Very honest place they helped me out big time I had a great experience, would deff recommend. I have had horrible experience with shops that were highly rated on google twice, but not this one.

VIP did a great job with the alignment on my truck. It was pulling left and after a few adjustments the truck is driving straight. Great pricing and the staff were very friendly. I was in and out of the shop within 30 minutes. Ill be bringing it back for brakes and rotors in a few months.

Had my front pads and rotors done on my14 F150. Very reasonable price, very friendly/polite atmosphere. Done the same day. Excellent work! Fantastic Service!!! I was visiting Michigan for a lacrosse tournament and I had a bad vibration on the way. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and my vehicle was taken back immediately. They rebalanced my tires and had me back on the road in less than a hour. It was a smooth ride home. Thanks VIP!!!!!

Very professional and efficient work.

Went in for a alignment, said I needed to torch my lock nut in order for me to get one. Paid for a tire rotation.Few weeks later my rear wheel had 3 of 5 lugnuts and its about to fall off!! I took the remainder 3 left off with my hand and socket no tools.... thats pathetic work on your end, glad no one got hurt but screw this place!

Awesome care for new customers. My mother took her car in to get her front brakes replaced. They were very busy but still stopped to explain time and cost of repairs to her and eased her nerves. After repairs she noticed a problem with her tires on her drive home, she took the car back and they generously fixed the issue right away. Thank you for being so kind and prompt even on your busiest days!

My car brakes became non functional and I took it to these guys. They were very reasonably priced and took exceptional care of me. I know where to take my car from now on when issues like this arise. Quite encouraging!

I dont normally write reviews but I had the best experience ever at a auto repair shop! I ended up having a loose part which they quickly fixed and sent me on my way, they did not charge me for lifting my car or the quick fix, I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Great customer service but poor auto service Im a disatisfied customer I feel like they charged me for something they didnt fix my hold point of taking my car because of the noises well pick up my car same noises called the place back to tell them the problem basically instead of saying ok we will fix it he started talking about it could be something else when he clearly told me there was nothing else wrong with my car its all about the money with alot of these shops

Fantastic service, and very fairly priced. Mark, the owner, honest, and efficient. I work within walking distance, and was able to drop off my car before work, and walk down and pick it up on my lunch hour. Very convenient.

I generally dont write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with others so that people can make an educated decision before going to this place.I took my car here as there was a tiny bit of noise coming from the steering wheel when rotating. The mechanic advised that the control arms be replaced and it would cost around $1500, which I authorized. Upon picking up the car the problem was still there, in fact the vehicle was worse than before. I took my vehicle back to this place again. This time the mechanic said it needs new parts in the shocks, which cost $300. I authorized again. I picked up the vehicle and the problem was still there. I took my vehicle again to this place and this time he said that one of the control arms needs a replacement and that would cost $700. I lost trust in this place and took my car to a dealership and they fixed the issue for a smaller amount. Im happy with my car now, but regret going to this place. Do yourself a big favor and take your car elsewhere.

Ive been going to VIP Auto for about 3 years now. I dont ever trust mechanics with my cars but Mark, the owner, has proven time and time again that he is here to fix my car and provide safety at the best rate possible. The workers here are always friendly and nice and instead of waiting for an hour to get an oil change or a simple five-minute job done, Ive only ever waited the minimal amount of time. I would give VIP Auto a 10 if it would let me. I definitely recommend this place to anyone needing any car work done. Very great people and always gets the job done at the cheapest price.

Been shopping around all day to see if i can get my headlight replace every where else charging 100 to 200. When i have my own parts i come here and its 20 bucks. This place fast, friendly, and especially honest i recommend everyone to come here.

I absolutely love this place!! The mechanic is very knowledge and he always gives me a good price. I lost faith in auto repair shops after them trying to rip me off time and time again, but VIP auto service has since changed that for me! I will never go to another repair shop period! Buying a lemon impala from Bensons so called quality used cars on Michigan ave. And Wayne, VIP has saved me on many occasions giving me the best price to help with a bad situation and has gained my trust by being honest and giving me all of my options. I highly recommend this place to everyone! You wont be disappointed!

My car broke down half way across the country and I am so thankful that my local friend was a patron of this business and referred me to them. I ended up needing a new transmission which is a nightmare. The employee who dealt with me was very sympathetic and eager to help with my circumstances from helping me find a rental car to adjusting the price and getting everything installed within a very small time frame. I verified the legitimacy of the charges through my local shop that I use back home and found that the price was more than reasonable (before the mechanic added adjustments). He also prepared my vehicle by doing a couple of extra things to ensure that I wouldn’t have any trouble on the trip back home, without ever being asked. Really couldn’t recommend this business enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Called the 30 min before closing about my car that had just lost a bearing. They waited for me that evening and had my car done the next day(tires alignment ball joints and bearings) price was very fair work was above standard and staff was very friendly. I will be taking my car here from now on.

Had a issue with the AC in my car. Scheduled a repair and was in and out within 1 hour and 15 minutes with fully functional AC. Service was great and price was half of the local shops.

I took my car here I told them that I was told that I needed a new AC compressor as a auto service shop I was think that they would double check before they did anything and let me know if it was something else that I need it with the AC compressor and that’s something they didn’t do I will not bring my car back to the shop I feel like I wasted my money and that was $450

I just got my alignment done on my 2007 Cadillac DTS . They did top notch job. I highly recommend this place.

Took my car in at the scheduled time. After being told it would be about 45, I came back after 1 hour. They never looked at it, and admitted they forgot about my car. When I told them that is like to go, they lost my keys and couldnt find them for almost 5 minutes.

Amazing! Hours away from home with three kids under three, our passenger caliper locks up, he got us in immediately, replaced our brakes, rotors, and bad caliper in an hour (everywhere else said 2-3 hours min) and at a great price! Very happy, would deff recommend to anyone!
