My husband and I love Ken Garff West Valley. We have always received great service from every department - service, sales, and parts. Recently, husband and I bought a truck and a Jeep from the dealership. Daniel Reilly was our salesman and he went above and beyond to help us, from getting the best deal for our trade in, helping me build my dream Jeep, helping my husband find the best vehicle after his car was totaled, and even coming in on his off day to help accommodate my crazy work schedule. My husband and I will always purchase our vehicles from Ken Garff West Valley and will always be requesting Daniel! He is truly one of a kind.
I went in for a simple oil change. I was helped by a very nice woman named Sonya. She made sure everything went smoothly and I was taken care of. While I was waiting for my truck to be done I got a video from the tech working on it, he was explaining that everything looked good and that they went ahead and rotated my tires for me too (at no charge).Couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Thank you guys and gals.
Ken Garff has been absolutely amazing especially the Walker and John duo at West Valley. We just purchased our second car with them and I have not seen such a fast and smooth process ever before. Very straightforward, very precise and very professional!! I highly recommend them and their dealership!!
Very easy but from time I picked the truck to getting the approval and signing the paperwork it was under a hour the staff was completely nice and helpful. Made buying a truck simple.Great service buy all staff that was apart of the buying experience!!!Sign by a happy customerLeonard bloom
Woke up yesterday and my car was literally giving me the last of its life. I decided I had enough. But wasnt planning to buy a car when I woke up let alone the entire year. I left with a car that night from Ken Garff WVC. Josh was super nice, helpful, and informative with the loan information and I know this couldnt have happened with out Joel. This place is quick easy, in and out.
I dont know where the survey link went, so I thought Id contact the dealership before I left a review. They never called or emailed back, so here we go:What a frustrating experience, I had an appointment on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 07:00 AM for my 2015 JEEP Renegade. My wife was the one that took the car in because I had to be at work since I am a teacher. I have NEVER had a problem with Ken Garff Teacher Care. Until now. The service tech acted like she had no idea what my wife was talking about and was saying she needed the coupon. I had given the coupon the last time I was in because its good for 2 TIMES a year. Then she said maybe it had expired. No, no no. They expire at the end of every year in AUGUST and then we always get now ones. The exact wordage:Complimentary: 2 Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, Car Washes. Value: $120 One vehicle per contract. All services must be used in two visits.Expires 8/31/2021The service tech didnt do anything and after a half an hour of waiting my wife took her Jeep that hadnt been pulled in or even looked at and she was the first appointment of the day! She left and went elsewhere. How do you not know your own services, programs, or discounts?
People were nice enough, but after waiting a week for an appointment to get in, it took over another week for them to even look at my car. Then it turns out that the transmission issues I was having are normal.I dont think really hard shifting and surging should be considered normal in any case. Turns out the transmission tunes itself to a single driver and if someone else drives the car it slams into gear so hard it feels like its going to fall right off. Do your research and be aware that it will take a long time to get repairs if you need them.
Had such a great experience buying our truck from Austin. Above and beyond customer service and we were kept informed from the time we placed our order to when we got our truck. I’ve really never had a better buying experience than this one. Highly recommend this dealership and specifically working with Austin.
Nik Gonzales was awesome! It was nice to purchase a vehicle with someone genuine that made us feel comfortable and had our best interest. He found us the most perfect family car. We are so happy and loved our experience thanks to Nik! Make sure to ask for him, he’s the best!
Great service even though we had to wait over a month for a new transmission, which was covered by the warranty, saving us over $12,000. Got a smooth riding Dodge Charger as a free rental. Thanks for taking care of us.The other Dodge dealership in Sandy was horrible. They actually lost our car and didn’t enter it into their system. That was a fiasco so I had to search the entire property myself until I found it and took it straight to West Valley Dodge.
Outstanding customer service. They were very fast at getting everything reeady. Best experience at a dealership I ever had.
I was told it would be 4 days but Sonya said it would take a half a day which was even better news. I really appreciate everyone working on this and even sending a link to view the actual video response from the mechanic.
Absolutely terrible place! They had my car for almost a week just to do a tire rotation and an oil change. What a joke. They never even informed me that the job was done, I had to keep calling over and over again to check on things when they are the ones that told me they would get in contact with me. No communication and extremely slow on the job. Would not recommend.
I took my truck in for an evap leak. They originally told $120 for the diag, those costs would go into the repair should they repair it. When they had a solution to the problem they called said it would only be $100 if I didn’t have them fix it. I had them go ahead and fix it after the service writer broke down the cost for me. They had it done within a day and the total ended up being $80 cheaper than the quote they gave me!! Super friendly, super helpful! I will forever bring my Ram to these guys for repairs!!! Thank you
Arturo is the guy to go to!! He met me as i drove up for my appointment at Ken Garff Service Dept. He Greeted me very friendly but formally (Sir)... very respectful of my vehicle and of me.He made sure i understood what the techs would be doing, reminded me of my maintenance program remaining uses. Asked me if I wanted my vehicle washed or not.Made sure everything was gone after the maintenance was completed.Thank you again for super service..!!
This is my third car with ken Garff, they worked fast and they always have what I want, with great warranty on the car I buy. Ill continue buying cars from them, they give fair prices on trade-in.
Purchasing was a breeze. Walker in sales was amazing. Financing was also great. No complaints. Until you get to the service dept. Adding steps, bed liner, and switching wheels onto a NEW truck shouldn’t be a huge deal. Yet here we are. We purchased our vehicle last Monday and we were reassured we could pick up our truck on Friday 8/6. After hearing nothing from them Friday afternoon I called. Surprise, surprise- now it won’t be ready till Monday but they’ll drop it off at our home. Here we are on Monday and right before 5pm we get a call the steps aren’t working! Just discovering this now?!They had to order a part and “it should be delivered by tomorrow”. Before my husband could even respond to that news he was hung up on!! What was a great experience is quickly becoming a nightmare.
Good guys, you really cant trust car salesmen, but they make you feel like you can. Thanks for making it easy....
I loved the staff at Ken Garff West Valley Chrysler, Dodge Jeep. They were super friendly and made it very easy for me to buy my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon... I love her thanks so much
It’s been a really hard week… I dropped my daughter off for surgery that morning.. I needed to be able to get kids from school and get back to the hospital .. I told marquesa I hope that’s correct there was quite a bit of work to be done… my mechanic text me and got everything done it was amazing .. thank you for your caring and hustle it made my week easier 💝
So my check engine light was flashing and I brought it here since my wife woks here. They stated it would be Monday or Tuesday before they could get to it. We decided to leave it and get a rental at 50 dollars a day. They didnt suggest for us to get a rental, it wasnt until my mother-in-law told us to talk to them about one that they offered. On top of that they didnt let me know what the issue was until after they told me the tech was uncomfortable about messing with my Nissan, a vehicle of which he is allegedly qualified to work on. They told me I would have to take it to Ken Garff Nissan. They didnt offer to sublet it out to Ken Garff Nissan as per their policy. They only offered to do that after my wife went to her boss and then went and got onto them. I got the codes from them and figured out it was a simple spark plug and ignition coil replacement. I fully believe that the tech didnt want to do menial work on a car that wouldnt pay him as much and that he couldnt stretch time on. They made an easy 50 dollars off me today due to their lack of moral standing and lack of professionalism. They could have made over 300 dollars off me if they hadnt been this way. I would recommend that you go somewhere else to get the work done if you cant do it yourself.
Awesome service from top to bottom! Best car buying experience I have ever had. Ever.
Working with Nate was awesome. Top notch professional and made buying our new truck so easy!
The mechanical work was solid and my truck is running well. Communication, on the other hand, was abysmal and I only heard about my vehicle if I called. Felt like I was mislead by the appointment person where I was told it was a 2-4 day turnaround but, when I got to the dealership, it was 5-8 days for something they called dispatch meaning my truck sat before the tech looked at it. I was in town from the PNW and needed an educated guess at how long it might take to decide whether to stay in Salt Lake or fly home and return. After many attempts, getting voicemail and no return calls, I finally tracked down the service department manager for help. To top it all off, my antenna was bent and I could see where somebody had grabbed it with pliers to straighten it out but didnt quite get it.
Took a lot longer to have my car looked at and fixed but there was open communication and customer service was good!
Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I went in to get a new key fob programmed. The entire staff was helpful and Sonya my service manager was especially nice to deal with. She seemed eager to get the job done in a timely manner and she actually seemed happy to be there. It took exactly the amount of time she said it would to finish the job. I was pleasantly surprised. The shop and waiting room were spotless. Nice job guys!
The service is great. They are always so helpful and quick. No hassles whatsoever. They also send videos of what they’re doing and what needs changing in the car.I keep renewing my Advantage Care plan for oil service because it is so convenient. The staff is awesome. I had Kinsley this time, and she was very good. Helped answer all my questions about my car’s registration and everything.
I come here a lot as the service is fantastic. However on 22 Sept that changed.I had my car dropped off first thing at 7 AM. Hilariously my car was not serviced at all until nearly 4 PM when I returned since I never got a call. The service itself took 30 minutes and it was done as expected. The service advisor that helped me somehow completely forgot about it and I guess it never got through initially.
From vehicle purchase to repairs this dealership has been the worst at communication. We have now had to get Ram corporate involved on the repairs and now the dealership claims we never purchased the vehicle through them. They lie non stop and communication is terrible. I don’t know how people enjoy this shop. Maybe if it’s just a quick oil change it’s ok. Repairs are a stay away from this place.
Incredible customer service. Stockton was able to track down the exact vehicle we had asked about, even though I couldnt find a single Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid anywhere in the country online. He did not pressure us at all, and the process was smooth and a quick as could be expected. Great experience!
Great service from Alexandra at Ken Garff. She was very friendly and quick. I liked their use of texting me with video on my Jeep’s service and what need to be done. The service was quick friendly and prompt. Also loved the new red jeep on the show room floor. What a beauty.
Didn’t end up buying a car here, but the people I worked with were great and no issue with refund on deposit. Worked mostly with Elicio and he was great.
Sales side of this business is fine. Service side is absolutely awful. Dont buy a warranty from them because you have to use their service department. Hands down absolute worst. The people are rude and short, if youre lucky they let you finish your sentence. A basic oil change takes a minimum of 4 hours. Getting them to complete a service in a decent time is unheard of if not completely impossible for them. Overall just really bad customer service on the service side. They need new management to clean up the mess they have on their hands over there.
I’ve been so impressed by the service at Ken Garff. Bought the 3 oil change car wash tire rotation package and it was soooo affordable. It’s out of my way but every time I come the service is impeccable. They send you a video of what they did and how all the levels were on your phone, rotate tires check tread and brake pads and show you that and filters and even wash your car. They are fast and efficient. Love it, give em a try. You won’t be disappointed.
By far the best experience we have ever had buying a car. We were waiting for the vehicle we wanted to be available and Jaeger kept us in the loop and up to date on its status letting us know right when it was ready. The whole process of trading our car in for it was quick and easy. The whole team there is great!
Antonio was clear setting my vehicle for service. He was very detailed oriented and helpful.
I had my vehicle serviced on 03/19/21. We The vehicle in question was a 2010 Chevy Aveo that needed an oil change. We are a used car dealer and the vehicle was sold and our customers concern was the oil change being done before we gave it to her so we called several places for an appointment but all were booked. We called Ken Garff and they said we could do a walk in and I sent one of my guys to do so. I do realize that this is a Chrysler Dealership but an oil change is not a major service procedure so I didnt think twice about sending it there being that they were available. I should have waited because upon delivery of my vehicle to my employee we were astounded to receive a vehicle with a cracked oil pan. Keep in mind we have been driving this vehicle for a couple weeks and we did not notice any leaks or any check engine lights. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and checked where we had parked the aveo recently and none of the parking spots showed signs of any drips or spills. I called the service advisor and he practically told me that it was cracked already and that there was nothing he could do about it. I do feel even if that were the case that they should have called me to advise me that it was cracked instead of proceeding with the oil change and delivering the vehicle to me in that manner. My employee paid for the oil change and we could not even drive away as all the oil was spilling out on the parking lot. Keep in mind we drove the vehicle to the dealer with no issues. We had to get the vehicle towed away from there to our mechanics shop. I do find it really sketchy that the oil pan had cracked right where the drain bolt threads in. Did they use an impact gun to tighten? Who knows. Anyways I figured I should leave a review and let the public know of my experience and upon reading the reviews I do see I am not the only one who has had a bad experience. I am also not one to make things bigger than they are as I tried to work things out with the service advisor first and then called to speak with a manager. I never got a call back. Try one of the other dealers in town. You will have better luck and service.
Excellent customer service. My service manager Antonio ensured my car got the best care that I wanted. Ian in parts helped in getting the parts my car needed and helped us get a new car fob. I also appreciate the back you up road side and towing service.
I went in looking for a specific truck that Id seen online, Walker greeted us and found what I was looking for. Turns out we were at the wrong Ken Garff, but they ran down to the other one and grabbed the truck for us with no hassle. Test drove it, loved it. Then I worked with Walker and his team. This was the best buying experience Ive had with a dealership. Nobody was pushy whatsoever. Instead they listened to what I wanted and made the whole process painless. Would definitely go back. Walker was awesome, a really nice guy and Id recommend people to work with him.
I struggle with this review... Im giving them 3 stars (instead of 2) because they did eventually finish fixing my van. But when I dropped it off on Friday I was told it would be Monday or Tuesday before they get it in. Well they didnt get it in until Thursday and it wasnt done until the following Monday. That happens, I get it, but my service advisor didnt followup with me unless I called 2-3 times, left a message and then called again. It wasnt until I asked to speak with a manager that they finally got things done. Im not going to say it was bad customer service, but it was definitely sloppy.
I made an appointment in advance to have a warning light checked on my Jeep on arrival I was informed that it would be several days before a mechanic could take a look at my vehicle. I asked the service technician what did I need an appointment for? She had no answer to that question. I decided to leave my Jeep anyway to get the oil changed and windshield replaced, these things were also scheduled in advance, and I was told my Jeep would be ready in a couple of hours. 6 hours later I called the service department to find that the oil had been changed but the windshield still needed to get done and this couldn’t happen until the next day. I just went and picked up my Jeep. I will find a new place to get the work done on my Jeep. I also will never buy another vehicle from the Ken Garff automotive group, because they obviously don’t care about customers after the sale.
I have always brought my Chrysler Pacifica here. Fist off by purchasing the vehicle through them and then servicing it. I’ve always had a great experience with excellent staff. Videos they send me show me the status of my vehicle. I love that part. Highly recommend Ken Garff!
Great experience. Called on the phone and Cass gave me all the info I needed to know. Transferred me to Logan my salesmen to leave a deposit on the truck. Flew out the next day and they were already waiting at the airport as planned. Was in and out of the dealer with my new truck within an hour. By far the best dealer experience!
Very quick and efficient. Got in immediately! Everyone was very kind. Brought my Jeep in for an oil change. They changed the oil, washed my Jeep, and offered to rotate the tires. Excellent service! Will definitely bring my vehicle in for service again! Thank you! You all rock!
Ken Garff does not deserve not even one star. I Owen a 2019 Ram 3500 Diesel. It felled emission 3 time so of course something must be wrong right. So I took in to find out why they did a few updates and called and told me it was done. As I was walking out I noticed on the paperwork it failed emission for the 4 time. They never told me failed and that is why I took it in in the first place.NEVER TAKE OR GO TO KEN GARFF IN WEST VALLEY they are a bunch of dip s@@@@.
I set an appointment, and was not able to take the car in for several days. When I got to my appointment I was told it would be another 3-4 days before they could look at the car. They kept the car for a week, without giving any updates. When I called a week later they told me they hadn’t looked at it yet. I picked my car back up and now have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. I will not use this location again, nor recommend it to anyone either.
I made an appointment for a oil change I had already paid for with a plan I had, my appointment was 1:20 I got there early. They said a required schedule for 30000 miles was to change the spark plugs, so I say ok. while I was waiting for the oil change and spark plugs I got a video text with with suggested maintenance I should do, thinking it was part of the required maintenance for the miles I agreed to that too. And after waiting it the waiting room till 5:00 I get a bill of $700.00 what a joke plus they didnt even wash my car
This by far has been the the worst experience that I’ve had at a place of business.1. Service rep extremely nice and got my truck checked in.2. Told to go to cashier to get Lyft ride scheduled. No cashier. Two guys saw that I was waiting for 10 min(no joke). The two guys didn’t acknowledge me and it was basically “not my job” mentality. I’ve worked parts counter before and I always asked if someone needed something even though they were not in my area. I guess this logic is not common with everyone.3. I was in to have an easy part replaced under warranty. Called after 4 days for status. My service guy was out. I was sent to someone else. Left voicemail. No call back. Following day left voicemail no call back. Decided to stop by and get status no one was happy to help. Finally I was acknowledged. They had to talk to the tech. They said part was back ordered for a month. Mind you the truck has been there for over a week. I guess we don’t call customers to let them know this. I told the person I’ll be back tomorrow to pick it up. I was told it would be ready.4. Went to pick up following day the time I said I was going to pick up. Surprise truck wasn’t ready and the service person had left for the day. Luckily the express lady saw an issue and jumped in to help and got me taken care of.I do not complain much as I have worked in a similiar industries and in customer service. But they struck out with almost everything. This wasn’t just person problem. This is systemic throughout the whole area and a big change needs to happen. I Witnessed other customers having issues with their service as well while I was there. The service department 8 years ago was amazing. But not now. Would love to continue this conversation if needed.
A lot of miscommunication here. Made an appointment, showed up, and was told that “appointment” was just to drop my car off until they could get to it. Came back another day to drop it off, was called because they needed it longer because they’d found something wrong. Show up to pick it up and was told nothing is wrong and so they’re charging me for diagnostics. Disorganized desk staff, pretty unprofessional. The techs seem like great people and I appreciated their thoroughness, but their staff is another story.
Will come back! This is the second time I have come to get service done on my vehicle, and it is so easy and fast whenever I come. I made an appointment ahead of time, which is so easy, then when I drove up, I just parked right in front of the service door, they took my keys and took it in! The service was a lot faster than they said it was going to be!The staff is beyond friendly and even when I was sitting, I had several workers come to me to make sure I was being helped and that I was doing okay!Everything was just so easy, which is what a girl needs when she’s dealing with a car! If you want fast service done in an easy manner, come here!!!Thank you, Ken Garff!
We arrived early for our 4:45 p.m. appointment only to be told they had no appointments after 4:00 p.m.. Fortunately for us Kinsley was assisting us and called to see if the technicians could take one more oil change for the day. Kinsley was very knowledgeable and polite in this tense situation. She assisted us in scheduling an additional appointment. Everyone was profand helpful especially Kinsley
I like how Ken Garff is now sending videos of the inspection and things they find during service. It seems like they really care about my feeling comfortable with the repairs before fixing them.
The service at Ken Garff West Valley is great. Today Shari got me in and out so I wouldnt need to leave my truck overnight. Shari and Lucas have taken great care of me every time I come in. Thanks again!
Definitely made my vehicle purchase worth the wait. Austin and Trevor were extremely helpful in getting my car. Will buy from them again in the future.
I have been traveling and my new RAM 1500 needed a initial 10k oil change. I was able to go to Ken Garff West Valley Utah and get my truck right in for service in the morning. Sonya was my service writer and patiently listened to additional concerns and requests I had. She was very professional and prompt with updates on the work progress and I was in and out in less than an hour. The mechanic servicing my truck sent me a video of the service inspection he performed on fluids, filters, brakes and tires. Wow, I didnt expect that and I thought it was a great touch to service experience. All this makes me wish Ken Garff was my hometown dealer for all things RAM. My home base is AZ so maybe Ill have to schedule more travel in the Salt Lake valley in another 10k miles. Lol.Thanks Sonya and Ken Garff for helping me out with A1 service.
I went in today looking for a new car and experience was nothing less than superb... I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in and the process was very smooth and stress free. I felt that they were honest and upfront and didn’t pressure me to buy at all! My sales rep Logan really went above and beyond to find the perfect car for me at just the right price! I’m beyond impressed with the level of customer service and feel very happy and comfortable with my decision! I’d definitely recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle ! This was seriously the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!!!!
Adi J. Made the experience! He was super helpful when picking out the car. Once it was ready, he was super quick to put all the paperwork together. I was out of there in just over in hour. Great work!
What began with a not so good experience with the service department where I originally purchased my vehicle from in Riverdale, I had a great experience with my service rep, Sonya at West Valley.West Valleys service department helped pinpoint and fix the main problem I was having with my Jeep much faster than I anticipated and Sonya kept me updated while my vehicle was in the shop. u2028Where this is my only vehicle and it was not drivable for several weeks, I am grateful that West Valleys service department was able to take care of this in a timely manner.Although the Ken Garff dealership I purchased my Jeep from is much closer to where I live in Layton, I don’t mind traveling more than twice the distance for this type of excellent service. Also, Kornerstone is an amazing warranty company and I am glad they are affiliated with Ken Garff. Their staff has always been so friendly and helpful.
Ken Garf west valley was very helpful with my Jeep, and situation being a emergency tow in. Timing, and customer service was outstanding. I felt as if I was truly welcomed and taken care of. Thank you Jimmy, and all who else assisted. 🥳🙌🏻
Kept me updated the whole time throughout the whole process. We’re quick to response when I had any questions. We’re pretty accurate with estimate time of when they would have the car ready, only thing that I wasn’t fully pleased with was the cost for parts and labor thought it was a lil pricey bt they had a loan I could apply for that helped me pay for it
I was welcomed immediately into their service area. Offered a ride which I didnt need because I had one. They texted me a video of my service as it was conducted and notified me when my vehicle was ready. Very friendly service and I would highly recommend.
The dealership was fair and transparent, made numbers work…only thing that really made me mad was how long I had to wait for the financial department took almost 2 hours too get in.
If you’re looking for a car to get, David Tran is the guy to go to trust me! He doesn’t disappoint and does his all to get you comfortably situated. 10/10 highly recommended.
We went in to buy our Jeep and had a great experience. There was no pressure and Dario was super easy to work with. I’d recommend anyone looking for a new car to go here!
We have now bought two cars from this dealership, Stephen Fowler was our sales rep and he is fantastic! He is very transparent with numbers, very helpful with test drives and finding a car to overall suite your needs and price range! I wouldn’t recommend any other dealership, also their service department is amazing as well!
Scheduled appointment ahead of time for Oil change today. I decided to wait for my vehicle and it took nearly 2 1/2 hours for a pre-scheduled oil change. I had a similar experience in December. I wouldnt have come back but I have 3-prepaid oil changes. I have one oil change left and might try another Ken Garff location. Maybe they will respect my time and have a functioning car wash, thats also part of the service package.
Thanks to Antonio Gonzales and his professional team. I have never enjoyed a more satisfying experience than the one him, Payton and Carlos provided.Recently retired and on a cross country RV road trip, sadly our Fiat tow car caught fire. This was a Saturday approximately 1 hour before closing. But, Antonio said they would take a look at it first thing Monday. By 10 that morning, the car was evaluated, provided a video inspection and had the opportunity to make further decisions.Personally, I have never been privileged to a better service department EVER..!If, you ever need your car serviced, this would be the only place I’d take it… Thanks Antonio..!
I would have given a 5 star rating if it wasnt for the shady finance office tactics to get you to sign an application with them instead of using your pre-approved financing. I mean bold face lies to your face kind of tactics, but thats the nature of that office I guess. The salesman I worked with was wonderfully helpful and I would consider coming back to him again no matter where I was in the country for my next Jeep hands down. The rest of the staff was also great, very helpful and inviting.
Women don’t go alone!!I went to this facility to have keys programed and was charged for services not done. I was placed in an office with three men, treated and spoke to disrespectfully when trying to address the issue of being charged and not having the service done. They weren’t able to find my vehicle until after I paid. The service manager, Chad Crane called me a liar and among other things that was belittling when addressing the non service issues. I contacted corporate office and explained the situation that took place about feeling unsafe, intimidated and disrespected at this location. Their corporate office’s solution to the problem was for me to go back to the same people to resolve the problem. Upon my return, I spoke with the Assistant General Manager, Terry Baird, who I addresses my concerns and asked for a resolution. To this day, it has not been done. I’m only doing one star because it won’t let me do negatives.
It is a good service with Antonio. and his reminder the next service is nice for me. thank you.
So I was greeted when I came in by Daniel who was my sales rep. When purchasing the car I guess Daniel had another client come in, thats fine. That meant another member of I want to say sales had to take his place. This guy was really fighting us on the aftermarket after which Daniel said it was completely optional. When I said it was completely optional it almost was like this guy was in disbelief, like he never heard those words before. It was pretty close to a 1k but he talked me down to like $500 or so, yeah not making it completely optional, just lowering it. I didnt want to deal with it anymore so I said whatever Ill take it for $500.The finance guy was great, no complaint there. Very informative, honest to do business with. The car is great, other than there is food between the seats after it took what I could say is 1 hour to detail and clean it AFTER PUTTING $3000 DOWN. After getting the car, its still dirty like mentioned before. It looks like it did online with dirty seats and whatnot. Now the most frustrating part is trying to get my second key. I have called 5 out of the 7 days to get it done. I dont want to say my Sales rep is dodging my calls, I understand he probably has more things to do. He left me a voicemail saying the guy who will program my key and will come out to me will call me that day. The rest of that day? Nothing. The next day? Still nothing. I call in today, sales rep didnt answer so I left a voicemail.Im trying to be calm and collective with this place. But it sounds like me and other people are getting the same experience. So far I have no issues with the vehicle, other than the gross food being in-between the seats and it being dirty.Make what you will out of this review.
My salesmen did an excellent job in finding me the perfect truck. The paper was so fast and easy.If there is one I have a complaint on is .When we got to leave the truck only had a quarter tank of fuel in.You think you spend that type of money they would give you a full tank of fuel.
We got there a little early for our appointment and we’re treated not too friendly. We were then told that it would be 3 hours before the truck was done. Seems as if about 7 walk-ins were ahead of us. What good is an appointment if walk-ins can be ahead of you
I came here to pick up my mother after she had dropped her car off for an oil change. I had parked in front of the front building and I wasn’t even there for 5 minutes and 8 sales men and 1 manager came out and stood in front of my car staring at me. I felt extremely uncomfortable and ended up moving my car because they wouldn’t stop or go away. They are extremely unprofessional and clearly need an evaluation because they think staring at young women and standing around her car is good business practice. I will NEVER purchase a car from this trashy dealership. My money and business will go to a more worthy dealership who can respect other people and won’t stand around and stare at others.
Great service. They were able to diagnose and fix a problem that another Jeep dealership was not able to do. Open, honest communication and no bai and switch. Highly recommend!
I scheduled two recall services online for 9:20 on a Wednesday and dropped my vehicle the night before. I called late afternoon to see if it was ready and was told they hadnt even started it. I commented about having an appointment and was essentially told it didnt mean anything. They kept it Thursday and then called in the afternoon saying one of the parts for the recall was coming from Denver and it would arrive Friday and would be installed then. I was assured I would get a call when it was ready.I did not get a call Friday and when I called I got transferred to a voicemail. I decided Id go down and try to pick it up anyway. When I arrive I found that my service advisor wasnt there and that nothing with the part they were waiting on had been done. I decided to take my car anyway. Ill take my car to a different dealer to have this other work performed. I dont need to give work to people that dont value me as a customer.I was sent a message asking for this review which is why Im giving it. Perhaps this dealer ought to try and provide customer service before they seek commentary that will blast them for not providing it. Id give zero stars if I could
Great customer service, four stars right now since they have been helping me figure out whats wrong with my Jeep not like Larry H and Performance ford.
☆☆☆☆☆Sales and Finance departments did an outstanding job taking care of my needs.☆ The service department Manager needs some training in Customer Service and ADA Law. A customer should not have to go to the GM to get an issue corrected.☆☆☆☆The GM and AGM did an outstanding job getting my issues resolved.Brian
While purchasing a car I would give it 50 stars. However the service department is horrible. My son bought a car in June with it he purchased a warranty. Two weeks later his car decided to not run efficiently. He is grateful he bought the warranty. He took it to the service department. Now it is August and he is still without a car. He has called weekly and when his service advisor decided to answer he told my son that they were waiting on paper work. That was a month ago. He refuses to return my sons calls and apparently no one else can help him. Our next course of action is to call a lawyer, maybe we will contact a local news station for help first. Meanwhile My son is paying for a car and insurance (full coverage) for a car I do not have.
The tech and service adviser did a great job took care of the needs the truck needed and will be back for more service in the future
Disappointed! In the first place, the Ken Graff dealer told me the pre existing damage on a used vehicle will be fixed which I found at the final walk through. However, the same issue came back in a couple months which turned out it did not get fixed properly. The dealer told me there were missing brackets installed, but it was only glued temporarily. Even though this dealer did not make any documentation for the repair, the mechanic remembered what happened and gave a quote for the correction. I brought it back to Ken Graff and showed it to his manager, still no one took care of it and not apologized. This dealer even said “Bump in somewhere, and ask your insurance paid for it.” Unbelievable!I would NOT recommend purchasing any used cars here even if it is called “Ken Graff Certified” unless you can figure out all the issue on your own at first glance.Only the service department deserves stars, not dealers.
The ONLY reason this place received 2 stars was because the girl who was handling my transaction was super sweet.3 hours for a scheduled oil change! That is not okay. I just got my oil changed and scheduled my appointment a week in advance. Either expand your service bay or limit the service appointments into the means you can accommodate reasonably. 3 hours is way to long.
Went in for a service on our new truck. People were friendly and knowledgeable. When I pulled up there was a little bit of a line, but got me in and done within an hour. Even washed the truck.
Beware of the terrible service at this place if you are planning to buy your car here. They sold me an “advantage care” package with 3 oil changes. In the first oil change, they put 0W20 when the motor cap specifically says 5W40. I took it all the way back and they “fixed it” (put the wrong oil again, which I was using without knowing.) Second time I take my car and asked them countless times to please use the right oil, due to the previous time. They put the oil 68357422AA Shell Rotella T6 that is a 5W40 for DIESEL ONLY. (Manufacturers advise not to use this in gasoline cars because it messes up the catalytic converter.)My car takes 68258691AA Pennzoil Platinum Euro Full Synthetic 5W40. I don’t know how the technicians and the dealership that sells the car can make these mistakes. I’ve been running my car with a product that could definitely create some problems down the road and they are probably not going to take responsibility.
Marquessa was the girl that was my service expert, she gets a 5 star. She was really nice, and answered all of my questions.Whoever “diagnosed” my cars problem gets 1 star. They tried to tell me that my BCM was bad, will cost $800. I declined having it repaired, my car wasn’t even pulling an actual code. We took it home, checked the codes, and reset it.Fixed it myself for free. I will not return to this dealership due to the shadiness.
Ken garff really does Hear you!I have purchased 4 vehicles from west valley dodge. Each time Ive expressed what features Id like in the vehicle, and they deliver! Financing was fast and easy. They also gave me top dollar on my trade in. John and Walker were a pleasure to work with! I felt no pressure. I will not by a vehicle from anywhere else!!!
We were in Salt Lake from Mesquite, Nv due to family emergency! Our Jeep needed repair immediately due to a bad water pump. Lucas at Ken Garff jeep was amazing. He got our Jeep in to be repaired even though you service dept was completely full, and was able to get, us a rental car so we could take care of our personal business. our Jeep was done by close of day. The wonderful service of Lucus and also Kristen on the rental car is what makes Ken Garff West valley the best dealership in the state! Thanks so much for the amazing service at a very sad time for my family!
Joel is an outstanding salesman. He had a positive attitude and worked very well for us to give great service. Overall buying experience has been smooth and awesome with Ken Garf West Valley. Jordan in finance and Jonathan in accessories also gave us great personal service during our buying experience and made the whole deal superb. Thanks team!!
Great people to deal with. They were nice, friendly, not pushy, and very helpful. Bought a very nice truck.
I had a wonderful buying experience at Ken Garff! I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Daniel was outside ready to meet me when I arrived and had the vehicle waiting for me to take it for a spin. He went over the vehicle and answered any questions I had. When it came to financing, I had come in prequalified, but they checked around and was able to find me a much better interest rate! The paperwork went smoothly and everything was explained in detail. It was an easy peasy process. I’m very pleased with everything.
I worked with Dave Tran who is amazing and very knowledgeable and very hands on with excellent customer service. The finance individual I was able to work with was Michael Sellers and he is not pushy and a delight to work with as well.
The whole team was very helpful and informative! The whole process ran pretty smooth and easily. I got a small bouquet of roses at the end which I thought was a very nice gesture! No bad reviews so far so hoping it stays that way the whole process. ☺️
Brandon was my sales rep! When arriving I had a good idea of what kind of car I wanted. We figured out what my price limit was and Brandon pulled up a few of the cars they had in stock. One of his colleagues, mentioned a new version of the Jeep was almost the same price as the current one we were looking at. We test drove a couple cars, then got back to the office and looked at the difference between them on paper. I made my decision and they helped me get approved. They detailed my car and filled it up. Little Dave helped me with the technology information. Overall, great experience! (:
I’ve been using another dealership until today. I was impressed with their quick accommodations and efficiency of getting my truck in. I’ve actually pre-paid for a maintenance plan with another dealership that I won’t be using any longer. After today I will be using West Valley Dodge100% of the time going forward. Thanks everyone!!
I was impressed with the service I received from Alexandra and the techs sending video of my multipoint inspection at KG Chrysler West Valley. My service was completed in less time than quoted, very happy about the short wait. Well above my expectations. Thank you!!!
Totally careless and dangerous service dept. I’ve bought 2 vehicles from Ken Garff now. I Took my Ram 2500 in for oil change and tire rotation two weeks ago. When it was done I hopped in and started driving and noticed the cabin air filter sitting on the passenger seat and glove compartment door on the floor. I’d already waited an hour or so, so I just put the filter and door back together myself and drove home. Week and a half later I towed my 13k lb toy hauler and family down to Moab. As I’m pulling into camp a friend says he can hear a clicking coming from my wheels. I was in 4wd and thought maybe I had a problem with the 4wd system. I got out and listened while my friend idled forward and turned the wheel back and forth. Turns out there were two lug nuts bouncing around in 2 of my center caps. I took off the all the caps and installed the 2 lug nuts then torqued them all to 100lbs. None of the remaining 30 nuts were even at 100lbs. I tightened them all to spec (130lbs) and enjoyed the rest of my wknd. Monday I called and asked to speak to a svc manager. They said policy was to not transfer calls to managers (their dozens of “we listen” billboards must be wrong) so they took some notes on my complaints and said a manager would call me. That was 2 1/2 days ago, so they also dont care about making it right. The whole experience is beyond frustrating.
I have come to Ken Garff for my repairs for the last 4 years. This is the last time I’m going to give them my business.Came in for a simple oil change. When I returned home afterward I found the cover for my oil drain was dragging on the ground. I called to have it repaired and we sent in circles with their phone operator for 1 hour before they had me bring my car back. I sat for 2 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t fix it and would need me to come back after they received parts. This process has repeated twice. I have now spent 10 hours of my time (including being on the phone with Ken Garff, driving back and forth, and waiting for repairs) and the companydoes not seem to care or attempt to make it right. This company doesn’t care about you, your time, your car, or the business you provide. Take your money somewhere else.
This will be our 4th vehicle from Ken Garff. We have been happy with everyone. All services and people. We will not buy a vehicle from anywhere else. 😊👍
Everyone is really friendly and they get everything done quickly. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because I liked it better when they sent a video of what the process is and if anything may need done soon.
Sales team was very knowledgeable. Friendly environment, not pushy. Overall a great experience.
