He was able to upgrade our existing PC with a terabyte of extra memory and the latest Outlook and Windows 10 pro all while keeping our existing apps and set up. These guys are so reasonably priced. I have taken my laptop computers for viruses to accidentally poured a drink into it and they always save it for around $100. They also do extras like throw in virus detectors and delete stuff that slows tye computer down. I one time thought I would try a new store very close to my house. What a mistake! These guys are the best!

I stopped by to buy a part I thought I needed to connect a WiFi card to my motherboard. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and super helpful. It turned out I didn’t need the part after all. My WiFi card is connected and working. Thank you!

For all intents and purposes, I believe this store is run by magicians. Though I consider myself a computer savvy person, one day my custom-built PC decided to stop working. I took it in and A1000 brought it back to life - good as new. My case was scratched upon pickup, but at least it works now.

Upgrading your cpu can be fun yet extremely stressful, I’m consistently installing and upgrading my own pc’s parts, for the longest time I’ve been doing the labor myself and buying the parts online because I don’t have much money and try to budget. A1000 labor price are BY FAR the cheapest labor prices for pc parts installation. I wish I knew about a1000 when I got my pc built, it would have saved me literally almost thousands. Chau helped me out today, he swapped my 16gb of ram for 32gb, installed a new i7-7700k and swapped for my i3-7700, and installed usb-slots, all completed in under 15 minutes with ALL OF THE LABOR BEING UNDER 40 bucks, I even got paid for my old parts when I upgraded today at a1000. The place that built my pc tried charging me over 700 for the processor without labor (labor over 150), a1000 charged me around 300, they are the only computer parts and repair shop that charges the regular price rather than marking up product 200 bucks to make a profit, also definitely the only reasonably priced labor for computers around. Chau, u gained a customer for life being recommended to my coding colleagues thank you again for everything. If you are reading this and are contemplating a purchase from a1000, pull the trigger, I’ve never been happier with a purchase!!!!

Small store just off the side of the road near 95 off ramp. Dont let the size foool you, they are filled to the brim with parts and knowledge. The staff was extremely helpful and solved a day long problem I was having in a matter of minutes. The staff there had no problem reloading my windows when I desperately needed it after bricking my OS, and at no extra charge.I would normally purchase via Newegg and consult internet threads before these guys but now the whole dynamic of my personal computer changed now that I decided to refer to them for any problem or hardware buy.hughly recommend.
