What a huge disappointment of a shop. Specially with the current pandemic. They have posted advertising of financing they do not offer to bait customers into their shop. Took my vehicle in because they came highly recommended. To run into one of the worst experiences I’ve had with customer service in a long time.The majority of the staff isn’t even following the state mandate for covid by not wearing masks. Literally only saw one guy wearing it and he is in the picture without the mask -facepalm-Such a shame to have nothing good to say about Tunex.

How always an awesome experience. These guys doing awesome job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle service. Great customer service and especially even in a pandemic.

Brandon has an amazing crew and operation

I brought my 2012 Fait 500 in for break service on Friday without an appointment over my lunch break. My wife picked me up we had lunch she dropped me off and the car was ready to go! The break caliper seized on my rotor he did a complete replaceable too, He called before he did anything and gave me some options and assured me he would take care of me. He absolutely did! Brandon has won my business, Im coming back!

I had an Urgent situation with my car. I googled what needed to be done and found Tunex online - highly rated. They performed a diagnostic test, confirmed all that needed to be repaired and were able to get the repairs completed while I waited. Staff was polite and professional. Prices were inline with internet estimates. I highly recommend them !

Ive left my S-10 Pick-up and my Mercedes with them overnight, and left the keys in the drop box.I appreciate their willingness to investigate serious issues even without much notice or an appointment scheduled as just recently happened with my truck, which required a new alternator and belt. They had it fixed before noon the same day, and they let me pick it up the next day when I had more time. Their prices are fair, and the quality of work is exceptional. Im glad my wife and I found them! Consumers must understand that if you want the best work done especially with your vehicle where your own safety on the road should matter, your mechanic will need time for a thorough and honest investigation to make repairs. Its not worth risking your life if your engine explodes while driving because you only gave your mechanic 20 minutes to work on a problem that required more attention. Tunex is great! If I can rate them no stars I would. Went to get brake inspected. WORST SERVICE. Told me that my brakes were “good” and even had some left. Went down the street to Hillside Tire Center & Service and told me that I was metal to metal on front axel!!! I knew it and even asked if they were sure. DO NOT COME HERE WORST SERVICE AND NO ACCURATE INFORMATION.

They used to have free diagnostic work but not anymore...$99 for a machine to do the work..boooo

We had a fuel pump fixed on our car a year ago. We paid 1200$. When we got our car back the fuel gauge was broke. We ended up running out of gas. Now our fuel pump is having problems again and they wont do anything about it. Customer service sucks! Run from this place! There are plenty of experienced mechanics out there dont be stuck with the same issue. They had the nerve to say that a fuel pump can break every year! SMH!

My husband has gone in two different occasions. One, to get our safety and emissions and was rejected because the closed in 20 mins. Second, to get an oil change and was rejected again because they closed in half an hour.Not to mention, they did not have any cars both times. So they were not busy at all.They abandon their customers and only care about getting off work instead of helping us customers.NEVER going back again. Completely lost our service.
