I’ve been to tons of places for various repairs on my vehicles, but this place was one of the most enjoyable I’ve been to. I came in with two slow leaks in my tires and in 30 minutes I received a call saying my car was ready to pick up! The people were very nice and the job was done right!

Reviewing from a retired automotive mechanic. Of 22 years. This place has been hiring for about 4 years. Reason is the pay is trash. I was offered a job there laughing at the pay. 12 percent commission about 4 years ago. I asked why do low ? Owners reply was go somewhere else. So you know the average in the area depending on a mechanics skill level certifications. 16 to 20percent. This is why they cant hire a skilled mechanic and why there always hiring . Second opinion. My tires I go for a price . Each tire was 170 each. 195 65 15. Discount tire and Bell tire estimate 180 to 250 for four tires. Compared to 170 per tire laughing. This shop has about 10 bays and I only seen one mechanic. I bashed this shop hard. But in my opinion its a place to avoid Go elsewhere get it done correctly and a lower price and warranty. My honest opinion posted above.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and were able to help me out in a quick and professional manner. Yogi was very friendly and handled my issue with great care. I don’t live around here but I will make sure to service my vehicle here with any needs that come up. Outstanding customer service!! I called yesterday morning to see if they could help me with my brakes. I have a 2018 Kia Soul. They told me to come in and they would take a look and see what they could do. I waited an hour total, to be diagnosedand repairs done. The machanic talked to me and explained what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. I was quickly given the cost of repair and the work was done right then. I wish I had gotten everyones name because they deserve be mentioned by name, they were so professional and plain old nice. No upselling, no run around. Dont hesitate to call Midas, they will not disappoint. They will have all of my future business for all my cars.

I went in today for my third time with exhaust problems, they fixed it the two times before quickly and professionally, today was not the same experience, the guy behind the counter took my phone number, printed up paperwork to have me sign and date, asked for my keys. That’s when I started asking questions about why he needed the keys since I could come back at a later time and asked how long it would be. That’s when he loudly said, why do I think I can just come in and expect to have my car serviced immediately, I asked a simple question, and could come back in a queuing fashion. But with the way he treated me was foul and uncalled for. I told him twice after he was so rude to me for my keys back. Now I’m out of luck if this is a warranty problem since the noise is coming from the area they already repaired.

I had two minor repairs that they didnt charge me for and the prices are fair. Very professional and accommodating, wont charge you for anything you dont need, honest and they always do a very good job.

Hands down, The Westland Midas team are the best! I have had two of my cars serviced there. The first one needed so much work on it to the point it wasn’t worth the money I was paying for the repairs. The Midas team basically provided “Life-support” to this car until I was able to get another one. They are honest, professional, dependable and I feel like I’m a brother not just a customer when I walk in door!

Dont accept warranty they.say it cause to many problems warranty are they to assist the consumers if out of pocket cant pay for all the repairs

This is the best Midas locations and one of the best shops I have been to if you need minor work done I would not recommend this place because they do charge $100 a hour but if you need something a little more serious than I would definitely recommend this place because it is well worth the money and it is done right the first time and they do not play around they will even give you a deal if there is something that cant fix which is what I like they have even told me before not to fix things that I wanted to get fixed and a lot of shops do not do that they just want the money and also great customer service

Belle tire could not flush my radiator. Said it was probably a blown head gasket, charged me the full price and sent me out the door. So I went to Midas and Jim flushed it and topped it off correctly. No problems since then. Jim also changed my rack and pinion steering and its perfect now. Just a fine place to get your car fixed right and honestly.

Started coming here when I moved into the area and would never go anywhere else if I have a choice. Customer service is always super nice, they never do any work that they dont think is needed, they always explain everything theyre doing and why in ways that are understandable, they only ever charge as much as they have to and its pretty reasonable as far as car work is concerned. Work is usually done same day unless its very extensive or they cant get parts. Theyve even offered me rides to and from home when they have time available. Never gotten better car service anywhere else.

I highly recommend going to Midas. Yogi and his team are incredibly fast. They can take care of any problem and make you feel at ease.

Very helpful, kind and trust worthy and Im honestly not just saying that lol they let us know another shop had ripped us off 300 bucks and they looked at it for FREE to diagnose it. And theyre not gonna overcharge you either if youre not very knowledgeable in cars- theyre just gonna tell you what you need and not add on just to get more money out of you.

Awesome visit!! Taking my daughter to pick up her car and I got a surprise wire debris wrapped around the tire. They took my car in and hoisted it up and took the wire off. There was no way it was coming out otherwise. Thank you Midas guys!!

I came to this location due to the reviews on Google. I was happy with the service.They were honest and fair with the prices. They gave me a few suggestions of things I could do and how much they would cost, but absolutely no pressure to do anything when I said no thanks.The person at the cash desk was incredibly friendly and chatted with me for a bit.

Went in expecting a costly brake service job but after their Technicians looked everything over, they advised I had plenty of pad left and nothing to be concerned about. Best experience I have ever had at a maintenance shop. Super clean, super fast service, super friendly, and HONEST. Plan to be a lifetime customer.

I came to have my oil changed but decided to also have my brakes and rotors replaced per their inspection. The service was very good but the only thing I missed was the pricing and didn’t realize I was only getting one set of brake pads replaced for the price. The price wasn’t told to me but I also should have asked.

I brought my 2007 Chevy Equinox in knowing I had a lot of work to be done and Manager-Brian and Font Desk Clerk-Yogi were very Professional and had GREAT Customer service skills. Brian was very informative and physically showed me everything that was wrong with my car instead of just trying to sell me on replacements. Yogi was very polite and even drove me to work and picked me up because I did not have a ride. I highly recommend these guys they are the real deal :)

Came in for a tune up and they got me right in. Other shops had quoted me 3-4hours and $50-100 more than Midas, who did the job in 1 hour. My car is running great and I couldnt have had a better experience.

Changed the gasket on my performance headers when other shops either wouldn’t or charged twice as much.

Amazing service!!!! Changed my tire for free and threw my spare on. And gave a free diagnostic exam. Highly recommend

Excellent service!!!!This was my first time visiting Midas and I must say ‘I’m Impressed’.I went in for a regular oil change service and they took me in right on time. My vehicle uses 5.5 quarts of oil and they didn’t charge me the extra 0.5 quart. I got a free multipoint vehicle inspection too.Everything was done within 40 mins and I was all set to go.The pricing is really low as compared to others.The manager Yogi is real friendly and explains everything in detail.Will be visiting again for all future servicing and maintenance.Thank you.
