone, and he walked me through the settings to explain the mistake I did. Thank you Ray!

This is the best store i have ever been too. Ray was such a God send. He was truthful and respectful and didnt try to oversell me at all.... to say he went the extra mile was an understatement as he went above and beyond ... if i listed everything he for me in the time i was there this review would turn into a book! Ray is the best. Ive been buying our phones here for years. He knows the product and the services better than anyone. Ray is a good guy, and will always try to get you the best phone/plan for what you can afford. We appreciate him in our neighborhood. And our neighborhood needs more people like Ray. Its a rough area and he is providing a great service to people not always able to access it. Many people do not have cars and are limited to what is within walking distance. He was very nice with my teenager today and we appreciate the support he offered in these crazy times trying to raise kids with this technology.

Went into location with a bad taste in my mouth dealing with metro stores in the past but this location was different... As soon as I walked into the retail shop I was greeted by a man name Ray and right away I felt comfortable... He was attentive and answered all my question even looked it up when he didnt know... I shopped around for quite some time and felt I was being upsold or overcharged at all the previous stores I went to until I went to this store and spoke with Ray. He was honest, and didn’t upcharge me at all. Infact, he told me that the existing accessories that I had would work with the new phone we were looking at (the other stores said I had to buy new accessories). When I told him what I was going to use my phone for, he took the time to listen and in fact saved me over $300. It is very rare now-a-days to find someone who cares more about my pocket book then his, but he did every step of the way! Thank you Ray! I will be back for sure! You have a customer for life!

I bought a phone it was free my bill was $200! I ask why and they said you dont get a phone bill for 2 months! I said $100 a month for phone service? That is outrageous! This happened July 1st 20/20 in Canton Michigan

After our horrible experience at AT&T Wayne trying to buy service and activate my friends brand new G6 she had ordered online, we went to the MetroPCS store on Wayne rd in Westland. The man who greeted us, Ray, was very friendly and helpful. He activated her phone, set everything up for her and cheerfully explained everything she needed to know about her new service. He even helped cancel her old service and complimented her choice in phones. We will be going back to this location in the future.

Came from a corporate store who screwed us over and didnt give us two free phones for the $75 plan they also screwed up porting my number over from Verizon and then my phone shut off. This store has cleared up every problem that corporate caused. The gentleman name is Ray who helped us and even gave us complimentary phone cases for our trouble. Very honest store will tell you exactly what is going on with your account and saved us time and money.

Amazing guy. Had the worst experience at the metro on venoy and palmer. Got ripped off by that lady and she verbally attacked me for about 30 mins. Came to this store and the guy was caring and sympathetic for my horrible experience. I spent 200 for 2 DISCONTINUED phones and 2 cases that didnt even fit them. This store I only paid 180 for 2 much better phones and he exchanged the cases for ones that fit our new phones! Truly a blessing after the venoy and palmer metro experience. This guy is the only metro Ill recommend and have nothing but good things to say about him! Thank you so much!!
