Well, I wanted to get my car serviced here but after playing cat and mouse with the people in the office for the better part of a month I gave up. I totally understood my part was on backorder and was patient, up to a months worth actually. But what sealed the deal was when I found out the check through my insurance to pay for the repair was apparently lost on their part and they consistently said theyd call with me an update that never came, I gave up. Unprofessional, poor customer service. If you cant figure your office management out I cant imagine what the quality of the repairs will be like. Avoid.

I called about a scratch in my car, they said to bring it for an estimate. I showed up about an hour later and walked in and nobody was there. I waited in the office for a few then opened the door a few times to see if anyone would hear it, nothing. I called and someone answered and eventually came to the office. The person I talked to said they can’t give estimates and the only people that can are out and won’t be back for an hour. I drove from Canton based on a recommendation from a friend and boy did I waste my time.

The guys at B & K were true professionals. They didnt laugh at me when I explained how I shut the garage door on my car! They fixed the paint issues I saw and a couple that I hadnt noticed before and left my car in a great shape. They did all this while I waited and for a very reasonable price. I would recommend B & K to friends and family and would definitely return for future needs.

I walked in and had them quote me for a new fender that insurance was not paying for. With them knowing that, they worked with me and gave me an awesome price. My fender was ordered and not only did it arrive super fast, but they installed it as I waited, and I did not have to wait long all. My fender looks great!! Everyone there was incredibly kind and professional. I am going to refer anyone who needs work done to come here!

Honest, trustworthy, and fantastic work! This is the quickest way to describe B & K Collision. I have been coming to these guys for 12+ years and have been absolutely wowed every time. I have moved a few times through the years and have used both the Melvindale and Westland locations for work on multiple cars. Any time I have quoted out other shops they are always priced better but more importantly the car looks brand new when I pick it up. B & K were excellent. I really did a number on my mustang and picked B & K based on previous reviews and the claims they make on their webpage - such as highest workmanship, etc. I then filed a claim with my insurance.Bill at B&K was extremely approachable, professional and obviously a good car guy. He explained in detail exactly what B & K would do and when they would do it.This was a pretty huge job. The car looked BRAND NEW when they were finished and my insurance agent even remarked about how good they were to work with.B & K really delivers the goods! Highly recommended.

They were great. They were professional, helpful and did everything in the time frame they said they would. Car came out looking brand new. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would go back to them again if I ever need any body work done to my car.

Chad is the best! He was willing to look at my moonroof with out even having an appointment. It wasnt shutting and was supposed to rain later, so I was in a panic. Out of his busy schedule, he was able to fix the problem all while asking how my day going. Great experience!

I recently had some repair work done on my car at B and K Collision. I was very pleased with the work and how nice the employees were.I was very satisfied with the price. When they were done they washed my car and even cleaned the inside! What service!

I went to this collision shop after my car 300 S was hit. They repaired my car in one week. It took two weeks for me to get my car back because of my insurance company but Bill kept me updated and made sure I knew everything that was going on behind the scenes. Once I pick my car up, not only did they repair my front bumper, they wash my car and shined my tires and cleaned the inside of it out. When I tell you there are the best hands down. I recommend them to anyone. Their communication is wonderful!!!!!!

Bill was awesome. Called for quote for a front bumper stated would call me back in minutes. After calling back in about 5 had my quote brought the piece in the following day. Stated would have done in a few hours and I could pick up. I had to work that day was willing to stay after closing so I could pick up or come in on Saturday so I could have bumper for assembly. Great place!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overspray everywhere... All areas that were painted are faded like the paint is burnt or faded. Had to go up there twice for corrections after waiting more then a month to get the car in only to find swirl marks all over my hood after there polish work.. They are not taking any responsibility for there poor work when knowing the hood was just supposed to be aligned not Polished.. Terrible customer service Terrible work beware don’t recommend to anyone... if I could I would give a O star.

My car was returned in the amount of time that was quoted and it looked like the accident never happened! Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and it looks like they even detailed the inside and washed the outside. I would highly recommend B&K to anyone who has the misfortune of needing any work done on their car.

I got 3 other estimates and B&K had the most affordable and time worthy estimate. Bohdan kept me updated weekly, was kind and knowledgeable. I was skeptical at first, but was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. My bumper needed repair, and they were willing to work with me. They even found there was internal damage that occured prior to my purchase of the vehicle. Everything was replaced and the car was returned good as new.

Because they constantly hasseled and bullied when I had a Detroit News route. I was 11 years old and they thought it was fun stealing my papers, punching me in the face and kicking the rims on my work vehicle. Class acts.
