This location stole my trade-in. I will never do business here again and I recommend no one else does business here. This past April, I went to trade in my white iPhone XS, 64 GB in order to upgrade to an iPhone 12 Pro. I was told my trade in/upgrade was part of a promotion and I would see the credit applied within 90 days. In July (just after the 90 days), I went back to the location to get some help with a problem I was having on my phone, and to see how much I owed on the phone. That’s when Nash let me know that there was never any credit applied, and that I never even qualified for the promotion in the first place. When I asked where the phone was, Nash said it must’ve gotten “lost” in shipping. I’ve gone back to this location several times since then trying to get the credit for my phone with absolutely no help. I’ve called several times and still no one is able to help me or comp in any way for the inconvenience. I’ve tried speaking with the other manager, again, Danny to no avail. Just this past Tuesday, I called and Elizabeth said verbatim, “We’ve tried calling the employee who traded in your phone that day, but he’s hasn’t returned any of our phone calls. We don’t know if it’s shady business going on. That’s what it seems like.” Sounds to me like you all know your former employee stole my phone, and you don’t want to be held responsible. Terrible.

Nash and Nick are THE best to work with. Very friendly and informative! I will never go anywhere else!! They made my wating time fun and easy!

Matthew Butler was. a phenomenal help. He provided excellent service and was personable yet professional. Generally I dont like visiting Verizon due to wait time and service. However, todays experience set a new standard. Thank you, Matthew!

1st I want to note my grandma is 80 years old and her experience trying to have the internet and be in the times has been very poor. A employee of this store was so upset she didnt want to buy a tablet he slammed his papers on the counter and become increasingly angry. If Verizon was any kind of company they would take better care of the elderly! Maybe a dictated line that doesnt require them to do codes, online chats and links. They come from simple times where phones were a privilege, they shouldnt be punished for not understanding.

Edited 4 months after original post: Turns out I didnt get promotion on my phones that this store said I would get after 3 billing cycles. I also didnt need to purchase the tablet for the promo that they told me I needed in order to get it. So I spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service to try to straighten out their mess on my account. I lost out on about $250 in the end, but got it mostly straightened out. I will never step foot in this store again.Dont trust them!Originally I was happy with them and thought they did a great job.

Been with Metro all my life and finally switched over a few months ago. Everything was smooth sailing, everything was perfect. Then I go back to upgrade my phone and the rep (things were rocky but got it resolved) apparently changed my plan without my permission when all I was there for was a new phone. The plan he switched me to didnt have Mobile Hotspot, which was something I specifically asked about when I switched carriers and specifically wanted more of because I use it alot for classes and because my son connects to it on his tablet.😒. Its this specific guy though!! Everyone else has been tremendously helpful but because of him, ill never return to this Verizon location a day in my life and Im making sure to steer others i know away as well.

Went there because I couldnt make or receive calls. Didnt mind the wait, given the pandemic. However, when I told the representative of my dilemma, he said there was an outage, and call 611. I went home and did this. Come to find out all I had to do was reboot my phone. The representative could have easily done this. He also said, he couldnt touch old phones. I guess not since, he wasnt wearing any gloves. Doesnt this place supply gloves or masks. I felt I was lied to just so he didnt have to touch my phone. Again, where are the gloves.

WOW!!! NEW OWNERSHIP!!! BEAUTIFUL REDESIGNED STORE ALL BRAND NEW SYSTEM. I drove 1 hour to get to them and it was totally worth it. Amazing staff and THE GREATES customer service ever. Nash was so knowledgeable about the product he provided me and was very patient. Danny was also amazingly helpful and all were very professional. Their discounts and prices are way better than Costco. I thought I got a good deal from Costco but they were able to beat it. This location is my new and the one and only to go to Verizon store.

Wow, I must say Josh, the store manager, was indeed one of the nicest, most polite, sincere young customer service agents I have had the pleasure of doing business with at Verizon in a long time. The wait was in excess, there was just two men working when I arrived and then the store manager had to deal with the remaining 4 customers on his own... i was there a total of two hours and the woman before me was there three hours before she eventually completed her mission with a smile. But after working with Josh who was knowledgeable and a patient individual, the wait was tolerable. Thank you Josh for the positive experience you brought to my purchase today.
