Was very nice and make it work 3 days earlier for me !! I was so glad. They also clean outside and inside a good plus when you go to pick up your fixed car !!! I recommend their service!

I came here for some body damage and everyone was so helpful. It was my first time dealing with insurance and they helped me through it all. My mechanic was James and he was awesome. My car looks good as new, and done way faster then expected.

Had my 2010 F150 repaired there after a mechanic had damaged it, the mechanic took it to a shop of his choice to fix but ended up doing a terrible job, which led me to have to use West Valley Collision because they had done a good job on another vehicle of mine a year prior. However I guess the quality or work they did was a stroke of luck because when they worked on my F150 after 6 months bubbles started forming where they had painted and now rust is starting to form under the bubbles. It may be common for rust to form especially here in Utah with the salt however nowhere else on the truck is there rust or even the beginning of bubbles forming, the only cause could be that they did not do a good job of painting and treating the metal, now this wouldnt be an issue because they have a Lifetime Warranty on their work however, when I went to show them the truck to hopefully the get the bubbles fixed the I believe owner last name Ellison came out extremely unprofessionally, and spouting profanities about how it wasnt his shops fault, and they wouldnt fix the bubbles without me paying extra even though they have a lifetime warranty on their work. Its absurd to not only be so unprofessional but that fact that the owner was the one behaving in such a disgusting way is a miracle that anyone would use their services. Stay away from here at all cost, much better and definitely more professional shops just down the street from them.

I had went with these guys when they need to repair my car I was damaged from an accident I just didnt do the review and now thinking about it going through my paperwork I find the info of the repair. The job was done in 11419 so its a bit late but you still helps and I think theyre very good they match the color of the vehicle is an older vehicle 2011 I mean you couldnt tell at all anything but there was any damage to the vehicle what I hit was a the side of my vehicle where the mirror is on a pillar a cement pillar and I took it in problem-free hassle-free I got a free shirt matter of fact the lady at the front desk still owes me 3x shirt from their company West valley collision repair so I will collect on that soon. But they did they kept me informed of every update they had the rental there I was able to drop it off there as well it was hassle free good job appreciate you guys

The absolute only place I will ever take any of my cars for anything! Amazing job every time. And they will give you their honest opinion on what they think is best for you not what will make them the most money. They’ve done the paint restoration on both of my last trucks and will do it with every vehicle I get. I brought my car here to be repaired. They finished 10 days quicker then was estimated. I received a regular updates. Cole was very friendly and helpful. I think the portions they repaired work better than they did before.

The staff was nice & very helpful. However, while my vehicle was stored in their fenced in lot, it was ransacked & robbed. I practically lived in my vehicle, & thieves broke in, & stole quite a few things. The employees told me they would check their cameras, & get back to me. I havent heard anything. Its not a huge deal, but, they didnt lock my vehicle while it was stored there, & left it vulnerable to theft. Overall, not a great experience.

If I could give them ten stars I would. Form start to finish, Bryan and Cole took great care of us. This is my third time taking a car to them and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They do amazing work for a great price.

Did an awesome job painting my car! Had a ton of rust bubbles on my roof, a little oxidizing on my trunk and roof rails, and cracked paint on my bumper from getting a little too close to a wall backing up. They blended the new paint with what they didnt paint and you cant even tell! Very satisfied!

My wife hit somebody and the front end got smashed, almost a total loss. They did the repair fairly quickly and it looked great. Only problem is our headlights didn’t work. I guess it was daytime and no one really felt inclined to double check, but our lights didn’t work. I felt like I should go back to them let them know what happened and expected them to fix it no problem. I’ve brought it in 3 separate times and left it with them days on end and the exact same situation happened every time. I went and told them what happened. First thing they didnt believe me and wanted to check it. After they check it, they say they need to talk with their boss or whoever was supervising. (This changed a few times?) Then after they refer me to their boss, I have to bring it back in to have them check it out. They can’t figure out why the lights wouldn’t be working? After all, it was just a front end collision and the lights were smashed. One light goes out, they’ve replaced the fuse a couple times. It works for a couple weeks and then doesn’t again, because apparently they didn’t fix the fundamental problem. One of the headlights has the bright on permanently. All three times I’ve brought it in that has not been fixed. They’ll call me and tell me it’s ready, and I check it and its still not fixed. But that supervisor magically isn’t there anymore. Convenient. I would not recommend this shop to anyone that owns a car worth over $1000. They either don’t know how to fix Acuras or just don’t care. Im going to file something with my insurance company and the BBB if I can.

Ive known the owner for 7 years and my sister recommended the shop to me multiple times. I had them do the scotch guard on my wifes new car. Looked great and they did it quick for a great price! They are always quick with a smile, and make sure to follow all health guidelines. Try them please and you wont be disappointed.

Cant say enough good about this place. They fixed my car up great when someone rear ended me. They helped handle a difficult insurance situation with the other persons insurance. Hope to never have to use them again but if I do have the need, its good to know they are there.

We recommend them on regular basis because they offer our clients who are in a pinch some benefits. I needed an estimate and considering we recommend them and are highly regarded in our office, I decided to get a quote. I went in to get a quote. I was extremely disappointed. I had several concerns, which they disregarded. When we went over the estimate again they disregarded my concerns and didnt seem to care about me. I did not feel like I was being looked out for. They had no interest in listening to me and or any concerns I had. I found two different shops who had a much better reaction to my concerns, and walked me through the process at my pace and were carefully listening to me. I will not put West Valley Collision on the top of tje list of recommendations for my clients.There was one particular shop who by far blown my expectations. They were caring, supportive, and address every concern I had. Even if my concerns werent valid they took the time to explain why they werent valid and understood where I was coming from. If my expectations were too high, they would address it in a gracious manner and reel me back. I felt like they really were looking out for me, and set up realistic expectations properly. In addition to all their great qualities they came out to me to do the estimate!! And they delivered the rental to where I was located!! Whether at work or at a doctors appointment. They made the process as easy as they could possibly make it. Unlike West Valley Collision, who disregarded me throughout the entire process, and werent interested in listening to me.This was my experience, however it might be different for you.

Great company!

Took my motorcycle in to get it painted pearl white. This was not an insurance deal, but self pay. Turned out beautiful, but a month later I noticed a bubble on the side of the tank. I took it back in they said the issue was related to a previous repair. I contacted the previous owner of the motorcycle and found out the tank had been repaired 12 yrs ago. To make a long story short Brian said it wasnt their fault. As the new owner is it mine? Now Im faced with having to pay another $400 on top of the original cost of $900 to have one side of the tank repainted (keep in mind this is 1/2 of a motorcycle tank). If your considering having West Valley Collision paint your vehicle you better make sure you do your homework. If your vehicle has been previously repaired you might end up in the same situation of having to pay additional money out of your own pocket to have it repainted because there is no guarantee! Not a happy camper!

I just had my first experience having West Valley Carestar repair my vehicle after it was wrecked. If most people are like me you are always spectacle with any car repair shop. Of course this is all due to our past experiences with other repair shops. Well Im here to tell you that West Valley Carstar will put all of that to rest. I had a fantastic experience with them. Their customer service, and communication was great. I was always informed with the process, and timeline of when my vehicle would be complete. Most importantly their work on my vehicle was amazing! If years down the road I have a problem with any part of my vehicle they worked on, its covered. They guarantee their work for life. I have never had a better experience getting hit into!The insurer called me and told me to take my car to West Valley Collision Repair. I took it in on a Monday and there was someone there waiting to take me to my rental car. The repair took a day and a half and looks great!! They also washed and vacuumed my entire car.Everything was super smooth and the staff was very friendly. Even though I didn’t pay for anything and the insurance company did, the quoted price was VERY VERY reasonable. I was shocked to see such a good price!

Accidentally scratched a ladies car in a parking lot and didnt want to make a claim to my insurance. The lady got two bids to have the scratch fixed, both were around $850. My brother in law who has worked with Bryan referred me to his shop. I texted Bryan letting him know the lady would be coming in and to send me the bill. The next day I received a text from Bryan letting me know he was able to buff out the scratch and saved me hundreds of dollars. I appreciate honest quality service and I plan on referring all my family and friends to West Valley Collision.

I loved the quick turn around, the play by play picture updates were awesome! I pulled up left in a rental and a few days later returned and drove away an almost seamless transaction! Never been so disappointed with west valley collision service. I have had 3 cars taken into their repair shop because I used to trust and value their worked until recently . Bill and his technicians were supposed to fix the car door not only once but twice because they didnt do it right the first time . When they supposedly fixed it when we got home we had to take the door panel off because they didnt connect the wire that controls the door latch and I connected everything together. Not only that but they got frustrated when I came in to finally complain about the mistakes they had made. Dont recommend him honestly.

This place deserves a -10 stars customer service over the phone was terrible, I was hung up so we decided to go in instead just to set up an appointment my insurance referred me to this place i’ll Be changing insurance for backing up this “business “ they have no respect for the customers Some guys was on the back of the room speaking with a customer over the phone by putting their business out there and bad mouthing about them, I was there with my sister to get an estimate on my suv my sister showed me some reviews about a door being disconnected and mirror not working, after I set my appointment for two weeks out I will be canceling due to the review that seems like they have no idea of what they are doing and I’m not trying to find out if they are going to mess up my suv too I need my drivers side door replace but I ain’t trying to go back more then once, 3 review that they have forgotten to connect a cable or whatever, I run a store and I been in customer service since I was 16 so about 9 years now and what I experienced today it’s terrible . I hope you take this review and check yourself and learn from it .

Customer service is horrendous, I was there about a week ago with my mother to get her truck fixed no one was at the front to help us except a guy on the phone using speaker to have this conversation finally a lady comes toThe front says I’ll be with you in an a minute and goes and starts talking to the guy on the phone about the client that is upset with their work and it’s all bs and go off talking about all this mess about the client after good 15 mins she has my mom pull her truck to have it, my mom called her insurance and told them we ain’t getting it done there this place is not professional at all how do u first off all have a personal call using the speaker and share all your conversation with a customer and second talk mess about a customer that has concerns about their car after you guys fixed it afcourse I came online to read review and it seems you have a few people that had something similar to what the customer concerns was I told my mom to take the car somewhere else if you guys have mess with electrical work and cause all this issues on previous customer for months how will you fix my moms truck and replace her lights .

Horrible customer service!! My dad took his Fiero in a couple weeks ago to have the fender repaired. When he picked it up the side marker light was bent, he asked about it and Tony? said it came in like that (which was a lie my dad showed him a before picture where it was perfect) and said lets just put a screw in it to make it lay flat. My dad then asked to see a manager. The manager asked my dad if he was perfect the answer was no but Im a perfectionist and nothing would leave my shop looking like that! The manager proceeded to tell my dad he was an Ass!! Way to go!

My wifes car had rear quarter panel damage; along with rear bumper (Nissan Sentra 09) from the yellow poles at an ATM. Took it to several places for quotes and found that WV Carstar came highly recommended. Everyone wanted the car for 8 - 14 days... WV Carstar took 3.5 days. Bill was awesome and explained every step an procedure - Insurance took care of the bulk, less the deductible. It look better than it did prior; if that is such a thing! I would highly recommend them HANDS DOWN... THANK YOU BILL :)
