Xavier was awesome! He is knowledgeable about the products they have at the store, very courteous and helpful. We spent a bit of time at the store and every time someone walks in he greets them and says “someone will be right with you”. We had to wait for the phones to transfer datas and apps and Xavier asked if it was okay for him to help other people while waiting. I was glad to hear that because i wouldn’t want them to be waiting either. Great job Xavier!!!

Terrible service. Cant get google play apps. Told me to call google play for help but they just say they are under staffed and hang up on meI pay over 100 per month and I cant get an uber or order a meal door dash. Terrible. I dont know anyone else who has this problem but why couldnt the att store reps do more to help me than give me a worthless number and send me on my way
After a very bad experience with verizon we went here to get me a new phone on ATT. We were helped by Dorian, he was awesome. He made sure everything was all set for me, since last time I was sent home by Verizon to tranfer everythin on my own, which I was unable to do. He sold me the Z Flip which i absolutely love. The best part is I finally have service in my home! Very satisfied, havent been happy with a phone company in many years. Thankyou Dorian!!
Trying to oversell me when I know what I need and want. Takes way too long to buy a new phone. Been here almost an hour dealing with customer reps and not even close to checking out yet. How long does it take to buy a new iphone?

Warning!!!!The young employees are very rude here after leaving the store I was ready to leave att phones company too got a phone that morning seen that it had no good reviews took the phone back they added a charge for restocking when does this happen. While I file a complaint on his store for that I will never go back into this store again and I stay by it .
My husband and I went to the AT&T store here in Westland at Warren and Central City. We had a Gentleman help us the receipt says Wade D. I am not sure if that was his name but I just want to say he was wonderful everyone in the store was nice, pleasant helpful, and respectful. So I was very happy with the store service I will go back anytime I have anything done with my Phone.

This is the first time I have come to this location. I walked in and everyone was amazing and accommodating. The store was immaculate and they were sanitizing the store as we shopped. I worked with Mike and he was extremely knowledgeable. Showed me all the different options of phones and hooked me up with an amazing deal!! The entire staff were all amazing.
Stupendous service !!! Nick helped me out setting up my new phone. He even went the extra mile to double check that everything was working correctly. He was beyond patient and walked me through exactly what he was doing. My phone took a bit longer and I was there almost 20 minutes after close but he seemed unbothered and was happy to help me out! Today we shopped for new phones, cases and accessories. Wade helped us out! He was very upbeat, professional and knowledgeable about good deals, promotions and patient with us as we made our choices. I so happy this store is back open didn’t know what to expect and the staff was super helpful they made me feel comfortable being there I felt like I was wanted at other stores you don’t get that feeling. The store manager Greg also introduced his self as the rep Andrea helped me great store.

Horrible customer service me & my wife received from this store on last night. I passed several locations, but came seeing in the pass we have been treated with much respect and customer service. Last night right before they closed our phones was loading old data to the new ones & the guy helping us was pushing us to do it at home seeing that his shift was over how rude is that, now we have none of our contacts from old phone came to new phone. I probably will not return to this location to do business in the future.

Not on the same page with AT&T customer service phone line. Customer service lists this as a full service location where you can turn in your old phones and do basic account maintenance, yet they will not do this. They also speak poorly about other area stores to try to prevent you from going elsewhere. Have had better luck at other AT&T corporate locations when needed instead of this store. Was able to turn in my old phone and get help at another local store. No thanks.
Worse service ever if you need help with your phone your better off to have best buy do it for $100.00 or go to Meijer. Or do what i did switch carriers. Better off with boost mobile.
Stopped into your store about a week ago to get my son and I the new iPhone 11. Nick was phenomenal and made the process super easy. We talked about baseball and upcoming football. It’s nice going to a store and they treat you like a person not just another sale. He also showed me how I can watch my att when I’m on the go to keep up with the scores. You need more nicks in your company. I will be a long time returning customer because of his EXCELLENT service and knowledge

Took a neighbor, who is disabled, to this store to get help with storage issues with his phone. The guy who helped us was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately he said they werent trained on Android phones, only I Phones. I think he did his best to figure it out so I credit the store for time and effort.

Very friendly and helpful..highly recommended. I was back in this store location on 5-15-19. I had ordered the at&t uverse package online after spending two days worth of 5 hours on the phone with no answers and getting bumped from one rep to another. I went in the store Alex helped me right away listened to what was going on and helped me immediately.. they are friendly at this store and have helped my mom a lot. They take the time and listen.

First off let me just say the store is great they always have been. I have attempted to go to another ATT store because it is closer to my house one time(which was a mistake) So Ashley helped me and my wife when we came in she was extremely helpful, charming and a great representative for ATT. In short she was the bomb. She knew everything about everything answered all my questions correctly. Could not have had a better time at the stor . ATT if your listening do not yet that young lady leave . Make her a manager and give her a raise. Also her partner helped us at the end with transferring g pictures and transferring our phone lines. He was great too although I cant remember his name.

I was calling the customer service continuously and spent a lot of time for one mistake they did when I ordered the phone online. I was really frustrated by their responses and their delays in fixing my problem. I approached the store and Nick Cormendy was the store representative. He took it on from there and he made sure I received my new mobile without any issue. Great customer service by him.

Worse phone place you could go to. They give you a low quote in store but send you a completely different bill in the month EVERY month way higher than way they told you. But surprise its too late cause your stuck in their plan for two years

This store is usually wonderful but my last visit was nothing to write home about. I recently came into the store to purchase a phone and was helped by a women named Dean. She acted as unprofessional as she looked! LEGGINGS are NOT pants!!! I’m surprised At&T Corp. would allow such attire but that was the least of my worries. She was very confusing when she spoke and was very rude to my husband and I when I asked her to reiterate what she was saying. Very loud and obnoxious. She didn’t even give me my receipt or paperwork when I left. I had to come back a few days later and get my receipt. Avoid her at all costs!!!

Reasonable expectations of basic levels of professionalism and customer service completely ignored by staff. One larger black woman saying in a loud aggressive tone with aggressive body language, do you want me to help you after I was waiting silently over 10 minutes.Her co-worker. A dark skinned man(I think named Kevin) aggressively said, you need to stop grimming me, you have been staring at me since since you walked inWhat a joke, I was looking at the customer service rep because I was waiting to get some eye contact so someone would actually greet me or ask how they could help.Listening to representatives, extreme focus on selling ancillary services vs actual customer service. Good help must be hard to find.On a side note, Ashley and Mike are very helpful and a shining example of what the rest of the staff could really benefit from mimicking.

I got a new screen protector for my Galaxy S8 & went to this store to have it put on. Well that was a huge mistake. Usually the employees know how to put them on. Well the one guy had no idea (how to put on mine or my daughters Galaxy S7) what he was doing so he asked another empkoyee who also had no idea so he Googled how to..well he cracked it & the edges dont stay down. So Ive had to warranty it out...again!! Very UNHAPPY!!!!
Customer service told me I could exchange my brand new, unopened phone at this store that I originally purchased online 2 days earlier. I was told it would not cost me anything since the package was unopened. I told the woman that I simple wanted to exchange the phone, nothing else. I was charged a $45 restocking fee and she managed to slip $8/mo. insurance past me which was clearly not on my original plan. Additionally, my monthly bill is now $20 higher (not including the insurance) after the exchange for the same price phone. This is why I never go to these stores and always purchase online. That way I can see what I am paying for.Now I have to call up the 800 number AGAIN and have them remove this insurance and explain to me why my bill went up $20/mo. since I visited this store to exchange the same price phone. I am so sick of AT&T BS.
I just want to talk about the great experience I had working with Shauna S and the store manager Jac at this location.... about 6 months ago I started calling AT&T to get a copy of a bill from Aug 2016 for court. Every call center rep had to escalate the request and NO ONE EVER FOLLOWED UP and each of my additional calls required a new dead end escalation.I noticed on the app that you can also go into the store to get a copy. I started with an authorized dealer Sunday who was not able to go past 6 months and advised i go to a corporate store. I called Canton a million times Monday 2/18 and no one EVER picked up so I tried this location. That is when Shauna answered.I explained what I needed and wanted to make sure she could get that information for me before driving all the way out there to get it. She placed me on a brief hold and worked with Jac to make sure bills that old are accessible and confirmed they are.Unfortunately though, the Livonia location off 6 mile was on my way home from work today so i reached out to them to ensure they were corporate too and not an authorized dealer. The representative who answered confirmed they were but before she would let me off the phone she was insisting I explain what I was coming in for ...which is fine.... but... instead of TRYING to see if a 2016 bill can be pulled she got extremely argumentative with me and told me it absolutely wasnt possible. She said this westland location was lying and that I need to figure out what system theyre using bc her boss told her that its not possible and there was nothing she was going to do to help me. I begged her to at least TRY to see. She refused. I explained that i am almost to the store bc I know she isnt allowed to pull up my acct over the phone but i need her to try. She flat out said she wouldnt bc she couldnt - its impossible. She even started that if it was she wouldnt print it for me so theres no point!!!So I called Westland back to make sure it was truly possible and Shauna was working again. She promised me that she will try to find the bill if she can at the very least but couldnt guarantee the info i needed would be available. Thats all i could ask for. So now I had to drive an additional 15 mins out of my way.SURE ENOUGH SHAUNA AND JAC CHECKED MY ACCT AND EVERYTHING I NEEDED WAS THERE!!!! They even helped me get the 3 pages printed that I need for court and everything was done in less than 5 minutes. 5 minutes of great customer experience that any other reps of AT&T could have done but werent trained or even willing to explore the possibilities!!!!!! Yet... your app specifically says to go to a store to get copies of old bills if needed!!!I really hope somebody high up sees this and gives them a raise or bonus. Not for just solving my issue bc its probably small to you but really for being willing to go above and beyond to help me. Thats all it takes to satisfy customers. Its really simple. Please let the Livonia location know too and PLEASE PULL THE CALL. 5 stars here... 1 star for livonia And thats ONLY bc they actually answered the phone unlike Canton (& bc i cant leave zero)Thank you Shauna and Jac!!! When Im ready for a new phone Ill be back!!

I met the new manager at the store Greg Jackson, He introduced his self as such and he took great care of me when I was so frustrated I remember I used to not like coming to the store but he changed my mind and now AT&T has a customer for life.
First off let me say that all of my electronics run off the at&t network and none of my stuff NEVER works. If I could rate you a 0 I would. Haven’t been with you all long, just a few months. The entire process of me recently purchasing a few apple watches went really well. It was the process of activating them once I was home that was horrid. Couldn’t do it in store because their WiFi was too slow. Figures. After returning home from the store and checking my new bill I noticed that a iPad and a new phone was added to my account instead of the two watches. I called back and spoke with Sam, Shana is the young lady who helped me. Sam advised me that it was a simple system glitch and to give it a few days to correct itself. This all happened on a Sunday afternoon. The following Saturday morning, I checked my bill again this time it said I had a Apple iPad and the phone on the account was suspended/stolen. I had to reactivate my cellar service on my watch yet again as I had issue the whole week and thought nothing of it. I called up to the store, Joshua answered the phone telling me I had to come in with any account concerns and also no manager would be in to assist me for the remainder of the day. I’m livid! How many times do I have to come into the place for a problem that the store obviously needed to correct. After speaking with him I drove to a closer store near me. The Livonia store near Laurel Park Mall, I’ll be posting this exact post on there review page as well. While being there I spoke with Manager Bre. Bre was rude and basically accused me of reporting my own watch stolen using the exact words of “The only person that can report anything on your account is the person(s) with the account pin and account holders name. Now I have the watch in hand. So I’m just wondering why I would report it stolen if I’d been wearing it faithfully. Of course she sent me on my way with no help. Told me to call 611. At this point I don’t even want the watches. I called back up to this location and talk to Shana this time. Sam ironically no longer worked with the company. Shana explained to me that she didn’t know what was going on and no manger would be in until Monday morning and that if I wanted to return the watches it’ll be a restocking fee. I’m really livid now because I just paid activation fees and it’s you guys that’s messing up my account. She said she would make sure she called on Monday. I called customer service who went above and beyond by the way. I wish I remembered her name who took care of everything. The customer service rep told me that the watch that was reported stolen was a watch that was returned by a previous customer and that the store didn’t do the restock process correctly. The watch was blacklisted. And the previous owner reported it stolen because it keep appearing on her bill. The mei for both watches were also wrong which is why it was showing up as a iPad and iPhone. Shana did call back on Monday but of course with no help. She said she didn’t know what was going on but at this point they’d take the watches back and waive the restocking fee or I could come in and they try helping. Wow after I tried getting help the whole weekend. Thanks for nothing.

Ordered home services and what I signed up for was not recieved. Manager makes promises he cannot deliver on and just brushes you off with no resolution. If the manager comes into your sale with the att rep don’t think you will get what he promises to close the deal, it’s only to get you to agree. Shady closing tactics.
After waiting for an hour I was actually lied to and now they wont refund the charges because they are legit. I cant wait to get off this service!
Slowest service for getting new phones. Go head to bestbuy on Cowan and visit the empty ATT kiosk there before waiting 1 hour at a att store
I have had a lot of issues with att since I switched to them a couple years ago. The store in Westland is an actual ATT store not a franchise store. I went in to get prices on cases & screen protector for my phone & they were very expensive. The sales guy was really helpful & intelligent with what case would be best for my phone. I went online to compare prices for same case & screen protector which was a lot less $ than everywhere else I have been.Tip- Go to a retail Att store not a franchise. They have been messing up my bill, over charging me and then I have to call Att on phone to ask them to fix the problem. They are usually good about helping within their guidelines.
