This is an amazing company to have to fix your car. They care about the health of your car. They also put the customers first. They were very knowledgeable. They educate you about what is wrong with the car as they are preparing to fix your car. They are really great. I love them.

This place is very honest which is the most important thing to me! Went in for an expensive water pump replacement which was diagnosed by me and found out it was only the thermostat was leaking. It saved us money and made us very happy! Looking forward to doing business with this place in the future!

DEFINITELY bring your car here. I come back time and time again just because PAUL is so good to me and every other customer that I watch come in. You can tell he’s Honest, he’ll let you know when there’s something you don’t need to do Now, but Soon. They’ll give you the Same Exact Price to the Penny over the Phone as they do when you come in, even if you get 2 different people. They just punch the numbers in their system and stick to Just That. They’re great people. Definitely bring your car here.

Went there first thing in the morning because i was so use to waiting forever. But everyone was super pleasant to work with and talk to and they got done super quickly. It was a pleasant experience. They explained everything they did and why they did it which was great! Definitely going back.

It was a good place until they got new people now theyre just rude and dont even know if youre needing something such a shame i recommended so many people.

I came in to this place about 4 months ago for an oil change, paid with groupon and the visit was smooth and didnt take too long.I came in today.A lady ahead of me was in the waiting area for 20 minutes just to pay for her service. She HAD TO go outside to get someone to come in to take care of the transaction. He was less then professional with her and when she asked for a receipt it took him 6 minutes to get it to her but was very condescending towards her when he spoke to her. Finally after getting her the receipt printed, he tossed it across the desk and said there you go, bye. She leaves and I walk up with my groupon ready and he just SHOUTS I DONT DO GROUPON NO MORE I then proceeded to tell him its something I paid for already and he shouted again I dont do groupon anymore after I told him to give me a second he threw his hand towards me rudely as if he was shooing me away and grunted and stormed out of the waiting area. He was an older tongan gentleman maybe in his 40s or 50s.

These guys have always given us the best auto service, the best customer service, and unbeatable prices! Even though I no longer live closer to this location I still take my vehicles to them! The employees are honest and they work hard! My family, my parents, and now my girlfriend and her family, will always continue to use this location for oil change!

Very unprofessional service. I was greeted with what are you? Lost? After asking if I was in the right place. After telling him I needed an oil change, the man rolls his eyes and sarcastically says, on a lexus?. The same mechanic left greese tracks off his boots on my carpet. Terrible customer service, plus a 7 dollar service fee after purchasing the groupon. If you dont care about quality or your car, this is the place to go.

I can’t actually speak to their service as I was not able to get in. If you are going to advertise you open at a certain time, ACTUALLY BE OPEN AT THAT TIME.

I was in line at another oil place (Jiffy Lube) and the quoted cost was twice as much as at Fast Lube. Happy with my experience!

The guy working there doesnt wear a mask, I told him I didnt want to get close and he gave me attitude. Its mandatory to wear a mask right now.
