This place is awesome! I was on a business trip coming home and my DEF system started acting up and the power to my vehicle was limited. I didn’t know what to do and knew it would most likely be hard to get an appointment set up that day when I had to be back on the road the next day. These guys took me in right away and got me out the door same day and Brooke was awesome and prompt in getting me taken care of. I run a business and next time I’m on the market for a vehicle I’ll be going here for sure. Customer service is 100%

The staff were friendly and helpful, they even unlocked the gate for me to get my truck out both times when they were closing up shop.In regards to the diagnosis I felt like they may have cut corners a little bit and didn’t diagnose the full issue upfront which required coming back for a second appointment and service.They were accommodating on price to help out with the extra cost which made a difference for the better. I love the body shop at this dealership. I was in an accident that really did a number on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was worried that it would have been totaled. That’s how bad it was. I wanted it to be worked on at a dealership and was referred to the body shop at Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet. I was nothing short of completely impressed with Bobby and his crew, including the ladies in the office. The insurance was being difficult and I had to have a few conversations with them but I was supported by Bobby and got everything fixed from the accident. The professionalism was magnificent and my Jeep is beautiful. It was perfect before the accident and it is once again perfect. My work from them is guaranteed, which usually makes me feel much better, but in this case, it’s not even important because I know that it’s impeccable. I appreciate this shop and all that they helped and coached me through for the past month. I will not ever take any vehicle of mine anywhere else for body work ever again. My husband and I had been researching what vehicle we wanted for about a month. We finally found one we really liked and saw that it was at Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet. We got to the dealership and Iggy was waiting outside to help us. We told him we knew exactly what we were looking for and he found that specific car right away for us. He pulled the 2018 Buick Enclave around for us and it was just like what we saw online. Since we were pretty much ready to buy right away Iggy got down to business with us quickly. He grabbed all the financing information and when we told him what out monthly budget was, he and Brad got to work on helping make sure we could afford this car we had been dreaming of. They were able to come up with a number that was perfect for us, and when we said we needed just at least 24 hours to think it over and possible get money in order they were totally relaxed and understanding. We were able to put down a refundable deposit on the car that held it while we got everything in order. When we came back to the dealership they had it detailed immaculately (Iggy even text me photos of it once it was done!). We ran our credit and calculated the down payment and got an even lower monthly payment, then when we went and worked with Marian in financing he found a lender that provided the lowest interest rate, and our payment went down again! Everyone at the dealership were very supportive, and truly wanted the best for us, to make us feel comfortable about purchasing our car. Iggy even followed up a few days later to make sure we were still satisfied and loving our car, needless to say we are! Our car purchasing experience was so smooth and easy and it was all because of everyone at Salt Lake Valley. THANK YOU!!!
I needed a part that I couldnt find in stock at any auto parts stores. I called and spoke to Jeremy to check if they had it in stock and he confirmed that they did. I told him eh, Ill be by at some point today to pick it up. I showed up 20 minutes later and Jeremy had the part with the order sheet printed out. The part was also cheaper than what I found elsewhere. Scott in service helped me out momentarily too. Both guys were fast and helpful.
Took my Tahoe in for a noise. I didnt think it was a brake issue or I would not have taken it there, not covered by warranty. They had the vehicle all morning. I got a call telling me that the rear brakes were bad. So bad that it was almost illegal for me to take the vehicle without repairing it first. I declined repairs because they are way too expensive. When I arrived I was charged $112 (with tax) for diagnostics. Like I said, I would not have gone there if I thought it was brakes. I would have had a free inspection done 20 miles closer to me. My main issue with that is that every other shop in town does free brake inspections. Oh well, my bad. Then they forgot to put the lug nut key back in the vehicle, so I had to turn around to go get it. Horrible service. Although I have warranty, that can only be used there, I will never return. I will pay extra to give the business to anyone else!

Unfortunately we have had a tremendous number of issues with an older vehicle. Weve replaced the engine twice. Scott and Brandon in the Service Department have walked beside us and fought for us the entire way. They understand what it means to unexpectedly spend a lot of hard earned money. We had a terrible experience at another dealership so we were not expecting much when we arrived. Everyone was super nice and very friendly. They went over all our options and made sure we got the best financing we could. John talked us through all the features on the vehicle we wanted. He was super knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we knew all the features and that we could actually use them. He set up the apps and made sure we could set up onstar. It was a hot day and they made sure we always had water. Their bathrooms were spotless and smelled nice. Overall this was the best car buying experience we could have asked for. We always felt like they really wanted us to love and be happy with what we got. We never felt like they were just selling us a vehicle to just get a sale.
Clint and crew did a 19 Z06, 21 Yukon Denali, and a 17 Tesla. Im very picky about my vehicles, but I must say they did an amazing job! All 3 are black, but there was no trace of their work!
This dealership is the reason that car dealerships have a bad name. They pressured us into monthly payments, literally told us that we were bad people if we didnt make monthly payments. Then just today I found out they shared our credit card number with Onstar so that we are receiving monthly charges.I would not trust this company!
I recently purchased my truck from Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet with Johnny. A week later to check engine light came on a few times over the weekend. I called Monday morning and they squoze me in the next day even though they were busy. Turns out it was just a programming update and everything is good . Top-notch work gentleman.

I had my 2019 Chevy Cruz Hatchback service for oil and a recall. Service is always very good. What I like is the Courtesy that is extended to the Customer. From the moment I drove into the service Bay to the Tech greeting me (as he always does) letting me know the work was done. Your Customer waiting area is top notch and very comfortable. I never mind waiting! Great Job!
On Friday March 5th we wanted to look at a Chevrolet Bolt. When we sat with the salesperson named Jonathon after a test drive. We were adamant about getting information on the actual vehicle price. We wanted an out the door price of about 23,000$.I told Jon my down payment, we even added an extra $1000 dollars to it. When he came back from speaking with his boss his exact words were “out the door price” would be 22,900. We liked it. He told us the monthly payment costs and it seemed reasonable for us. We went into financing and he told us we were getting an amazing deal. We ended up adding a 5 year extended warranty which brought price up to $23,653. We were okay with this. No one ever told us the actual cost of the vehicle, we were under the impression that it would be the $23,653 out the door, and assumed our $6,000 down payment would be applied immediately. It was our first time buying a vehicle and we felt taken advantage of. We were unaware of the actual price which turns out to be $29,653. Nobody mentioned that to us at all, or pointed it out. I know I should have read the fine print but the accountant and salesperson were extremely misleading in the price. We were shocked when we looked at our bank statement that says we owe 23,653. We were expecting it to be $17,653 because of our down payment.

I had a great service experience a month ago, but when I went back in for warranty service I has a horrible experience. I got an insane amount of run-around, latency, push back, and poor communication to the point that it seems that dragging any warranty issue along so as to make it as difficult as possible is the modus operandi.
Definitely my go to car dealer hands down!! 4th vehicle that I have purchased I will continue to refer friends and family. Luke our salesman was incredible was very friendly and could answer all my questions. Never did I feel pressured the whole process went smooth and now we can enjoy our new vehicle!
So i came in not expecting to be put into a car cause Im young and just got into an accident Jose Lazade came up to me asking me questions and helping me out and showed me my dream car helped me get it with no problem and even helped me get it with no hassle even showed me stuff I didnt know would help out and leaving with a car that is gonna last for a very long time
I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone. Im very displeased with the sales and the service teams. I purchased a new vehicle here and found out that same day that it had bad parking sensors after I had driven it off the lot. Every time I put it in reverse, the parking sensors start beeping and wont stop until I manually turn off the sensors. When I bought the vehicle, a service rep backed it up twice without me in the car and failed to tell me that there was a faulty sensor. The parking sensors would have started beeped both times he drove the car. I would have still purchased the vehicle, but I would have appreciated more transparency and follow through from this dealerships employees.Ive been back to the dealership twice to get this issue fixed, and both times I made an appointment, but I waited over 2 hours on each occurrence (I was told by the service rep that it should take 1 hour at most). To top it off, they broke a clip on the sensor when trying to get it out, and now Im going to have to make one more trip to this dealership because they had to order a new clip.The parking sensor was painted at this dealership before it was installed on my vehicle, and it looks horrible. Ive uploaded two pictures, one is a picture of the parking sensor they painted and installed (globs of paint and a very uneven finish), and the other a picture of what all the other parking sensors look like (smooth paint with high gloss). Dont expect quality work if you ever schedule a service at this dealership.Hands down, this is one of the worst dealerships in Utah. Go elsewhere unless youre looking for shoddy work and poor service.
Purchased an $80,000 truck. They charged me $285 for etch that was never done. Asked for a refund and have been constantly ignored. Do not expect any follow up after the sale. Once deal is done you are dead to them. It’s been over a month with no communication. Now I have to go to small claims court to get my money.
These guys went out of their way to make me happy knowing that I didnt have to buy a car since it just sits in a garage and not driven very often. Hubby and I were just out looking (tired of being cooped up in the house) and ran across a car we both really liked. They even stayed after closing to make sure we were taken care of and knew how to use everything!! Definitely one of the best experiences Ive had with a dealership. Would go back and buy another one from them!!
I had the worst car shopping experience I have ever had here. I test drove a colorado z71 and gave the keys of my current car to the salesman to get a trade in value. After a quick test drive I asked them to write up some numbers on the car and I was very specific on financing terms and APR i was expecting. They did not give me an itemized price sheet instead hand wrote list prices and monthly payment numbers that were way off. They also valued my trade in (2017 tacoma) at $5k less than ford across the street. I was in a hurry and was trying to take a quote and mull it over, they would not give me my keys back and kept swapping out salesman (good cop, bad cop). Took me 25 min to get my keys back and get out. These were sleazy sales tactics 25 years ago and absolutely unacceptable today.

Horrible experience! All they want is more money. Instead of fixing a simple problem, they say they cant do it and they want you to buy a new part. They also broke something that was working when we took it in but tried to say they didnt do it. Never going to the dealer again! WORST EVER

The repairs came in at the amount quoted and they were quicker at getting my car repaired than what they said.
They didnt tell me until I had already waited 6.5 hours that the car wouldnt be finished that day and that they never planned on finishing it that day, so thats an entire day that I wasted in your waiting room because your people dont know how to communicate. They also neglected to perform a service that I had requested TWICE! No wonder people dont trust dealerships. I will never take my car back to you and will warn everyone of your negligence.
Called ask for oil change said come on over got there they said did you make an appointment said no they told me to come over then said cant do it without appointment but backtracked and said would not be able to do it on Monday less then 20 min from when I called I was there your communication with your own staff is terrible I am looking to buy a new vehicle but would even consider shopping chevy or dodge again I own a dodge nitro and a chevy cruise probably buy online and will be electric since you cant even do OIL Changes anymore without 4 day wait
Just bought a pre-owned Chevrolet SS from this dealership which is an extremely rare car and I was really pleased with the service from the staff and Tyson my salesman was really professional and answered all my questions and Marian at financing got me a really great interest rate. Im from Connecticut and I practically bought the car over the phone and they treated me better than if I was physically there. One of the most hassle free car buying experiences Ive ever had. 5 stars for Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet.

Hands down worst experience with a parts department. Older man talked down to me and kept calling me dear. I just needed to order parts, that I already had the part numbers for. It was just a spare tire bolt for 3 of our vehicles that came in without them. A $ 4.00 part. He wouldnt order them and said he wanted the vin numbers. We ordered them with just the Chassis so the vin doesnt help. Absolutely rude and condescending, then hung up on me. As a Fleet Manager I will avoid using Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet for any reason.
Needed a repair done and these guys quoted me a fair price and were upfront with me when I had concerns. The service manager in particular is excellent and very knowledgeable and fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust these guys with any Chevy repairs.

Wouldn’t recommend this dealership. They claim to be transparent but hide everything they can. Tried to get me into the finance office before even telling me what exactly I would be paying for. Kept trying to push a credit pull before even having a rough idea of what I would be paying. Had to ask several times to get any answers! Shady practice! Also could overhear a salesperson yelling at a customer as to why he wouldn’t buy because he spent all day with him. Super unprofessional!
Don’t advertise cars you don’t have on the lot yet. They could’ve been more willing to the deal with the bank of my choice, so I didn’t drive 45 minutes out of my way to get a check. It wasn’t who they wanted to use but I live 2.5 hours from Salt Lake so I wanted my local CU. Wanting me to fill out unnecessary paperwork that is none of there business. Wanting credit checks when I had my finances takin care of. Calling my insurance to get them unnecessary paperwork. They tried giving me monthly payments (which was way higher than they are) before giving me an actual final price on the car. Keep in mind we didn’t ask to test drive the vehicle, look in it, nothing and we was still at the dealership for three plus hours and one of the only customers.
Scott took care of my Lyft for me while me truck was being worked on, they did it in a timely manner and I even added more work on last minute! Great customer service and my truck is running good again! Thanks again!
I dread buying a new car but they actually made it fun! I finally found the FJ Cruiser I have been looking for and couldn’t be more pleased with the service they provided. Luke never pressured us and the sales manager gave us the best deal possible without haggling. The finance manager was really personable and funny. They even called a few days later to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Overall we enjoyed our experience and are pleased with our purchase. Thank you for helping me buy my dream car! Traveling through SLC enroute from Denver to Sacramento in a Chevy Tahoe the ABS and TC lights came on. We stopped in this Chevy dealer and thankfully was readily scheduled to fix our problem. They replaced a right wheel sensor and the lights went out. Six hours out of SLC the light returned and stayed on until we took it to another Chevy dealer in California. Apparently the original diagnosis was not complete, and the entire wheel hub was faulty and resulted in the replaced sensor to fail almost immediately with the original lights to come on again, I called back to SLC and talked with the mx advisor who discussed it with his boss -- they refused to acknowledge any part in a misdiagnosed problem, nor stood by their mx with no warranty or responsibility for a fix that six hours later resulted in the same problem as when we had brought it in. I believe a maintenance service ought to stand by their diagnosis and repair for at least a period of time - and six hours isnt it. The Chevy dealer in California was also disappointed in the dealer accountability and gave us a discount on their service because of the original failure. The original invoice cost us $324.79 which was money down the drain as it fixed nothing and had to be replaced a day later.

Dream Car, Amazing Service, and Outstanding Price.My wife and I live over 50 miles (nearly 1 hour drive) from Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet (SLV), however we were intrigued by the cars and the pricing listed on their website. We were having a hard time finding the car, model, type, colors, and layout we wanted and the service at some of the other dealerships was not always good.Expecting SLV Chevrolet to be the same pushy sales people trying to push the dealer’s agenda and their cars, not really listening to what we wanted. After arriving we went straight to the car we like and shortly after Andre Gillette came up to us to introduce himself. From there on this was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Andre was very polite, fun to work with, listens to what we wants, and worked with us to find what was best for us.We ended up purchasing a nicer car for about the same price as a lower model at other dealerships. Andre and Eddie Mate, helped us work through all the paperwork and gave a complete tour of our new Suburban answering every question we had. They both invested a lot of time making sure we were satisfied with our purchase.The people that work at this dealership were very friendly and were amazing to work with and we give them 5 of 5 stars. They helped us find our dream car at a very good price! I brought my truck in Monday they said they would have to bring a glass tech in but it should be fixed by Tuesday. After Monday, I dont hear from anyone so I call in Wednesday and Im told the glass guy wouldnt show up till Thursday. I told them to just cancel and Id be in to pick it up that day. Roughly 4 hours later I come to pick up the truck and I am told they will bring it around. I wait around 10 minutes or so and then Im told that it will be another 20 minutes because they have to put the head liner back on. Well it took 40 minutes just to put the head liner back on. Why didnt they put the head liner back on after I called and said Id be in that day to pick it up?? They had at least 4 hours. Why didnt anyone call me and say the tech guy wouldnt be in for 3 more days?? I could have picked it up and brought it back Thursday. I dont think Ive ever had a good experiance here. I doubt I will ever be returning.UPDATE: I wanted to get away from here as fast as possible so I didnt notice anything wrong until I was nearly home. The head liner was very poorly reattached. The liner was falling out of the weather strip. The drivers seat belt column was not attached all the way. The lever to adjust the hight of the seatbelt was not attached. Notice from the pictures that the drivers seat belt comes out at the bottom of the speaker and on the passenger side it comes out the top. The inner part of the seat belt was slid all the way down and the lever was just resting on top of it. These guys cant seem to get anyhing right. Dont worry Ill fix it my self since Gud Paulos seems to be incapable.UPDATE: My warranty had expired so none of the repairs were going to be covered under the warranty. I dont blame Gus Paulos for this at all and I was willing to pay for the repairs, but to see that bad situation turn much worse was very unfortunate. Ultimately I was able to get things straightened out and eventually I was very satisfied with the quality of the work! The headliner turned out much better than I expected this time in fact it almost looks brand new. I also greatly appreciate Lynn and Clays willingness to make things right.

Trip savers! Scott and Robbie helped us out at the end of a workday when we ended up stranded traveling home. Another shop we went to first near where we broke down was unable to fix the issue so they called Scott and he said he could probably squeeze us in so we limped the truck over to SLV. We were lucky that Robbie happened to have an opening, but he was willing to dive right in and stayed a bit late to get us taken care of. While he didnt have the time that night to get it completely fixed, he was able to get us on our way and we made it home safely! To be upfront, it does sound like they wouldnt bump their other work if youre in a bind so if they hadnt had a gap in service at that exact moment we might have had a longer wait, but they did go a bit out of their way to help us out.

My AC stopped working so I set an appointment set 4 days in advance. When I got there I was told they couldnt do a diagnostic test and I would have to leave my car overnight or drop it off the next morning for the entire day. I left and stopped at a shop down the street and got my diagnosis done.
The staff are very attentive to all of my needs. My car was done in two weeks. I had some trouble with the area of my repair and they are currently doing their best to get it fixed. I am impressed with their work.

Miller was very pushy when it came to their sales tactics and were showing me cars completely out of my price range.I found a car that I was interested in at Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet, so I messaged them and very promptly got a response that the car was still available.I went down to the dealership with myself and some family members. The facility itself was very nice, it was clean and neat inside as well.Tyson the Sales manager was very friendly and professional.Jackie is the young lady who actually helped me through the car buying process.She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. From the moment I arrived, Isaac made sure to let me talk, explain my issues. I explained to Isaac, that I purchased this 2002 Monte Carlo SS off the showroom floor in 2002. Over the years, I have put thousands of dollars into making it not only look great, but sound great as well.Nothing has ever needed replacing, I just upgraded to high performance parts. This 2002 Monte Carlo SS has 55000 original miles. This car is so important to me. My plan is to give this to my Grandson. And I want it perfect. Isaac sent my car back to the mechanics and stated he would call me and keep me informed about everything.He didnt let me down once. Im a U S Army, Vietnam Veteran. I served in the Honor Guard for 1 year. Performing as the Funeral Escort and holding and folding our American Flag that would be presented to their surviving member.Isaac, and the mechanics who work here at Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet, deserve not just a pat on the back. But an award showing that they are appreciated. A great start would be the waiting room. I remember going in, there would be coffee, donuts, and fruit. Not a thing...If it wasnt for the first impressions of Isaac, the many phone calls keeping me updated. And the fantastic work of your mechanics. I would have went somewhere else, and left 1 star. And 1 sentence.Because of them. 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 3500I was not happy with the dealership as a whole from when I bought the truck to the two times that I had to take it in for recalls and issues. The recalls should have been done prior to the truck being sold. When I had them look at the front end, due to the tires rubbing when turning left, I was told that it was just fine it was with in normal specs and they would not fix it. I would not recommend Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet, they do the minimal on customer service and provide very sloppy work. At this point I will have to take it to my regular dealership to fix it. Ive used Larry H .Miller Chevrolet for years and if they had had the truck I wanted I would have gone there. They go above and beyond and rather than state its within normal specs, they make it right every time and even provide a car wash as a bonus. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet to any one!Bart Mattingly
I wanted a new 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500. It was Sunday, and all the dealers were closed. I searched on Chevrolet.com and found myself the perfect truck at Gus Paulos Chevrolet. I left my information with them, and they contacted me 1st thing in the morning.I had also called dealers in Layton, Bountiful, and Ogden, but no one was as willing to give their attention to me like these guys! They all said, let me check my inventory and I will call you back. After four hours, they finally called me back, and I had to let them know that Gus Paulos had fullfilled my search. I completed the paper work in under 15 minutes. Im 60 years old, and have bought many new cars, but I must say. This was a fantastic buying experience! Thank You. We just bought a Bolt. You don’t know you want an electric car until you drive one! The sales and finance staff were great. They gave us a deal on the Bolt that was so good it shocked one of the other managers. Didn’t feel pressured or overly contacted like we experienced with other dealerships. Love our new car.
I brought my car to change a light bulb. They did change a bulb and after chaging me they told me that my connector is bad and i need to replace it soon. When i came home my light didnt work. They didnt even tell me i had an issue while i was waiting for an hour. If i knew that my car had connector issue i would ask them to fix it right there. I have been a customer for a very long time, but I will be looking for another place to fix my car.

They told me they were going to order my parts Monday but they didnt. I call Tuesday and the rep who was going to order my parts was out of the office I had to wait 2 more days to get pats and finally got my car back Friday, no communication at all. Every time I go in I feel so unwelcome, no body greets me, nobody smiles, no customer service. I would not recommend this dealership.

They broke my truck.I brought my truck in to have new shocks installed. Scott was helping me at first, he changed the price twice and was condescending because I look younger, he made a remark about it. I was told my truck was taken for a test drive after the work was completed, but the front suspension broke as I was driving off the lot. The technician had installed it wrong and it broke part of it. Luckily I took pictures of the suspension because Scott and the service Manager Brandon immediately laid blame on me and my part. They took me into the managers office and literally yelled at me. They had deliberately hidden the part they broke and the other part that was installed wrong. When I showed them the pictures and explained how to property install the part they went from attack to the defensive and offered a quick bandaid fix and a partial, 15%, refund. The manufacturer of the part they broke has emailed me telling me their fix is dangerous and can put my life in danger. I tried getting in contact with their customer experience manager but with no success, apparently he doesnt work there and nobody knows his phone number. These guys lied on several occasions, the techs do not know what they are doing, there is no customer service, i would not trust them with my vehicle/life. It was an extremely disappointing experience, they do not care about you at all.
Took twice as long for simple oil change service And fuel filter. Didn’t listen to me about what I needed done. Your competitors add def fluid with service on diesel trucks. You don’t apparently. When it was Gus paulos they did.The one good service they did do for me was to deliver the truck two blocks to Les Schaub for me because I couldn’t wait for the truck any longer.
The service was very good and professional. However, sales personnel had bias towards car they wanted me to buy and were not clear on options.

They have the worst auto body shop I have ever dealt with they give you the run around my truck has been there for almost 2 months and is still not finished and unfortunately though my salesman was amazing I will never buy another vehicle from Salt Lake Valley

Emailed and texted a few times yesterday, no response. Called today, made an appointment to test a car and come and an employee took it home.... totally waste of time! So unprofessional!!! 30 mins out of our way!
The people were easy to work with however it took a long time to diagnose and fix a simple problem. I had an oil leak caused by a loose oil filter, my car was there for a day and a half. They did provide a loaner car later in the day.

Buyer beware!!! Contacted the dealership before they even opened to work an out of state deal on a rare car. When I finally received my offer in the afternoon I asked a question about the Certified Pre Owned warranty validity in my home state and when they called me back 5 minutes later it wasnt to talk about the warranty it was to tell me the vehicle had been sold while they were checking on my question. Very disrespectful and poor customer service.
The actual service department did an okay job. I think they damaged the paint on my drivers side door. It would make sense with the way some of the service bays are set up. It looks like the door was open and it rubbed against the concrete.The sales department was horrible. I hadnt received my points on my Chevrolet rewards and have been in 3 times to get it taken care of. I heard a different response from everyone and at the end the desk manager just pushed me off and that I would need to schedule an appointment that all of the people that could help were with customers as if I wasnt a customer that had already purchased. I dont think I will return to SLVC. I will go to another dealer for service from now on.
