Worked with Nathan Wiseman at the service desk. He is fairly new to the company and is doing a stellar job at getting acquainted with servicing his customers. He was professional and returned calls in a timely manner that kept me informed and updated of my vehicles situation. I happy with the service he has provided and given the Warner van Co. Brand a awesome experience. I would totally recommend working with Nathan Wiseman again to friends and family.
Cody Stanbrough was the desk attendant and he was awesome. He worked us in for an oil change at the last minute. The technician was super fast and did a great job! Thanks Warner vans for an awesome experience.
My husband and I were on an extended trip when our routine maintenance B came due. We were close to SLC and called up Warner Van Center on a Thursday to see if they could fit us in the following week. Not only did they get us on their calendar on the day of our convenience, short notice, they were all consummate professionals. Our service was done in a day, they found a few other minor problems and fixed them with parts in stock, covered by warranty and we were on our way. We worked with Cory and Nathan in service and looked at a few potential future vans with KJ. Everyone was friendly, attentive and took their time to help us. We live in CO and will travel back to Warner for all future scheduled maintenance due to the quality of care we received at Warner.
Cody and his partner at the Service desk helped us get service on our Sprinter Motorhome as we traveled thru Salt Lake City. Wed been trying for weeks to get service in San Antonio, Albuquerque, Del Rio and no one could fit us in. Thank you Warner Vans for fitting us in and for the overnight accommodations! We greatly appreciate you. We would highly recommend Warner Vans for your service needs for your Sprinter.
Unexpectedly, while driving cross country in our sprinter RV combo our check engine light came on. Scrambling we called a half of a dozen service centers between here and Portland OR all of which were completely backed up. On the phone Nathan showed us some empathy and was patient in explaining what it could be and what service they could provide. While making no promises he said he would do his best to work it into the schedule as best he could. He kept us updated on the repair and even did our service B work. He explained the charges, what was under warranty and even made a call to our secondary insurance so that some of our addtl costs like hotel stay and car rental would be covered. Its evident to us that Warner Vans of Utah believes and aspires to excellent customer service. We couldnt be more satisfied with Nathan as well as the Technicians who helped us. In the end it was a faulty sensor.
We came a long way to find this level of service. After calling numerous shops, sometimes going there, none would even want to diagnose our issue. Our back door actuator was broken, back door closed, impossible to replace without sawing the damn thing, on a 2008 dodge sprinter. Then we met Joe, who instantly assessed the problem, gave us a time slot, the same day for a tech to look deeper into the problem, got a diagnostics in matter of hours. The same day parts were ordered and an appointment scheduled to actually fix the problem. We showed up after the parts were received, unfortunately the tech responsible of our case was off - it happens - even if we would have liked to be warned in advance, it happens. So we came back the next day, and the van was taken care of immediately. 2 hours later the problem was gone.Price is fair and without any surprise. The waiting room is impeccable, fastest WiFi I have ever seen. What else would you need exactly?
Be cautious about this dealership. We have Sprinter vans that travel all over the USA and we dont experience this poor quality of service elsewhere. We asked for a PM with a filter - which is an oil change with an oil filter and a fuel filter. They did a complete Service B ... which we also do elsewhere, but they still charged more and did work we did not authorize. We can top off fluids. We can change our own cabin filter. We can change our own wiper blades. Other places to not include this in a Service B if you ask them not to ..., but we did not ask for a Service B anyway. We did not know about this work until after it was done and then theyre asking for payment - and still about $150 more than elsewhere. Plus, we told them a few times how to make out the invoice - to our business name. They made it out to our personal name, and spelled the name wrong. We dont intend to use them again. We do not recommend them.
I wish there were words to express how strongly I recommend staying away from this business, David Elggren, Pat and Kelly Stuhs, Russ Castleberry and the affiliated businesses, Vanbuilders LLC and Utah Tank.I purchased a 4x4 sprinter brand new in 2016 from Utah Tank and had them preform some upfitting before picking it up. After driving home (to CO at the time), I discovered that the window flare panels that had been installed were miss painted and leaking large amounts of water into the van.6 years later, I have gone through a never ending nightmare, getting tossed from one representative to the next, all giving me excuses about how and why they cant solve my problem.David and his crew have been attempting to help me with the issues since 2020, and after sending me around for quotes locally in WA, they eventually decided that they would only help if I brought the van to UT, which I did a year ago. Over the course of a week, they removed the flares, fixed some paint, put them back on crooked, with a gap between the flare and the body, and dented the flares while they were at it.Upon calling David over to see the work his shop had just performed, he was defensive at first, and later appalled to see the hack job that had been done.I wish I could say that my saga is over and that almost six years later, I finally have the vehicle that I payed full MSRP for, but alas, the best I can do is warn you to stay away and find a reputable shop to do business with elsewhere.
We rented the Atlas for a week and it was absolutely perfect. We had no problems with the van, and it had so much space for both storage and bedding. We went over our allotted miles, and were correctly charged for it, such a relief there were no extra costs or charges. Ivy and KJ were so amazing, I cannot recommend them enough!
I called the service department on Monday, left a vm in the service mailbox, no returned call. Called again and left a vm for Joe in Service, no returned call.I called again Monday afternoon and spoke to a nice woman who said she would get someone to call me back. No one did. I filled out a service request online on Thursday, got a call back within an hour or two from Lee Ann. Said she would get back to me on a price for the 30k mile service. Never heard back. Hope you have better luck with them than I did.
After the first trip in our Sprinter Camper Van, the check engine light came on so we called around to find a place to take it. Debbie at Warner Vans told us no appoinment was necessary. We arranged to bring it. Leanne greeted us, was very friendly and professional, and got all the information set up. Later in the process, Matt was very knowledgable and helped us understand the maintenance requirements and other technical issues related to our van. THANK YOU, Cameron and team of Technicians! Finally, Joe totally exceeded our expectations in wrapping up the process and paperwork, explaining the work and helping us feel completely satisfied and confident as new customers of Warner Vans. It is so great to know we have a local resource like this company to rely on for years to come as our family enjoys our great Sprinter Camper Van! Very Grateful!
We found ourselves stranded and called Warner Vans. Kelly Jo went above and beyond to get us here so we could park the RV here as they would be closed by time we arrived. She even drove us to nearby hotel to spend night! Gary was right on the job in the morning. Everyone here was sooo helpful and awesome.
Rented a 12 passenger sprinter van from Mark for a weekend trip into Idaho to play a couple of concerts. Great service, prices and product. Highly recommended if you need a rental van in the area.
Dropped my van off June 24. Two days after my appointment they finally lookrd at it. Bad fuel pump and sending unit, all ball joints and a few other things tbey never got to. Had to call them for any updates, there customer service is severely lacking!!! Long story short finally got my van back today. Was told by the service manager, Lance that it runs and drives. Over 4000 dollars later, I have no acceleration power. Was half expecting this due to the incompetence that Ive had to deal with for over a month for repairs that should have only taken a week at best. Especially since I had an appointment. Drove straight to another shop to find out what this place had done to my van. Updates to come. Beware taking your vehicle to this dealer!!!!
Would not do business with this company. Called there rental center and delt with Mark. Reserved a van 1days pryer to departure. Plans changed the evening before. Called the morning of departure and cancelled the reservation. Was told there is a cancellation fee of the deposit. Told me that I could of cancelled three days pryer to departure date, (it is on the web site he said). I never went to the website (called them directly) and was not told over the phone that there was a cancellation fee. Since I reserved the van 1 day before departure and was not told. I feel that the 15 minutes of work was not worth the $200.00 lost. If I would of checked the web site I would of not delt with Warner Vans. Beware of this company.

Best service I have ever experienced. The team at Warner saved me from what could have been a disastrous road trip. When my Sprinter Van lost the power steering coming out of the mountains near Park City on Friday afternoon, they were able to get me in and back out on the road by Saturday morning. Thank you Joe Sharp!
Took in our work truck and they didnt solve the problem. They charged us alot for very poor repairs I wouldnt take my vehicle there for repairs even for a last resort. Stay away if at all possible.
The best of the best. Brought our sprinter here for some maintenance. Amazing customer service. Super fast, filled up on DEF and washer fluid without charging. Definitely coming here for our next service, even if it means driving across the country.
Excellent experience! Ivy had it clean and ready, in fact, she had it ready before they opened so that I could get on the road early! I have used Warner Van Rentals multiple times and will do so again. Ivy is A+!
I have been taking my van to the dealer for a few years now and they’ve done okay, but they never really go out of their way for me. We had a major repair and needed to try somewhere new. We called around and liked what we heard about these guys. They did not disappoint. They were faster than they projected on everything (by days on the repair). They dug into the issues and communicated with us all along the way. Whenever we need anything for our Sprinter we will be thinking of these guys first. Top notch.
Ray Williams was absolutely wonderful to work with. If you need a van, hell make it happen.
Update:Yall need to give Debbie a huge raise. I called furious and was planning to pick up my van because I hadnt heard anything from anybody about my van. Debbie answered the phone and actually took accountability for the lack of communication. She got me in touch with Brennan, the service manager and together we worked through my issues and got my van fixed. Then Matt and Leann reached out to leave their personal numbers to help.Long story short... Im updating Warner Vans to 4 stars instead of the one star I originally gave them.Great job Debbie.Original Review:Warner vans was recommended to me when I first got my used van. So far, the experience has not been good.I took my van in on Friday morning, early. Then called Monday. The lady I talked to (Leann), said she didnt know what was going on with my van but shed do some research and call me back. Never heard from her again.Called again on Tuesday. Talked to Leann again. Again, was told shed do research and call me back. Again, nothing. So I called back on Wednesday. Talked to someone else this time, Jason or Mike. He said there were no good notes on my van but that its probably the turbo and it would probably cost $5,000 and hed do more research and call me right back.I havent heard anything else.I know that Warner Vans is very busy. I know they do a trillion dollars in service a year. But I dont know where they find people willing to be ignored while having their van fixed. This is not good hospitality.I will be finding a new home for Sprinter service after this experience.
Warner Vans took excellent care of me when my Sprinter Van’s starter went bad. I had to have my van towed to Warner Vans from Alpine, WY. I arrived with the van at noon, on a Friday. They diagnosed and replaced my starter and had me back on the road by 3pm. Gary is an excellent mechanic and made easy work of replacing my starter outside in the 100 degree temperatures. Chaz, the Service Manager and Matt to great care of me as well. I don’t typically write reviews but they saved my weekend. And while I’m at it, I bought my 2017 170 4x4 from them new and worked with Pat Struhs, who helped my build a custom order and took great care of me every step of the way. Warner Vans cares about their customers! Will definitely do more business with them in the future!
We love our van. Drove from New Mexico to get it and it was worth it. They do some great builds. They were great to work with and went out of their way for us. Ray Williams was very kind and was incredibly knowledgeable when it came to the vehicles they sale. They even helped us with selling our suburban. Would highly recommend them and their Staff.
Poor communication and it’s excuse after excuse about why my sprinter takes days abd weeks to get fixed. This is now the 4th time in the shop and each time same experience
Their rentals are great! If you are looking for a campervan rental in the area, they had everything from vans that slept 2, to vans that slept 6.
Talk about a home run! This place is absolutely on it when it comes to rentals. They have it all! Not a bad thing can be said about this place
For the last two years I have rented several sprinter vans from Mark at Warner Vans. Every experience has been great, organized van check out, detailed instructions for operating all the bells and whistles on the van and great customer support throughout the rental. The rental vans here are also very nice. I mostly rent the 12 passenger type with 4 wheel drive. Vans are in great shape and look great both outside and in. I highly recommend renting your next Sprinter van from Warner.
Chaz & his team were so incredibly helpful to us when we stopped in for an issue with our Winnebago Revel Van. Even though we didnt have an appointment, they took the time to diagnose our issue and made recommendations to get us going again. Due to our timetable, we couldnt wait for the potential required parts, but we certainly wish they were our local dealer. They even gave our van a quick look-over and blessings to run it safely for the rest of trip. Very fine and generous team!! Denise & John V
Brought new Revel in for squeaky steering. Matt quickly identified some other recall/warranty work that also needed to be done. I also described a problem many other Sprinter owners reported, and he immediately agreed it should be addressed under warranty. Matt is great, and Im delighted to have such a great place so close by for any future service. I will refer anyone who needs MB sprinter service to Warner Vans.
My husband and myself just moved to Park City, Utah. We were looking to purchase a car, and trade in our sprinter van. We had been treated very rudely by a car dealer in Salt Lake City. We decided to visit Warner Vans, were treated with respect, more than satisfied with the trade-in of our sprinter van.It says a lot about the owners, when the service is so excellent from the first phone call, till you walk out the door.I will definitely refer family and friends to Warner Vans of Utah.
I had these guys check over my 04 sprinter for a check engine light (for glow plugs, but I already knew that. I just didn’t want to have one seize on me). They had initially quoted me 2 hours to replace all 5 plugs. I decided that was fair with the price given (labor rate high, but it’s better than me spending 5 hours on it myself). Brought it in to get “diagnosed” and have them check over a couple of other things like brakes and a door handle that needed to be replaced. The invoice ended up being close to $4k... so I started taking a look at it. Glow plugs magically turned to a 4 hour job and over $1k to replace. Nope... I’ll do that myself. Brakes, $1500+, those are easy. Door handle was somehow another $1k. Nope, I’ll do it myself. The part is a whopping $20 oem from Mercedes. This is all on top of them wanting to do an oil change that had already been completed with oem Mercedes oil just a few months prior (way under the recommended mileage).Since I already paid the diag fee, I asked for specs why they felt my brakes needed to be replaced. This is from the email: “We don’t recommend repairs for no reason your brakes are worn out and need to be replaced front pads are down to nothing and rears are 2 mm”Well, I tore into it. All front pads are between 8-8.5mm. I’ll post pics if I can figure that out. Rear pads are about 3mm but that’s the reason the brake light is on (asked them to check). I also know that the harmonic balancer is going out (a common rattle on these). They didn’t mention it which takes as much as turning the van on to know that needs to be replaced. It’s apparent they didn’t actually look over my van and just charged me $130+ for fun. I’m now trying to get that refunded (shown proof that service was not provided) and everyone has gone dark.Really nice facility though! They sell a great product. Horrible execution and customer service. They bank on taking advantage of consumers.Buyer beware...
Out of state traveler. Came in for a service B for my 2007 sprinter. Couldnt be more satisfied with their work and customer service. Prices were reasonable as well.
I was led to Warner through person on Instagram who recommended various avenues for finding a Sprinter van. From Texas I drove 22 hours and I was not disappointed when I arrived and began working in earnest with Pat Struhs, who I had been in conversation with previously. Pats knowledge of the Sprinter is vast, and he is gracious in taking the time to answer the many questions I had. He is pleasant, professional and unflappable; as my wants and needs shifted he remained nimble and worked hard to accommodate my requests. In addition to Pat, I was also helped and welcomed by Russ and Mark across the hall from Russ, and Tony, who was relentless in finding a buyer for my trade. Highly recommended.
Great place, friendly service. Exactly what you want. We first rented a van for a month and fell in love with the sprinters that we ended up buying one. Great and seamless service from one end of the business to the next. Highly recommend them for every aspect of your sprinter needs. I’m sure glad I wound up at warner vans!
Brought my REVEL (Sprinter) here twice. They are awesome. The guys in parts have helped me to no end with some obscure requests, and Matt in service has been fantastic. They either do it right or do whatever it takes to make it right. Highly recommend.
My wife and family have had 100% satisfaction with these guys. Fantastic sprinter van support and expertise. They have taken the time to explain the nuances of our van and introduce us to the sprinter world.I have worked with shops that mess with you and your wallet. As far as I can see these guys give a true honest effort. If you don’t want to spend money for Mercedes parts and Mercedes service technicians, don’t buy a Sprinter!
Starts remaining countdown came up during our road trip, MB dealership in SLC doesnt service Sprinters and to make the situation worse, it was a Friday night! They were able to look at the van and fix the DEF injector that Saturday morning! Thank you for helping us out while we were semi-stranded in SLC and for letting us bring our dog inside to escape from the summer heat.
This is the worst service shop I have ever dealt with. They are not friendly or understanding at all. Unless you want to spend a bunch of money they are not willing to help you. After reaching out to others, they also had similar experiences. I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. Because of this shop I will never buy this brand again.
Matt from the service department was a really great guy. We took our 2003 Sprinter Van in for an oil change and unknown to us and him our van had a couple of jerry rigged parts and the van needed more than just an oil change. Matt was open and honest about our situation and took many steps to ensure that everything was back to normal on the van. The company offered shuttles for us since we lost the van for a few days and kept us up to date all along the process. They made a potentially very stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant experience. Thanks Matt!
Always personal and great service :)
I had such a great experience working with Marti in the process of finding a new Sprinter, at a moment when they are exceedingly difficult to find. I cant recommend them more highly!
I’ve been dealing with Warner for several years. Top notch customer service. Chaz and Matt are great. I think the area they are weak is factory Espar heaters. They were unable to fix mine but the factory Espar heater is a POS due to the way MB has set it up without altitude compensation. I’ll end up bypassing the MB controls and hard wiring it in with altitude compensation... someday.
Stopped by to have an annoying squeak checked on my Sprinter Van. Mgr had a tech come out, diagnose, lubricate. No charge, generous tip! Happy customer.
They were fast and friendly. They did an excellent job!
It a fairly new dealership. Easy to get to. I only used the parts department and the gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. Found the part I needed in a timely manner. The downside is they set their own prices on parts. On average the parts are twice as high as other dealerships that Ive been to. And about three time higher than parts stores. Unless you absolutely cant find the part you need elsewhere or online I would call and check the price and make sure they have it in stock first.
Mark (from rental department) helped us and we ended up renting one of the sprinter vans for the road trip we took to visit 5 national parks in Utah. It worked out perfect, Mark was very easy to work with, and accommodate us the best way he could. I will be visiting SLC again in 2 months and already plan on renting from Mark at Sprinter of Utah again.
Called about service. Debbie answered, transferred service call to Matt. Matt quoted $130 per hour diagnosis fee. Will receive call back within 4 hours with info after first hour diagnosis. Bring in and leave it today to be looked at next week. Sounds like the cost to drop off is $130 then additional diagnosis hours, parts & labor when they can fit it in.
We rented a 15 passenger van per a clients requestand they ended up not liking it. Matt was able to get me switched into another better fit for my clients in a matter of 30 minutes and I could not be happier with the end result. Matt is incredible at what he does and Warner Vans has always been there in a pinch.
Efficient friendly service from professionals. Matt, the service manager, and the folks turning the wrenches were excellent and easy to work with. This crew is trustworthy and fair. Thanks for the great work. Our 2005 2500 has never run better!!
Marc in van rental was extremely helpful for a week long passenger van rental. After having many obstacles to getting us the van we wanted to rental and to meet our timeframe, Marc never stopped communicating and looking for solutions. We ended up with the perfect van for our need.
My first time at Sprinter of Utah, I was blown away by this shop! the service department is the nicest I have ever seen, they have a top notch shop and obviously an excellent service team! if you are a fellow sprinter owner, I highly recommend paying them a visit.
Terrible experience. PROCEED WITH CAUTION. These people have no idea what they are doing. Your personal information is not safe. They are very old school and their computer systems are apparently very vulnerable and they have no clue how to sell a van and get it financed.
What started as a rough beginning to a trip (van troubles) ended in a nice unplanned visit to Salt Lake City. When all was said and done I feel like the service guys (Matt, Chaz...) found the root of our van issues and corrected them as soon as could be expected. Along the way, they did several things that I thought was “extra.” Those “extras” eased our pain a bunch! We also had the pleasure of getting a rental van from Warner (Debby). She was so nice and at every opportunity she went above and beyond. We were just passing through Salt Lake City but would not hesitate to stop again.
Wonderful - I called about a small issue with my sprinter, they were able to work me quickly and get the job done at a great price. Customer service was great, even arranged so I could grab it after hours. Would recommend.
We were traveling cross country and developed a problem with one of our sensors. Called on the way into Salt Lake City and even though it was late when we got here they got us back on the road the same day and at a very reasonable price. Great, great service! Wish we lived closer to SLC because this is where Id come for service.
These guys are great. Had a little snafu with the bill, but Matt was very willing to take care of the matter in a fair and honest way.
Terrible service and communication. Spent $300+ to have them fix leaking rear windows. Didnt work - finally bought a couple tubes of silicone and did it myself. No discount or refund offered. Unresponsive on estimate for outfitting interior - multiple texts, calls... finally gave up.Good parts department.
They do great work and are very pleasant to work with I highly recommend them
After buying a new sprinter here - Ill never spend another dollar at this place. Customer service was awesome while was interested in buying. After I purchased they wouldnt give me the time of day. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
I have to say the new facility is off the hook. Chaz got me in and had all the work I needed done the next morning. Probably the best service I’ve received at any dealership I have taken my Sprinter van to. I will definitely be making the drive out to them to have all my work done on my van. I bought my van from Kelly and that was a painless deal. He was easy to deal with and gave aid a great deal. Salsa Leedos restaurant will definitely be buying all of our Sprinter vans from them in the future.
Very helpful service department. Great new van rental service! We also have relied on them heavily for parts.
We thought our campervan dreams were going to come true when we found out that Sprinter Utah/Warner Freightliner in West Valley outfits Sprinter vans. So we purchased a Sprinter 170 from Warner Freightliner and purchased our camping outfit package, and started dreaming of our adventures.Buying the van was easy, then we were transferred over to the service department, communication was difficult with our service representative, but we stayed patient. Our van was scheduled to go in for outfitting April 3 with an estimated completion by the end of April. Then to our excitement we were told by our service representative the work would take one week, to be done on April 8, 2016. Unfortunately due to living in Wyoming, we informed them we would not be able to pick it up until April 15. On April 11 we called to check in and see how things were going, our service representative said our van would be done by April 15 (shouldn’t it be done?...oh well we thought). Because communication and direct response from our service representative was still difficult we called again on April 13, just to make extra sure that the van was going to be done April 15--our service representative responded the van was going to be done April 15. What a nuisance we thought we were being, but the drive was long for us and involved many parts and consideration. So we rented a car, took work off for April 14 and April 15, and started our drive to pick up our dream van. Then things went downhill, at 4:30 pm on April 14, we received a call from our service representative...the van is not done and not going to be done on April 15, I will call when it is done. ??????????? We waited for the call all day April 15 that never came. Then we called in the AM on April 16. our service representative asked to meet us at Warner Freightliner at 2 PM. We show up but our service representative did not, fortunately someone took us back to our van and the mechanic that was working on it, to our shocking and then angering surprise found our van in pieces, appearing as if it had been started the day before. The mechanic asked that we return at 6 PM, so we did -again- and the van was still not done. Panic started to set in on the account that we had to return to Wyoming on Sunday and had no vehicle. We received a late night text message from our service representative on Saturday night (~11 PM) that told us the van will be done at 10 AM SUNDAY APRIL 17.At 10 AM Sunday we made our 3rd trip to Sprinter Utah/Warner Freightliner. Sadly becoming more disappointed, we were told the van was done but it looked like as if it was thrown together. Upon initial review of the work we discovered a majority was not completed to the quality we expected for the amount we paid. The fan we purchased was installed but does not work, the panels are not secured completely and have loose edges, the entire inside was covered in a layer debris, and while the lights work who knows if the electrical wiring was done correctly or safely, metal edging throughout the vehicle is cut short and has sharp edges on the floor where people would be walking. After expressing our disappointment to our service representative and asking for a discount; he laughed in our faces, and said no. We eventually negotiated a $200 reduction, not even close to what the weekend cost us with traveling expenses, lost wages, and cancellation of another outfitting detail appointment that was scheduled for Saturday, we estimate we lost ~$2000. That is not estimating potential future costs of the rush job we received. We bought our van from Sprinter Utah/Warner Freightliner, we bought a outfitting package from Sprinter Utah/Warner Freightliner, we were ready to pitch their work, and set off on our HONEYMOON in our new van-- until Sprinter Utah/Warner Freightliner ripped us off.
$150 to stick a mirror on top of my fuel tank and tell me they couldnt properly diagnosis it without $350 more? No thanks, a mirror takes 10 minutes, and they knew they couldnt properly diagnose without all that extra work, so why not tell me before the $150? Then found they left my vehicle unlocked in their lot over the weekend. Ive had average experiences with them so far (expensive but got the work done), but I will not be returning after that.
Matt Glauser is arrogant and has no concept of customer service. We brought our van in because when towing an 8 foot single axle trailer the transmission began slipping. Matt dismissed it. I emailed him and let him know I wasn’t happy with the dismissal and that I wanted him to take a better look at it, and he continued to dismiss my concerns. Not only that, but he went on an email tirade telling me they failed to charge me labor on an oil change and that he would make sure that never happened again. This guy is ridiculous, and if this is their leadership, find another place.
I am a employee at this establishment, not from a employee stand point but from a personal stand point this shop is one of the better ones i have had experience with not only locally but in most of the western states region. We have a laid back friendly atmosphere but when it comes down to business we dont throw you some b.s. about your equipment to get you to spend more money, we tell you how it is from the get go on what needs to be done on your equipment and give you a fair estimate and time frame when it can be completed. We have seen and dealt with just about anything you can imagine that pertains to our industry and are willing to tackle almost anything you can throw at us. If you dont believe me come give us a visit and see if you can stump us.
Great people, super clean facility. Matt is very helpful and particularly knowledgeable on T1Ns as an owner himself. Will definitely be coming back!
If you are willing to wait 3 or so days until they will even look at your vehicle go ahead and buy from them. The will NOT make a service appointment. If you dont believe this, go ahead and call them for a service appointment and see what they tell you. 1/2 star.
Always have the trailer parts I need, very helpful parts and service guys!Quick to fab special parts as well!
We bought a brand new sprinter van, had some requests to upgrade it and I had to babysit the whole process, the deal wasnt all that impressive and had we not spent so much time already with this company we wouldve just bought directly from Mercedes because the pricing was the same. Every time I called in I had to remind them what they were doing to the van and then after the deal was done nobody seems to want to help answer questions. I wouldnt recommend buying from Sprinter of Utah. For the premium you pay, you should get the red carpet treatment rather than the nobody is willing to help you Mr. Customer treatment.
Best in the State. Honest and reliable services. I appreciate them.
I had a warranty issue with my sprinter. I was very pleased with the service. Matt was the service rep.
Some of the parts on mine trailer fender were completely gone what they didnt have in stock they fabricated a hundred percent rating
Mark and the rental staff were excellent. Planning for future events using their vans!
Over the last, almost 3 years, Ive used Sprinter of Utah for all my service, accessories and body work. While generally compotent, Ive run into a number of issues.1. They agreed to install rock rails (step bars) on the van. When I picked up the van and looked at the work, I found they had used self tapping screws with no coating, caulking or other way of protecting the 24 of so penetrations points. When I asked about this, they agreed to spray a grease over the screws. And said they would only warranty their work for one year.2. When a fuel line came disconnected on the interstate the vehicle was towed to them and the next day Chaz said whoever i had do the work in the van did not reconnect a clamp. I explained it was them because they were the only people who have serviced the van.3. The body work, which they outsource, has had significant overspray on trim and the paint was not fully baked on one area causing constant and excessive rock chipping. When I addressed the later issue they asked if the body work was billed through them or the body shop they used. I explained it was billed through them then they asked me when the work was done. I asked if they could look that information up. It was as if they wanted me to prove that they had some responsibility vs looking into the matter themselves and taking ownership.4. No matter how many times Ive asked them to leave the tire pressures as is, they put them to factory specs. Simple communications seem to be beyond them.5. When I presented an email for $200 off service I was told I must have the original mailed coupon because of red tape with Mercedes. Instead of figuring out how to help they argued their hands were tied and could not provide the discount. So, at the end of the day, the thousands of dollars, Ive spent on parts and service have been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.Im done with this dealer. They have shown they do not honor or care about their customers.
My wife and I were traveling east to Colorado when the our Sprinter 2500 showed check engine light and DEF problems. Located Sprinter of Utah and they were able to squeeze us in on a busy day. They located the problem, nox sensors, and they were replaced after a few hours and were on our way. Great people, the Service Manager, Chaz, and the General Manager. You could tell that the people who work there were at the top of their game. Absolutely recommended.
Bad experience getting service for my 2011 Sprinter Van; they charged me $55 for parts that were not installed; they charged me $60 for a diagnostic which did not even end up requiring any repairs? Be careful and double check your invoice. The salesperson was rude and told me it would take 3-4 days to process the refund.
SOO PROFESSIONAL Super helpful!!! They didnt have the part but they called and put a hold on it for me at another shop.
Since they moved into a bigger dealership, they got to my van pretty quick. Dont do what I did and just let any shop work on your van, Sprinters are finicky and itll cost you more in the end.
Chaz always takes great care of us when we bring our van in for service and work. This place is awesome.
Excellent service. Not gouged like other Sprinter service centers Ive been to.
I stopped in because my engine light came on in my rv. Travis dropped what he was doing to help me out. Turns out a bird had built a nest in my engine air filter. I was in and out and on my way in a half hour. Kind, courteous and fair.
Great service got me in and out same day on my repair at a fare price thanks Matt
Excellent service friendly staff. Very knowledgeable.
Excellent service team. Comfortable waiting room with fast, free WiFi.
Took our sprinter for a diag and repair, after a week they said it was ready we drove out there to pick it up & found out it had the same issues walked back in and they did not know anything so asked us to leave it because they had done something completely different than what it came in for. anyways 3 weeks at the service and they did not fix the issue.
Great palace! They will take care of your equipment and they will do it right!
We showed up with our Leisure Travel Van RV on a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Chassis with an overdue service alarm beeping every 11 miles for the previous 1,000. Chaz, the manager sent one of his techs out immediately to reset the computer as wed had service done at an RV dealer so the computer had not been reset. We were so impressed with their pride of being the only dealership in the country focused solely on Sprinters (Dodge, Freightliner or MB) that we left our rig with them for a week and had them upgrade the suspension system with new stabilizing bar, struts and shocks. They claim their tech Craig is the most experienced in the country as hes worked on nothing but Sprinters since 2002 when the model was introduced. Go to a MB dealer and you get great snacks, but the Sprinter part of business is clearly second fiddle. Go to Freightliner and you might get service but clearly the Sprinter is a step child to the big guys. At Sprinter of Utah their whole business is Sprinter vans.
GO ANYWHERE ELSE. You will overpay. Nothing is done in a timely manner. DO NOT believe a word that Chaz has to say.If you hang out because, itll be done soon or Ill get you in first, pack a lunch, your entire day is ruined. They wont touch it for 4+ hrs and every time you ask for an update its ALWAYS just about finished for hours and hours and hours. Thats Chaz blowing smoke, he has no idea what the status is and he never told anybody but you about getting taken care of first. Youre stranded with an open ended ticket.Mechanics do okay..wont blow your hair back or anything..more or less parts installers.Ive spent over $3k in repairs here, been here over 5 seperate times and each experience got worse.I will never do business with this place again. If you HAVE to go here:1. Do not speak to anyone named Chaz2. Leave your vehicle if possible/lord knows when youll get it back when they arent being prodded, but you wont be stuck there with anyone named Chaz3. Time from your life will be wasted. Just know that fact.
Took my sprinter in for service. They said it would be ready at 5. Showed up at 5 and my sprinter was locked in there facility with no one answering the phone. Really bad customer service and communication. It’s was far from professional.
Knitted DEF and they were very accommodating.
Excellent costumer care
Cool led lights cool people fast there
Someone hacked my site and gave Utah Tank one star this is not conceivable in my mind they have been there for me on numerous occasions staying late coming in on Saturdays to do what I needed done this is what I consider the most quality Tank repair in The Valley. To few Mechanics for the workload. Jobs sometimes takes longer then I would want But my expectations are usually quite unreasonable
Great service, thanks!
I just showed up one afternoon needing some electrical work, and they did a great job, even though the electrical issue wasa pretty tricky. Got my in and out in four hours.
I run a transportation Service Van has been in for 4 days not happy
Good service
