A dealer service department you can trust. Great service managers and technicians that you can easily communicate with via telephone text and they send you a video of you cars inspection explaining repairs and possible problems in the future . Ian was especially helpful in getting parts and a new key fob for my vehicle.
Love the dealership, not a fan of the service center. 9 out of 10 experiences Ive had have been poor. Never wash your car but advertise it. Ive been left waiting in the lobby while the staff ate lunch. Ive had dirt footprints left on my leather seats in my Jeep. They have previously forgotten to rotate my tires. Ive shown up with an appointment and told that it didnt matter that I had one, and most recently was told their appointments were full but I could walk in. I went in for the lady to roll her eyes when I said I didnt have an appointment. I have scheduled a rental to be told they dont have any once I arrived. Last but not least, my Uconnet/radio has a bug where it resets everytime I shut off my Jeep(no presets save, no devices remembered etc.). Ive had it for a year now and Ive asked for assistance with it at least 4 different times just to be told they dont have time. EVERY TIME. 4 different vehicles.... Many chances. I would recommend you avoid the service center at all costs. One of these experiences alone would be understandable... But I have such low expectations of them now. Take your vehicle to a different licensed dealer. Youll get better service and care.
Top rate service. No surprises. Staff is friendly and greet you right away. It creates confidence.
It took just under 2 HOURS to get an oil change! It was free since I bought my truck from Ram. But I’d rather pay then wait 2 hours!!!! lol they have a 2.7 star rating…..
Ryan in the service department has been a breath of fresh air to work with on our fleet service needs. He always makes taking vehicles in for service, warranty, and recall work a breeze. We had a tough situation on a wrangler and he could have easily been frustrated and thrown in the towel, but he got us taken care of and the issue resolved professionally.
I guess i dont understand their Service Process, I make an online appointment, show up and the guy asks if i can leave the vehicle with him for a few days.I state thats not going to work, but can he put me in line and i can bring it back the next day or the day after that. It can wait just as well in my drive way as it can on their lot.He says well theres a chance i can get you in today to diagnose it but then there parts and the time to actually fix it. Okay well just put me at the front of the list tomorrow then. he said there would still be people ahead of me.Either way I went to LHM dodge, had to drive further, they got me in same day as their appointment, had the parts in stock and my vehicle is fixed.so if you can leave your vehicle for a few days maybe it makes sense otherwise fins someone else that has their scheduling process put together.
Edit: my last visit was very well done. Maybe they are turning things around. I dont think this means they should automatically get five stars, but added one. They have a service package that comes with an oil change, tire rotation, and car wash. They almost always forget the car wash; If they cant get that part right, how can you trust they did anything else right either.
Went a about a month ago to get my oil change done, I had an appointment but they’re extremely understaffed to a point where appointments don’t matter they’ll always be hours behind work. Doesn’t help that I had some transmission questions and they were so busy and some orange tanned plastic girl named marquessa just wanted nothing to do with me, she would ignore my questions and walked away and sat in a office laughing with a bald guy for the rest of the time I was there. The employees are really inappropriate as well, some advisor girl named Alexandra or something was swearing and being rude to other employees. I don’t know who’s hiring these people but they’re lazy and so unprofessional
Once again, issues with the service department. Dont buy any oil change packages from these crooks. I purchased a package that came with three oil changes and have used two. Went to use the third and they inform me its expired. How does a package you have pre-purchased expire? Did my money expire? It wasnt a coupon...it was a pre-paid package with no mention of an expiration date anywhere. Even if there was an expiration date, youd think during a pandemic where people arent driving, it would be waived.
TLDR; Not worth the time, expense, or worry if service was actually done. Not at all good, let alone great. They lost my car in the lot after doing service and I had to wait for like 30 minutes while they found it. When the tech finally came around with my car he sat right in front of me and ground the transmission (manual transmission) because he could not figure out how to get it into reverse. Plus to top it all off they claim to do a multi point inspection but my car clearly has its check engine light on, for a problem I am already aware of unrelated to the service I got today, and the invoice claims there is nothing to note on he multipoint inspection. So is that not note worthy or did they do anything? Kind of worried the simple oil change they did is just them parking the car someplace nearish an oil spill. I only went here because when I bought the car there was a maintenance package. To top the dumpster that was this service another guy in a similar lost your car kinda situation had to tell the tech when his car came around that he paid for a tire rotation to be done and did not care if the tech decided it did not need to be done.Glad my service contract is up, I can go back to doing these things myself or taking my car to not the flea market of service centers.
Always good. Stopped in to check on coverage. They were very pleasant and eager to answer my question.
The service is absolutely amazing!
Lol not done yet but they are vary friendly and got the truck in quickly
One of the service workers took the time to come out to my car and tried to get my navigation program working
I dropped my car off yesterday to have a tire fixed as it would not hold air. I was told they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Not even 24 hours later I’m sitting on the side of the freeway with a flat tire! Worst service ever!
Went for an oil change that was already paid for in a package. Returned car to me with a screw in the tire. Brand new tires purchased the day before. Said they could fix it for me, but knew full well that I did not have time as I need to work also.
Taking my charger in for an oil change and transmission flush was a total waste of time. I suggest you dont service or buy from here. It took 24 hours to receive my car for just an oil change. Not only did they misquote the transmission service(which i cancelled) they never contacted me when the oil change was done. Like others have said its not a quick oil change. I was out my car for a day when i was out of work and able to call they had closed. I also dont believe they actually service your car they just wash them. On top of that they signed me up for a trial of xm without my permission. I will never come back to this place.
Had a appointment for service tire rotation and oil change and it was at 12 i am still here waiting at 2
If i could give 0 stars i would. I called over 14 times to see when my vehicle would be ready because i was told it would be ready by around 4pm. I called for over 30 minutes multiple times and it was a joke, and no one answered 12 of those times, and when i got 2 people its because i had to call the operator around the corner from service, and parts within 30 feet and in visual of the service department staff. I would never recommend this dealership or other ken garf dealer ships, because unlike their motto, they didnt want to listen to me. Just because of this i will never purchase a vehicle from the ken garf west valley jeep, Chrysler, dodge dealership. I also assume with such horrible customer service all Locations dont care about you. I would stay away from their service department and/or purchasing a vehicle from ken garf dealerships, especially the west valley location at 4000 west 3500 south.
Pay good money for the oil change service and they can’t even service your car supposed to be expressed oil change and I was there for four hours and they still haven’t got to my car finally just took my car and they refused to refund my money I would not use this dealership for any service or you want to buy a car terrible customer service
