We love this place! The owner is so personable and I am always reassured with any work they do on our vehicles. They are busy for a reason yet the turnaround is surprisingly fast. Great deal last min I had to get alignment for a trip took it in at 8am left it said 4 hrs let the know I had to have it back by 1130am noon it was done at 10am no one called me to let me know I called at noon they said they were to busy to call was not happy at all about that I was there for my appt at 820 day before and no one said it would take 4 hrs so they said come back at 8am next day I did with a ride home

This was my first time coming to Mr. Muffler. I originally had to get an alignment but then I noticed a leak and was able to call after I dropped my car off to get it taken care of. They got it all done in one day. The service is quick, which I appreciate very much.Also, they are VERY attentive. The owner/manager explained to me in detail everything he did and he showed me the bad parts he took off. He was very accommodating with my requests. He even told me about a future service I will need but did not push me to do it. He seems like a very trustworthy man and I will absolutely be coming back!I recommend this place to anyone who needs a mechanic that they can trust and that gets the job done.

Abe took care of my rear breaks the same day they went out, i would recommend this place to anyone with car problems.

Horrible experience. I called a gentleman about a wheel alignment on Sunday and he told me to bring it in on Monday and drop it off since they were so busy. I did just that, I drove all the way there for me to get there and them to tell me “We can’t do wheel alignments today or tomorrow” waste of a drive, money and my time. He didn’t even try to communicate with me about another time or date that I could possibly bring it back. Completely unprofessional.

Went in for a mid muffler delete on my ram 1500, it was very fast and the outcome was amazing. I was upset when Abe told me the rear bumper guard got damaged in the process, however, he got the new part ordered and put on in no time and did not charge me for the muffler delete so I cannot complain! Highly recommended place for your car needs.

NEW REVIEW: these guys are still great but some stuff happened that should be said. When I first bought my car I had mr. muffler see the operation of my radiator fan since it would only operate at the fastest speed he said it was normal and no concern. 5 months later my ac compressor went bad and the another mechanic diagnosed the problem and said my radiator fan resistors were bad and made the radiator fans operated at the fasted level and not its usual slow, medium, high speeds, also said its what caused the ac compressor to go bad. Another issue is my turbo stopped giving boost and Mr.muffler said it was the turbo and said it would cost around $1,400 to $1,600 for a aftermarket or $2,000 for a oem one. I took the car to the same shop that fixed my radiator fans and they replaced the bypass boost soloniod and the turbo started to give boost again.OLD REVIEW:These guys become my go to mechanics. Their honest, respectful, and hardworking and their skills are endless. If your car parts can be fixed instead of replacing it they will tell you and always give you advice on different ways to approach the problem even show you it. Highly recommend these guys.

I brought my car in for my brakes to be changed, I was told it would take a couple hours not even 2 hours later I get a phone call and they let me know that he didn’t want to change my brakes because they were fine, and didn’t even charge me, I was very pleased and glad to know that they aren’t just out here trying to make a quick dime off of me. I highly recommend them for all your needs, and the owner Abe is a very genuine guy.

Went there yesterday for an oil change. The gentleman noticed I needed new windshield wipers. I told him I had them I just hadnt put them on yet. He went ahead and installed them for me, even though I didnt purchase them from him. I know it isnt hard to do, but it wasnt something he had to do or was expected to do. I truly appreciate it.

Had resonator and muffler replaced. Muffler rattling loudly at idle. Went back to have it looked at. Was told I needed a new catalytic converter and the price would start at 500$ Not my converter. Its the muffler they installed. Had it checked using a stethoscope. Refused to replace muffler.

Absolutely impressed. I am from Roseville Michigan I was on my way to work in Westland and my brakes went out five minutes to my Destiination. I was able to drop my van off Friday and pick it up Saturday. They did great work and are fast and charge reasonably and don’t try to get more money out of you by looking at other things than what was discussed originally. It’s too bad I live in Roseville because if I have any more future problems I don’t know if I’ll be able to find a mechanic is true and honest as the guys at Mr. muffler and brakes. I can’t say enough about the service I Received from Sam and his crew. I had taken my vehicle to a shop three blocks away from Mr. muffler and brake. I got a price from a shop down the street that I thought was very high. I took the car in and they gave me a price that was more than half off the price I received at the other shop my car was done when promised and the quality was excellent! I will be back and recommend them to all my friends.

They weren’t as welcoming as they probably should have been to a new customer. For example They didn’t ask of my name nor did they introduced themselves. But on the other hand, I went in thinking I had a huge problem with my muffler. Turns out it was just something missing a small screw, They took care of it within five minutes and he didn’t charge me anything. I thought that was very decent of them.

This is Not an Honest Business!!! I was the first Customer to drop my vehicle off to be serviced upon opening. After several hours of not hearing from anyone I called and spoke to the young male that advised that he was the Manager. I asked him how long would it be before my vehicle was finished. He told me that they were working on my car and it would be done in about an hour or so. My mother lives up the street from the shop, so we happened to be out and drove past the shop. My car was sitting exactly where I left it parked in their parking lot. My car was never serviced, the guy claiming to be the Manager completely lied. I went in and asked for my keys back, he couldnt say anything but apologize and ask me if I could come back in the morning! SMH Get Real! Absolutely NOT! I wouldnt dare trust a blatant liar to work on my vehicle. There is no telling how many lies theyve told to paying Customers or unnecessary maintenance theyve scammed people out of. Find an honest Mechanic, you wont find one here!

As I attempted to walk away several times I was called back. A service tech approached me to help but was sent away by the guy at the desk. I am at a loss to why the business operates this way.
