Honestly so disappointed. They are not professional and are rude. Worst customer service. Let me save you the trouble and please don’t buy an auto from them. They all come with major problems and the cars are already overpriced. My family and I bought a car and it stoped in the middle of the intersection and also had to fix the ac, a mirror came broken, get a new battery system. So many more problems. I would not recommend. Please go somewhere else. We have put more than 1,000 dollars into the car and still need to fix it. We would sell it but we can not afford to.

They pressure you to buy and if you don’t they get mad. Horrific customer service I had to threaten to call the police to get my money back.

Great place to buy reliable cars for a fair price, they have a huge inventory and nothing came from the auction, I did buy a nice Honda civic and the the willingness of the latin guy who helped me was great ! I wish other sales guys were like him, hard to find people with good attitude in these days. No hidden fees, just a small fee including plates and registration. Definitely a place to go get a car !

Purchased a car about 3 weeks ago and it broke down less than a month after owning it. They sold me a vehicle with the wrong computer inside and mismatched VIN and the car completely shut down because of it and cant be fixed by a mechanic. They refuse to be of any help. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

I messaged this company on Facebook about a car I was interested in and then the guy messaged back and said it was not available so I politely said to you should remove the ad if it’s sold and he then became rude and disrespectful and then blocked me! All from an inquiry about a car I was interested in buying I do NOT recommend this company at all super rude salesman stay away from this company

Treated good not a lot of high pressure was experienced like at other dealerships. They gave us our space to look and decide. Willing to let us test drive any vehicle we were interested in.Only negative we were charged for inspection/emissions. I went to Vectra Auto Sales, to look for a Japanese car, and fortunately I realized that they have a large inventory of cars and good price options. In less than an hour I bought a 2007 Nissan Maxima, with 120,000 miles and a clean title.Im happy with my purchase, the car looks like new.Thank you very much for helping me.

I was looking to buy a car doing finance, according with the down payment i had, and being honest i need to say that this guys have a different way to do in house finance, low interest and most of the payment go to the principal, since the first month until the last month of the finance process, unlike another dealers that make people pay the fist 2 years only interest, so at the end i will pay a few more money on top of the price for my car. Great customer service from the latin or spanish guy, he made the impossible...possible to me, he was hot too lol ! Again thank you much guys ! and of course i will recommend this place !

Terrible customer service. My daughter was ready to buy her first car so my wife took her here, as my daughter looked online found the one she wanted and already got a loan to purchase a car. However when they showed up the guy was pushy and rude. He gave them the feeling he didn’t want to deal with them unless they were buying today.. little did he know, they were, but because of him, they left.

I have never experienced such a bad attention, shame on this Dealership! We were treated really bad just because we spoke Spanish, we actually speak way better English than the guy who spoke at us, he treated us really bad and when we inquired about his behavior he told us to go buy to another place while saying that he has sold 7 cars in a few days! The overall experience was insane! Worst seller I have ever seen.

Do not buy from these guys! I put a deposit down from an ad I saw on Facebook and found out the truck was not a diesel truck. They said it was a 5.9 which could be gasoline or diesel. They did not distinguish either way. When I realized it wasn’t diesel they would not refund my deposit back to me. They claimed they had 10 people also wanting the truck. I asked them why just not sell it to the next guy in line?? They are dishonest and crooks. I even showed up to the dealership to talk to the guy and he took off. He wouldn’t call me and just hid behind his messages.

Terrible terrible place!! Do not purchase from them. We paid cash for a used vehicle. Drove it less than four days and I was stranded on the side of the road jumping out of my car with my child because smoke was coming out of the engine. Contacted this dealership and they said sorry. Nothing could be done. I feel like we did all the due diligence we could to check it before purchase. There had to have been a deeper a problem. They ignored phone calls. Terrible customer service.

I was looking for an affordable and reliable. My old car was on it last legs. I was able to trade in my old car and get a much better car. I am very happy with my new car. The sales man was very nice and helpful

The guy I met with was really nice. I found the vehicle at their lot on ksl and and they left out some info that was pretty crucial. I drove pretty far to find out something that turned me away from the vehicle.

Honestly I would rather chew off my own arm before even considering going to this place. They are very unprofessional, play with loop holes, and don’t care much about customer satisfaction or written agreements. Pretty much gave me a busted car and left me without transportation for more than a month while they “fixed the issue.” At the end I never even saw the car purchased.100000/10 would recommend considering other dealerships.

I went and bought a 2015 Jetta with a check engine light they said they would have fixed for me. They ran diagnostics on it and told me the only thing wrong was the E Vap system and they had it fixed but did not fix the check engine light and the e vap system was not the only problem

Went looking for a specific car but ended up getting another model, that looked nicer. The price was fair, but what made the difference was the quick and easy way to close the deal.

So I went to look at a couple cars that they have and they wont even let me test drive the cars unless Im willing to buy the car. Dont come here unless you want to buy a car without knowing if it drives good or not. Dont know how they have ever sold a car. I wouldnt even put 1 star...

STOP! They responded quickly initially and as soon as I started asking for a car proof, about the minor fender bender and maintenance records I never heard back. Never EVER waste your time and money getting a car from this “dealer”. Their cars have a thousand problems they would NEVER declare, they say they will fix some of the problems they never declared the car had and they NEVER did it. They play with your time and money as if it was nothing. Trust me. JUST DONT GET ANY CAR HERE.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would!! They posted the vehicle on facebook pretending they were a private seller, giving me their address, which when I got there I realized was a used car dealership of course. I ended up buying a car there, only to have it start having issues TWO DAYS after I bought it. Their response was pretty much too bad, so sad, all sales are final. I told them how my dad is a lawyer, at which point they then told me theres no lemon law in utah for used cars, so there was nothing I could legally do about it. My friend had mentioned to me that there was a one week return policy for used cars from dealerships in Utah (note: turns out thats not true, but they didnt know that), at which point they said theyd take my car and fix it for free. They lent me a car from their lot, and I went on my way. A week later they returned the car, wouldnt let me talk to the supposed mechanic, and the car started having troubles again within ten minutes of driving it. They clearly had done nothing to it, apart from keeping it for a week so that I couldnt return it. After that they stopped taking my phone calls. I took it to a trustworthy mechanic shop, and was told that with all the problems the car has, the cost of repairing it wouldnt be worth it and that I just need a new car. Its been three month since I bought the car now, and it has completely broken down. I now have no car, and I need a working car for work, as Im a nanny who has to pick up the little one from daycare and drive her to various activities every day. I dont even know what to do at this point, as I used all of the money I had saved up on this stupid broken down car! NEVER EVER EVER USE VECTRA!! Im in contact with Get Gephardt, if anyone who sees this has had a similar experience, please contact me.

The sales person that I dealt with at this place was very pushy and he did not speak English very well. The cars that they had were overpriced and not in good condition.

Just thought of purchasing a vehicle from this dealer and asked if I could have my mechanic check it out before purchasing the vehicle. I have done this before I buy almost any used vehicle, he told me no I could not do that and was super sketchy about that. Don’t buy from a place that won’t let you do you research, looks like this place has many other bad experiences.
