I dont use to write reviews, specially very negative, but this one is needed!LEFT picture shows the vehicle that they purchased from the Insurance Auction for a couple of Hundreds and make it look better to sell for Thousands of dollars as of the picture on the RIGHT.I DONT recommend anyone to do business with them at all, take in consideration the previous customer experiences listed on here. Lina Bonilla, Grace and Gary are the worst just like pirates. Before I completed the transaction, it wouldnt take more than 5 minutes to get a reply from them. After I completed the transaction it would take a week, tons of emails and calls to hear back from them.
Most of their adds here in Utah are for their California location, hopefully they get smart and fix the issue. They are friendly enough but fixing that should be easy and yet they keep doing it.. so I wouldnt go in without calling on any of their Facebook and KSL ads first...
Buying a car from this place was the worst experience. The company make promises that they don’t keep such as bringing the car to you. On their website they show you images to convince you to buy a car. but once you get the car, you’ll notice that the car is has removed and switched parts from other cars. If you want to avoid yourself headaches, don’t consider buying from this company. Their customer service is also very awful.
My experience at this place was horrible. From the customer service on the phone to the indoor staff to the horrible garbage delivery of a car.
Hands down the worst business Ive sadly been involved with. Very dishonest with there sales listings on vehicles condition with bumpers and other parts quickly screwed in place to make the vehicles look better then they actually are! There is absolutely no Honor, Honesty or 1 speck of Integrity involved with this business and its very uneducated and untrained employees. Thats if you can even find one to assist you!
Beware of this dishonest salvage car dealer. They buy salvage cars, make them look better (hide real damages) double what they paid for the vehicle and dump it on other people.
I should have done this sooner. I bought a Maserati Ghibli from Auto Exporters about 3 months ago and I gotta say I love my car and I love the service I got. Lina is awesome! She always answered my calls was very patient with me I really will recommend this place to anyone.
They do partial repairs to make the car look better in pics if you know what your looking at you can tell half these cars are a piece of crop that they fab to make look okay, this company has gone through like 5 name chages priobably becuase theyve been sued so many times. and also google the vin and look at images to see how the cars looked before they touched them fyi!! i attached an example of what they do. Buyer beware
Man named Gary responded to my email in a very unprofessional way. Was waiting on counter offer I made on vehicle but he just said to go elsewhere. Didn’t even want to negotiate. Vehicle was wrecked with salvage title. Would cost at least 4,000 to repair and they were selling for near blue book value like as if it had clean title. Don’t recommend you do business with them.
I you worked hard for your money only buy what you can see Never buy car out of State from Auto Exporters. They are millions mile away from HONESTY. Buy what you can see and inspect otherwise you are going to regret.
I bought a truck here they had put parts from another vehicle they take very good pic to hide all the damages. My suggestion would be to run the vehicle vin number before you deposit any money they buy from actions and do halfass repairs to make you thinkIs minor damage. There not honest
I have purchased 5 vehicles and 1 travel trailer from these guys. They are upfront and honest about everything. You need to realize what you are buying before you go there: a wrecked/totaled vehicle. Auto Exporters buys them, sometimes does a little work on them, puts them in their best light, and resells them. Go into it with your eyes wide open and be excited about the money you will save by spinning some wrenches and doing the work. These projects are not for the faint of heart - but for the right people, great deals can be had!
Additional damage found upon receipt of my vehicle. Still happy with it but unlikely to buy another vehicle as I even called and was assured there is none.
Guys DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE, BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE AUCTION IF YOURE INTERESTED IN REBUILT CARS, THEY BUY CARS WRECKED AND PRICE THEM $4,000-$10,000++ more than what they bought it for WRECKED -_- it’s obviously a big scam. I’m a dealer myself and tried to work with them previously And TRUST ME, THEYRE UNPLEASANT!!
This place is a total scam and wont take car of you once that have the money good luck getting a response from them once u have sent your money and they totally make you think the damage is not nearly as bad as it truly is
Salvage cars are a little pricey.
Great service and impressive level of expertise. Leslie, Cassandra and Maria were very thorough in the purchasing process. Made it seamless! Will definitely recommend and buy from Auto Exporters again. Thanks Adam for finding me the truck I wanted and delivering on an excellent deal!!
I like the customer service and sales reps they have, they are nice, friendly and they always help me when I am there. They have a lot of good inventory. If you don’t buy fast the cars go! Today I got the car I wanted! Very happy!
Herman was super helpful and friendly. Not onlyMade the sale go smoothly he gave me lots of pointers to help get the car fixed right. Great experience and great resource to get the job done.
Only positive things to say about my recent 2017 ford focus purchase. MARIA and LESSLY were all great people to work with and helped me through the transactional process. They quickly answered all my questions via email and/or phone, handled all the necessary transactions and even helped with negotiating and scheduling the vehicle transport. If your in the market for a SALVAGE vehicle, I would highly suggest visiting AUTO EXPORTERS INC
I usually dont do reviews but i had to do this timeDO NOT BUY CARS FROM THESE PEOPLEonce they got your money you cant get your car out of their yardi sent 3 different companies to got pick up the car and before they go we called them a day before and gave them a notice that my drivers are going the next day to pick up the car .so they can get the vehicle ready. and guess what? every time they go to pick up the car they call me telling me that the car needs a jump that they cant wait any longer...3 shipping companies cancelled me because of that and i lost my deposit .every time when i call them to speak to maria she starts to ignoring... BAD PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH
Dishonest dealer. Buy what you can see. They screw me up. They cover the real problem and told me it is running the all airbags were deployed and they told me the steering one only deployed. I will never do business with them again and I warned you be careful. This guys are dishonest.
Gary the Sales Manager does not know how to make a Sale. The second time speaking to him on the phone and after failing to find an inspector that would be willing to go there. I offer $400 below the (Buy It Now) price, his answer to me was that the (Buy it Now) Price is the lowest they would go.. So I asked why they have an (Inquire / Make an Offer) Option then? Because he is not capable of answering my question, his extremely rude explanation to me was to just buy it now at the BUY IT NOW price quit wasting my time! Shortly thereafter, hangs up on me. First time customer here so I am unfamiliar with the process. I call back director says the car is no longer for sale... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? I WAS GOING TO BUY TODAY ASKING FOR $400 OFF. WHEN YOUR PRICES ARE DIFFERENT FOR DEALER AND PUBLIC ANYWAY!Whoever the owner is, this man does not know how to do his job properly and I strongly suggest that he be fired. Worst experience in my whole life of dealing with auto customer service.INSURANCE SUPPLIERS & OTHER SUPPLIERS THAT WORK WITH WWA, I would do 10X a better job than this man and show you how its really done.
I want to Express how pleased iam with auto exporters I have purchased 3 cars from them and have only experienced the best service. Maria is an excellent person to work with very helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to do business with this company for many years to come. Thank you maria
Iv just purchased my second vehicle with them! Both transactions were smooth, customer service helped me the whole way through, especially when it came to setting up transport. Both vehicles were exactly how I saw them in the pictures. No complaints here!
If I could give this company negative stars I totally would! This is the worst business to deal with! I have a transportation company and have tried to pick up a few cars from them have always run into a problem with them leaking oil or missing radiators. And the most recent time we took a gamble and picked up a car from them they charged $50 from the driver just because it was a SATURDAY even though their office was open and people were working in the yard!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and have absolutely no shame or respect for anyone!!
To all the people giving bad reviews your dumb these were wrecked vehicles at fair prices do your homework and expect the worst again they were wrecked so far I have purchased 3 different vehicles and Herman and his staff in Utah were awesome to work with and Kassandra in California was very helpful with service and shipping. There great to work with and will always refer them to anyone thanks for all your hard work guys
Watch out, this place is a scam, I bought a 2015 Accord from this place a couple of years ago at their Auction and was nothing near as described or shown in the pictures. They have their own body shop the vehicles with less damaged they fix and sell back with salvage history but vehicles with major problems they do a little straighten and make it look good then they sell it in their Auction. My car had 3 broken motor mounts with broken transmission and so many other issues. I will be seeking legal path to deal with them but be aware.
Buyer beware. Look closely IN PERSON. Vehicles are doctored for the photos you see online. Weve gotten some excellent deals here but dont be deceived by the online pictures. They straighten body panels and even replace some panels to hide damage underneath
This is the most crooked company you could do business with... It says they work hard to take pictures to the best of their ability. Let me tell you what.. They only work hard a hiding the actual damage of all vehicles they sale. I purchase a 2013 F350 super duty and i had the most terrible experience ever. What appear to be just a little damage left front it turned out that the truck only had the rear axle in good shape literally. The damage that was inflicted on that truck it was beyond salvage. Everything under the carriage was mangled or torn apart. Not to mention that I insisted on getting info about the truck if it steer and rolls from Diana, which i got an answer in writing that it does rolls and steer and this vehicle it is the total opposite, we could not even get it of the semitrailer... the Front axle is bent and torn, the wheels were welded so they could stay on for the pictures. Engine and transmission had the lower part torn, missing completely. The frame bent. The transfer case half of it was torn, missing completely and it had the chain just hanging out of it. The driving shafts totally torn apart and placed in the truck rear bed, which they did not bother to take a picture with like none of the other damage i mentioned. And the front grill and radiators were totally placed in the truck rear bed... in the pictures they posted it was very nicely placed right where it belonged to get people to think the vehicle is not damaged that bad. The windshield shattered, which they made pictures from a distance so it would not be noticeable. They worked under the truck with a torch heating up the frame so it would straight it... Once i received the vehicle i try to contact them and the costumer service would not give non of the managers phone number, but instead i was always told to send in an e-mail. After multiple e-mails i had sent, i got a reply from Gary Santiago (owner) that it would give me a discount of $2 000.00 on my next purchase from them. Really... I got burned of $ 20 000.00 for a piece of crap and they still have the guts to still try to rip me off, but did not bother to even talk to me on the telephone ...what an experience. I only wish i checked them out more on peoples reviews since there was no way for me to travel 1600 miles to inspect the vehicle my self. Even if you are able to inspect the vehicle prior to purchasing they are telling you that there is nobody available go to the yard and walk you in since that is only a storage yard. And no, i am not an angry person by nature, i am just angry that i have got burned by the lowest sharks on the market. Now youve been warned, its your choice to take you business to honest dealer or get a taste of what they are best at. ...This guys are savages...
Deception plus! Parts put on the truck we bought to make the vehicle look good. There was a major part welded and welded badly. The description did not include all the damage. It’s a Good thing we can fix these parts ourselves (cutting and re welding) or we would be in a very bad way. We don’t mind the fix but deception is what really made us give this place a bad review. Would not do business with them again.
Bought a vehicle from these guys. They are a nightmare to deal with. The local people cant do anything for you and refer you to Maria in So-Cal. She was the worst seller/dealer I have ever dealt with. Ive bought from them before and they really do cover up damage to make the car look better. You really need to go in thinking worst case scenario and you wont be disappointed.
Went to see a car that “runs & drives great and is ready to go”. Oil pump was broken and we couldn’t test drive.
Maria and Lessy were great help. They were very professional and answered all my questions. Keep up the great work.
Great vehicle at a great price. The staff was friendly and helped me get the vehicle out of the lot. Would certainly do business here again!
Clowns 🤣🤣
Worst place to buy salvage cars.. these people are horrible on putting the pieces together to hide the damages.. Not only that, but tend to sale cars higher because of it..I suggest buyers to buy cars in auction places like copart if need a project...
I purchased one vehicle from WWA and it worked out great. I purchased a second vehicle and there were problems but they took it back and refunded all my money. All contacts with them were handled amiably and in a professional manner. Andrea was very good to work with and was prompt in returning my calls.
I recently purchasing a car autos exporters And I am very happy with the service I receive from them Maria she is very professional I highly recommend this company to anyone Who wants to buy a car I bought about 5 cars From them and I am very happy If anybody looking to buy a car call them or go to them website Youre not gonna be disappointed thank you Maria I would definitely looking to buy something else soon
They have a lot of options and always friendly
Came here despite reading the negative reviews and I was pleased to be greated with such friendly people. I made an offer came to an agreement within minutes. I placed my deposit for a 2016 Chevy silverado and the following day was able to return to sign the contract pay off the rest. About 20 min later the truck was secured on the tow truck and we were off. Thank you for the smooth process
Good luck if they forget to send you all your title paperwork. It turns out that Grace in the corporate office only works on Wednesday!!!! Hope you have title trouble on Wednesday otherwise they can care less....Would not do business with again!.. The sales side is great but until they get a real customer service side i would rather buy directly from Copart!!
Customer service was great ! I will definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a car to build for your own self, also you should check them out at there Cali location.
To start, the first email contact I had with them about the car I wanted made me feel like I was a beggar. The way they responded was in an abrupt, impatient tone like I was a bother when I was doing nothing more than simply finding the bid/offer spread.Second, as soon as I began communication with a specific person he was surly in every true sense of that word. I could hardly believe that in an age of instant communication and the ease of posting reviews that a company is still treating customers like they are bothersome.Third, once I made the $1,000 deposit on the vehicle and was turned over to Customer Service I never stopped receiving messages about all the things that they would NOT do for me. Youll see it in the emails that youll get from them. This has to be one of the most customer unfriendly companies I have ever seen.I have purchased these kind of vehicles before and I will never agree that because of the nature of their product that they have to have a customer-bashing approach. The other company I used was entirely the opposite. For sure people will see a car they want and have no choice but to deal with these guys. Just brace yourself for an attitude of You paid for your car. We now have your money so you have nothing over us. So you now abide by our rules.I would lower the rating to 1 star or 0 star if it werent for the fact that they actually have product.Oh, and one more thing. Heres the survey link that I got from the company. Notice it says If you had a good experience .. This company really doesnt want to be criticized and to actually learn from their customer experience. Meanwhile were all using this forum to write this review. Imagine if the company providing this forum treated its customers with such disrespect. How long do you think theyd survive?Quote: If you had a good experience with us, please go directly onto our Google + Local and leave us a review.
I have bought 3 cars awesome experience good cars will keep buying more thanks Maria my customer service rep and Jose sales rep.
If you know what your buying you can have a nice car for cheap
Excellent service!!! Maria helped me through the whole process, which was smooth. Thanks.
Just made an offer on a car and their response was NO THANK YOU! what kind of response from a customer service representative is that?? Then I got a call from them saying that their minimum is what it is on their website.. I asked why are you guys have a make an offer listed on their website then?? GLad that I read the reviews before purchasing anything from them! just by their customer service I can tell they are shady!
Gilbert was a real professional sales person. I would buy from them again. I bought 3 vehicles and will definitely be looking to purchase again with this company.
GOOD DEALS, GOOD CUSTUMER SERVICE, I GOT A FEW CARS FROM YOU, (6) EVERYTHING WAS OK, AND I WILL KEEP ON BUYING IN THE FUTURE, THANKS
Excellent place to buy a vehicle, MARIA guide me thru all paper work and questions, fantastic to made business with you.
Very professional and helpful, Delivery with no problems on Saturday. Rosa was especially helpful!
THIS IS A HARD REVIEW TO WRITE AS I HAVE HAD BOTH SOME POSITIVE AND NOT SO POSITIVE EXPERIENCES WITH THIS COMPANY . FIRST OF ALL, EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT A DEALER, I PURCHASE IN VOLUME AS A HOBBY TO DRIVE FOR A WHILE AND THEN FLIP . SO OVER A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS I HAVE PURCHASED OVER 10 VEHICLES FROM THIS COMPANY .. FIRST OF ALL, THERE IS ONE OUTSTANDING HIGH LIGHT IN MY EXPERIENCE AND HER NAME IS MARIA. EVERY COMMUNICATION ABOUT ANY ISSUE WITH THIS YOUNG LADY WAS PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL AND THERE TWO OCCASIONS WHEN A PICK UP DID NOT GO AS PLANNED SHE DID EVERYTHING SHE COULD TO MAKE SURE MY DRIVER LEFT WITH MY PURCHASED VEHICLE .. 8 OF THE 10 PLUS PURCHASES WENT AS EXPECTED . THERE WERE TIMES WHEN THEIR SALES STAFF WERE LESS THAN PLEASANT AND EVEN THREATENED TO BLOCK ME FOR MAKING OFFERS, I DID IN FACT COMPLETE THESE SALES. OF THE 10 PLUS PURCHASES, ALL BUT 3 WERE REPAIRABLE AND CLOSE TO WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. A TESLA I PURCHASED THAT WAS REPAIRED WAS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE . THEY DID THE RIGHT THING A BOUGHT IT BACK, BUT REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY $1000 DEPOSIT BACK . THE REASON I HAVE NOT PURCHASED FROM THEM TAKING DELIVER OF THE 11TH VEHICLE A 2015 JEEP THAT RAN AND LOT DRIVES WAS THE CONCEALMENT OF THE DAMAGE THAT DID NOT MATCH THE PHOTOS. THEY STAPLED THE BUMPER COVER BACK TOGETHER . THE REAR DIFFERENTIAL WAS HANGING BY BAILING WIRE AND AN AXLE WAS MISSING . EVEN THOUGH IT CLAIMED TO HAVE ONLY ONE AIR BAG DEPLOYED, EACH AND EVERY AIR BAG HAD BEEN DEPLOYED YET THEY TAPED OVER THE DAMAGE SO IT WOULD NOT SHOW IN THE PICTURE. I REQUESTED A REFUND AND OFFERED TO EAT THE SHIPPING YET RECEIVED NO REPLY. SO I HAD TO PLACE THE VEHICLE AT AUCTION LOSING $4800 . SO IF YOUR GOING TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, GET A KILLER DEAL OR INSPECT FIRST BEFORE YOU BUY.
Bought a 2014 tacoma at a great price Maria and Lessly help me very nice girls.
Customer service sucks! Have to do everything through request email. It’s like they do everything in their power NOT to help you. Unless you have the time to wait wait wait. Don’t use.
No trade ins accepted. Cash deal and as it is. You will have to license and detail the car, they cars are pretty dirty.
Was going to purchase a vehicle told Herman their sales person Id have the money the next day to purchase a vehicle he told me to call him at noon the next day I did and he sold the car to someone else after I had confirmed a price and got the money to pay for this vehicle. Very shady and unprofessional. Then I asked receptionist who is the owner of the company so that I could talk to them and she didnt know... SUPER SHADY... Dont waste your time they are truly crooks an unreliable.
I want to thank Maria vega for an easy transaction very good service.
This WorldWide Auto dealer is very poorly run and disorganized as a company. I never purchased a vehicle because they were very pushy, not friendly, dishonest about answers. I am glad that I didnt purchase from them. They sell damaged vehicles from insurance auto auctions and tell you very little about the car before you buy it. They dont even like you to stop by to turn the engine on or check things out. They have the appeal of lying for an extra dollar.
These guys are HORRIBLE to deal with! I do not spend time writing reviews very often, but felt compelled to do so after my exchange with their Pre-Owned Manager named Santiago G. today. I am not in the car industry, I do not work for an insurance company and therefore have no previous experience with selling damaged vehicles. I had my own personal vehicle wrecked and contacted them about a possible sale of the car. I was told to submit photos and that they would make me an offer, so I did so. Santiago then responded to my submission of the photos and told me to give him a price. As I mentioned before, they had told me to submit photos and that THEY WOULD MAKE AN OFFER. So, I was surprised at Santiagos insistence that I come up with a number for him, when he is the professional in the industry of buying and selling damaged cars and I had no way to place a value on my vehicle. I tried to explain this to Santiago and told him as much. Especially since I had been told by WorldWide Auto that they would make me an offer for the car. He refused to do so and insisted again that I name a price. So, I made my best effort (guess) to give him a number of what it might be worth in its current condition and he refused to even counter my offer, provide any feedback, nothing. He was short, rude, unprofessional and entirely unhelpful AND HE HAS A TITLE OF MANAGER FOR THEM! I run my own business and would not tolerate an employee treating one of our customers or suppliers in this rude and unprofessional manner. I would never do business under any circumstances with WWA again. Save yourself the headache of dealing with these jerks and GO ELSEWHERE!!!
I just recently purchased a vehicle from Auto Exporters and couldnt be happier. I am 1900 miles away and have never purchaced a vehicle sight unseen so I decided to fly to L.A. and drive the the truck home. I showed early in the morning tpbget the truck and everyone was very friendly and professional. I check the truck out uninhibited and took a test drive. Paid for the truck had the title in hand and was on my way back home. When I buy my next car Auto Exporters will be one of the first places I look.
I am a vehicle transporter and have dealt with Worldwide 5-6 times over the last 3 years. Every time I have gone there the vehicles either do not run at all or dont have the power to drive on my truck. This is contrary to what they tell every customer. Their tag line is damaged but runs. Thats hardly ever been the case. Ive had customers ask me to pick up from Worldwide and I absolutely refuse. They are rude, short tempered and only interested in keeping their money machine scam of a lot running.
They have a great service and try there best to help you with what you need
Purchased multiple vehicles from here gals were great process went smoothly Thank you
I honestly liked nothing about them, Gilbert was a standout and was very helpful before they collected my money bit after that, it was all downhill after they collected the balance. They sold me a vehicle for $30,000 and neglected to indicate that paint was in both the gas tank and the engine. They are very dishonest and they have a sales rep named Yukiko, she is the rudest person I have ever dealt with and they make excuses and lie about every single thing
Rated our company negative without attempting to contact us, and wont respond to my request for resolution. Took months to pay us.
This is the third time ive purchased from Herman and Jazmin and they have always worked hard to get me into the cars I want. I definitely recommend!
Excelent service friendly staff thank you Maria and Emmanuel.
Letters on building have been removed, World Wide Auto. I guess they changed the name due to all the bad reviews. Its now Auto Exporters. We tried to pick up a car on a Friday afternoon to transport to another state and where told they stopped releasing cars for that purpose at 3:45 pm and absolutely did not release on Saturdays. So we where stuck here for the weekend and will be late on delivery of other cars. Due to the horrible reviews, we will pre-inspect this vehicle with extra care before we even put it on the truck. Doesnt matter. The car wont start, so we arent taking it. Its not like they didnt know 3 days ago we were going to pick up. Hope the buyer can get refunded. LOL.
I just wanna say that i buy my first 2016 Ford f150 from surmotor i was a lil confuse to do it then i star talking to the people from the office they let taking a good look to the truck by my self whit no one watching me they answer all my questions i very happy whit my truck i pay a lil money to fixed and a save a lot thanks guys i really recomend this guys and for sure i will keep buying cars from them thanks surmotor 👍👍👍👍
I has one of the worst experiences, first the people in the location are not helpful at all, my customer service Maria was really unprofessional and rude, I paid cash right away and after 2 days my vehicle was not approve to be release Not approve??? I asked if there was anything wrong with my payment and she said that it was just not approve and was not going to review things over and over again and hang up. I called the location and Herman had answered the phone and then transferred me to one of the girls there, her name was Jasmine which she kept on getting me transfer to Maria ... I called back to the location because they kept on blaming each side Maria and the location and Herman didnt want to talk to me because he was not responsible for anything after just taking the payment, worst worst customer service 100%. If you want to pick up another time or the weekend its an additional 50 dollars... they made the towing company guy wait an hr to release my vehicle ... some stuff that was in the back of the truck from the truck was gone. Please find another source of business instead of this company.
OMG where do i start.I got this car and it was totally the opposite from what they had described. they lied to me telling i have both keys, the airbags were not deployed in the front etc. when i get the car its all the opposite. its like they switched the car!!! i dont know what to do, i was thinking i could have it fixed for $2000 but instead i got an estimate for $11000 !!! they ripped me off! :(
Nice customer service!thank you Maria and Jose for your help !it is my 4ht time buying and I will have more projects soon
I recentley purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee from these guys and from the start I was greeted with a smile and was assisted with all my questions and concerns I was also directed to where i could find parts for my jeep. My customer service representative was very helpfull to she was respectful and helped me to find a transport to deliver it to my home at a resonable price. I enjoyed working with auto exporters and i will return later when im ready for my next salvage vehicle
It is nice that they clean the damaged car up a little bit for you. But it seems that some of the damage is hidden in their pictures because of the clean up. Like some dents are pushed out giving the illusion that the car was not damaged as bad as it really is. Their prices seem to be a bit high also.
These guys do everything they can to conceal damage on the cars they sell. I have seen them take a good windshield and put it on a Jeep that required the windshield frame to be replaced. Im sure it looked good in pictures though. They do all kind of chop-shop practices onsite and do very quick, crude, unsafe modifications to vehicles to conceal damage and make cars appear like they have much less damage than they really do. I was lured in by what came across as great prices on minimally damaged cars but after inspecting them in person, there is no way I would ever buy a vehicle from such an unethical company. Dont take your chances, just buy from someone else. This company does not deserve your business and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Worse ever ... I wound buy any thing from here any more. just got a USV with front End damage. found out that they cover the damage to make it look good they put brocken head lights and a radiator from another vehicle so it woundnt look too bad scam, scam, scam
Warning!!!!They used to be called World Wide Auto. And Dont be fooled by their great feedback on ebay under the name wreckedcarsforsale.Their Positive feedback on big $ purchases is created by them (the seller) through fake sales.Dont take my word for it, Google it.Oh wait you did, and you see all these real reviews, which are bad.You can change your name to try and hide from all your negative reviews but since you dont change your practice of screwing over your customers you cant hide for very long.I purchased a truck from them via their website, sent my deposit and then drove the next day 4h to pick it up.Truck wasnt even close to being described accurately. Missing tons of parts. Wouldnt start or lot drive. They told me to give them 1h and they would have it running (since it wasnt). I went and had lunch and when I returned they gave me a ton of reasons on why it couldnt be started (regardless that they stated it is in running and lot driving condition). So I refused to buy it. They told me it was my tuff luck cause I wouldnt be getting my deposit back. So I called my bank, filed a claim, and then contacted the BBB and filed a complaint.1y later I got back 1/2 of my deposit from the BBB.But I saved thousands by not making the purchase.Stay far away from these scam artists. Its a shame that the state doesnt shut them down.New name but same crooked people running it.Maybe we all need to join a class action to stop businesses like this. Or write to our elected officials to let them know of the fraud that is going on.
Go to Vegas and put your money on the blackjack table, you will have better odds. If you win, go buy a new car. If you lose, it would be the same as playing the WorldWide Lotto.
Fast and friendly service would definitely recommend!
If you dont want loss your money avoid this scammers.
They fix car too looks good, they pull frame the do all to make it nice!!!! stay away of this scam.i been burn with them
Bought 2 whole sale cars from them they were good and the cars were good so far ..so im just writing good since i had a good experience
Ive been dealing with Santiago for over a week through email and he is nothing but a short tempered scam. I am glad that I found these reviews. I originally found them on Ebay, but as previous reviewers say, you have to deposit them $1,000 straight away, but to another company. Their ebay name is not Worldwide Auto but something else. The reply emails I get to genuine questions are Dont waste my time. I was simply asking for an invoice + shipping included. Shipping was to be $1,100, I said fine, make me the invoice, Ill send the money, no can do, he wanted the $1,000 deposit with paypal first, then he would look for the shipping. Yeah right, how much would shipping be then? Then there was $150 document fee and others. Very rude people. I hoped a lot, but Im steering clear of these guys, especially hearing about the well staged cars hiding damage. No thank you!
They are THIEF, stay way from then. If you are trying to save money and get a car, dont get IT fRom this ppl, get it from copart and hire a broker with a license. I bought a car from the Utah location and Im located in Texas, I drove all the way up there just to find out that ONLY my car had been vandalize from THE LOT AND A LOT OF PARTS ARE MISSING INCLUDED INSIDE COMPONENTS OF THE ENGINE. They didnt expect me to drive there and pick up the car in person, they where selling the parts of the car and lied to me saying the car it was only missing the seats. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEF!!! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE
Google the VIN to see the real condition the car was in before WWauto bought it. TOTAL SCAMMERS! I was interested in purchasing a car from them that didnt look like it had too bad of damage, but guess what? It looked way worse before they got their hands on it to make it look like it was in better shape. It didnt even look like the same car! They also lied and said it was from Utah when it was bought from Oregon. Do your homework before dealing with these scammers.
I purchased a salvage car from worldwide auto. The salesman was very friendly and was honest about the condition the car was in. I am happy with my purchase.
STEER CLEAR!! I purchased a vehicle from WWA in September of 2013. After a month of excuses, I had to fly to SLC and go to their office to get them to put my vehicle on a truck to ship it to me. Once I got the vehicle home, I discovered there was a LOT of hidden damage that their well stage photos hid. In addition to the cost of the vehicle, I have spent thousands on repairs of damage they didnt disclose either in the photos or over the phone. The vehicle is still not able to be driven as there are a multitude of electrical problems due to the vehicle having been incorrectly repaired by these guys.
Easy no hassle. in and out!
I hate to even give one star. Negative would be more appropriate. To preface a bit, Ive rebuilt alot of salvage cars. Ive purchased more than I care to count sight unseen, and I specialize in one single brand only, so I typically know what Im getting into. That is, until I deal with a company like this. I understand the prep work they are putting into a car to make it more presentable, throwing away damaged parts, cleaning them up, and the like. So, knowing this, I asked well ahead of the purchase, what happened to the good parts that were removed (trim pieces, small pieces, HARDWARE, etc...), things that can add up QUICK when youre trying to reassemble a vehicle to manufacturers specifications, and was assured they were all in the trunk. SURPRISE! Not only were they not there upon delivery, everything else that was supposed to be in there was also missing!Ok. How about the bill of sale. There is a spot on their own paperwork for a notary. My state requires it to be notarized. It wasnt. I contact them to obtain a notary - oh yes. Pause that thought. Contacting them. I called my sales rep. She instructs me anything post sale has to go to a different department. I ask the number - there isnt one, you have to email. Seriously? Ok. Whatever. I email them. I immediately get a response back Sorry - we only check emails on Wednesdays. We will reply as soon as we can. WHAT??? I send you $6000 of my hard earned money, and I cant call you, only email and be lucky to receive a response in a week?!?!?! Oh boy.So, I FINALLY get a response, and that response is I have to PAY for the bill of sale to be notarized. Yes, the bill of sale. The form that they have to fill out for every sale to every buyer. That has a spot to be notarized. I have to PAY an additional $55 for this form to be filled out correctly. On top of the doc fee Ive already paid when I bought the car.And finally, as if this wasnt enough already, I was promised a car with front end damage that ran and drove lot drove. Common terminology in this field, and I expected that the car could be driven around the parking lot, but no distance of any kind. Ok, technically, it could. The problem was, these fraudsters replaced the broken oil pan the car suffered during the accident - and DIDNT INSTALL AN OIL PAN GASKET OF ANY KIND. So, when the shipper delivered my car, the engine was KNOCKING due to oil starvation because every ounce of oil had leaked out. So, I emailed them as I had no other means of communication, and never received a reply. This is the absolute crookedest automotive sales operation Ive ever dealt with (20 years in the business, master certified technician, 15 years of my career spent with dealers), and I fully intend to seek legal recourse. I dont know how they are still in business, but I cant imagine it will be for much longer.
And they go and give them selfs a rating of 5 stars to make it look better.
Purchased 2010 Camaro SS every part of transaction went smooth and delivery was prompt.. thanks getwwa....
This is the WORST company ever!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They will lie and cheat and not disclose information until after they have your money and then it is imposiable to get a refund!! They will forge your signature and do what ever they have to to steal your money!!! AVOID them at all cost!!!
Cool place helpful and friendly.
It was ok . Maria was my agente there was a good comunication
If you want to be a successful business you have to run it mostly honestly. This place needs a rework or theyre going out of business.
If your thinking about doing business with this company, RUN dont walk away!!!! They have found a way to advertise on ebay but sell privately through their own firm, there by offering no protection from ebay merchant services. Theyll ask for a deposit from pay pal. Note, pay pal will not refund any deposit towards a vehicle, youll have to fight w your bank about it. They sold the car and wouldnt let me mechanic look at the car after driving 4 hours, because they already sold it to someone else after stealing my deposit. I looked at bbb after all of this and found hundreds of others who ve been had. Theyre criminals and should be treated as such. Also I knew it was a red flag when they absolutely insisted the final payment be made via wire transfer. You will never ever get that money back, thats why I was going to show up and pay cash in person after my mechanic looked at it but they had already sold the car to someone else. Also they had paperwork delivered to my bank stating the car had been delivered to my home with a forged signature on it....Run dont walk away!
Very good communicators and quick to take care of problems and send me the information and paperwork required. Would gladly work with them again.
